Abstract

本发明提供了一种无线网络实现节能的方法及***,基站向决策网元上报自身的能耗信息,决策网元根据上报的能耗信息确定该基站管辖下的小区状态,其中能耗信息可以包括以下一种或多种:耗电量、周围环境温度等。通过本发明方法,使得运营商准确掌握了无线网络的能耗状况,从而合理地决定哪些基站或小区适时进入节能状态,最终达到了节能的最佳状态。另外运营商也及时获取了各个基站的运行状态,从而实现了网络参数配置的灵活调整,从而优化了设备性能。
