PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA APORTACIÓN DE MATERIALES METÁLICOS  PROCEDURE FOR THE CONTRIBUTION OF METAL MATERIALS
D E S C R I P C I Ó N CAMPO TÉCNICO DE LA INVENCIÓN D E S C R I P C I O N TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN The present invention relates to a process for the provision of metallic material on a particular piece and the subsequent stage of burnishing; as well as the system of contribution of metallic material associated to said procedure. The invention falls within the technical sector of manufacturing processes through the contribution of material, applied to both pieces of revolution and different geometries, and for materials such as steels, special steels, nickel-based and titanium-based alloys and other metal alloys. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Different thermal processes of fusion of metallic material on certain parts are known, such as the contribution by laser (also known by the English term 'Laser Cladding'), which is a process of high industrial interest because it offers the possibility of providing a material on a base piece with a high contribution quality and high selectivity in the treated area. The laser input can be used as a coating technique or as a manufacturing and fast forming technique layer by layer. In particular, in any of the two variants, its use in pieces of revolution is high since a contribution device can be placed by laser and rotate the piece by means of a turning center or the like.
One of the main difficulties involved in the laser input technique is to guarantee the integrity of the coatings generated. In fact, sometimes specific characteristics of these coatings are required, which can hardly be achieved directly by said laser input technique. The main problem comes from the process itself, which is based on the fusion of a fraction of the base piece material on which a contribution material is injected, and which can also melt. The movement of the piece, rotational and / or longitudinal, causes the laser to stop affecting that area and It produces a rapid cooling that solidifies the previously molten material, thus creating a solid coating layer diluted with part of the base piece material. This process implies that there is an area that has solidified again after melting and a thermally affected area.
In addition, the presence of pores or gaps is common as a result of the laser input operation, despite working with optimal process conditions such as working in a vacuum and / or inert atmospheres. This fact decreases the mechanical properties of the parts and sometimes requires an exhaustive control of the parts manufactured using this technique, thus increasing maintenance costs and preventing failures in service.
On the other hand, there are processes to improve the surface properties of parts manufactured by plastic deformation. One of these processes is known as mechanical burnishing (also known by its English name 'Burnishing'). The mechanical burnishing process generally has two variants depending on the type of tool used: roller burnishing or ball burnishing. In both cases a tool of high hardness is used. Roller burnishing uses a roller-shaped tool and is applied to revolution parts, while in ball burnishing, the tool is a sphere capable of moving in any direction and can be applied to any part geometry. In turn, these processes can be carried out with different methods of generating the necessary pressure: mechanical spring, hydraulic pump, ...
Regardless of the type of burnish in question, the process is based on plastically deforming a layer of material. The improvement obtained is twofold: on the one hand the surface roughness is improved, and on the other hand, residual compression stresses are introduced on the surface and below it, which increases the fatigue resistance of the parts treated with this technique.
Some systems such as the one presented in the application WO-2009124034 seek the application of a coating by means of burnishing techniques, which achieves a contribution of material that is mechanically adhered to a piece base.
On the other hand, there are several solutions presented for both processes independently. Thus, there are solutions for the burnishing of different components such as bearing tracks, see application WO-2009109303; of crankshafts, see application WO-2006135014; for gears, see WO-2008088748; of revolution parts, see WO-2007045649; including the design of burnishing tools for specific part geometries, such as applications WO-2008050012 and WO-2008037905. All these requests are based on developing specific burnishing tools for final application in already manufactured parts.
On the other hand, and in the same way, there are different inventions in the processes of coating parts, both in the equipment that carries out the process such as coaxial nozzles, dust entrainment elements etc. See applications such as WO-2005028151, WO-2005084875, WO-2007022567, and US-7259353. As also in the application of the coating process. These processes are executed in different fields such as for hip implants, see US-7632575; as in biocompatible coatings, see ES-2143938; as in repair of bottle molds, see WO-2009090622; and as in repair of aeronautical turbines, see WO-2001 12381. Again, all inventions focus on the coating process.
There are some inventions closer to the state of the art that combine the processes of coating by contribution of material and subsequent process of surface finishing, mainly abrasive polishing such as for example the application JP-4083862, and grinding or machining. In some cases, the combined use of material and finishing tools is proposed, such as US application 2005-2007003; but in the case of material removal processes through abrasive processes: polishing or grinding.
OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a process for the contribution of metallic material on a particular piece and the subsequent stage of burnishing, wherein said procedure for the contribution of metallic material on a piece comprises the following steps:
a) aportación de material metálico, mediante un proceso térmico de fusión del material metálico, al menos parcialmente en la superficie de dicha pieza, formando una capa de material metálico y una zona afectada térmicamente, y  a) contribution of metallic material, by means of a thermal fusion process of the metallic material, at least partially on the surface of said piece, forming a layer of metallic material and a thermally affected area, and
b) bruñir dicha capa,  b) burnish said layer,
donde las etapas a) y b) se realizan mediante al menos un cabezal combinado que comprende al menos un dispositivo de aportación de dicho material metálico y al menos una herramienta de bruñido, y realizándose las etapas con un retraso suficiente para que la zona afectada térmicamente se encuentre todavía a una temperatura donde la tensión de fluencia a compresión sea menor que la presión de bruñido  where steps a) and b) are carried out by means of at least one combined head comprising at least one device for supplying said metal material and at least one burnishing tool, and the stages being carried out with a sufficient delay so that the thermally affected area is is still at a temperature where the compression creep stress is lower than the burnish pressure
The result is the improvement of the structural integrity of the pieces obtained, regardless of the metal material with which one works, as long as it has a plastic deformability capable of being mechanically burnished; since the metallic material contribution device generates a layer of contributed material and where, then, the burnishing tool deforms the hot material plastically generating a layer of less surface roughness and greater structural integrity.
By plastically deforming the piece obtained, the surface roughness is substantially improved and the residual compression stresses on the surface itself as below it are reduced; therefore increasing the fatigue resistance of the parts obtained by this procedure.
Additionally, it is observed how the contribution device is made in a combined way taking advantage of the residual heat in the piece so that the burnishing is carried out in such a way that a lower pressure is required and where the energy requirement is lower compared to the current state of the art . The level of porosity after both stages is minimal thanks to the second stage of burnishing and the execution time of the whole process is very reduced due to the application of a head combined with both procedures; to take into account that the process can be completely automated for the realization of pieces formed in this way and in large series. In addition, the homogeneity of the coating of metallic material is far superior to the operations of the metallic material contribution in isolation.
Preferably the surface layer to be deformed plastically and obtained by the contribution of metallic material, ranges between 5 and 350 microns thick.
The possibility that the piece to be formed is a piece of revolution is contemplated, so that it can be anchored at its ends, and by means of an axis of rotation, both stages can be carried out by means of the combined head and the movements can be:
de avance por parte del propio cabezal combinado; es decir, longitudinalmente y cubriendo parcialmente o la totalidad de la pieza de revolución a conformar; o - de avance por parte del eje de revolución; siendo esta opción minoritaria para la mayoría de los casos.  forward by the combined head itself; that is, longitudinally and partially or partially covering the entire piece of revolution to be shaped; or - of advance by the axis of revolution; this minority option being for most cases.
The system for the contribution of metallic materials comprises at least one drive system that regulates the distance between said at least one burnishing tool with respect to said at least one device for providing metallic material.
In this way and by means of a simple system, the delay in the application of said at least one burnishing tool can be regulated according to the material to be formed or the metallic material to be provided; allowing to reduce the distance for materials with a high degree of thermal conductivity and vice versa.
Additionally, the contribution system may be guided by a turning center type machine in the case of revolution parts; a robot or any kinematic platform capable of guiding said, at least one, metallic material contribution system.
Preferably, the drag system comprises a graduated ruler with a slide arranged on it, so that the regulation is estimated by means of length units providing the assembly with high precision and being able to perform parameters that relate the distance to the waiting time of the application of said, at least one, burnishing tool.
The drag system can be controlled in a fully automated manner, for example for large series of parts; or servo-controlled by incorporating an additional axis to the system object of the invention where said operations are carried out.
Se contemplan distintas opciones referentes a la posibilidad de utilizar un tipo de dispositivo de aportación u otro, pudiendo ser: Different options are contemplated regarding the possibility of using one type of contribution device or another, which may be:
un dispositivo láser, y/o  a laser device, and / or

De manera adicional se contemplan distintas herramientas de bruñido las cuales pueden ser:  Additionally, different burnishing tools are contemplated which may be:
