Abstract
본 발명은 카다베린 고생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 이용한 카다베린의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 카다베린(cadaverine)의 분해 또는 이용 경로에 관여하는 유전자가 약화 또는 결실되어 있는 카다베린 고생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물 및 이를 호기조건하에서 배양하여 퓨트레신을 고수율로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 카다베린 고생성능을 가지는 변이 미생물은 산업적으로 널리 사용되는 카다베린을 고수율로 제조하는데 유용하다.
