Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un appareil équipé d'une unité de double rouleau pour appliquer un matériau liquide, lequel appareil comprend : un corps principal qui a un espace à l'intérieur pour recevoir un contenu, une structure de couplage faisant saillie vers le haut au niveau de la partie supérieure, et un premier trou de décharge à travers lequel le contenu est déchargé au niveau de la partie supérieure ; une partie de support de rouleau disposée au niveau du côté supérieur du corps principal, et ayant un second trou de décharge communiquant avec le premier trou de décharge au niveau de la partie inférieure ; une première partie de rouleau disposée de façon à pouvoir tourner au niveau de la partie de support de rouleau de façon à venir en contact avec le contenu déchargé à travers le second trou de décharge ; une seconde partie de rouleau disposée du côté de la première partie de rouleau de façon à être en contact avec la première partie de rouleau, et couplée avec la partie de support de rouleau d'une manière rotative ; et un capuchon interne couplé à la structure de couplage du corps principal, et ayant un trou traversant communiquant avec le premier trou de décharge. La partie de support de rouleau comprend une pluralité de nervures de support faisant saillie à partir de la paroi interne de la partie de support de rouleau de façon à venir en contact avec la surface circonférentielle externe du capuchon interne. Lorsque la seconde partie de rouleau tourne, la première partie de rouleau tourne en relation avec la seconde partie de rouleau, et transfère le contenu déchargé à travers le second trou de décharge vers la seconde partie de rouleau. Selon la présente invention, une agitation d'un côté à l'autre de la partie de support de rouleau est réduite au minimum pendant que la partie de support de rouleau tourne, du fait des nervures de support et d'une nervure de renfort.
