技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种切换方法、 通信装置和通信 ***。 背景技术
在长期演进( Long Term Evolution, LTE ) ***中, 在演进 UMTS陆地 无线接入网内 ( intra-Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, intra-E-UTRAN ), 基于切换参考点的不同, 可以有两种切换类型, 包括基 于 X2接口的切换( X2切换 )和基于 S1接口的切换( S1切换)。
X2切换以源基站 ( eNB )和目标 eNB之间的 X2接口为参考点, 在切 换过程中, 用户设备 ( User Equipment , UE )附着的移动管理实体( Mobility Management Entity, MME ) 不会发生改变, 即 X2切换以源 eNB和 UE附 着的 MME之间存在 S1接口以及 UE附着的 MME和目标 eNB之间存在 S1 接口为前提。 S1切换以 S1接口为参考点, 此时 UE附着的 MME可能会发 生变化 , 由源 MME决策是否需要改变 UE附着的 MME并选取新 MME。
当 LTE***中引入了中继节点 ( Relay Node, RN )后, 对于 RN覆盖 范围内的 UE的切换, RN无法正确决策切换类型。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种切换方法、 通信装置和通信***, 可以使得 接入节点可以对 UE进行切换。 一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种切换方法, 包括: 接入节点获取该 接入节点的宿主站点发送的用于标识所述接入节点覆盖下的 UE 附着的 MME的移动管理实体池 MME pool的信息; 当所述 UE需要进行切换时, 所述接入节点根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。
另一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种通信装置, 包括: 获取单元, 用 于获取所述通信装置的宿主站点发送的用于所述接入节点覆盖下的标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息; 切换单元, 用于当所述 UE需要进 行切换时根据所述获取单元获取的所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种通信***, 该通信***包括上 述的通信装置。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了另一种通信装置, 包括: 控制单元, 用于控制发送单元发送信息; 所述发送单元与所述控制单元相关联, 用于 根据所述控制单元的控制, 向接入节点发送用于标识所述接入节点覆盖下 信息; 所述通信装置为所述接入节点的宿主站点。
另一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了另一种通信***, 该通信***包括 上述的所述另一种通信装置。
根据本发明实施例提供的技术方案, 接入节点在对 UE进行切换时, 可 以通过该接入节点的宿主站点发送的该 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool信息进 行成功的切换。 附图说明

为了使本发明的具体技术方案更加清楚, 下面结合具体的实施方式和 附图作进一步说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种切换方法, 该方法包括: 步骤 101 :接入节点获取该接入节点的宿主站点发送的用于标识所述接 入节点覆盖下的 UE附着的 MME的移动管理实体池 MME pool的信息; 步骤 102: 当所述 UE需要进行切换时, 所述接入节点根据所述用于标 识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。 在本发明实施例中, 接入站点可以为中继***中的 RN, 或者部署家庭 演进基站( Home evolution Noed B, HeNB )的 UMTS陆地无线接入网演进
( Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, E-UTRAN ) 网络中的 HeNB。接入节点的宿主站点是指通过无线或者有线的方式与接入站点相连 接, 为接入站点提供特定服务的站点, 接入站点通常通过宿主站点接入核 心网侧。 例如, 接入站点为 RN, 则宿主站点可以为 eNB; 若接入站点为 HeNB, 则宿主站点可以为 HeNB网关(HeNB Gateway, HeNB GW )„
根据本发明实施例提供的方法,接入节点在对 UE进行切换时,可以通 过该接入节点的宿主站点发送的标识该 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信 息进行成功的切换。
如图 2所示的中继***中, UE位于 RN的覆盖范围下, 若该 UE是通 过 S1切换进入到当前 RN的覆盖范围, 则 RN可以通过 S1切换流程中的 S1应用协议( SI Application Protocol, SIAP ) 消息获取用于标识 UE附着 的 MME的 MME pool的信息。 或者, UE可以通过初始上下文建立( Initial context setup )流程中的 S1AP消息获取该用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。 例如, RN可以通过 UE的附着(attach )流程或者跟踪区更新
( Track Area Update, TAU ) 流程中的初始上下文建立流程的 SIAP消息获 取用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。
用于标识 MME的 MME pool的信息可以为全球唯一移动管理实体标识 符( Globally Unique MME Identifier, GUMMEI )或者全球唯一组标识符
( Globally Unique Group ID, GU Group ID )0 RN可以根据获取的当前 UE 附着 MME的 MME pool信息, 确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool和 UE 所要切换的目标接入节点所属的一个或者多个 MME pool中是否有相同的 MME pool。 MME pool是指由一个或多个等同的( parallel ) MME组成的逻 辑区域, 在一个 MME pool中 , UE可以不需要改变附着的 MME来获取服 务。 不同的 MME pool之间可以互相重叠。 当 UE附着到 MME上时, 则该 MME的 MME pool即可称为 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool; 对于一个接 入节点而言, 例如 eNB, 或者 RN等任何其它用于接入的节点, 其所属的 MME pool可以是一个或多个。
在本发明实施例中, 接入节点在接收到该接入节点的宿主站点发送的 用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息后 , 可以将该用于标识 UE 附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行保存。 当以后该接入节点需要对该 UE进行切换时, 该保存的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息 可以用于确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool和 UE所要切换的目标接入节 点所述的一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pool。 进一步, 可以将 该用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息与该接入节点获得的目标 接入节点的 MME pool信息确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool和 UE所要 切换的目标接入节点所述的一个或多个 MME pool 是否有相同的 MME pool, 确定切换类型。 若存在相同的 MME pool, 则可以确定 UE 附着的 MME没有发生改变,可以确定切换类型为 X2切换,若不存在相同的 MME pool, 则可以确定 UE附着的 MME发生了改变, 可以确定切换类型为 S1 切换。 从而接入节点可以根据确定的切换类型进行相应的切换。
由于 RN与该 RN的附着 eNB之间存在 S1接口 , 但与 MME之间不存 在 S1接口, 因此, RN无法直接与 MME进行交互获得用于标识 UE附着 的 MME的 MME pool的信息。 在本实施例中, RN可以通过在 S1切换流 程, 或者 UE的 attach流程, 或者是 TAU流程等流程中获取用于标识 UE 附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。
例如, 如图 2所示的网络***中, 若 UE通过 S1切换流程切换到当前 RN的覆盖范围中, 例如 UE通过 S1切换从 eNBl切换到 RN下, 则在此 S1切换过程中, 目标站点 RN附着的 eNB ( Donor eNB, DeNB )可以通过 在 S1AP消息中将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给 鳳 在 UE从 eNBl切换到 RN的过程中, 如图 3所示, 在步骤 301中, S1 切换的目标 ΜΜΕ (即 ΜΜΕ2 ) 向 DeNB发送切换请求 Handover Request 消息。在步骤 302中, DeNB向 RN发送 Handover Request消息,并在 Handover Request消息中包含了用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息。如 表 1所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种 Handover Request消息的消息格式。 其中, 用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息可以用 GUMMEI 或者 GU Group ID的形式来标识。 在表 1中, MME UE SIAP ID为用于在 DeNB上标识该 UE的 SIAP ID, eNB UE SIAP ID为用于在该 RN上标识 该 UE的 SIAP ID。

在步骤 303和 304中, RN在接收到该 Handover Request消息后, 向 DeNB发送切换请求确认 Handover Request Acknowledge消息, DeNB将该 Handover Request Acknowledge消息发送给 MME2。
也可以如图 4所示 , DeNB可以在 MME状态传输( MME Status transfer ) 消息中将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给 RN。 在步 骤 401中, MME2向 DeNB发送 MME Status transfer消息。
在步骤 402中, DeNB向 RN发送 MME Status transfer消息, 并在该
MME Status transfer消息中包含了用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool 的信息。如表 2所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种 MME Status transfer消息 的消息格式。 其中, 用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息可以 用 GUMMEI或者 GU Group ID的形式来标识。在表 2中, MME UE SIAP ID 为用于在 DeNB上标识该 UE的 S 1AP ID , eNB UE SIAP ID为用于在该 RN 上 识该 UE的 SIAP ID。

或者, 在本实施例中, DeNB也可以通过一种新的 SIAP消息将用于标 识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息发送给 RN, 如图 5所示, DeNB 向 RN发送一种 SIAP消息, 如表 3所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种新的 S1AP消息,用于向 RN提供用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信 息,其中,用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息可以用 GUMMEI 或者 GU Group ID的形式来标识。 在表 3中, MME UE SIAP ID为用于在 DeNB上标识该 UE的 SIAP ID, eNB UE SIAP ID为用于在该 RN上标识 该 UE的 SIAP ID。

VU'. pool J ) 在本发明实施例中, 在 UE 进行初始上下文建立流程中, 例如在 UE attach流程或者 TAU流程等流程中, DeNB可以通过初始上下文建立请求 Initial context setup request消息将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 的信息发送给 RN。
如图 6所示, 在步骤 601 中, UE附着的 MME2向 DeNB发送 Initial context setup request消息。
在步骤 602中 , DeNB向 RN发送 Initial context setup request消息 , 该 消息中包含用于标识 UE附着的 ΜΜΕ2的 MME pool的信息。如表 4所示 , 为本发明实施例提供的一种 Initial context setup request消息的消息格式。 其 中 ,用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息可以用 GUMMEI或者 GU Group ID的形式来标识。 在表 4中, MME UE S 1 AP ID为用于在 DeNB 上标识该 UE的 SIAP ID, eNB UE SIAP ID为用于在该 RN上标识该 UE 的 SIAP ID。

步骤 603和步骤 604中, RN在接收到 Initial context setup request消息 后 , 获取用于标识 UE附着的 MME2的 MME pool的信息 , 并向 DeNB发 送初始上下文建立响应 Initial context setup response消息。 DeNB向 UE附着 的 MME2发送 Initial context setup response消息。
在初始上下文建立流程中 ,也可以通过一个新的 S 1AP消息将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给 RN。 如图 Ί所示, DeNB向 RN发送一种 S 1 AP消息, 该 S 1 AP消息可以为如表 3所示的消息。
在本发明实施例中,若 RN覆盖下的 UE需要切换到其它目标接入节点, 例如根据 UE测量上报的信号强度, 当前小区的承载, 邻区的信号强度, 邻 区承载等情况, 切换到其它的接入节点可以更好地进行通信时, 可以进行
UE的切换。 RN可以根据上述实施例描述的 RN获取切换类型判决信息的 方法获取并保存的用于标识 UE切换类型判决信息,并根据切换类型判决信 息确定 UE当前附着的 MME的 MME pool与 UE所要切换的目的接入节点 所属的一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pool, 确定 UE附着的 MME是否发生改变, 决策切换类型。 例如, RN可以根据在 S1切换过程中 eNB发送的 Handover Request消息,或者 MME Status transfer消息,或者一 种新的 S1AP消息中包含的用于标识 UE当前附着的 MME的 MME pool的 信息进行决策切换类型; 或者根据初始上下文建立流程中 Initial context setup request消息或一种新的 S1AP消息中包含的用于标识 UE当前附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行决策切换类型。
如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例中提供的一种切换方法示意图, 在本实 施例中, RN覆盖下的 UE需要切换到其它目标接入节点。
步骤 801中, RN获取用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。 在本实施例中, 若 UE是通过 S1切换切换到当前 RN下时, RN可以 通过上述实施例中图 3、 图 4或图 5所示的方法获取用于标识 UE当前附着 MME的 MME pool的信息。 或者, 若 UE通过 attach流程或 TAU流程接入 到 RN 下时, RN可以在初始上下文建立流程中, 通过上述实施例中图 6 或图 7所示的方法获取 UE当前附着的 MME pool信息。 RN通过上述方法 获得用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息后, 可以进行保存, 当 RN需要对 UE进行切换时, 可以根据保存的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息确定判决类型。
步骤 802中, RN根据获取的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 的信息,确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool与切换的目标接入节点所属的 一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pooL若存在相同的 MME pool, 执行步骤 803; 若不存在相同的 MME pool, 执行步骤 804。 RN与该 RN附着的 DeNB建立 X2接口时, DeNB可以将 RN的邻居 接入节点所属的 MME pool信息告知 RN, 邻居接入节点包含了 UE所要切 换的目标接入节点。 如果 X2接口建立流程是由 RN发起的, 则 DeNB可以 将邻居接入节点所属的 MME pool信息携带在 X2 建立响应 (X2 setup response )消息发送给 RN;若 X2接口建立流程是由 DeNB发起的,则 DeNB 可以将邻居接入节点所属的 MME pool信息携带在 X2建立请求( X2 setup request ) 消息中发送给 RN。
当 RN的邻居接入节点进行了更新, 例如, 发现了新的邻居接入节点, 或已有的邻居接入节点所属的 MME pool信息发生了更新,若 RN的邻居接 入节点与 RN附着的 DeNB之间的 X2接口建立成功或 RN的邻居接入节点 向 DeNB发起 X2接口上的 eNB配置更新( eNB configuration update )流程 时, DeNB触发和 RN之间的 X2接口上的 eNB configuration update流程, 并将发生更新的邻居接入节点的标识及该邻居接入节点对应更新的 MME pool信息告知 RN。
RN在获取到用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool信息, 以及目标 接入节点所属的 MME pool信息 ,则可以确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 与目标接入节点所属的一个或多个 MME pool是否存在相同的 MME pool。
步骤 803中, RN确定进行 X2切换, 并进行 X2切换。
若确定存在相同的 MME pool,则确定 UE附着的 MME没有发生改变, 则确定切换类型为 X2切换, 进行 X2切换。
进一步, 在本发明实施例中, 接入节点, 如本实施例中的 RN, 在确定 切换类型为 X2切换时, 还需考虑该接入节点与目标接入节点之间的 X2接 口是可用的。接入节点与目标接入节点之间的 X2接口是分段的, 包括接入 节点与该接入节点的宿主站点之间的 X2接口,该接入节点的宿主站点与所 述目标接入节点附着的宿主站点之间的 X2接口,以及所述目标接入节点附 着的宿主站点与所述目标接入节点之间的 X2接口, 因此, 当这些 X2接口 都可用时, 接入节点与目标接入节点之间的 X2接口为可用。
步骤 804中, RN确定进行 S1切换, 并进行 S1切换。
若确定不存在相同的 MME pool,则确定 UE附着的 MME发生了改变, 则确定切换类型为 S1切换, 进行 S1切换。
例如, UE 当前所位于的 RN下包含多个下属小区 ECGI1、 ECGI2和 ECGI3 , UE附着的 MME的 MME pool为 MME pool2。 UE所要切换的目 的接入节点包含下属小区 ECGI4、 ECGI5和 ECGI6 , 目的接入节点所属的 MME pool有 MME pool2和 MME pool3。 当 UE需要从当前所在的 ECGI1 切换到 ECGI5中, RN根据邻区信息获得目标小区 ECGI5属于目的接入节 点。 RN可以获取用于标识 UE当前附着 MME的 MME pool的信息, 并据 此确定当前 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool为 MME pool2,与目的接入节点 所属的 MME pool列表中包含的 MME pool2和 MME pool3中, 有相同的 MME pool2则 RN确定进行 X2切换。
根据本发明实施例提供的方案, RN获得用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 并根据该信息可以确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 与切换的目标接入节点所属的一个或多个 MME pool中是否有相同的 MME pool, 可以正确地确定切换所需要的切换类型, 进而进行切换。
如图 9所示, 为 3GPP协议中提供的一种部署 HeNB的 UMTS陆地无 线接入网演进 ( Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, E-UTRAN ) 网络架构。 在该网络架构中, 当 UE从当前所处的 HeNB 1向其它目标接入 节点, 例如向 eNBl切换时, HeNBl也需要进行决策切换类型。 在本发明 实施例中, 本发明实施例中上述提供的方法同样适用于 HeNBl获取切换类 型判决信息, 并根据切换类型判决信息确定釆用 S1切换或者 X2切换。
若 UE是通过 S1切换进入到当前 HeNBl的覆盖范围中, 则 HeNBl可 以在该 S1切换流程中通过 HeNB网关( HeNB GW )发送给 HeNBl的 S1AP 消息获取用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息 , 用于标识 UE附 着的 MME的 MME pool的信息可以为 GUMMEI或者 GU Group ID。 例如 HeNB GW在 SI切换流程中向 HeNBl发送 Handover Request消息, 该 Handover Request消息中携带用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信 息, 该 Handover Request消息的消息格式可以如表 1所示。 或者 HeNB GW 可以向 HeNB发送 MME Status transfer消息,在该 MME Status transfer消息 中携带用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 该 MME Status transfer消息的消息格式可以如表 2所示。 或者, HeNB GW也可以通过一 种新的 S1AP消息将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给 RN , 该 S 1 AP消息的消息格式可以如表 3所示。
或者, 在建立初始上下文建立流程, 例如 attach流程或 TAU流程中, HeNB GW可以通过 Initial context setup request消息将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给 HeNBl , 该 Initial context setup request消 息的消息格式可以如表 4所示。 也可以由 HeNB GW通过一个新的 S1AP 消息将用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给 HeNBl。 该 新的 S1AP消息的消息格式可以如表 3所示。
在如图 9所示的网络架构中,当处于 HeNB覆盖下的 UE要进行切换时, 可以通过本发明实施例提供的方法正确地进行切换类型判决。
根据本发明实施例提供的方法,附着在 RN或 HeNB下的 UE在发生切 换时, 源节点可以获取切换判决类型信息, 并确定切换时的切换类型, 解 决了现有技术中源节点无法进行正确决策切换类型的问题。
如图 10所述, 为本发明实施例提供的一种通信装置 10, 该通信装置 10包括获取单元 120和切换单元 140。
获取单元 120用于获取所述通信装置 10的宿主站点发送的用于标识所 述通信装置 10覆盖下的标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息; 切换 单元 140用于当所述 UE需要进行切换时,根据所述获取单元 120获取得到 的所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。 所述获取单元 120在获取得到所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息后,可以将该用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进 行保存。 当切换单元 140需要对 UE进行切换时, 可以根据根据获取单元 120获取得到并保存的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息确定 切换类型, 从而根据确定的切换类型进行切换。
通信装置 10可以中继***中的 RN, 或者部署 HeNB的 E-UTRAN网 络中的 HeNB, 若通信装置 10为 RN, 则宿主站点可以为 eNB, 若通信装 置 10为 HeNB, 则宿主站点可以为 HeNB GW。
所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息可以为 GUMMEI 或者 GU Group ID。
当通信装置 10为所述通信装置为 S1切换流程中的目的接入节点, 所 述宿主站点为所述 S1切换流程中的目的宿主站点时, 获取单元 120可以用 于根据所述目的宿主站点发送的切换请求消息或 MME状态传输消息中或 一种 S1应用协议 S1AP消息获得用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 的信息; 所述 S1AP消息用于传输所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 所述切换请求消息、 所述 MME状态传输消息和所述 S1AP消 息中包含所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。在本实施例 中, 通信装置 10中的获取单元 120获得所述目的所述站点发送的切换请求 消息或 MME状态传输消息中或一种 S1应用协议 S1AP消息的方法可以参 照本发明实施例提供的如图 3、 图 4和图 5中提供的方法, 该切换请求消息 可以为表 1所示的切换请求消息,该 MME状态传输消息可以为表 2所示的 MME Status transfer消息, 该 S 1 AP消息可以为表 3所示的消息。
或者, 在初始上下文建立流程中, 例如 UE attach流程或 TAU流程中, 流程中发送的初始上下文建立请求消息或一种 S1AP消息获得用于标识 UE 附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 所述初始上下文建立请求消息和所述 S1AP消息中包含所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息; 所 述 S 1AP消息用于传输所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。 在本实施例中 ,获取单元 120获得所述宿主站点在 UE附着流程或跟踪区更 新流程中发送的初始上下文建立请求消息或一种 S 1AP 消息的方法可以参 照本发明实施例图 6和图 Ί所示的方法。 该初始上下文建立请求消息可以 为表 4所述的消息, 该 S1AP消息可以为表 3所示的消息。
所述切换单元 140 可以进一步包括确定子单元 1401 和切换子单元 1402。 确定子单元 1401用于所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 的信息确定切换类型。 确定子单元 1401可以根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool与切换的 目标接入节点所属的一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pool: 若存 在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入节点确定切换类型为 X2切换; 若不存在相 同的 MME pool, 所述接入节点确定切换类型为 SI切换。 确定子单元 1401 可以在存在相同的 MME pool时, 确定 UE附着的 MME没有发生改变, 确 定切换类型为 X2切换,则切换子单元 1402进行 X2切换。确定子单元 1401 在不存在相同的 MME pool时, 确定 UE附着的 MME发生了改变 , 确定切 换类型为 S 1切换, 则切换子单元 1402进行 S1切换。
进一步, 在本实施例中, 获取单元 120还可以获取所述宿主站点通过 所述通信装置 10与所述宿主站点之间 X2接收建立流程或者 eNB配置更新 流程发送的目标接入节点的 MME pool信息, 则确定子单元 1401可以根据 所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息和所述目标接入节点 MME pool信息确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool与所述目标接入节点所 属的一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pool。
根据本发明实施例提供的通信装置, 可以根据通信装置的宿主站点提 供的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息确定 UE所要进行的切 换的切换类型, 进行成功切换。 如图 11所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种通信***示意图, 该通信系 统包括如图 10所示的通信装置 10和通信装置 10的宿主站点 20。该通信装 置 10用于接收宿主站点 20发送的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的移动管理实 体池 MME pool的信息, 并根据该用于 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信 息进行 UE的切换。 本实施例提供的通信***中通信装置 10接收宿主节点 20发送的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息的方法可以参照本 发明实施例提供的图 3至图 7所示的方法, 通信装置 10进行切换的方法可 以参照本发明实施例图 8所示的方法, 在此不再赘述。
如图 12所示, 本发明提供了另一种通信装置 30, 该通信装置 30可以 包括:
控制单元 320, 用于控制发送单元 340发送信息;
所述发送单元 340与所述控制单元 320相关联, 用于根据所述控制单 元 320 的控制, 向接入节点发送用于标识所述接入节点覆盖下的用户设备 所述通信装置 30为所述接入节点的宿主站点。
在本实施例中, 通信装置 30可以为 eNB, 接入点可以为 RN; 或者通 信装置 30可以为 HeNB GW, 接入点可以为 HeNB。
在本实施例中, 所述发送单元 340向所述接入节点发送所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息用于所述接入节点根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。 UE进行切换的方法 可以参照上述图 8所示方法实施例提供的方法。
在本实施例中, 所述发送单元 340 可以通过切换请求消息、 或 MME 状态传输消息或 S1应用协议 S1AP消息将所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME 的 MME pool的信息发送给所述接入节点, 例如, 可以通过如上述图 3、 4 或 5所示的方法实施例发送。 或者, 所述发送单元 340可以通过初始上下 文建立流程中的初始上下文建立请求消息或 S1AP消息将所述用于标识 UE 附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给所述接入节点, 例如,可以通过如 上述图 6或 7所示方法实施例提供的方法进行发送。
在本实施例中 ,所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息可 以为 GUMMEI或者 GU Group ID。
根据本发明实施例提供的通信装置 30,可将用于标识 UE辅助的 MME 的 MME pool信息发送给接入点,以使得接入点可以确定对 UE所要进行切 换的切换类型, 进行成功切换。
如图 13所示, 本发明实施例还提供了另一种通信***。 该通信***可 以包括如图 12所示的通信装置 30, 还可以包括附着于该通信装置 30的接 入点 40。 该通信装置 30可以向接入点 40发送用于标识 UE附着的 MME 的移动管理实体池 MME pool的信息,以使得接入点 40可以根据该用于 UE 附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。本实施例提供的通信系 统中通信装置 30向接入点 40发送用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 的信息的方法可以参照本发明实施例提供的图 3至图 7任一所示的方法, 接入点 40进行切换的方法可以参照本发明实施例图 8所示的方法, 在此不 再赘述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本 发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件, 但艮多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技 术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体 现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使 得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行 本发明各个实施方式所述的方法。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式, 已经对本发明进行了图示 和描述, 但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白, 可以在形式上和细节上对其 作各种改变, 而不偏离本发明的范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种切换方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接入节点获取该接入节点的宿主站点发送的用于标识所述接入节点覆 盖下的用户设备 UE 附着的移动管理实体 MME 的移动管理实体池 MME pool的信息;
所述接入节点根据所述获取的用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool 的信息进行 UE的切换。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE是通过 S1切换 流程进入到所述接入节点的覆盖范围下, 所述接入节点为所述 S1切换流程 中的目的接入节点, 所述宿主站点为所述 S1切换流程中的目的宿主站点; 所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息包含在所述目的宿 主站点发送给所述目的接入节点的切换请求消息或 MME状态传输消息中 或一种 S1应用协议 S1AP消息中, 所述 S1AP消息用于传输所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于标识 UE附着 的 MME的 MME pool的信息包含在初始上下文建立流程中所述宿主站点发 送给所述接入节点的初始上下文建立请求消息或一种 S1AP 消息中, 所述 S1AP消息用于传输所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。
4、根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述用于标识 UE 附着的 MME 的 MME pool 的信息为全球唯一移动管理实体标识符 GUMMEI或者全球唯一组标识符 GU Group ID。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入节点为中继节 点, 所述宿主节点为演进基站 eNB; 或者,
所述接入节点为家庭演进基站 HeNB,所述宿主节点为家庭演进基站网 关 HeNB GW。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入节点根据所述 用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换包括:
所述接入节点根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息 确定切换类型, 根据确定的切换类型进行切换。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入节点根据所述 用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息确定切换类型包括:
所述接入节点根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息 和所述进行切换的目标接入节点的 MME pool信息确定切换类型, 所述目 标接入节点的 MME pool信息由所述宿主站点通过所述接入节点与所述宿 主节点之间 X2接口的建立流程, 或者 eNB配置更新流程告知所述接入节 点。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入节点根据所述 用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息和所述进行切换的目标接入 节点的 MME pool信息切换类型确定切换类型包括:
所述接入节点根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool与所述目标接入节点所属的一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pool: 若存在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入 节点确定切换类型为 X2切换; 若不存在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入节点 确定切换类型为 S1切换。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的方法,其特征在于,若存在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入节点确定切换类型为 X2切换包括:
若存在相同的 MME pool , 确定 UE附着的 MME没有改变, 确定切换 类型为 X2切换;
若不存在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入节点确定切换类型为 S1切换包 括:
若不存在相同的 MME pool, 确定 UE附着的 MME发生了改变, 确定 切换类型为 SI切换。
10、 一种通信装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取所述通信装置的宿主站点发送的用于标识所述通 信装置覆盖下的用户设备 UE附着的移动管理实体 MME的移动管理实体池 MME pool的信息;
切换单元,用于当所述 UE需要进行切换时,根据所述获取单元获取的 所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述 UE是通过 S1 切换流程进入到所述通信装置的覆盖范围下, 所述通信装置为所述 S1 切换流程中的目的接入节点, 所述宿主站点为所述 S1切换流程中的目的宿 主站点;
所述获取单元用于获取所述目的宿主站点发送的切换请求消息或
MME状态传输消息中或一种 S 1应用协议 S 1 AP消息中, 所述切换请求消 息、 所述 MME状态传输消息和所述 S1AP消息中包含所述用于标识 UE附 着的 MME的 MME pool的信息, 所述 S1AP消息用于传输所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元用 于获取所述宿主站点在初始上下文建立请求流程中发送的初始上下文建立 请求消息或一种 S1AP消息中, 所述初始上下文建立请求消息和所述 S1AP 消息中包含所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息 ,所述 S1AP 消息用于传输所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息。
13、根据权利要求 10-12任一所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述切换 单元还包括确定子单元, 用于根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息确定切换类型;
所述切换单元还包括切换子单元, 用于根据所述确定子单元确定的切 换类型进行切换。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述确定子单元 进一步用于根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息,确定 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool与切换的目标接入节点所属的一个或多个 MME pool是否有相同的 MME pool: 若存在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入 节点确定切换类型为 X2切换; 若不存在相同的 MME pool, 所述接入节点 确定切换类型为 S1切换。
15、 一种通信***, 其特征在于, 该通信***包括如权利要求 10-14 任一所述的通信装置。
16、 一种通信装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
控制单元, 用于控制发送单元发送信息;
所述发送单元与所述控制单元相关联, 用于根据所述控制单元的控制, 向接入节点发送用于标识所述接入节点覆盖下的用户设备 UE 附着的移动 所述通信装置为所述接入节点的宿主站点。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元向 所述接入节点发送所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息用于 所述接入节点根据所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息进行 UE的切换。
18、 根据权利要求 16或 17所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送 单元进一步用于通过切换请求消息、 或 MME状态传输消息或 S1应用协议 S1AP消息将所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给所 述接入节点。
19、 根据权利要求 16或 17所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送 单元进一步用于通过初始上下文建立流程中的初始上下文建立请求消息或 S1AP消息将所述用于标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息发送给所 述接入节点。
20、根据权利要求 16-19任一所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述用于 标识 UE附着的 MME的 MME pool的信息为全球唯一移动管理实体标识符 GUMMEI或者全球唯一组标识符 GU Group ID。
21、根据权利要求 16-19任一所述的通信装置, 其特征在于, 所述接入 节点为中继节点, 所述通信装置为演进基站 eNB; 或者,
所述接入节点为家庭演技基站 HeNB,所述通信装置为家庭演进基站网 关 HeNB GW。
22、 一种通信***, 其特征在于, 该通信***包括如权利要求 16-21
