Description

회전식 화장품 용기
본 발명은 회전식 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 실린더형의 용기 케이스 내부에 색조 화장품 등을 수납할 수 있는 화장품 수납체가 상부 및 하부에 2단으로 구비되며 용기 케이스 상단 및 하단에 장착된 핸들을 손으로 회전시킴으로써 상기 화장품 수납체가 회전하는 회전식 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 널리 사용되는 화장품 용기, 예를 들면 마스카라, 아이섀도우, 파우더 등의 화장품 용기는 한정된 두께를 가진 본체의 일측단에 설치된 힌지핀을 매개로 덮개가 회동되어 여닫이 형태로 개폐되는 구조로 되어 있다.
도 1은 이러한 종래 화장품 용기의 일 예를 도시한 사시도이다. 도1에 도시된 바와 같이, 종래의 화장품 용기는 화장품을 수납하는 화장품 수납체와 덮개로 이루어지며, 덮개에는 통상 거울이 부착되며 화장품 수납체의 일측단에 구비된 힌지축을 중심으로 회동하여 열고 닫을 수 있는 구조로 되어 있다. 특히 아이섀도우, 립스틱 등 색조 화장품의 경우에는 여러 종류의 색조를 수납하기 위하여 상기 도 1에서와 같이 화장품 수납체 내부를 수개의 공간으로 구획하여 각기 다른 색조의 화장품을 수납하도록 구성되어 있다.
그러나, 이러한 종래의 화장품 용기에 있어서는 화장품 수납 공간이 평면적으로 배치되기 때문에 여러가지 색조를 다양하게 수납하기 위하여는 화장품 수납체의 면적이 필연적으로 커질 수 밖에 없으므로, 휴대 및 사용이 불편하고 외관상으로도 미려하지 못한 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 종래의 화장품 용기는 한가지 종류의 화장품만을 수납할 수 있기 때문에 특히 외출시에는 예를 들어 아이섀도우 케이스와 마스카라 케이스, 립스틱 케이스 등 여러가지 화장품 케이스를 동시에 휴대하고 다녀야 하는 불편함이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 하나의 목적은 용기 상단과 하단에 각각 구비된 2개의 화장품 수납체가 각각 회전 가능하게 구비되어 서로 다른 종류의 화장품을 하나의 용기에 동시에 수납할 수 있는 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은, 화장품 수납 공간이 입체적으로 형성됨으로써 여러가지 색조의 화장품을 콤팩트하게 수납함으로써 휴대가 간편하고 외관이 미려한 화장품 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 하나의 양상은, 실린더형상의 용기 케이스, 용기 케이스 내측 상단 및 하단에 각각 구비되어 화장품을 수납하며 독립적으로 회전 가능하게 장착되는 2개의 화장품 수납체, 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체 사이에 구비되는 분리판, 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체의 회전축에 각각 결합되어 화장품 수납체를 회전시키는 핸들 및 상기 용기 케이스의 일측에 형성되며 열고 닫을 수 있도록 형성된 용기 덮개를 포함하는 회전식 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 회전식 화장품 용기는, 화장품 수납체가 그 중앙에 형성된 회전축을 중심으로 그 둘레를 화장품이 수납되는 복수개의 내용기 접시가 끼워맞춤 결합되어 이루어지며, 상단 화장품 수납체의 회전축 상단부는 내용기 접시의 상면보다 돌출하여 대응하는 핸들의 홈에 삽입되고, 하단 화장품 수납체의 회전축 하단부는 내용기 접시의 하면보다 돌출하여 대응하는 핸들의 홈에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 회전식 화장품 용기는, 화장품 수납체의 단면이 4각 형상으로 형성되며 각 변에는 각각 대응하여 4개의 내용기 접시가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 회전식 화장품 용기는, 상기 분리판의 상면 및 하면 중앙에 단면이 8각 형상인 돌기가 형성되며, 상면에 형성된 돌기는 상단 화장품 수납체 하면에 형성된 대응하는 홈에 삽입되고, 하면에 형성된 돌기는 하단 화장품 수납체 상면에 형성된 대응하는 홈에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 회전식 화장품 용기는, 상기 용기 덮개의 내측에 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따른 회전식 화장품 용기는, 화장품 수납체가 2단으로 회전 가능하게 구비되며, 각각의 화장품 수납체에는 여러가지 색조의 화장품을 수납하는 것이 가능하여, 화장품 용기가 컴팩트하면서도 외관이 미려하며 사용이 간편한 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부 도면을 참조하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세하게 설명한다. 다만, 이는 설명의 목적을 위한 것으로 본 발명이 이에 한정되는 것으로 해석되어서는 아니된다.

도 2 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 회전식 화장품 용기는 실린더 형상의 용기 케이스(100), 상기 용기 케이스(100) 내측 상단 및 하단에 각각 구비되어 화장품을 수납하며 독립적으로 회전 가능하게 장착되는 2개의 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B), 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B) 사이에 구비되는 분리판(110), 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B)의 회전축(210)에 각각 결합되어 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B)를 회전시키는 핸들(300A, 300B) 및 상기 용기 케이스(100)의 일측에 형성되며 열고 닫을 수 있도록 형성된 용기 덮개(120)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 용기 케이스(100)는 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 외부 몸체를 구성하는 것으로, 상단부와 하단부가 개구된 중공의 실린더에 형상으로 이루어지며, 그 내부에는 중앙에 배치되는 분리판(110)을 중심으로 상부에는 상단 화장품 수납체(200A)가 장착되며 하부에는 하단 화장품 수납체(200B)가 장착된다. 상기 상, 하단 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B)는 분리판(110)을 중심으로 서로 상하가 대칭 형상으로 이루어지며 이에 대하여는 뒤에서 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
상기 용기 케이스(100)의 일 측면은 개구되어 여기에 용기 덮개(120)가 구비된다. 상기 용기 덮개(120)는 용기 케이스(100)에 설치된 힌지축(121)을 매개로 열고 닫을 수 있는 구조로 이루어지며, 그 내부에는 거울(122)이 부착된다. 상기 개구부의 폭은 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B)의 폭에 대응하며 그 길이는 상, 하단 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B)의 전체 길이에 대응한다. 또한 용기 덮개(120)의 일 측에는 고리(123)가 형성되어 사용자가 손쉽게 용기 덮개(120)를 열고 닫을 수 있도록 구성된다.
본 발명의 예시된 구현예에서는 상기 용기 케이스(100)가 가늘고 긴 형상으로 이루어졌으나, 본 발명의 다른 구현예에서 용기 케이스는 세로보다 가로가 긴 납작한 형태의 원통 형상으로 이루어질 수도 있다. 상기 용기 케이스(100)의 재질로는 합성수지재, 금속재 등 종래 화장품 케이스에 사용되는 재질들을 제한없이 사용할 수 있다.
상기 용기 케이스(100)의 내부에 장착되는 화장품 수납체(200A, 200B)는 내용물인 화장품을 수납하는 공간으로서, 상, 하단 2개로 이루어진다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 용기 케이스 상단에 장착되는 화장품 수납체(200A)의 구성 부품을 도시한 확대된 분해 사시도이다. 도 5를 참조하면, 상기 화장품 수납체(200A)는 핸들(300A)과 결합하여 회전하는 회전체(210)와 상기 회전체(210)에 끼워맞춤 결합되며 화장품이 수납되는 내용기 접시(220)로 이루어진다.

상기 내용기 접시(220)의 길이는 상기 회전체 중심축(212)의 길이보다 다소 작게 형성된다. 따라서 상기 회전체 중심축(212)의 상단은 내용기 접시(220)의 상면보다 위로 돌출되어 핸들(300A, 300B)과 결합하게 되며 이에 대하여는 이하에서 보다 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 상기 핸들(300A, 300B)은, 용기 케이스(100)의 상단 및 하단 개구부에 장착되며 상기 회전체(210)의 중심축(212) 상단부와 결합하여 회전체(210)를 회전시키는 역할을 한다.

이하에서는 본 발명에 따른 회전식 화장품 용기의 사용에 대하여 설명한다. 전술한 바와 같이 도 3은 용기 덮개가 닫힌 상태를 도시하며 사용자는 이 상태에서 화장품 용기를 휴대하거나 보관하게 된다. 이어서, 사용자가 용기 덮개를 열면 도 4에 도시된 상태가 된다. 이때 사용자는 한 손으로 용기 케이스(100)를 파지하고 용기 케이스(100)를 파지한 손의 엄지와 검지로는 상단 화장품 수납체(200A)의 핸들(300A)을 돌리고, 다른 손으로는 하단 화장품 수납체(200B)의 핸들(300B)을 돌려가면서 상하 원하는 색조의 화장품의 조합을 이룰 수 있게 된다. 특히 상단 화장품 수납체(200A)에는 아이새도용 색조 화장품을 수납하고 하단 화장품 수납체(200B)에는 립스틱용 색조 화장품을 수납하는 등으로 하여 사용자는 상하 화장품의 색조를 동시에 비교하면서 조화로운 색조의 배합을 얻을 수 있게 된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따른 회전식 화장품 용기는, 서로 다른 종류의 색조 화장품을 상단 화장품 수납체 및 하단 화장품 수납체에 각각 수납함으로써 사용자가 두 종류의 화장품 색조를 동시에 비교해가면서 화장할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 상하 2단에 걸쳐 여러가지 색조의 화장품을 입체적으로 결합하기 때문에 화장품 용기가 컴팩트 하면서도 미려한 효과가 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 바람직한 구현예를 들어 본 발명을 상세하게 설명하였으나 본 발명은 상술한 구현예에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야의 당업자에 의해 많은 변형이 가능함은 자명할 것이다. 예를 들어, 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 화장품 용기에서 용기 케이스의 형태 및 재질, 내용기 접시의 개수 등은 사용 목적에 따라 다양한 변경이 가능하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 실린더형상의 용기 케이스, 용기 케이스 내측 상단 및 하단에 각각 구비되어 화장품을 수납하며 독립적으로 회전 가능하게 장착되는 2개의 화장품 수납체, 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체 사이에 구비되는 분리판, 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체의 회전축에 각각 결합되어 화장품 수납체를 회전시키는 핸들 및 상기 용기 케이스의 일측에 형성되며 열고 닫을 수 있도록 형성된 용기 덮개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화장품 수납체는 그 중앙에 형성된 회전축을 중심으로 그 둘레를 화장품이 수납되는 복수개의 내용기 접시가 끼워맞춤 결합되어 이루어지며, 상단 화장품 수납체의 회전축 상단부는 내용기 접시의 상면보다 돌출하여 대응하는 핸들의 홈에 삽입되고, 하단 화장품 수납체의 회전축 하단부는 내용기 접시의 하면보다 돌출하여 대응하는 핸들의 홈에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 화장품 용기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화장품 수납체는 단면이 4각 형상으로 형성되며 각 변에는 각각 대응하여 4개의 내용기 접시가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리판의 상면 및 하면 중앙에는 단면이 8각 형상인 돌기가 형성되며, 상기 상면에 형성된 돌기는 상기 상단 화장품 수납체 하면에 형성된 대응하는 홈에 삽입되고, 상기 하면에 형성된 돌기는 상기 하단 화장품 수납체 상면에 형성된 대응하는 홈에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기 덮개의 내측에는 거울이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 화장품 용기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상단 및 하단의 화장품 수납체는 각각 다른 종류의 화장품을 수납하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 화장품 용기.
