Abstract

Water power ram-pressure machine (1) having at least one rotor (2) which has a hub (3) and blades (4) connected thereto, and which, during operation defines a water level difference between an upstream high-water level (6) and a downstream low-water level (8), and having an electrical motor/generator machine (10), which is coupled to the rotor (2), wherein a lifting apparatus (13) is connected to the rotor (2), wherein the lifting apparatus (13) is connected to a closed-loop control device (12) for closed-loop control of the height of the axis (11) of the rotor (2) relative to the low-water level (8), in order to keep the distance (h) between the axis (11) of the rotor (2) and the low-water level (8) within a predetermined operating range, in the event of a change thereof, by the closed-loop control of the height of the axis (11) of the rotor (2) relative to the low-water level (8).
