本发明的基本思想在于, 提供一种寻呼中查询被叫状态的方法, 当主叫 发起语音呼叫时, 交换子***可以根据查询到的被叫的状态, 如果被叫已接 入集群呼叫, 则向主叫播放用户忙的提示音, 这样就可以通过查询获得被叫 状态并将其告知主叫, 从而改善主叫用户的用户体验。
基于上述思想, 本发明提供一种寻呼中查询被叫状态的方法, 应用于数 字集群通信***, 包括如下步骤:
主叫用户发起语音呼叫后, 网络侧寻呼被叫用户;
若所述被叫用户是以传统型成员身份参与集群呼叫, 则网络侧向所述被 叫用户发送查询请求, 并根据所述被叫用户返回的查询应答获知所述被叫用 户已接入集群呼叫。
网络侧在获知所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫后, 停止对所述被叫用户的 寻呼, 并向所述主叫用户发送用户忙提示。
其中, 网络侧通过共享业务信道向所述被叫用户发送所述查询请求; 如果所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫, 则在通过共享业务信道收到所述查 询请求后, 返回所述查询应答; 否则, 如果所述被叫用户未接入集群呼叫, 则将收不到所述查询请求。
所述方法具体可包括以下步骤:
主叫用户发起语音呼叫, 交换子***对主叫用户、被叫用户鉴权通过后 , 通过基站子***寻呼被叫用户;
基站子***向调度子***发送用户状态查询请求, 消息中携带所述被叫 用户的识别码; 调度子***判断所述被叫用户是否以传统型成员身份参与集 群呼叫, 如果是, 则通过基站子***在共享业务信道发送传统型成员状态查 询请求, 携带所述被叫用户的识别码;
如果所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫, 则在收到所述传统型成员状态查询 请求后, 返回传统型成员用户状态查询应答;
调度子***收到所述传统型成员用户状态查询应答后, 向基站子***返 回用户状态查询应答; 基站子***收到所述用户状态查询应答后, 获知所述被叫用户已接入集 群呼叫,则向交换子***发送所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的用户状态通知, 交换子***停止对所述被叫用户的寻呼, 并通过基站子***向所述主叫用户 播放用户忙提示音。
其中, 所述交换子***在通过基站子***寻呼所述被叫用户时, 在寻呼 消息中携带集群业务签约标志;
基站子***根据所述寻呼消息中携带的集群业务签约标志向调度子*** 发送所述用户状态查询请求。
以下将结合附图及具体应用实例对本发明技术方案的实施作进一步的详 细描述。
图 3示出了本发明应用实例的寻呼中查询被叫状态, 语音主叫遇忙提示 的流程, 本应用实例中, 被叫用户已开通语音业务、 集群业务, 该流程具体 步骤描述如下:
步骤 301 , 主叫发起语音呼叫;
步骤 302 , 交换子***对主叫、 被叫用户鉴权通过后, 通过基站子*** 寻呼被叫, 消息中携带集群业务签约标志; 如果鉴权不通过, 则通知主叫本 次语音呼叫建立失败, 该流程结束;
步骤 303 , 基站子***向调度子***发送用户状态查询请求, 消息中携 带被叫的识别码;
步骤 304 , 调度子***判断被叫是否以传统型成员身份参与集群呼叫, 如果是, 则通过基站子***在共享业务信道发送传统型成员状态查询请求, 消息中携带被叫的识别码; 否则, 不进行后继步骤, 该流程结束;
步骤 305 , 如果被叫已接入集群呼叫, 则通过共享业务信道收到传统型 成员状态查询请求后, 返回传统型成员查询应答, 至此, 调度子***明确知 道被叫已接入集群呼叫; 如果被叫未接入集群呼叫, 则不会收到传统型成员 状态查询请求, 故而也不会返回用户状态查询应答;
步骤 306 , 调度子***向基站子***返回用户状态查询应答, 告知被叫 处于集群呼叫忙;
步骤 307 , 基站子***向交换子***发送用户状态通知, 告知被叫处于 集群呼叫忙; 步骤 308 , 交换子***停止对被叫的寻呼, 通过基站子***向主叫播放 用户忙提示音。
此外, 本发明实施例中还提供了一种寻呼中查询被叫状态的***, 该系 统包括寻呼单元和用户状态查询单元, 其中:
所述寻呼单元设置成: 在主叫用户发起语音呼叫后, 寻呼被叫用户, 并 通知所述用户状态查询单元;
所述用户状态查询单元设置成: 收到所述寻呼单元的通知后, 判断所述 被叫用户是以传统型成员身份参与集群呼叫, 若是, 则向所述被叫用户发送 查询请求, 并根据所述被叫用户返回的查询应答获知所述被叫用户已接入集 群呼叫。
所述用户状态查询单元还设置成: 在获知所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫 后, 向所述寻呼单元发送被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的用户状态通知;
所述寻呼单元还设置成: 收到所述用户状态通知后, 停止对所述被叫用 户的寻呼, 并向所述主叫用户播放用户忙提示音。
所述用户状态查询单元还设置成: 通过共享业务信道向所述被叫用户发 送所述查询请求。
其中, 所述寻呼单元可以设置成: 位于交换子***中;
或者, 所述寻呼单元包括: 交换子***中的第一寻呼模块和基站子*** 中的第二寻呼模块, 其中: 所述第一寻呼模块通过所述第二寻呼模块寻呼被叫用户。
所述用户状态查询单元包括: 基站子***中的第一查询模块和调度子系 统中的第二查询模块, 其中:
所述第一查询模块设置成: 收到所述寻呼单元的通知后, 向所述第二查 询模块发送用户状态查询请求, 消息中携带所述被叫用户的识别码; 以及, 在收到所述第二查询模块返回的用户状态查询应答后, 获知所述被叫用户已 接入集群呼叫, 则向所述寻呼单元发送所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的用户 状态通知;
所述第二查询模块设置成: 判断所述被叫用户是否以传统型成员身份参 与集群呼叫, 如果是, 则通过所述第一查询模块在共享业务信道发送传统型 成员状态查询请求, 携带所述被叫用户的识别码; 并在收到所述被叫用户返 回的传统型成员用户状态查询应答后, 向所述第一查询模块返回用户状态查 询应答。
其中, 所述第二查询模块可以位于调度子***中的调度服务器。
其中, 所述寻呼单元设置成以如下方式寻呼被叫用户: 在通过基站子系 统寻呼所述被叫用户时, 在寻呼消息中携带集群业务签约标志;
所述第一查询模块还设置成: 根据所述寻呼消息中携带的集群业务签约 标志向所述第二查询模块发送所述用户状态查询请求。
应当理解的是, 对本发明技术所在领域的技术人员来说, 可以根据本发 明的技术方案及其构思进行相应的等同改变或替换,而所有这些改变或替换, 都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明提出了一种寻呼中查询被叫状态的方法及***, 主叫发起语音呼 叫后, 通过查询被叫的状态, 当被叫以传统型成员身份已接入集群呼叫时, 向主叫播放用户忙的提示音, 从而改善主叫感受, 因此具有很强的工业实用 性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种寻呼中查询被叫状态的方法, 该方法包括:
主叫用户发起语音呼叫后, 网络侧寻呼被叫用户;
若所述被叫用户是以传统型成员身份参与集群呼叫, 则网络侧向所述被 叫用户发送查询请求, 并根据所述被叫用户返回的查询应答获知所述被叫用 户已接入集群呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括,
网络侧在获知所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫后, 停止对所述被叫用户的 寻呼, 并向所述主叫用户播放用户忙提示音。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 网络侧是向所述被叫用户发送查询 请求的所述步骤包括: 网络侧通过共享业务信道向所述被叫用户发送所述查 询请求。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
如果所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫, 则在通过共享业务信道收到所述查 询请求后, 返回所述查询应答。
5、 如权利要求 2-4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 主叫用户发起语音呼叫 后, 网络侧寻呼被叫用户的所述步骤包括:
主叫用户发起语音呼叫, 交换子***对主叫用户、被叫用户鉴权通过后 , 通过基站子***寻呼被叫用户。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 若所述被叫用户是以传统型成员身 份参与集群呼叫, 则网络侧向所述被叫用户发送查询请求, 并根据所述被叫 用户返回的查询应答获知所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的所述步骤包括: 基站子***向调度子***发送携带所述被叫用户的识别码的用户状态查 询请求; 调度子***判断所述被叫用户是否是以传统型成员身份参与集群呼 叫, 如果是, 则通过基站子***在共享业务信道发送携带所述被叫用户的识 别码的传统型成员状态查询请求;
如果所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫, 则在收到所述传统型成员状态查询 请求后, 返回传统型成员用户状态查询应答;
调度子***收到所述传统型成员用户状态查询应答后, 向基站子***返 回用户状态查询应答。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 网络侧在获知所述被叫用户已接入 集群呼叫后, 停止对所述被叫用户的寻呼, 并向所述主叫用户播放用户忙提 示音的所述步骤包括:
基站子***收到所述用户状态查询应答后, 获知所述被叫用户已接入集 群呼叫,则向交换子***发送所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的用户状态通知, 交换子***停止对所述被叫用户的寻呼, 并通过基站子***向所述主叫用户 播放用户忙提示音。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 换子***通过基站子***寻呼被叫 用户的所述步骤包括:
交换子***在通过基站子***寻呼所述被叫用户时, 在寻呼消息中携带 集群业务签约标志。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其中, 基站子***向调度子***发送用户 状态查询请求的所述步骤包括:
基站子***根据所述集群业务签约标志向调度子***发送所述用户状态 查询请求。
10、 一种寻呼中查询被叫状态的***, 该***包括寻呼单元和用户状态 查询单元, 其中:
所述寻呼单元设置成: 在主叫用户发起语音呼叫后, 寻呼被叫用户, 并 通知所述用户状态查询单元;
所述用户状态查询单元设置成: 收到所述寻呼单元的通知后, 判断所述 被叫用户是否是以传统型成员身份参与集群呼叫, 若是, 则向所述被叫用户 发送查询请求, 并根据所述被叫用户返回的查询应答获知所述被叫用户已接 入集群呼叫。

所述用户状态查询单元还设置成: 在获知所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫 后, 向所述寻呼单元发送被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的用户状态通知; 所述寻呼单元还设置成: 收到所述用户状态通知后, 停止对所述被叫用 户的寻呼, 并向所述主叫用户播放用户忙提示音。

通过共享业务信道向所述被叫用户发送所述查询请求。

所述第一查询模块设置成: 收到所述寻呼单元的通知后, 向所述第二查 询模块发送携带所述被叫用户的识别码的用户状态查询请求消息;还设置成: 在收到所述第二查询模块返回的用户状态查询应答后, 获知所述被叫用户已 接入集群呼叫, 则向所述寻呼单元发送所述被叫用户已接入集群呼叫的用户 状态通知;
所述第二查询模块设置成: 判断所述被叫用户是否是以传统型成员身份 参与集群呼叫, 如果是, 则通过所述第一查询模块在共享业务信道发送携带 所述被叫用户的识别码的传统型成员状态查询请求; 并在收到所述被叫用户 返回的传统型成员用户状态查询应答后, 向所述第一查询模块返回用户状态 查询应答。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的***, 其中, 所述寻呼单元设置成以如下方式 寻呼被叫用户:
在通过基站子***寻呼所述被叫用户时, 在寻呼消息中携带集群业务签 约标志。

所述第二查询模块设置成: 判断所述被叫用户是否是以传统型成员身份 参与集群呼叫, 如果是, 则通过所述第一查询模块在共享业务信道发送携带 所述被叫用户的识别码的传统型成员状态查询请求; 并在收到所述被叫用户 返回的传统型成员用户状态查询应答后, 向所述第一查询模块返回用户状态 查询应答。
