Description

一种蒸汽刷 技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸汽刷,特别是涉及一种既可当蒸汽刷使用,又可当电熨斗使用的多功能蒸汽刷。
背景技术
传统的蒸汽刷,包括一个壳体,壳体内部设有蒸汽产生装置和控制电路,蒸汽刷通电,使电热盘加热,当锅炉组温度达到设定温度时,电热盘停止加热,指示灯停止闪烁。此时轻触按键,电磁泵开始从水箱内抽取水到电热盘,水在锅炉组内受热气化后从蒸汽出口喷出。
这种蒸汽刷,大部分都只具有单一功能。如果需要熨烫衣物,还需另外添置熨斗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蒸汽刷,其既可当蒸汽刷使用,又可当电熨斗使用。其解决了传统的蒸汽刷和熨斗都只有单一功能的缺陷,以更好地满足使用者需求。
本发明的目的这样实现的:
一种蒸汽刷,包括:
一蒸汽刷本体,其可单独作为蒸汽刷使用;和
一可拆卸式热熨盘组件,该热熨盘组件可拆卸地安装于该蒸汽刷本体底部,当所述的热熨盘安装于蒸汽刷本体上时,两者结合可作为电熨斗使用。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的蒸汽刷本体包括:
一壳体,内设有蒸汽产生装置,和
一底板,其前端设有弹性前卡钩,所述前卡钩后设一第一蒸汽出口,第一蒸汽出口后端设一后卡槽。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,其特征在于,所述的蒸汽产生装置包括:
一水箱;
一用于产生蒸汽的锅炉,连接于该水箱,其中该锅炉至少包含:
一本体,其中该本体具有一接收来自于该水箱中的水的流道;以及
一设置于该本体内用以对该流道进行加热作用的加热体;
以及
一用以将该水箱中之水传送至该蒸汽产生装置中的抽水装置,其设置于该水箱与该蒸汽产生装置之间。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的热熨盘组件为船形,其包括一个下本体,一个位于下本体下表面的热熨盘,以及一个可拆卸地安装于热熨盘的隔热座。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的下本体上表面前端设有一个和所述蒸汽刷本体底部的前卡钩配合的前卡槽,所述前卡槽后设一和所述蒸汽刷本体底部的第一蒸汽出口配合的第二蒸汽口,所述第二蒸汽口后端设有一个和所述蒸汽刷本体底部的卡槽配合的弹性后卡钩,所述的下本体通过弹性前卡钩和后卡钩可拆卸地安装于所述蒸汽刷的下部。

在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的隔热座大体上为V型,其V形的两侧面向上延伸形成凸缘,所述的凸缘向内沿水平方向形成可容纳所述热熨盘边缘的凹槽。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述的热熨盘为五金制作。
本发明和传统技术相比,具有如下的优点:

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明的一种蒸汽刷,包括蒸汽刷本体1和热熨盘组件,该热熨盘组件由下本体2,热熨盘3和隔热座4组成。
该蒸汽刷本体1包括一壳体18和一底板11,所述的壳体18中部的左右侧面内凹为空腔,该空腔上方的壳体形成一把手185。

热熨盘3为船状,其和下本体2的第二蒸汽出口22对应的位置设置有第三蒸汽出口31,上表面设有三个固定柱32,一个设于前端,另两个设有靠后端;下表面为光滑表面。
本发明还另配有一个蒸汽盖12,该蒸汽盖12可从第三蒸汽出口31、第二蒸汽出口24进入,盖住第一蒸汽出口111。
参见图9,隔热座4其为大体V型,其V形的两侧面向上延伸形成凸缘41,所述的凸缘沿外水平方向凹陷形成一道可容纳所述热熨盘边缘的凹槽42。
使用时,蒸汽刷通电,使锅炉内的电热元件131加热,当锅炉13温度达到设定温度时,电热元件131停止加热,指示灯停止闪烁。此时轻触按键,电磁泵15开始从水箱14内抽取水到锅炉13,水在锅炉13内受热气化后从第一蒸汽出口111喷出。水气化时带走电热元件131的温度,当电热元件131的温度降到设定值时,电热元件131又从新开始加热,保证电热元件的温度维持在一个范围内,从而保证持续出蒸汽。基板16控制电磁泵的抽水量,从而控制蒸汽大小,使蒸汽量可以在各档位之间随意切换。简易组装上热熨盘组件后,锅炉的热量传递到热熨盘组件上,使热熨盘组件温度升高,通过蒸汽和热熨盘组件的温度、热熨盘3的平滑表面及重量,使熨烫的衣物更平整顺滑,操作更省力。

工业实用性
本发明既可仅使用蒸汽刷本体作为蒸汽刷使用,装上热熨盘又可当电熨斗使用。当组装成熨斗使用后,热熨盘可从后面***隔热座,其边缘卡接于隔热座凸缘的凹槽内,从而使热熨盘、下本体以及蒸汽刷本体放置于该隔热座上;需要把蒸汽刷本体分开时,只需垂直向上拉,即可使前后弹性卡钩脱离,从而把蒸汽刷本体和热熨盘组件分开。通过隔热座可随时装上和拆卸下热熨盘而不会烫伤手,这保证在一次使用中可随时在蒸汽刷和熨斗之间切换,是一款人性化的设计。

  1. 一种蒸汽刷,其特征在于,包括:
    一蒸汽刷本体,其可单独作为蒸汽刷使用,所述的蒸汽刷本体包括:
    一壳体,内设有蒸汽产生装置,
    一底板,其前端设有弹性的前卡钩,所述前卡钩后设一第一蒸汽出口,第一蒸汽出口后端设一后卡槽;
    一可拆卸式热熨盘组件,该热熨盘组件可拆卸地安装于该蒸汽刷本体底部,当所述的热熨盘安装于蒸汽刷本体上时,两者结合可作为电熨斗使用;
    所述的热熨盘组件为和蒸汽刷底部配合的形状,其包括一个下本体、一个安装于下本体下表面的热熨盘,所述的下本体上表面前端设有一个和所述蒸汽刷本体底部的前卡钩配合的前卡槽,所述前卡槽后设一和所述蒸汽刷本体底部的第一蒸汽出口配合的第二蒸汽口,所述第二蒸汽口后端设有一个和所述蒸汽刷本体底部的卡槽配合的弹性后卡钩。
