本发明需解决的问题是提供一种外形简洁、 没有手柄、 成本低、 方便携 带的干发器。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明设计出一种无手柄干发器, 包括外壳、 开关 和电源线, 所述的外壳由位于前端的出风筒和与出风筒连接的后壳体组成, 电动机、 风叶和电热元件设置于后壳体内, 在出风筒上分布有若干个凸起块, 在出风筒的前端设置有卡插槽, 在卡插槽上分布有若干个卡插孔位。
作为对上述方案的改进: 所述的出风筒和后壳体的内壁设置有一层防辐 射材料层, 所述的防辐射材料层由鳞片状石墨粉、 乙炔碳粉、 羰基铁粉、 铁 氧体粉扩散剂、 粘固剂、 成膜剂、 氨水、 纯水混合而成。
作为对上述方案的进一歩改进: 所述的凸起块为长条状的凸起, 该凸起 设置于出风筒的末端靠近后罩的壳体上, 凸起与出风筒壳体一体成型。
作为对上述方案的更进一歩改进: 所述的出风筒与可释放营养素风嘴或 带有刷毛风嘴连接, 在可释放营养素风嘴或带有刷毛风嘴的内壁设置有与卡 插槽和卡插孔位相对应的凸筋和卡块。
本发明中所述的可释放营养素风嘴包括壳体、 定位架和容纳营养素的容 器, 所述的定位架设置于壳体内, 使壳体形成三个出风口, 在中间的出风口 处的定位架上设置有容纳营养素的容器。 所述的带有刷毛风嘴包括圆筒状壳 体, 在壳体的出风口处设置有刷毛块。
此外, 本发明所述的出风筒呈圆柱状, 出风筒的长度至少是后壳体长度 的 2倍, 出风筒的直径为 5〜16cm。
本发明无手柄干发器具有以下优点:
1、 由出风筒和后壳体组成本发明的干发器的主体, 出风筒为单手可握持 的大小, 在出风筒的位置上设置有凸起块, 将电动机、 风叶和电热元件设置 于后壳体内, 当人手握持出风筒时, 不会因电热元件产生的热量而影响烫及 人手。
2、 通过在出风筒处设置卡插槽和卡插孔位, 可以方便的增加具有不同功 能的风嘴, 如释放营养素风嘴或带有刷毛风嘴, 实现不同的功能;
3、 在出风筒和后壳体的内壁设置有一层防辐射材料层, 可以有效降低使 用干发器时, 无形的电磁辐射对人体的影响。 附图说明:

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解, 下面将结合具体实施例及附图对本发 明的结构原理作进一歩的详细描述:
如图 1所示, 一种无手柄干发器实施例。 它包括外壳、 开关 7和电源线 10, 所述的外壳由位于前端的出风筒 1和与出风筒 1连接的后壳体 2组成, 电动机、 风叶和电热元件设置于后壳体 2内, 在出风筒 1上分布有若干个凸 起块 5, 在出风筒的前端设置有卡插槽 8, 在卡插槽 8上分布有若干个卡插孔 位 6。 在后壳体 2的内壁 21上还设有一层防辐射材料层 9, 同样在出风筒 1 的内壁上也设有一层防辐射材料层 (图中未示), 该防辐射材料层由鳞片状石 墨粉、 乙炔碳粉、 羰基铁粉、 铁氧体粉扩散剂、 粘固剂、 成膜剂、 氨水、 纯 水混合而成。 所述的凸起块 5 为长条状的凸起, 该凸起设置于出风筒的末端 靠近后罩的壳体上, 凸起与出风筒壳体一体成型。
所述的出风筒 1与可释放营养素风嘴 3或带有刷毛风嘴 4连接, 在可释 放营养素风嘴 3或带有刷毛风嘴 4的内壁设置有与卡插槽和卡插孔位相对应 的凸筋和卡块。 所述的出风筒呈圆柱状, 出风筒的长度是后壳体长度的 2倍, 出风筒的直径为 8cm。
如图 2所示, 所述的可释放营养素风嘴 3包括壳体 31、定位架 36和容纳 营养素的容器 32, 所述的定位架 36设置于壳体 31内, 使壳体 31形成三个出 风口 33、 34、 35, 在中间的出风口 33处的定位架 36上设置有容纳营养素的 容器 32。
如图 3所示, 所述的带有刷毛风嘴 4包括圆筒状壳体 41, 在壳体的出 风口处设置有刷毛块 42, 在刷毛块 42的周围形成出风端 43、 44、 45。 如图 4所示, 将可释放营养素风嘴 3安装在干发器的出风筒上。

1、 一种无手柄干发器, 包括外壳、 开关和电源线, 所述的外壳由位于前 端的出风筒和与出风筒连接的后壳体组成, 电动机、 风叶和电热元件设置于 后壳体内, 其特征是: 在出风筒上分布有若干个凸起块, 在出风筒的前端设 置有卡插槽, 在卡插槽上分布有若干个卡插孔位。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的无手柄干发器, 其特征是: 所述的出风筒和后 壳体的内壁设置有一层防辐射材料层, 所述的防辐射材料层由鳞片状石墨粉、 乙炔碳粉、 羰基铁粉、 铁氧体粉扩散剂、 粘固剂、 成膜剂、 氨水、 纯水混合 而成。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的无手柄干发器, 其特征是: 所述的凸起块 为长条状的凸起, 该凸起设置于出风筒的末端靠近后罩的壳体上, 凸起与出 风筒壳体一体成型。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的无手柄干发器, 其特征是: 所述的出风筒与可 释放营养素风嘴或带有刷毛风嘴连接, 在可释放营养素风嘴或带有刷毛风嘴 的内壁设置有与卡插槽和卡插孔位相对应的凸筋和卡块。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的无手柄干发器, 其特征是: 所述的可释放营养 素风嘴包括壳体、 定位架和容纳营养素的容器, 所述的定位架设置于壳体内, 使壳体形成三个出风口, 在中间的出风口处的定位架上设置有容纳营养素的 容器。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的无手柄干发器, 其特征是: 所述的带有刷毛风 嘴包括圆筒状壳体, 在壳体的出风口处设置有刷毛块。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的无手柄干发器, 其特征是: 所述的出风筒呈圆 柱状, 出风筒的长度至少是后壳体长度的 2倍, 出风筒的直径为 5〜16cm。
