再一方面, 本发明实施例还提供了一种用户终端, 该终端包括: 数据封装单元, 用于将待发送的数据信息封装为多路复用数据信息; 信息发送单元, 用于通过安全数码卡接口, 发送所述多路复用数据信息。 本发明实施例提供了一种无线上网模块、 用户终端和无线通信方法; 其 中, 所述无线上网模块中的无线上网处理子模块通过所述安全数码卡接口子 模块与用户终端进行信息交互。 由于所述的无线上网模块釆用了安全数码卡 的安全数码卡接口子模块来实现用户终端与模块的通信, 使得支持所述安全 数码卡的安全数码卡接口子模块的用户终端都可以进行无线网络通信, 使得 利用 SD安全数码卡空间即可完成无线上网与数据存储的功能。本发明实施例 还提供了一种用户终端, 该终端包含有如上所述的无线上网模块; 由于所述 无线上网模块能够仅需要占用安全数码卡需要的空间, 所以无线上网模块的 空间占用量降低, 从而不但节省了用户终端的设计空间, 而且还能够丰富上 网设备种类。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的一种无线上网模块、 用户终端、 和 无线通信方法进行详细的说明。 如图 1所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种无线上网模块 100,该模块包括: 安全数码卡接口子模块 101、 无线上网处理子模块 102; 所述无线上网处理子 模块 102通过所述安全数码卡接口子模块 101与用户终端进行信息交互。 其中, 该无线上网模块 100通过安全数码卡槽或微型安全数码卡槽*** 用户终端, 就可以建立无线连接。 用户可以通过用户终端无线上网, 或通过 无线网络传送照片等。 其中,所述的安全数码卡接口子模块包括: SDIO ( Secure Digital Input and Output, 安全数字输入 /输出)接口子模块或 SPI ( Serial Peripheral Interface, 串行***接口 )子模块。 所述 SDIO接口子模块对应于 SD ( Security Digital, 安全数字)总线通信方式; 所述 SPI串行***接口子模块对应于 SPI总线通信 方式。 所述安全数据卡接口子模块为安全数码卡接口。 该安全数字输入 /输出 接口子模块为安全数字输入 /输出接口; SPI串行***接口子模块为 SPI串行 接口。 所述无线上网模块 100的外部形态与 SD卡( Secure Digital Card, 安全数 码卡)相同, 例如: 所述无线上网模块 100的外形态可以选择 SD卡的空间大 小 ( 24mm x 32 mm x 2.1 mm )进行集成。 所述 SDIO ( Secure Digital Input and Output, 安全数字输入 /输出 )接口子模块或 SPI串行***接口子模块都可以 理解为 SD卡的接口。所述无线上网处理子模块 102通过所述安全数码卡接口 子模块 101与用户终端的交互的信息可以包括: 无线数据流量信息和驱动程 序; 所述无线数据流量信息可以包括: 通过天线接收到无线信号, 并经由射 频处理单元与基带处理单元处理后所获取到的传输网络报文和传输控制命 令; 所述驱动程序主要包括: 多路复用驱动程序。
如图 2所示, 为本发明实施提供的一种无线上网模块中无线上网处理子 模块 102的示意图。 所述的无线上网处理子模块 102, 包括: 天线 201、 射频 处理单元 202、 SIM ( Subscriber Identity Module, 用户识别模块)单元 203和 基带处理单元 204。
其中, 所述天线 201 , 用于将接收到的无线信号传输给所述射频处理单元 202, 或者将射频处理单元 202的发射信号转换为电磁波, 发送出去。
需要注意的是, 所述天线 201可以设置在所述无线上网模块的主板内, 如图 3所示, 安全数码卡接口子模块 (例如 SDIO接口)位于无线上网模块的 一端, 天线 201位于无线上网模块的另一端, 即天线 201和安全数据卡接口 分别位于无线上网模块的两端。 或者, 还可以使用外部天线的方式实现, 并 将所述外部天线通过所述无线上网模块的主板触点连接到所述射频处理单 元。
还需要说明的是, 所述铺设天线处, 可以保留一定的区域禁布元器件。 所述射频处理单元 202,用于对所述天线 201接收到的无线信号进行选频、 放大、 下变频处理, 并将其转换成中频信号或基带信号发送给所述基带处理 单元 204, 或者, 用于将所述基带处理单元 204发送的基带信号或中频信号经 所述用户识别模块单元 203 , 用于存储用户参数信息; 其中, 所述用户参 数信息可以包括: 数字移动电话用户的信息, 加密的密钥等内容, 可供网络 用户身份进行鉴别, 并对用户通话时的语音信息进行加密。
需要注意的是, 所述用户识别模块单元可以由 sim晶元( die )通过封装 技术封装而成。
所述基带处理单元 204,用于根据所述用户识别模块单元 203所获取的参 数信息、 多路复用驱动以及无线通信的要求, 对接收到的所述中频信号或基 带信号进行处理; 或者, 接收用户终端通过安全数码卡接口子模块 101发送 的多路复用数据信息; 将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别; 如果所述数 据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则将其通过传输控制命令端口发送; 如果所述 数据信息中包括传输网络报文, 则将其通过传输网络报文端口发送。
需要注意的是, 该无线上网处理子模块 102还可以包括: 电源管理单元 205和存储单元 206;
所述电源管理单元 205 ,用于将所述用户终端的电源电压转化为所述基带 处理单元 204、 所述存储单元 206、 所述射频处理单元 202、 所述用户识别模 块单元 203所需的电压, 以便为所述各个单元提供电源。
所述存储单元 206,用于存储通过所述基带处理单元 204处理所获取到的 传输网络报文和无线上网模块运行所需要的应用程序。 所述存储单元 206主要可以用于存储无线上网模块本身的运行程序; 或 者, 所述存储单元 206可以包含两部分用途: (1 )与 SD卡一样, 用来作为存 储空间使用, 存储外部文件; (2 )存储无线上网模块本身的运行程序。
如图 4所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种用户终端 400, 所述终端 400包 括: 如上所述的无线上网模块 100。
所述无线上网模块可以设置在所述用户终端的安全数码卡槽内, 或者
MicroSD ( Micro Secure Digital Memory Card, 微型安全数码卡)卡槽内。
需要说明的是, 由于所述无线上网模块釆用了 SD卡的 SDIO接口或者
SPI接口、 且其外部形态与安全数码卡 (SD卡或 MicroSD )相同, 所以使得 具有安全数码卡接口的便携式装置可以集成所述无线上网模块, 例如: 数码 相机、 PDA ( Personal Digital Assistant, 个人数码助理)、 多媒体播放器等等, 从而使无线上网的应用领域进一步扩展。
还需要说明的是, 所述无线上网模块可以为如下制式中的一种, 但不限 于以下制式; 例如: WCDMA ( Wideband Code Division Multiple Access , 宽带 码分多址), TD-SCDMA ( Time Division- Synchronous Code Division Multiple
Access, 时分同步码分多址), CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access, 码分 多址) , Wimax ( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, 全 ί求! ¾波互 联接入)等 3G ( 3rd-generation, 第三代移动通信技术)制式, 或者还可以是
4G制式。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种无线通信方法, 该方法具体包括: 501 : 无线上网模块接收用户终端通过安全数码卡接口发送的多路复用数 据信息; 502: 无线上网模块将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别;
503: 如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则无线上网模块将其通过 传输控制命令端口发送;
504: 如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络报文, 则无线上网模块将其通过 传输网络"¾文端口发送。
需要注意的是, 该方法还包括:
无线上网模块接收无线数字信号; 其中, 所述的无线数字信号为射频处 理单元发送的中频信号或基带信号。
无线上网模块将所述无线数字信号封装为多路复用数据信息;
无线上网模块将所述多路复用数据信息发送给所述用户终端。 具体的讲, 就是所述无线上网模块中的基带处理单元 204将所述多路复用数据信息, 通 过所述射频处理单元 202处理, 发送到所述天线 201 , 最终通过所述天线 201 发送出去。
如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的另一种无线通信方法, 该方法包括: 601 : 用户终端将待发送的数据信息封装为多路复用数据信息;
602: 通过安全数码卡接口, 用户终端发送所述多路复用数据信息。
需要注意的是, 该方法还包括:
用户终端接收无线上网子模块通过安全数码卡接口发送的多路复用数据 信息;
用户终端将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别;
如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则用户终端将其通过传输控制 命令端口发送; 如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络 文, 则用户终端将其通过传输网络 文端口发送。
如图 7所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种无线上网模块 700 ,该模块包括: 数据接收单元 701 ,用于接收用户终端通过安全数码卡接口发送的多路复 用数据信息;
数据识别单元 702, 用于将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别; 第一数据发送单元 703 , 用于如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则 将其通过传输控制命令端口发送;
第二数据发送单元 704, 用于如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络 文, 则 将其通过传输网络 4艮文端口发送。
需要注意的是, 该无线上网模块 700还包括:
数字信号接收单元 705 , 用于接收无线数字信号;
数据封装单元 706, 用于将所述无线数字信号封装为多路复用数据信息; 信息发送单元 707 , 用于将所述多路复用数据信息发送给所述用户终端。 需要说明的是, 上述的数据接收单元 701、 数据识别单元 702、 第一数据 发送单元 703、 第二数据发送单元 704、 数字信号接收单元 705、 数据封装单 元 706和信息发送单元 707都可以置于基带处理单元中。
如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种用户终端 800, 该终端包括: 数据封装单元 801 , 用于将待发送的数据信息封装为多路复用数据信息; 信息发送单元 802, 用于通过安全数码卡接口, 发送所述多路复用数据信 息。
需要注意的是, 该用户终端还包括: 数据接收单元 803 ,用于接收无线上网子模块通过安全数码卡接口发送的 多路复用数据信息;
数据识别单元 804, 用于将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别; 第一数据发送单元 805, 用于如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则 将其通过传输控制命令端口发送;
第二数据发送单元 806, 用于如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络 文, 则 将其通过传输网络 文端口发送。
基于以上实施例, 设所述无线上网模块被配置为 SPI (串行***接口)总 线(或 SD总线)通信方式进行 3G通信如图 9所示, 用户终端与无线上网模 块都相应的配置 MUX (多路复用)驱动; 其中, 所述无线上网模块中的存储 单元可以用于存储应用程序、 SPI (或 SD )驱动、 MUX驱动和 3G Software; 这样, 无线上网模块中的 3G Software ( 3G软件 )就可以通过所述 MUX驱动 提供的传输控制命令接口和传输网络报文接口与所述用户终端进行信息交 互。 具体的信息交互过程主要分为两个过程: 过程一为用户终端向无线上网 模块发送数据信息; 过程二为无线上网模块向用户终端发送数据信息;
过程一
当用户设备向无线上网模块发送数据信息时, 用户设备首先将待发送的 数据信息通过 MUX驱动封装为多路复用数据信息; 然后,将所述封装好的多 路复用数据信息通过 SPI (或 SD ) 总线发送到所述用户终端; 其中, 所述的 数据信息至少包括: 传输控制命令和传输网络报文中的一种。
当所述无线上网模块接收到所述的多路复用数据信息时, 所述无线上网 模块将所述多路复用数据信息从所述 SPI (或 SD ) 总线上取下, 然后, 通过 MUX驱动将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别, 将所述多路复用数据信息 中的传输控制命令, 通过传输控制命令端口发送给对应的处理单元; 将所述 多路复用数据信息中的传输网络报文, 通过传输网络报文端口发送给对应的 处理单元。
过程二
当无线上网模块向用户设备发送数据信息时, 首先, 所述无线上网模块 将其天线接收到的发送到射频处理单元, 由所述射频处理单元将所述接收到 的数据信息进行选频、 放大、 下变频处理, 并将其转换成中频信号或基带信 号发送于所述基带处理单元, 然后, 通过所述基带处理单元将所述中频信号 或基带信号封装为多路复用数据信息, 通过 SPI (或 SD ) 总线发送到用户终 端;
当所述用户终端接收到所述多路复用数据信息时, 所述用户终端将所述 多路复用数据信息从 SPI (或 SD ) 总线上取下, 然后由 MUX驱动进行数据 识别,然后再由 MUX驱动将所述识别出来的数据按照类别发送到传输控制命 令接口和传输网络报文接口, 最后将所述数据信息发送给用户终端的
Dashboard进行处理。 其中, 所述 MUX驱动提供的两个端口 (在 Windows上 表现为两个 COM口, 即传输控制命令接口和传输网络报文接口), 其中传输 控制命令接口传输控制命令给 MUX驱动,另一个传输网络报文接口传输网络 报文给 MUX驱动。
需要说明的是,上述 MUX驱动在接收到所述传输控制命令接口和传输网 络报文接口的数据信息后, 将其按照网络报文优先的方式, 通过 SPI (或 SD ) 总线进行发送。 所述用户终端可以为不包含无线上网模块的 PC或者 Laptop (笔记本)或 DC ( Digital Camera,数码相机)或 DVR ( Digital Video Recoder,数码摄像机 ) 等等。
还需要说明的是, 在 SPI (或 SD )总线上传输的数据包可定义为如图 10 所示的格式, 例如: 可定义控制命令的类型标识为 0, 网络报文的类型标识为 1。
当无线上网模块中的 MUX驱动从传输控制命令接口( Command port )收 到数据时, 数据被封装到类型标识为 0的数据包中, 并通过 SPI (或 SD ) 总 线发送给所述用户终端;当所述无线上网模块中的 MUX驱动从另一个传输网 络报文接口(Data Port )收到数据时,数据被封装到类型标识为 1的数据包中, 并通过 SPI (或 SD )发送给所述用户终端。
如图 11所示, 为本发明实施例提供的一种安全数码卡 1100, 该安全数码 卡 1100包括: 无线上网处理子模块 1101 , 所述无线上网处理子模块通过所述 安全数码卡接口与用户终端进行信息交互。
本发明实施例提供了一种无线上网模块、 用户终端、 和无线通信方法; 其中, 本发明实施例提供的一种无线上网模块以及安全数码卡, 由无线上网 处理子模块通过所述安全数码卡接口子模块与用户终端进行信息交互; 所述 无线上网模块的外部形态与安全数码卡相同。 由于所述的无线上网模块釆用 了安全数码卡的安全数码卡接口子模块来实现用户终端与模块的通信, 且外 部形态与安全数码卡相同, 使得支持所述安全数码卡的安全数码卡接口子模 块的终端设备都可以进行无线网络通信,使得利用已有的 SD安全数码卡空间 即可完成无线上网与数据存储的功能。 本发明实施例提供的一种用户终端, 该终端包含有如上所述的无线上网模块; 由于所述无线上网模块能够仅需要 占用安全数码卡需要的空间, 所以无线上网模块的空间占用量降低, 从而不 但可以节省了用户终端的设计空间, 而且还能够丰富上网设备种类, 提高用 户体验。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述 实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括 如上述方法实施例的步骤, 所述的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 包括: 安全数码卡接口子模块、 无 线上网处理子模块; 所述无线上网处理子模块通过所述安全数码卡接口子模 块与用户终端进行信息交互。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述无线上网模 块的外部形态与安全数码卡相同。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述无线上 网处理子模块包括: 天线、 射频处理单元、 用户识别模块单元和基带处理单 元;
所述天线, 用于将接收到的无线信号传输给所述射频处理单元, 或者将 射频处理单元的发射信号转换为电磁波, 发送出去;
所述射频处理单元, 用于对所述天线接收到的无线信号进行选频、 放大、 下变频处理, 并将其转换成中频信号或基带信号发送给所述基带处理单元, 或者, 用于将所述基带处理单元发送的基带信号或中频信号经过上变频、 放 大, 通过所述天线发送出去;
所述用户识别模块单元, 用于存储用户参数信息;
所述基带处理单元, 用于根据所述用户识别模块单元的参数信息、 多路 复用驱动以及无线通信的要求, 对接收到的所述中频信号或基带信号进行处 理; 或者, 接收用户终端通过安全数码卡接口子模块发送的多路复用数据信 息; 将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别; 如果所述数据信息中包括传输 控制命令, 则将其通过传输控制命令端口发送; 如果所述数据信息中包括传 输网络报文, 则将其通过传输网络报文端口发送。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述无线上网处 理子模块还包括: 存储单元;
所述存储单元, 用于存储通过所述基带处理单元处理所获取到的传输网 络报文和无线上网模块运行所需要的应用程序。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述无线上网处 理子模块还包括: 电源管理单元;
所述电源管理单元, 用于将所述用户终端的电源电压转化为所述基带处 理单元、 所述存储单元、 所述射频处理单元、 所述用户识别模块单元所需的 电压, 以便为所述各个单元提供电源。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述天线设置在 所述无线上网模块的主板内, 或为外部天线, 所述外部天线通过所述无线上 网模块的主板触点连接所述射频处理单元。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述用户识别模 块单元由晶元封装成芯片形式。
8、 根据权利要求 3至 7任一项所述的无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 所述 安全数码卡接口子模块包括: 安全数字输入 /输出接口子模块或串行***接口 子模块。
9、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: 如上所述权利要求 1至 权利要求 8中任意一项所述的无线上网模块。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述无线上网模块 设置在所述用户终端的安全数码卡槽内, 或者微型安全数码卡槽内。
11、 一种无线通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 接收用户终端通过安全数码卡接口发送的上行多路复用数据信息; 将所述上行多路复用数据信息进行数据识别;
如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则将其通过传输控制命令端口 发送;
如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络报文, 则将其通过传输网络报文端口 发送。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的无线通信方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括: 接收无线数字信号;
将所述无线数字信号封装为下行多路复用数据信息;
将所述下行多路复用数据信息发送给所述用户终端。
13、 一种无线通信方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
将待发送的数据信息封装为上行多路复用数据信息;
通过安全数码卡接口, 发送所述上行多路复用数据信息。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的无线通信方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括: 接收无线上网子模块通过安全数码卡接口发送的下行多路复用数据信 息;
将所述下行多路复用数据信息进行数据识别;
如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则将其通过传输控制命令端口 发送;
如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络报文, 则将其通过传输网络报文端口 发送。
15、 一种无线上网模块, 其特征在于, 包括: 数据接收单元, 用于接收用户终端通过安全数码卡接口发送的多路复用 数据信息;
数据识别单元, 用于将所述多路复用数据信息进行数据识别;
第一数据发送单元, 用于如果所述数据信息中包括传输控制命令, 则将 其通过传输控制命令端口发送;
第二数据发送单元, 用于如果所述数据信息中包括传输网络报文, 则将 其通过传输网络报文端口发送。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的无线上网模块,其特征在于,该装置还包括: 数字信号接收单元, 用于接收无线数字信号;
数据封装单元, 用于将所述无线数字信号封装为多路复用数据信息; 信息发送单元, 用于将所述多路复用数据信息发送给所述用户终端。
17、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据封装单元, 用于将待发送的数据信息封装为多路复用数据信息; 信息发送单元, 用于通过安全数码卡接口, 发送所述多路复用数据信息。
18、根据权利要求 17所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 该用户终端还包括: 数据接收单元, 用于接收无线上网子模块通过安全数码卡接口发送的多 路复用数据信息;
