从面盖进气的手提花洒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种进气手提花洒，特别是一种从面盖进气的手提花洒。
背景技术
现有的进气手提花洒，其进气孔设于花洒的手把位置，当关水时，残留的水会从花洒的手柄上的进气孔流出，呈现关水后花洒仍在滴水的现象，使人感觉不舒服。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种从面盖进气的手提花洒，做到关水后即止水，避免花洒滴水的现象发生。
为了达成上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种从面盖进气的手提花洒，包括装饰面盖、带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖、花洒本体，其特征是：装饰面盖与带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖经焊接形成气室；在带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖上设有两个气孔，气孔与花洒本体上手柄腔体前部的气体空间相连通；在花洒本体的手柄腔体前部，设有一带有中空水道的进气接头，进气接头上设有通往中空水道的进气孔，进气孔位于气体空间内；花洒本体的手柄腔体前部设有第二层内壁，进气接头的前端密封圈与第二层内壁密封，用于密封水；进气接头的中部密封圈与花洒手柄的第一层内壁密封，用于密封气，形成气体空间；进气接头的尾端密封圈与进水管密封，用于密封水。
采用上述结构后，本发明的有益效果是，空气从装饰面盖与软胶喷嘴之间的缝隙进入装饰面盖与带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖经焊接形成的气室，再经中间面盖上的两个气孔进入花洒本体的手柄腔体前部的气体空间，然后从进气接头上的进气孔进入中空水道与水混合，形成有氧水。这样，关水后回流造成的残留水就留在上面所述的气室里，下次打开使用时，残留水随着气体进入水路，避免了关水后仍有滴水的现象发生，做到关水后即止水，使用更方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示，本发明所述从面盖进气的手提花洒，主要包括装饰面盖1、带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖2、花洒本体3。
装饰面盖1与带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖2经焊接形成气室。
在带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖2上设有两个气孔4，气孔4与花洒本体3与手柄腔体前部的气体空间5相连通。
在花洒本体3的手柄腔体前部，设有一带有中空水道的进气接头6，进气接头6上设有通往中空水道的进气孔7，进气孔7位于气体空间5内。花洒本体3原来的内壁为第一层内壁11，花洒本体3在手柄腔体前部还设有第二层内壁8。
配合图3和图5所示，装配时，先将进气接头6***进水管13，再整个***手柄内，进气接头6的前端密封圈9与第二层内壁8密封，用于密封水；进气接头6的中部密封圈10与花洒手柄的第一层内壁11密封，用于密封气，形成气体空间5；进气接头6的尾端密封圈12与进水管13密封，用于密封水。图5中箭头方向为空气进入方向。
装配后使用时，配合图5所示，箭头为空气流动方向。空气从装饰面盖1与软胶喷嘴之间的缝隙进入装饰面盖1与带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖2经焊接形成的气室，再经中间面盖2上的两个气孔进入花洒本体3的手柄腔体前部的气体空间5，然后从进气接头6上的进气孔7进入中空水道与水混合，形成有氧水。这样，关水后回流造成的残留水就留在上面所述的气室里，下次打开使用时，残留水随着气体进入水路。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样，任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰，皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (2)

1、一种从面盖进气的手提花洒，包括装饰面盖、带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖、花洒本体，其特征是：装饰面盖与带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖经焊接形成气室；在带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖上设有两个气孔，气孔与花洒本体上手柄腔体前部的气体空间相连通；在花洒本体的手柄腔体前部，设有一带有中空水道的进气接头，进气接头上设有通往中空水道的进气孔，进气孔位于气体空间内；花洒本体的手柄腔体前部设有第二层内壁，进气接头的前端密封圈与第二层内壁密封，用于密封水；进气接头的中部密封圈与花洒手柄的第一层内壁密封，用于密封气，形成气体空间；进气接头的尾端密封圈与进水管密封，用于密封水。
2、根据权利要求1所述从面盖进气的手提花洒，其特征是：在带有软胶喷嘴的中间面盖设有两个气孔。
