The present invention relates to a holding structure for holding a container by a holder fixed in a vehicle interior.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-246979 describes a center console provided with a cup holder accommodating portion. In this cup holder accommodating part, it is possible to accommodate and use a bottomed cylindrical container such as an ashtray.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-246979
However, in order to hold a container with a relatively deep bottom, a depth corresponding to this is also required for the cup holder accommodating portion, and when the depth of the cup holder accommodating portion cannot be sufficiently secured due to the layout etc. There is.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a container holding structure in a vehicle compartment that can detachably hold a container having a deep bottom while minimizing a space in the height direction. With the goal.
The present invention is a holding structure for holding a container by a holder fixed in a vehicle interior. The holder includes first and second engaging portions that are spaced apart from each other and a container support portion that is provided below the two engaging portions. An engaged portion is provided at the lower part of the outer surface on one side of the container, and a leaf spring-like elastic locking piece is attached to the lower part on the other side of the container. The first engaging portion and the engaged portion are engaged with each other by inserting one convex shape into the other concave shape. When the other side of the container is lowered toward the holder while the engaged part is engaged with the first engaging part obliquely from above, the elastic locking piece is elastically deformed to engage with the second engaging part. In this state, the container support unit supports the container from below.
In the above configuration, the upward movement of the container is prevented by the engagement of the engaged portion and the elastic locking piece arranged at the lower portion of the container with the first and second engaging portions of the holder. Since the container is supported from below by the container support part, the maximum distance in the height direction from the container support part to the upper end of the first or second engagement part can be set short. Therefore, it is possible to detachably hold the deep container with the holder while minimizing the space in the height direction.
Also, when removing the container from the holder and using it, pull up the other side of the container. Thereby, the elastic locking piece is elastically deformed, the engagement with the second engaging portion is released, and the container can be easily removed from the holder. In addition, it is also possible to accommodate and use the removed container in a container accommodating part with a deep bottom.
According to the present invention, it is possible to detachably hold a container having a deep bottom while minimizing the space in the height direction.
It is sectional drawing which shows the holding structure of 1st Embodiment. It is sectional drawing which shows the state before making a holder hold | maintain a container. It is sectional drawing which shows the state which accommodated the container in the other holder.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The holder 1 includes a housing recess 2 that opens upward, and first and second engaging portions 3 and 4 that are disposed in the vicinity of the periphery of the housing recess 2, and a predetermined location (for example, It is fixed to the upper surface of the instrument panel or the center console. The first engaging portion 3 has a convex shape that protrudes toward the housing recess 2 and is formed by partially cutting away the peripheral wall of the housing recess 2. The second engaging portion 4 is configured by a partial notch 5 formed in the peripheral wall of the housing recess 2 and a peripheral wall upper end 6 above the notch 5. The upper end of the second engaging portion 4 is disposed at a position higher than the upper end of the first engaging portion 3, and the first engaging portion 3 and the second engaging portion 4 Opposite each other on both sides.
A container (for example, an ashtray) 10 includes a bottomed cylindrical container body 12 that defines a storage space 11 therein, and a lid body that is rotatably supported on the top of the container body 12 and opens and closes an upper opening of the storage space 11. 13 and a leaf spring member 14 that is detachably attached. A concave engaged portion 16 into which the first engaging portion 3 of the holder 1 is inserted and engaged is formed on the lower portion of the outer surface on one side of the peripheral wall 15 of the container body 12. On the outer side of the other side of the peripheral wall 15 of the container body 12, a handle-like gripping part 17 extending downward from the upper part of the container body 12 is formed. A spring accommodating groove 18 that opens downward is formed in the gripping portion 17, and the leaf spring member 14 is inserted into the spring accommodating groove 18 from below and accommodated. When the leaf spring member 14 is bent into a corrugated plate shape and is inserted into the spring accommodating groove 18, the leaf spring member 14 is engaged with and held by the inner surface of the spring accommodating groove 18 by its own elastic force. The lower end portion 19 of the leaf spring member 14 has an L shape protruding toward the outside of the container 10 and is exposed below the spring accommodating groove 18. Of the lower surface of the gripping portion 17, the portion outside the spring accommodating groove 18 functions as an inclined contact surface 20.
When the other side of the container 10 is lowered toward the holder 1 while the engaged part 16 of the container 10 is engaged with the first engaging part 3 of the holder 1 from obliquely above, the lower end of the leaf spring member 14 19 is brought into contact with the upper end portion 6 of the peripheral wall of the holder 1 from above and elastically deformed, and the L-shaped corner portion of the lower end portion 19 reaches the notch 5 of the holder 1. At this time, the urging force of the lower end portion 19 of the elastically deformed leaf spring member 14 is applied to the upper end of the peripheral wall of the holder 1 while the engagement contact surface 20 of the gripping portion 17 is in contact with the upper end portion 6 of the peripheral wall of the holder 1 from above. Since it acts on the portion 6 from below, the lower end portion 19 of the leaf spring member 14 engages with the upper end portion 6 (second engaging portion 4) of the peripheral wall. In this engaged state, the upper surface 7 of the housing recess 2 is in surface contact with the bottom surface 12a of the container body 12 to support the container body 12 from below. That is, the upper surface 7 of the housing recess 2 functions as a container support part that is disposed below the first engagement part 3 and the second engagement part 4 to support the container 10 from below, The lower end portion 19 of the leaf spring member 14 functions as an elastic locking piece that is elastically deformed and engages with the second engagement portion 4.
According to the present embodiment, the engagement between the engaged portion 3 and the lower end portion 19 of the leaf spring member 14 disposed in the lower portion of the container 10 and the first and second engaging portions 3 and 4 of the holder 1 is performed. Since the container 10 is prevented from moving upward, and in this state, the container 10 is supported from below by the upper surface 7 of the housing recess 2, the height direction from the upper surface 7 of the housing recess 2 to the second engaging portion 4 The maximum distance (maximum depth of the housing recess 2) D can be set short. Therefore, it is possible to detachably hold the deep container 10 by the holder 1 while minimizing the space in the height direction.
Thus, the container 10 having a deep bottom can be detachably held by the holder 1 while minimizing the space in the height direction required for the holder 1.
Also, when the container 10 is removed from the holder 1 and used, the other side of the container 10 is pulled up. Thereby, the lower end portion 19 of the leaf spring member 14 is elastically deformed and the engagement with the second engagement portion 4 is released, and the container 10 can be easily detached from the holder 1.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, it is also possible to use the removed container accommodated in the container accommodating part 31 of the other holder 20 having the container accommodating part 31 having a deep bottom. In this case, the leaf spring member 14 may be removed from the container 10.
In this embodiment, the holder 1 is fixed at a predetermined position in the vehicle interior. However, the holder 1 may be integrally provided on a panel exposed in the vehicle interior (for example, the upper surface of the instrument panel or the center console). Good. Moreover, although the first engaging portion 3 is convex and the engaged portion 4 is concave, the first engaging portion may be concave and the engaged portion may be convex. Moreover, although the 2nd engaging part 4 was set higher than the 1st engaging part 3, both may be set to the same height and a 1st engaging part is set from a 2nd engaging part. May be set higher.
As mentioned above, although the embodiment to which the invention made by the present inventor is applied has been described, the present invention is not limited by the description and the drawings that form part of the disclosure of the present invention according to this embodiment. That is, it should be added that other embodiments, examples, operation techniques, and the like made by those skilled in the art based on this embodiment are all included in the scope of the present invention.
