Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour rapporter un rapport de marge de puissance (« Power Headroom Report » ou PHR). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : un terminal utilisateur transmet un PHR à un côté réseau selon une stratégie de rapport de PHR configurée. Dans la présente invention, lorsque le côté réseau réalise un ordonnancement de bloc de ressources physiques (« Physical Resource Block » ou PRB) non contigu sur le terminal utilisateur, le terminal utilisateur transmet le PHR au côté réseau selon la stratégie de rapport de PHR configurée, permettant au côté réseau de connaître la situation de recul de puissance du terminal utilisateur, permettant ainsi à une station de base de réaliser un ordonnancement raisonnable sur le terminal utilisateur.
