Abstract

Der Druckknopf-Dispenser für Flaschen mit karbonisierten Getränken weist einen auf eine Flasche aufschraubbaren Kopf (1) mit seitlichem Ausgusskanal (15) und mit Druckknopf (16) auf seiner Oberseite auf. Nach unten ragt ein Saugrohr (10), welches hinunter bis zum Boden der auszurüstenden Flasche (20) zu reichen bestimmt ist. Dieses mündet oben in eine Ventileinrichtung im Kopf (1), welche ein in Bezug auf die Flasche (20) axial bewegliches Regelorgan (5) aufweist, welches von einer Feder (3) in Schliessrichtung beaufschlagt ist. Um es zu öffnen, wird von oben auf den Druckknopf (16) gedrückt, sodass der Druck im Inneren des Saugrohrs (10) auf Umgebungsdruck reduziert wird. Dadurch wird Flüssigkeit aus der Flasche durch den herrschenden Innendruck in der Flasche von der unteren Mündung des Saugrohrs (10) aus über den Ausgusskanal (15) ausgetrieben. Als Besonderheit ist das Saugrohr (10) aus einem gummielastischen Kunststoff gefertigt ist und sein Aussen- und Innenquerschnitt sind so gestaltet, dass es bei auf Umgebungsdruck reduziertem Innendruck gegenüber dem von aussen herrschenden erhöhten Druck durch Deformation in seinem Durchflussquerschnitt verengbar ist. Dadurch wird die pro Zeit ausfliessende Flüssigkeit trotz nach und nach sinkendem Druck in der Flasche annähernd konstant gehalten.
