背景技术
目前,不锈钢车顶边梁采用整体定位块 ,定位块的形状与车体边梁的形状难以吻合,特别是对于复杂形状的香港地铁 车顶边梁轮廓定位调整、宽度、高度等尺寸调整很难控制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不锈钢车顶边梁组合式定位装置 , 解决不锈钢车顶组焊生产中整体定位块 形状与车体边梁形状难以吻合问题 ,实现对 于复杂形状的香港地铁车顶边梁轮廓定位调整以及宽度、高度等尺寸控制 目的。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种不锈钢车顶边梁组合式定位装置,其特征在于:包括 内腔定位块 、外部托体、外部定位块、顶杆、夹钳,内腔定位块上边与车顶边梁内腔顶部吻合,外部托体可调式连接在内腔定位块表面,外部定位块可调式连接在外部托体表面,顶杆中的长形螺母与内腔定位块为一体,夹钳用来夹持车顶边梁的两个边沿。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:(1)利用 内腔定位块与车顶边梁内腔顶部吻合, 将车顶边梁支撑起来 ; (2) 通过与内腔定位块上连接的 外部托体、外部定位块和夹钳的可调整作用实现 宽度、高度等尺寸 调整 。

具体实施方式

由于各定位元件之间用螺栓连接,而且相互间的螺栓连接孔设置成长槽,所以,能够根据不锈钢车体边梁形状调整 宽度、高度等尺寸。 解决不锈钢车顶组焊生产中整体定位块 形状与车体边梁形状难以吻合问题 ,实现对 于复杂形状的香港地铁车顶边梁轮廓定位调整以及宽度、高度等尺寸控制 。

  1. 一种不锈钢车顶边梁组合式定位装置,其特征在于:包括 内腔定位块 、外部托体、外部定位块、顶杆、夹钳,内腔定位块上边与车顶边梁内腔顶部吻合,外部托体可调式连接在内腔定位块表面,外部定位块可调式连接在外部托体表面,顶杆中的长形螺母与内腔定位块为一体,夹钳用来夹持车顶边梁的两个边沿。
