Description

[根据细则37.2由ISA制定的发明名称] 塔形LED发光模组 技术领域
本实用新型涉及 LED 发光模块 ,特别涉及一种 LED 塔形发光模组。
背景技术
LED 灯以其低能耗、高光效、寿命长和可靠性高已引起了越来越广泛的关注并逐步应用到照明领域,普通的LED灯多采用如下结构,即将多个LED设置在水平的安装板上,这样由于LED的光具有方向性,所以其整体发光视角范围一般在100度~130度,这样会使LED灯外周围的某个区域形成亮度盲区,特别是LED灯罩外周围的下部区域发暗,特别是当LED灯用作装饰用灯时,其较大的影响了其装饰效果 。
作为改进,将多块装有LED的安装板(即LED发光面)围成一个棱锥体的形状,这样便可增大发光角度,扩大照射范围,而每个LED发光面是粘接固定在一个预先设置好的棱锥体的侧面上的,在使用中发现,这些LED发光面由于发热,使胶粘性能变差,造成脱落,另一个问题是在粘接时,不容易控制位置,容易移位,对美观造成影响。
技术问题
LED发光面组装不方便,不够牢靠稳固,容易产生移位。
技术解决方案
一种 LED 塔形发光模组,包括底座,在底座上设有至少三个 LED 发光面和用以固定 LED 发光面的支架,所述的 LED 发光面在支架上围成一个棱锥体。
作为优选,所述的支架包括一支撑柱,沿支撑柱侧壁向外呈辐射状均匀分布有多个支撑板,相邻两个支撑板之间的区域为一个 LED 发光面固定位,在支撑柱的顶端设有一盖板,由盖板边缘向下沿着支撑板的侧边延伸出侧挡板,侧挡板的左右两端均超出支撑板的正反两面,且侧挡板的左右两端均向内弯折形成用以包覆 LED 发光面边缘的包边, LED 发光面两端穿设在包边与侧挡板形成的滑道内。 LED 发光面固定好后,只露出发光面,包边盖住 LED 发光面的边缘,使 LED 发光面不会脱离支架,侧挡板抵住 LED 发光面的边缘,使其不会发生左右偏移松动,从而不仅提高了机械强度,还使发光面的固定更加牢固可靠。
作为优选,在支撑柱的底部设有螺孔,在底座中心处对应设有通孔,一螺丝穿过通孔后旋拧在螺孔内。支架与底座通过螺丝相连,拆卸方便,牢固可靠。
为了更好的定位,并防止支架发生转动,作为优选,侧挡板的底部设有卡脚,在底座周缘上对应设有容置卡脚的缺口,卡脚插设在所述的缺口内。
作为优选,在同一个LED 发光面固定位内,两个包边的上端之间连接有上挡边,上挡边的上端连接盖板。上挡边同样将 LED 发光面的上端遮住,不仅稳固住 LED 发光面的上端,还使整体更美观。
作为优选,在底座的下表面上设有印刷电路板, LED 发光面上设有两个电极引脚,在底座上对应设有引脚孔,电极引脚穿过引脚孔后与印刷电路板焊接在一起。印刷电路板设置在底座的下表面上,更为隐蔽,整体更为美观。
作为优选,在每个 LED 发光面上焊接有多个 LED 芯片。 LED 芯片的功率一般在 5W 以下,所以热量很容易散发出去,不会为照明带来影响。
作为优选,在底座上设有三个 LED 发光面,所述的 LED 发光面在支架上围成一个三棱锥体。本实用新型为一个三棱锥塔形发光体,其结构设计更简单合理。
有益效果
本发明解决了以往 LED 发光面固定不牢、容易移位的问题,将 LED 发光面设置在一个特制的支架上,只需将每个 LED 发光面***滑道内上推即可,然后再将 LED 发光面的电极引脚对应***底座的引脚孔内,将螺丝穿过底座的通孔***支架的支撑柱内拧紧,再将 LED 发光面的电极引脚与底座下表面上的印刷电路板焊接在一起,组装十分简单,并且组装好后不会发生移位脱落,稳定性好。

本发明的实施方式
一种 LED 塔形发光模组,如图 1 所示,包括底座 6 ,在底座 6 上设有三个 LED 发光面 7 和用以固定 LED 发光面 7 的支架 8 , LED 发光面 7 为类三角形形状,所述的 LED 发光面 7 在支架 8 上围成一个三棱锥体。
在每个 LED 发光面 7 上焊接有多个 LED 芯片 24 。
如图 2 、图 3 所示,所述的支架 8 包括一支撑柱 9 ,支撑柱 9 为圆柱体形状,沿支撑柱 9 侧壁向外呈辐射状均匀分布有 3 个支撑板 10 ,相邻两个支撑板 10 之间的区域为一个 LED 发光面固定位,在支撑柱 9 的顶端设有一盖板 11 ,由盖板 11 边缘向下沿着支撑板 10 的侧边延伸出侧挡板 12 ,侧挡板 12 的左右两端均超出支撑板 10 的正反两面,侧挡板 12 的形状与 LED 发光面侧边的形状相同,且侧挡板 12 的左右两端均向内弯折形成用以包覆 LED 发光面边缘的包边 13 , LED 发光面 7 两端穿设在包边 13 与侧挡板 12 形成的滑道 25 内,而 LED 发光面 7 上的 LED 芯片 24 均露出在外面,既能够被牢固的固定起来,又不会影响其发光。侧挡板 12 的底部设有卡脚 16 ,在底座 6 周缘上对应设有容置卡脚 16 的缺口 17 ,卡脚 16 插设在所述的缺口 17 内。在同一个 LED 发光面固定位内,两个包边 13 的上端之间连接有上挡边 23 ,上挡边 23 的上端连接盖板 11 。
如图 2 所示,在支撑柱 9 的底部设有螺孔 14 ,如图 2 所示,在底座 6 中心处对应设有通孔 15 ,一螺丝 16 穿过通孔 15 后旋拧在螺孔 14 内。
如图 1 所示,在底座 6 的下表面上设有印刷电路板 ( 图中未显示 ) , LED 发光面 7 上设有两个电极引脚 18 ,在底座 6 上对应设有引脚孔 19 ,电极引脚 18 穿过引脚孔 19 后与印刷电路板焊接在一起 。

Claims (8)

  1. 1、 一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:包括底座 (6) ,在底座 (6) 上设有至少三个 LED 发光面 (7) 和用以固定 LED 发光面 (7) 的支架 (8) ,所述的 LED 发光面 (7) 在支架 (8) 上围成一个棱锥体。
  2. 2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:所述的支架 (8) 包括一支撑柱 (9) ,沿支撑柱 (9) 侧壁向外呈辐射状均匀分布有多个支撑板 (10) ,相邻两个支撑板 (10) 之间的区域为一个 LED 发光面固定位,在支撑柱 (9) 的顶端设有一盖板 (11) ,由盖板 (11) 边缘向下沿着支撑板 (10) 的侧边延伸出侧挡板 (12) ,侧挡板 (12) 的左右两端均超出支撑板 (10) 的正反两面,且侧挡板 (12) 的左右两端均向内弯折形成用以包覆 LED 发光面边缘的包边 (13) , LED 发光面 (7) 两端穿设在包边 (13) 与侧挡板 (12) 形成的滑道内。
  3. 3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征在于:在支撑柱 (9) 的底部设有螺孔 (14) ,在底座 (6) 中心处对应设有通孔 (15) ,一螺丝 (16) 穿过通孔 (15) 后旋拧在螺孔 (14) 内。
  4. 4、 根据权利要求 2 或 3 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:侧挡板 (12) 的底部设有卡脚 (16) ,在底座 (6) 周缘上对应设有容置卡脚 (16) 的缺口 (17) ,卡脚 (16) 插设在所述的缺口 (17) 内。
  5. 5、 根据权利要求 2 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:在同一个 LED 发光面固定位内,两个包边 (13) 的上端之间连接有上挡边 (23) ,上挡边 (23) 的上端连接盖板 (11) 。
  6. 6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:在底座 (6) 的下表面上设有印刷电路板, LED 发光面 (7) 上设有两个电极引脚 (18) ,在底座 (6) 上对应设有引脚孔 (19) ,电极引脚 (18) 穿过引脚孔 (19) 后与印刷电路板焊接在一起。
  7. 7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:在每个 LED 发光面 (7) 上焊接有多个 LED 芯片 (24) 。
  8. 8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种 LED 塔形发光模组,其特征是:在底座 (6) 上设有三个 LED 发光面 (7) ,所述的 LED 发光面 (7) 在支架 (8) 上围成一个三棱锥体。
