( Multimedia Messaging Service Center, 简称为 MMSC ) 向该非 MMS移动 终端发起多媒体消息业务,则 MMSC并不能在该非 MMS移动终端上实现该 多媒体消息业务, 从而造成该业务的失败, 进而造成用户体-险不好。 发明内容 针对相关技术中多媒体消息服务中心无法在非 MMS移动终端上实现多 媒体消息业务, 从而造成该业务的失败的问题而提出本发明, 为此, 本发明 的主要目的在于提供一种多媒体消息业务的处理方法、 装置及***, 以解决 上述问题。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种多媒体消息业 务的处理方法。 根据本发明的多媒体消息业务的处理方法包括: MMSC接收到多媒体消 息业务, 其中多媒体消息业务是通过 MMSC发送给移动终端的; MMSC确 定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务; MMSC将多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP; VASP发布多媒体消息业务, 并将多媒体消息业务对应的发布地址发送给移 动终端。 进一步地, MMSC确定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务包括: MMSC 在用户信息数据库查询移动终端的用户信息, 其中用户信息数据库保存有移 动终端与用户信息的对应关系,用户信息包括支持多媒体消息业务能力信息; MMSC使用用户信息中的支持多媒体消息业务能力信息,判断移动终端是否 支持多媒体消息业务; 如果判断结果为否, 则确定移动终端不支持多媒体消 息业务。 进一步地, MMSC将多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP包括: MMSC按照 MM7接口规范对多媒体消息业务进行编码; MMSC通过 MM7 Deliver.REQ 消息将编码后的多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP。 进一步地, 在 VASP发布多媒体消息业务之前, 上述方法还包括: VASP 接收到来自 MMSC的 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息; VASP按照 MM7接口规范 对 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息中的编码后的多媒体消息业务进行解码, 得到多 媒体消息业务; VASP将多媒体消息业务保存到自身内部与移动终端对应的 存储空间。 进一步地, VASP将多媒体消息业务对应的发布地址发送给移动终端包 括: VASP生成与发布多媒体消息业务的网页对应的发布地址; VASP通过短 消息月艮务中心 SMSC将发布地址发送给移动终端。 进一步地, 在 VASP将多媒体消息业务对应的发布地址发送给移动终端 之后, 上述方法还包括: 移动终端所属的用户使用发布地址查看多媒体消息 业务。 为了实现上述目的, 才艮据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种 MMSC。 根据本发明的 MMSC包括: 接收模块, 用于接收多媒体消息业务, 其 中多媒体消息业务是通过 MMSC发送给移动终端的; 确定模块, 用于确定 移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务; 第一发送模块, 用于将多媒体消息业务发 送给 VASP。 进一步地, 确定模块包括: 查询子模块, 用于在用户信息数据库查询移 动终端的用户信息, 其中用户信息数据库保存有移动终端与用户信息的对应 关系, 用户信息包括支持多媒体消息业务能力信息; 判断子模块, 用于使用 用户信息中的支持多媒体消息业务能力信息, 判断移动终端是否支持多媒体 消息业务; 确定子模块, 用于在判断结果为否的情况下, 确定移动终端不支 持多媒体消息业务。 进一步地, 第一发送模块包括: 编码子模块, 用于按照 MM7接口规范 对多媒体消息业务进行编码; 发送子模块, 用于通过 MM7_Deliver.REQ消 息将编码后的多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的又一个方面, 提供了一种多媒体消息 业务的处理***。 根据本发明的多媒体消息业务的处理***包括 MMSC、 VASP和移动终 端, 其中, MMSC包括: 接收模块, 用于接收多媒体消息业务, 其中多媒体 消息业务是通过 MMSC发送给移动终端的; 确定模块, 用于确定移动终端 不支持多媒体消息业务; 第一发送模块, 用于将多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP; VASP包括: 发布模块, 用于发布多媒体消息业务; 第二发送模块, 用于将多媒体消息业务对应的发布地址发送给移动终端。 通过本发明, 釆用 VASP发布多媒体消息业务, 并将发布地址发送给移 动终端以便移动终端查看, 解决了相关技术中多媒体消息服务中心无法在非 MMS移动终端上实现多媒体消息业务, 从而造成该业务的失败的问题, 进 而保证了业务的成功, 提高了用户体验。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理***的结构框 图; 图 2是 居本发明实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理方法的流程图; 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理方法的流程图; 图 4是才艮据本发明实施例的 MMSC的结构框图; 图 5是才艮据本发明优选实施例的 MMSC的结构框图; 图 6是^ f艮据本发明实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理***的结构框图。 具体实施方式 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特 征可以相互组合。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 图 1是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理***的结构框 图, 如图 1所示, 包括用户代理 ( User Agent, 简称为 UA )、 MMSC、 增值 业务平台 ( Value Added Service Platform, 简称为 VASP ) 和短消息月艮务中心 ( Short Messaging Service Center, 简称为 SMSC )。 基于图 1中的结构, 本发明提供了一种多媒体消息业务的处理方法。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理方法的流程图, 包括如下的 步骤 S202至步骤 S208。 步骤 S202, MMSC接收到多媒体消息业务, 其中多媒体消息业务是通 过 MMSC发送给移动终端的。 步骤 S204, MMSC确定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务。 步骤 S206, MMSC将多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP。 步骤 S208 , VASP发布多媒体消息业务, 并将多媒体消息业务对应的发 布地址发送给移动终端。 相关技术中, 多媒体消息服务中心无法在不支持多媒体消息业务的移动 终端上实现多媒体消息业务, 从而造成该业务的失败。 本发明实施例中, 增 加了增值业务平台, 其可以用于发布多媒体消息业务, 然后通过 MMSC向 不支持多媒体消息业务的移动终端发送该多媒体消息业务的发布地址, 以便 移动终端使用该发布地址查看该多媒体消息业务, 从而实现了不支持多媒体 消息业务的移动终端查看多媒体消息业务, 进而避免了业务的失败。 优选地, MMSC确定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务包括: MMSC在 用户信息数据库查询移动终端的用户信息, 其中用户信息数据库保存有移动 终端与用户信息的对应关系, 用户信息包括支持多媒体消息业务能力信息; MMSC使用用户信息中的支持多媒体消息业务能力信息,判断移动终端是否 支持多媒体消息业务; 如果判断结果为否, 则确定移动终端不支持多媒体消 息业务。 本优选实施例中描述了 居移动终端的用户信息判断移动终端是否支持 多媒体消息业务的过程。 由于通过 MMSC在用户信息数据库查询直接获得 该移动终端的用户信息, 因此, 该实现方式便捷、 可靠。 优选地, MMSC将多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP包括: MMSC按照 MM7 接口规范对多媒体消息业务进行编码; MMSC通过 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息 将编码后的多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP。 本优选实施例中描述了对多媒体消息业务进行编码的过程, 该过程可以 保证该多媒体消息业务传输的准确性与可靠性。 优选地, 在 VASP发布多媒体消息业务之前, VASP接收到来自 MMSC 的 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息; VASP按照 MM7接口规范对 MM7 Deliver.REQ 消息中的编码后的多媒体消息业务进行解码, 得到多媒体消息业务; VASP 将多媒体消息业务保存到自身内部与移动终端对应的存储空间。 本优选实施例中描述了对编码后的多媒体消息业务进行解码以及存储的 过程。 该过程与上述编码过程相适配, 可以保证该多媒体消息业务传输的准 确性与可靠性。 优选地, VASP将多媒体消息业务对应的发布地址发送给移动终端包括: VASP生成与发布多媒体消息业务的网页对应的发布地址; VASP通过 SMSC 夺发布地址发送给移动终端。 本优选实施例中, 对多媒体消息业务的发布釆用的是网页发布, 该网页 发布的实现方式稳定、 可靠。 同时, 由于不支持多媒体消息业务的移动终端 通常可以支持短消息业务, 因 jtb , 通过 SMSC ^!夺发布地址发送给移动终端, 便于移动终端所属的用户使用发布地址查看多媒体消息业务。 优选地, 在 VASP将多媒体消息业务对应的发布地址发送给移动终端之 后, 移动终端所属的用户使用发布地址查看多媒体消息业务。 需要说明的是, 该发布地址可以为 URL地址。 移动终端所属的用户使 用发布地址查看多媒体消息业务可以通过以下两种方式进行: 方式 1 : 用户利用移动终端自带的 WAP功能, 使用发布地址查看多媒体 消息业务。 方式 2: 用户利用计算机的浏览器, 使用发布地址查看多媒体消息业务。 优选地, 将 VASP与每个用户绑定, 为每个用户开辟单独的空间。 这样, 可以较长时间的保存该多媒体消息业务, 相当于扩展了移动终端存储。 本发明还提供了一个优选实施例, 结合了上述多个优选实施例的技术方 案, 下面结合图 3来详细描述。 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的多媒体消息业务的处理方法的流程图, 如图 3所示, 以两个移动终端间发送多媒体消息业务的业务过程为例进行说 明, UA_1为 MMS移动终端, UA_2为非 MMS移动终端, 包括如下的步骤 S302至步骤 S324。 步骤 S302 , UA 1向 UA_2用户发送多媒体消息业务, 将多媒体消息业 务提交请求( MMl_Submit.REQ )发送到 MMSC, MMSC返回给 UA 1提交 成功响应 (MMl_Submit.RES )。 步骤 S304, MMSC向用户信息模块查询 UA_1和 UA_2相关信息,本发 明仅涉及 UA_2为非 MMS移动终端的情况; ^_设 MMSC查询 UA_2为非 MMS移动终端, 则执行下面步骤。 步骤 S306, MMSC将多媒体消息业务按 MM7接口编码。 步-骤 S308, MMSC将编码后的内容通过 MM7 Deliver.REQ消息 (递送 请求消息) 发送给 VASP。 步骤 S310, VASP收到 MMSC发送过来的 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息, 向 MMSC返回 MM7_Deliver.RES (递送响应消息) 消息。 步骤 S312, MMSC收到 VASP发送来的 MM7_Deliver.RES消息, 判断 消息已经成功发送到 VASP, 向 UA_1返回发送成功的投递报告
( MM 1 DeliverReport.REQ )„ 步骤 S314, VASP收到 MMSC发送来的 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息, 进行 解码。 步骤 S316, VASP将解码得到的多媒体消息业务存储于用户 UA_2独立 空间并通过 WEB (网页) 进行发布, 得到对应的 URL地址。 步骤 S318, VASP将包含 URL地址的提示短信 ( Short MSG )发送给 SMSC。 步骤 S320, SMSC将短信 ( Short MSG ) 发送给目的用户 UA_2。 步骤 S322, UA_2收到提示短信, 得知 UA_1发送过多媒体消息业务。 步骤 S324, 通过移动终端 WAP上网或者在电脑上通过短信中的 URL 地址可以浏览该多媒体消息业务。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执 行指令的计算机***中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是 在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 本发明实施例提供了一种 MMSC , 该 MMSC可以用于实现上述多媒体 消息业务的处理方法。 图 4是才艮据本发明实施例的 MMSC的结构框图, 包 括接收模块 42 , 确定模块 44和第一发送模块 46。 下面对其结构进行详细描 述。 接收模块 42 , 用于接收多媒体消息业务, 其中多媒体消息业务是通过 MMSC发送给移动终端的; 确定模块 44 , 用于确定移动终端不支持多媒体 消息业务; 第一发送模块 46 , 连接至接收模块 42和确定模块 44 , 用于在确 定模块 44确定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务的情况下, 将接收模块 42接 收的多媒体消息业务发送给增值业务平台 VASP。 相关技术中, 多媒体消息服务中心无法在不支持多媒体消息业务的移动 终端上实现多媒体消息业务, 从而造成该业务的失败。 本发明实施例中, 增 加了增值业务平台, 其可以用于发布多媒体消息业务, 然后通过 MMSC向 不支持多媒体消息业务的移动终端发送该多媒体消息业务的发布地址, 以便 移动终端使用该发布地址查看该多媒体消息业务, 从而实现了不支持多媒体 消息业务的移动终端查看多媒体消息业务, 进而避免了业务的失败。 图 5是才艮据本发明优选实施例的 MMSC的结构框图。 优选地, 确定模块 44包括查询子模块 442、 判断子模块 444和确定子模 块 446。 查询子模块 442 , 用于在用户信息数据库查询移动终端的用户信息, 其 中用户信息数据库保存有移动终端与用户信息的对应关系, 用户信息包括支 持多媒体消息业务能力信息; 判断子模块 444 , 连接至查询子模块 442 , 用 于使用查询子模块 442查询的用户信息中的支持多媒体消息业务能力信息, 判断移动终端是否支持多媒体消息业务; 确定子模块 446 , 连接至判断子模 块 444 , 用于在判断子模块 444判断结果为否的情况下, 确定移动终端不支 持多媒体消息业务。 本优选实施例中描述了才艮据移动终端的用户信息判断移动终端是否支持 多媒体消息业务的过程。 由于通过 MMSC在用户信息数据库查询直接获得 该移动终端的用户信息, 因此, 该实现方式便捷、 可靠。 优选地, 第一发送模块 46包括编码子模块 462和发送子模块 464。 下面 对其结构进行详细描述。 编码子模块 462 , 连接至接收模块 42和判断模块 44 , 用于在判断模块
44判断结果为否的情况下, 按照 MM7接口规范对接收模块 42接收的多媒 体消息业务进行编码; 发送子模块 464 , 连接至编码子模块 462 , 用于通过 MM7 Deliver.REQ消息将编码子模块 462编码后的多媒体消息业务发送给 VASP。 本优选实施例中描述了对多媒体消息业务进行编码的过程, 该过程可以 保证该多媒体消息业务传输的准确性与可靠性。 需要说明的是, 装置实施例中描述的 MMSC对应于上述的方法实施例, 其具体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赞述。 下面结合优选实施例和附图 1对上述实施例的实现过程进行详细说明。 UA:也称为用户移动终端;有 MMS移动终端和非 MMS移动终端两种,
MMS移动终端通过可以通过无线网络发送和接收多媒体消息业务, 非 MMS 移动终端无法发送和介绍多媒体消息业务; 无线网络和 MMSC釆用的是 Mml接口。 VASP: 为每个用户开辟单独空间; 可以接收 MMSC通过 MM7接口提 发送的多媒体消息业务, 将其存储于用户独立空间并通过 WEB发布, 通过 SMSC将该多媒体消息业务对应的 URL地址发送给用户,以便用户可以通过 移动终端或者电脑访问该 URL来查看该多媒体消息业务。 SMSC: 发送短信给 UA。
MMSC: 多媒体消息月艮务中心, 负责多媒体消息业务的保存和转发, 并 负责用户关于多媒体业务的管理; 对于发送给非 MMS的用户, MMSC将其 转发到 VASP处理。 下面分别对本发明实施例中的两个重要装置 MMSC和 VASP进行描述。 1 ) MMSC包括 MMSC用户信息模块、 MMSC MM7接口编码及发送模 块。 下面对其结构进行详细描述。
MMSC用户信息模块, 用于保存用户信息, 如是否为 MMS移动终端, 移动终端型号, 黑白名单, 多媒体消息业务大小限制等, 本发明主要使用'是 否为 MMS移动终端'这一属 >!"生。 MMSC MM7接口编码及发送模块, 用于 MMSC按 MM7接口规范将多 媒体消息业务进行编码, 并将编码后的内容在 MM7_Deliver.REQ消息中发 送给 VASP。

VASPWEB发布模块, 用于将解码的多媒体消息业务附件通过 WEB发 布, 并产生对应的 URL地址。
VASP短信通知模块, 用于向 SMSC发送短信提示, 短信内容包含访问 该多媒体消息业务的 URL地址。 本发明还提供了一种多媒体消息业务的处理***, 图 6是根据本发明实 施例的多媒体消息业务的处理***的结构框图, 如图 6所示, 该***包括 MMSC 62、 VASP 64和移动终端 66, 其中, MMSC 62包括接收模块 622 , 用于接收多媒体消息业务, 其中多媒体消息业务是通过 MMSC发送给移动 终端的; 确定模块 624, 用于确定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务; 第一发 送模块 626, 连接至接收模块 622和确定模块 624, 用于在确定模块 624确 定移动终端不支持多媒体消息业务的情况下, 将接收模块 622接收的多媒体 消息业务发送给 VASP; VASP 64包括发布模块 642 , 连接至第一发送模块 626,用于发布第一发送模块 626发送的多媒体消息业务;第二发送模块 644, 连接至发布模块 642 , 用于将发布模块 642发布的多媒体消息业务对应的发 布地址发送给移动终端 66。 综上所述, 根据本发明的上述实施例, 提供了一种多媒体消息业务的处 理方法、 装置及***。 釆用 VASP发布多媒体消息业务, 并将发布地址发送 给移动终端以便移动终端查看, 解决了相关技术中多媒体消息月艮务中心无法 在非 MMS移动终端上实现多媒体消息业务,从而造成该业务的失败的问题, 进而保证了业务的成功, 提高了用户体验。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
