Abstract

The invention relates to a waste heat recovery steam generator comprising a housing (G), a nest of heating surfaces (H), around the finned tubes of which a hot medium (D) flows such that heat is transferred from the hot medium (D) to a heat transfer medium flowing in the nest of heating surfaces (H), and a flow deflection plate for covering a gap (S) between the nest of heating surfaces (H) and an inner wall of the housing. The deflection plate is subdivided into a first partial plate (B1) arranged on the housing and a second partial plate (B2) arranged on the nest of heating surfaces, said partial plates (B1, B2) overlapping in a positively sliding manner in an overlapping zone (Ü).
