Abstract

본 발명은 칼날의 하부를 고정하고 베어링의 내륜에 끼워져 고정되는 칼날하부고정구와, 내륜과 외륜으로 이루어지는 베어링과, 상기 베어링을 보호플레이트에 고정시키기 위한 베어링 고정구로 이루어 지는 예초기용 베어링 유닛에 있어서, 상기 칼날하부고정구의 외주면 하부에 오목홈을 형성하고, 상기 오목홈에는 슬립링이 삽입되도록 하되, 상기 슬립링의 상단이 베어링 내륜의 하단에 걸리도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 교체가 가능한 예초기의 베어링유닛을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 베어링 유닛의 분리가 가능하게 되어 전문가가 아니더라도 작업자 스스로 손쉬운 교체수리가 가능하게 되고, 또 베어링 유닛 중에서도 손상된 부품만의 교체가 가능하여 유지비용의 절감이 가능하다. 또한 베어링에 노끈이나 이물질이 끼어 회전이 불가한 경우는 작업현장에서 수리가 가능하며, 필요한 부품을 준비되어 있다면 베어링유닛이 손상되었다고 하더라도 현장에서 고장난 부품만의 교체가 가능하게 되어 작업을 중단하고 먼길을 내려왔다가 수리해서 다시 올라가지 않아도 되는 등 예초작업을 해본 사람들만 알 수 있는 엄청난 작업의 편리성을 도모할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
