Abstract

The present invention relates to the construction industry in general, and specifically to additives incorporated into high-strength concretes for prefab construction, as well as for pervious concretes, improving their physical properties, characterized in that they include the following components: water, at least one dispersing agent, at least one bactericidal agent; at least one thermo-adherent mineral; at least one polymer-based hydrodispersing agent; calcium carbonate and silico-aluminate; an oxidizing silicon aluminum agent; at least one anti-scaling, anti-corrosive and dispersant; anti-scaling calcium and at least one hydraulic binder, or mixtures thereof, and where each cubic meter of the hydraulic high-strength concretes includes: 110 to 250 liters of water; 530 to 630 liters of sand; 700 to 750 liters of gravel; 300 kg of cement and 9.5 liters of the additive; and where each cubic meter of the pervious concretes includes: 70 to 130 liters of water; 1 to 1.4 m3 of aggregates; 100 to 330 kg of cement and 2.88% of the additive with respect to the weight of the cement.
