Abstract
본 발명은 자외선 흡수기를 갖는 오가노트리알콕시실란, 다이오가노다이알콕시실란 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 오가노알콕시실란 전구체를 염기의 존재 하에서 가교조절제 및 자외선 안정성 개선제로서의 테트라알콕시실란, 알킬트리알콕시실란, 테트라알콕시실란, 아릴트리알콕시실란, 다이알킬다이알콕시실란, 다이아릴다이알콕시실란, 아릴알킬다이알콕시실란 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 실란화합물과 반응시켜 자외선 흡수기를 갖는 폴리실세스퀴옥산, 실세스퀴옥산-실옥산 혼성 중합체, 실세스퀴옥산-실리카 혼성 중합체, 실세스퀴옥산-실옥산-실리카 혼성 중합체 및 실세스퀴옥산-실옥산 혼성 중합체로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리(유기산화실리콘) 입자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 자외선 흡수기-포함 폴리(유기산화실리콘) 입자의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리(산화실리콘) 입자는 포함되어 있는 자외선 흡수기의 자외선 흡광도를 거의 동일하게 유지하면서 자외선 안정성이 떨어지는 문제점을 획기적으로 해결한다. 본 발명의 자외선 흡수기-포함 폴리(산화실리콘) 입자는 백탁 현상이 발생되지 않아, 화장품으로의 적용 응용성이 매우 우수하다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 기존의 방법과 비교하여 경제적으로 자외선 흡수기-포함 폴리(산화실리콘) 입자를 제조할 수 있다.
