一种消息发送方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种消息发送方法及装置。
背景技术
随着网络的发展, 基于 IP ( Internet Protocol , 因特网协议) 的增值业 务越来越普及, 如何保证在有限的网络资源下, 提升增值业务的效率一直是 业界想要解决的问题。
在传统的增值业务下, 例如 QQ, MSN, 视频通话等, 当终端处于数据业务 休眠的状态时, 如果仍需要发送信息, 则需要重新建立物理信道, 再将消息 通过专用业务信道发送。 但是, 按照这种方式发送增值业务的消息需花费信 道建立的时间, 因此造成业务的时延较长。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种消息发送方法及装置, 以降低业务时延。
本发明实施例釆用如下技术方案:
一种消息发送方法, 包括:
当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 接收所述终端发送的即时通信消息; 确定所述即时通信消息的大小;
当所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道发送所述终端的即 时通信消息。
一种消息发送装置, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 接收所述终端发 送的即时通信消息;
确定单元, 用于确定所述即时通信消息的大小;
消息发送单元, 用于当所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信 道发送所述终端的即时通信消息。
本发明实施例提供的消息发送方法及装置, 当终端处于数据业务休眠状 态时, 接收所述终端发送的即时通信消息, 并确定所述即时通信消息的大小。 在所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道发送所述终端的即时通 信消息。 利用本发明实施例的方法及装置, 当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 对于终端发送的小于预设字节的即时通信消息, 无需为其建立业务信道, 而 是通过信令信道发送, 从而保证了即时通信消息的快速发送, 降低了业务时 延。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例一消息发送方法包括:
步骤 11、 当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 接收所述终端发送的即时通 信消息。
其中, 所述即时通信消息可以为 QQ消息, MSN, 视频通话等消息。
步骤 12、 确定所述即时通信消息的大小。
当所述终端的 IP地址已经分配后, 如果终端处于数据业务休眠状态仍需 发送即时通信消息时, 可在接收到即时通信消息时判断所述即时通信消息的 大小。 具体的, 即时通信消息的大小是通过组包模块决定的, 可以通过底层 协议进行判断。
步骤 13、 当所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道发送所述 终端的即时通信消息。
根据步骤 12的结果, 将所述即时通信消息的大小与预设字节进行比较, 如果所述即时通信消息小于预设字节, 通过信令信道发送所述终端的即时通 信消息, 例如可通过 DOS ( Da ta Over S igna l ing Protocol , 信令承载的数据 协议 )信令承载所述即时通信消息。
根据信令信道的特点, 它无法承载大于 50字节的数据。 因此, 在此实施 例中, 可将所述预设字节设为 50字节, 或者还可将所述预设字节设置为小于 50字节的其他值, 例如 30字节, 以进一步的降低时延。
利用本发明实施例的方法, 当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 对于终端 发送的小于预设字节的即时通信消息, 无需为其建立业务信道, 而是通过信 令信道发送, 从而保证了即时通信消息的快速发送, 降低了业务时延。 而且, 由于无需建立业务信道, 因而也节约了网络资源。
如图 2所示, 在图 1所示的基石出上, 本发明实施例一的方法还可包括: 步骤 21、 当所述即时通信消息大于所述预设字节时, 建立业务信道, 并 通过所述业务信道发送所述终端的即时通信消息。
此过程与现有技术的相同, 在此不再贅述。
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例二消息发送装置包括: 消息接收单元 31 , 用 于当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 接收所述终端发送的即时通信消息; 确 定单元 32 , 用于确定所述即时通信消息的大小; 消息发送单元 33 , 用于当所 述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道发送所述终端的即时通信消 息。
参照前述描述, 可将所述预设字节设为 50字节, 或者还可将所述预设字 节设置为小于 50字节的其他值。 因此, 所述消息发送单元 33具体用于当所 述即时通信消息小于 50字节时,通过 DOS信令发送所述终端的即时通信消息。 如图 4所示, 所述装置还可包括: 信道建立单元 34 , 用于当所述即时通 信消息大于所述预设字节时, 建立业务信道。 此时, 所述消息发送单元 33还 用于通过所述业务信道发送所述终端的即时通信消息。
利用本发明实施例的装置, 当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 对于终端 发送的小于预设字节的即时通信消息, 无需为其建立业务信道, 而是通过信 令信道发送, 从而保证了即时通信消息的快速发送, 降低了业务时延。 而且, 由于无需建立业务信道, 因而也节约了网络资源。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Acces s Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 接收所述终端发送的即时通信消息; 确定所述即时通信消息的大小;
当所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道发送所述终端的即时 通信消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设字节为小于等于 50 字节的字节数;
所述当所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道发送所述终端的 即时通信消息具体为:
当所述即时通信消息小于 50字节时, 通过 DOS信令发送所述终端的即时通 信消息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
当所述即时通信消息大于所述预设字节时, 建立业务信道;
通过所述业务信道发送所述终端的即时通信消息。
4、 一种消息发送装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于当终端处于数据业务休眠状态时, 接收所述终端发送 的即时通信消息;
确定单元, 用于确定所述即时通信消息的大小;
消息发送单元, 用于当所述即时通信消息小于预设字节时, 通过信令信道 发送所述终端的即时通信消息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述预设字节为小于等于 50 字节的字节数;
所述消息发送单元具体用于当所述即时通信消息小于 50字节时, 通过 DOS 信令发送所述终端的即时通信消息。
6、 根据权利要求 4或 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 信道建立单元, 用于当所述即时通信消息大于所述预设字节时, 建立业务 信道;
所述消息发送单元还用于通过所述业务信道发送所述终端的即时通信消 息。
