发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种通用的应用于数字电视的多媒体***。使用该***,不仅可以自动的调节电视显示的模式,同时更能有效的加载必须的各种服务资源,实现多用户的电视互动服务。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:

具体实施方式
应用于数字电视的多媒体发布和管理***本身是一个基于TCP/IP协议的IP媒体***(IMS)。参考图1,为常见的3GPP定义的IMS实体和接口示意图,IMS中最主要的功能实体是呼叫控制实体(CSCF, Call Session Control Function)和归属用户服务器(HSS, Home Subscriber Server)。其中,CSCF包括有三种类型:服务CSCF(S-CSCF, serving-Call Session Control Function)、代理CSCF(P-CSCF, Proxy-Call Session Control Function)、查询CSCF(I-CSCF, Interrogating-Call Session control Function)。P-CSCF是用户设备在IMS***的第一个接触点,完成代理(Proxy)功能,接受初始会话协议(SIP, Session Initiation Protocol)消息并可能进行相应处理,然后将其转发。I-CSCF主要是完成网络隐藏的功能,用户注册时I-CSCF到HSS查询并确定用户服务的S-CSCF。S-CSCF记录用户的呼叫状态,完成呼叫控制功能,是最主要的业务控制实体。
另外,在IMS***中还包括边界网关控制功能实体(BGCF, Borde Gateway Control Function)、媒体网关控制功能实体(MGCF, Media Gateway Control Function)和IP多媒体域媒体网关(IM-MGW,IP Multimedia system-Media Gateway)完成IMS与其它网络间的互通,以及媒体资源功能点(MRFP, Medla Resource Function Point)和媒体资源控制功能实体(MRFC, Media ReSource Function Control)实现谋体资源功能,即提供放音、会议等资源。
参考图2,为现有技术HSS的逻辑功能示意图。HSS逻辑功能没有按照IMS功能和非IMS功能进行划分,即IMS功能和非IMS功能都包含这些逻辑功能。总体上,HSS具有移动性管理、标识处理、支持业务提供、支持应用业务、支持用户安全性、接入授权、产生用户安全信息、支持业务授权、支持呼叫/会话建设、支持智能业务等功能。另外,HSS通过记录每个IMS用户的用户信息和业务数据,配合CSCF完成最重要的路由功能、漫游功能,同时HSS提供认证、授权、IMS与IP地址映射、位置定位功能等。用户信息包括:用户号码、地址信息;用于认证和授权的安全信息;支持用户注册、记录不同***间的位置信息;用户特征数据等,业务数据则包括业务触发规则和业务触发逻辑等。

对比图2和图4,图2和图5,图5是从现有归属用户服务器划分出去的非IMS功能的逻辑功能示意图,为实现IMS的接入无关性,即IMS与承载网络的分离,需要重新定义IMS***的HSS功能实体和接口,将原HSS实体划分为两个逻辑功能实体,一个保留在IMS中,完成原HSS中的IMS功能(即图4的HSS*);一个从IMS中剥离出去,成为承载网络的一部分,完成原HSS中非IMS功能(即图5的HLR*)。HSS*支持的IMS***功能主要包括:IMS移动性管理,IMS标识处理,产生IMS用户安全信息,支持IMS业务授权,支持IMS用户安全性,IMS接入授权,支持IMS业务提供,支持IMS应用业务,支持IMS会话建立,以及支持智能业务等,它通过C接口与SCF、Sh接口、Si接口、Cx接口分别与IP多媒体域IMS,CSCF,SIPAS,IM-SSF相联通。而对于HLR*它支持的功能内容与传统的HSS相同,区别在于采用了内部只集成C、D接口面向电路域CS,MSC,GMSC,C接口配对SCF,Gr接口、Gc接口面向服务分组域PS,MGSN,GGSN。HLR*在承载网络支持的功能主要包括:移动性管理、标识处理、产生用户安全信息、支持业务授权、支持用户安全性、接入授权、支持业务提供、支持应用业务、支持会话建立以及支持智能业务等。在归属用户服务器的HSS*记录每个IMS用户的用户信息和业务数据,具体包括IMS用户相关信息如下:用户标识、号码和地址信息;用户安全信息,即鉴权和授权的网络接入控制信息;用户位置信息,即支持用户登记,保存***间位置信息等;用户业务信息等等。具体接口方面,所述归属用户服务器设置有与所述呼叫控制单元的接口,用于所述归属用户服务器向所述呼叫控制单元传递用户安全参数、用户业务信息,同时用于所述呼叫控制单元向所述归属用户服务器传递所述呼叫控制单元的能力信息、会话信令传输参数;设置有与所述初始会话协议应用服务器单元的接口,用于所述归属用户服务器向所述初始会话协议应用服务器传递透明数据,包括业务相关信息和用户相关信息;设置有与所述IP业务交换功能单元的接口,用于所述归属用户服务器向所述IP业务交换功能单元传递智能业务签约信息。
本发明除了上所述的将传统的IMS***的HSS进行了专门针对IP的IMS业务进行了从接口到域分离,从而形成不同的HSS*和HLR*并将HSS*部署于独立于网络承载体的归属用户服务器,将HLR*部署于直接面向不同网络接入和协作的内容发布服务器,实现了数字电视远程服务中心的通用性外,另一方面,在内容发布服务器存储包括具有至少二个可视显示模式的描述符以及用于在包含于该同一文件中的所述至少二个可视显示模式之间进行切换的手段的数字文件,在用户端的数字电视或机顶盒设置有随机存取存储器和一个内容咨询插件;该随机存取存储器用于临时存储从内容服务器数据库下载的数字文件,该内容咨询插件用于按照下载的页面的描述符可视地显示服务内容,内容咨询插件通过检测电视的遥控器的操作键并当数字文件产生的显示的非活动区时,执行所述切换以获得满足用户视觉和硬件性能的现实模式和服务模式。在这里所述的可视显示模式之一对应于一个可视显示,其所产生的显示大于包含在同一数字文件内的第二可视模式的显示,该数字文件包含可视显示区域的几何形式的描述符。
***首次运行时,用户的数字电视或机顶盒端显示一个安装内容咨询插件的命令窗口,用户确认后,自动执行插件程序段并加载可视显示模式的描述符和切换手段。通过内容咨询插件的监测遥控器的操作允许该显示模式切换指令菜单被激活。以后的运行时,内容咨询插件的窗口允许对于称为'动画(animated)向导'的特定文件的内容进行搜索和访问。这个页面允许使用文本搜索条件搜索内容服务器,并且该服务器地址的标志被存储,这里内容服务器的数字组成部分被搜索。这些组成部分然后被加载进用户终端的RAM中。这些组成部分由已经安装咨询插件的浏览器或播放器所认可,然后无需重复出现安装咨询插件程序的菜单而执行所有来自于归属用户服务器的程序和现实来自内容发布服务器的内容和服务。下面的描述涉及一个格式化特定组成部分的例子:一个窗口开始标志;一个放在包含访问存储器资源指令的区段之前的标志;一个放在包含用于处理所述资源的指令的区段之前的标志;一个或多个放在包含可视目标限定区段之前的标志;在不只一个标志被显示的情况下,每个标志对应于这些目标的限定,其中这些目标对应于同样内容文件的显示模式之一。在单个标志的情况下,该目标的限定包括有条件的显示指示符,该指示符对应于所述显示方式;一个结束标志;可视目标的限定涉及文本、文本信息组、图像、几何形式、递减计数等等的显示。一个文件包括至少二个并且最好是三个不同的对于每个模式的限定。某些继承的模式包括静态目标限定,其它的可以包含动态的目标描述符,诸如链接到其他的资源或文件。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,包括分别至少一个与计算机网络连接的归属用户服务器和内容发布服务器、一个或一个以上与数字电视网络连通的机顶盒/电视终端,内容发布服务器具有至少一个数据库和一个用于处理用户网络接入控制、呼叫/会话控制和业务处理的IP多媒体处理单元,其特征在于,
    所述内容发布服务器通过连接网络与机顶盒/电视终端互联;
    所述归属用户服务器为独立于连接网络的功能实体,且该功能实体为分离型实体,其保留直接实现与数字电视业务相关的IMS功能处理模块,而将与接入方式和承载网络相关的非IMS功能处理模块分离出来,形成单独的分离型归属位置寄存器(HLR*),并将分离型归属位置寄存器(HLR*)设置在内容发布服务器上;
    所述归属用户服务器与内容发布服务器通过设置的 互相开放的接口相互连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,其特征在于所述IMS功能处理模块包括IMS移动性管理,IMS标识处理,支持IMS业务提供、支持IMS应用业务、支持IMS用户安全性、IMS接入授权、产生IMS用户安全信息,支持IMS业务授权,支持IMS会话建设以及支持智能业务。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,其特征在于所述分离型归属位置寄存器(HLR*)包括移动性管理、标识处理、支持业务提供、支持应用业务、支持用户安全性、接入授权、产生用户安全信息、支持业务授权、支持呼叫/会话建设、支持智能业务。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,其特征在于,所述IP多媒体处理单元包括:呼叫控制单元,用于实现接入***的IP 设备移动性管理、用户接入鉴权、用户业务授权、信息的加密解密的安全性处理、呼叫/会话控制;初始会话协议应用服务器单元,用于实现各种应用业务处理;IP业务交换功能单元,用于外接业务控制点以实现智能业务。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***统,其特征在于,所述互相开放的接口包括IP处理接口以及呼叫控制单元接口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,其特征在于,所述机顶盒/电视终端设置有虚拟随机存取存储器和一个内容咨询插件;该虚拟随机存取存储器用于临时存储从内容发布服务器数据库下载的数字文件,该内容咨询插件用于按照下载的页面的描述符可视地显示服务内容。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***统,其特征在于,所述的内容发布服务器内的数字文件包括具有至少二个可视显示模式的描述符以及包含于该同一文件中的用于在所述至少二个可视显示模式之间进行切换的技术描述。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,其特征在于,所述的第一可视显示模式对应于一个可视显示,其所产生的显示大于包含在同一数字文件内的第二可视模式的显示,而数字文件包含可视显示区域的几何形式的描述符。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的应用于数字电视的多媒体业务管理***,其特征在于所述内容咨询插件通过检测机顶盒/数字电视终端的遥控器的操作键并当数字文件产生的显示为非活动区时,执行所述切换以获得满足用户视觉和硬件性能的现实模式和服务模式。
