Definitions
- the present invention captures transaction information such as accounting systems (including information systems, the same applies hereinafter) for the purpose of enhancing customer management and ALM management (especially debt management) in financial institutions, The same applies to the following), and it is related to a fund transfer information presentation system that “visualizes” preferences in financial transactions by customer, financial transaction needs, and overall customer custody trends, and colors uncolored money as it is .
- accounting systems including information systems, the same applies hereinafter
- ALM management especially debt management
- the deposit spread which is the difference between the market interest rate and the deposit interest rate, began to shrink rapidly from around 1990 and became almost zero at the end of the 1990s when the market interest rate approached zero.
- the lending spread which was the difference between the lending interest rate and the market interest rate that had been negative until then, turned positive from 1991, and the source of deposit and lending Zaya changed from deposit spread to lending spread around 1990 Shifted.
- ALM which comprehensively manages assets and liabilities of financial institutions, has been operated to increase profits on the asset side rather than on the debt side.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a portfolio analysis that has been carried out in a regular, long-term cycle such as a periodical or monthly period in order to maximize the return (revenue) obtained from the assets held by a financial institution.
- a system is disclosed in which transaction information can be queried at any time, short term / long term.
- Patent Document 2 discloses a method of displaying portfolio information, which has been conventionally managed by numerical values, on a graph with risk and profit ratio as both axes in order to easily present the information to the user.
- the problems to be solved are as described above, and the present invention is not limited to the conventional asset side, but the management of the debt side that secures stable and low-interest funding, which is the source of the largest profit in the bank. Funds that can be used to understand individual customer preferences, financial transaction needs, changes in assets under custody, and movement status, as well as analyze customer custody assets from various angles, and appropriately understand and monitor customer custody asset trends
- the object is to provide a mobile information presentation system.
- the present invention takes in a journal log (transaction history) output as a result of system processing such as account processing, extracts outflow fund transactions and inflow fund transactions performed within a specified period from this journal log, and extracts these outflow transactions. Named the funds transaction and the inflow fund transaction by customer and matched the transaction amount in the order in which the transaction amounts matched, and based on the result, the source is the product name of the outflow fund transaction, the destination is the product name of the inflow fund transaction, and the transfer amount is traded.
- the most important feature is that by creating a cash transfer statement with the amount of money, it is possible to color the same-colored money as it is and “visualize” the trend of customer assets.
- the present invention captures journal logs that are output as a result of system processing such as account processing, which is actual business processing data.
- the source is the product name of the outflow fund transaction
- the destination is the product name of the inflow fund transaction
- the transfer amount is traded.
- FIG. 1 shows a configuration diagram of a fund transfer information presentation system embodying the present invention.
- the fund transfer information presentation system inputs the transaction history database 1, extracts transaction data to be subjected to physical transfer name identification in a specified period for each customer, and outputs the name identification result to the transfer details database 2 (101). Since transactions at banks are completed daily, one day can be a designated period. In addition, it is preferable that the specified period is determined by the user inputting a parameter value. In addition, although a normal process is performed for 1 day as a period, it is also suitable to perform a name identification mentioned later for 2 days including the next 1 period. Of course, the processing may be performed by setting another period such as one week. A plurality of customers can be processed in parallel. Here, a case where processing is performed for one customer will be described.
- the process for one customer described below means the process for one account.
- the processing for one customer obtained by adding up a plurality of accounts may be performed. That is, in the system, one account can be recognized as one customer, but a plurality of accounts of one customer can be recognized as one customer.
- the transaction history database 1 stores a journal log (transaction history) for storing deposit / withdrawal information for each customer in an account processing system that handles normal operations such as bank account processing. Therefore, in the transaction history database 1, for each transaction, the customer name, account type, deposit / withdrawal, transaction amount, transaction date, transaction content, and the like are stored from actually performed transaction data. Transaction details include salary transfers, other bank transfers (including deposits (for recipients), withdrawals (for destinations)), pension receipts, and payment of utility charges. Further, the database has various index files and the like, and the association between the data and the correction of the associated data are performed. However, the database includes simple storage means for storing the various data in a predetermined data format.
- physical transfer name identification refers to funds transfer in which the transfer details are confirmed in one transaction for a specific transaction such as salary transfer or other bank transfer.
- the system extracts specific transactions that allow physical movement name identification from the transaction data. That is, for a specific transaction that is determined in advance, the transaction data includes data for determining the transaction content, and therefore, it may be determined from the transaction data. If necessary, a table for storing data contents to be determined as physical movement name identification transactions may be prepared, and the contents of this table may be compared with the transaction data to determine whether the transaction is capable of physical movement name identification.
- the transaction history database 1 is input to extract transaction data to be subjected to logical movement name identification in a specified period for each customer, and necessary information is added and output to the work table 3 (102). It is preferable that the transaction that is not subject to physical name identification described above is a transaction that is an aspect of logical name identification.
- logical transfer name identification refers to fund transfer in which transfer details are determined by associating a plurality of transactions with the same customer in the order of time generation.
- transaction histories within the period specified by the parameters are grouped in time series by name according to customers (301), and divided into deposits and withdrawals (302).
- the deposit / withdrawal transaction is divided into a range in which the transaction amount matches and is associated with one-to-one (303), and the one-to-one correspondence with the deposit / withdrawal transaction is arranged in order of time generation, and the inter-product funds transfer details by customer (304 ) Is generated.
- the transaction data moved to the work table 3 is divided into deposit (balance increase transaction) and withdrawal (balance decrease transaction), which are output to the deposit table 4 and withdrawal table 5, respectively (103).
- deposit balance increase transaction
- withdrawal balance decrease transaction
- the total amount of deposits and withdrawals is compared for each customer, and if there is a discrepancy, the difference is recorded as the transaction amount of the dummy data “Other” to the smaller total amount, and the deposit / withdrawal balance table is balanced.
- “Other” is a transaction in cash.
- the total deposit amount and the total withdrawal amount in the specified period coincide with each other (cash) deposit or withdrawal. This process is performed for transaction data to be subjected to logical movement name identification.
- transaction data is read from the work table 3 (S101), and it is determined whether it is the end of customer-specific data (S102). If the transaction is a deposit transaction, the deposit amount is added to the total deposit amount (S104), the transaction data is written in the deposit table 4 (S105), and the process returns to S101 to read the next transaction data.
- the withdrawal amount is added to the total withdrawal amount (S106), the transaction data is written in the withdrawal table 5 (S107), and the process returns to S101 and the next transaction data is read.
- the process returns to S101 and the next transaction data is read.
- the dummy data (others) is preferably regarded as, for example, cash deposit or withdrawal.
- the deposit / withdrawal transaction data for one customer written in the work table 3 in the designated period is written out in a balanced manner in the deposit table 4 or the withdrawal table 5.
- the deposit transaction data and the withdrawal transaction data are divided into a range in which the transaction amount is the same and is associated with one-to-one, and the one-to-one correspondence of the deposit / withdrawal transaction is transferred between products for each customer.
- the details are output to the movement details database 2 (104).
- an inter-commodity fund transfer statement is created and output for the transaction that is subject to logical transfer name identification for a specified period in the journal log.
- transaction data is read from the withdrawal table 5 and stored in the withdrawal side memory (S201), and then it is determined whether the withdrawal table 5 is over (S202). If it is over, the process is terminated, and if it is not over, the deposit table 4 is read and stored in the deposit side memory (S203).
- the deposit amount and the withdrawal amount are compared (S204). If the deposit amount is equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount, the withdrawal amount is set in the “movement amount” of the transfer details (S205). Is set in the “movement amount” of the movement details (S206).
- the product name of the withdrawal transaction is set on the “From” side of the transfer details (S207)
- the product name of the deposit transaction is set on the “To” side of the transfer details (S208)
- the generated transfer details are moved. Write to the detail database 2 (S209).
- the transaction data written in the deposit table 4 and the withdrawal table 5 are sequentially associated (matched) in the order of transaction occurrence time. As described above, since the deposit and withdrawal are always balanced by adding dummy data, the total deposit amount equals the total withdrawal amount, and matching of transaction data written in the deposit table 4 and the withdrawal table 5 is completed. This completes the creation of the funds transfer statement.
- transactions already stored in the movement details database 2 are also subject to re-name identification or two-stage name identification if the transaction date falls within the name identification period.
- the transfer details data is decomposed into a deposit transaction and a withdrawal transaction, and output to the work table 3 (105), and further divided into a receipt transaction data and a withdrawal transaction data, respectively, and a receipt table 4 and a withdrawal table 5 respectively.
- the transfer details data is decomposed into a deposit transaction and a withdrawal transaction and output to the two-stage name deposit work table 6 (106), and further divided into deposit transaction data and withdrawal transaction data, respectively. Insert into the table 7 and the two-stage name donation table 8 (107).
- the name identification process is a process for re-associating the transaction determined as “Other” within the period specified by the current parameter for the transaction determined as “Other” because there was no transaction associated within the period specified by the previous parameter.
- the specified period for logical migration name identification is 2 days, and logical migration name identification itself is performed every day. That is, the transaction on the second day is matched with the transaction determined as “others” on the first day. As a result of such processing, the logical migration name identification processing for one day is completed when the processing for the next day is completed.
- the transaction data for two days is once written in the deposit table 4 and the withdrawal table 5, and the difference between the deposits and withdrawals for two days is set as dummy data “others” and logical name identification is performed. What is necessary is just to process. Only transactions that are determined to be “other” on the first day are actually changed by such processing.
- the transaction history (401) within the period specified by the parameter and the movement details (402) named in the previous process within the same period are integrated and arranged in time series, It is divided into deposits and withdrawals (403), and if there is a transaction that was identified as “Other ( ⁇ 300,000)” in the previous transfer statement (402), this and “Other ( ⁇ 400,000) in this transaction history (401) ) ”Is offset on an amount basis, the balance is recorded as“ Other ( ⁇ 100,000) ”on the deposit side with a positive difference (404), and the deposit / withdrawal transaction is divided into the range where the individual transaction amounts are equal to 1 Corresponding to one-to-one (405), one-to-one correspondence of deposit / withdrawal transactions is arranged in the order of time generation, and inter-product fund transfer details (406) for each customer are generated.
- the withdrawal transaction data is read from the work table 3 (S301), and it is determined whether or not the work table 3 is over (S302). If not, it is determined whether or not the transaction data is “other” (S303). If it is not “other”, the transaction data is directly written in the withdrawal table 5 (S304), and the process returns to S301 to read the next transaction data.
- the deposit transaction data is read from the work table 3 (S305), and it is determined whether or not the customer-specific data is over (S306). If it is over, the process returns to S301 and the next transaction data is read. If it is not the end, it is determined whether or not the transaction data is “other” (S307), and if it is not “other”, the transaction data is directly written in the deposit table 4 (S308), and the process returns to S305 and the next transaction data from the work table 3 Is read. If it is not a deposit transaction in S303, it is determined whether or not it is “other” (S307).
- the transaction for a specified period (for example, 2 days) in which the name identification is performed is written to the deposit table 4 and the withdrawal table 5, and one dummy data is added to the period. Accordingly, there is no dummy data for the first day, and dummy data is left only on the second day. Then, by performing the matching process in FIG. 5 on the transaction data written to the deposit table 4 and the withdrawal table 5 in this way, the funds transfer details for two days are created, and the funds for the first day. The process of renaming the transfer details is completed and the contents of the funds transfer details on the first day are finalized. Instead of renaming, the transaction data for two days may be read from the journal log and the processing of FIGS. 4 and 5 may be performed. The name identification designation period and the name identification designation period may be set to such periods as long as the name identification designation period is long.
- the two-stage name identification process for example, when transferring funds from time deposits to investment trusts, there are many cases of depositing into a general account for settlement due to the necessity of purchasing investment trusts.
- the two name identifications “time deposit ⁇ ordinary deposit” and “ordinary deposit ⁇ investment trust” are established, but the name identification “time deposit ⁇ investment trust” is established by further grouping the ordinary deposits.
- deposits are made to ordinary deposits for settlement products (including settlement products, the same applies hereinafter).
- the two name identifications “time deposit ⁇ ordinary deposit” and “ordinary deposit ⁇ investment trust” are established, but the name identification “time deposit ⁇ investment trust” is established by further grouping the ordinary deposits.
- This process of registering ordinary deposits that are simply passed through in this way is called a two-stage name identification process. As a result, merchandise that is simply meaningless and that simply passes through is deleted, and the funds transfer details are easier to see.
- the transaction history (501) whose destination is “ordinary deposit” and the transaction history (502) whose source is “ordinary deposit” are integrated and arranged in time series. This is divided into deposits and withdrawals (503), the deposit-side “savings deposit ( ⁇ 500,000)” and the withdrawal-side “savings deposit ( ⁇ 300,000)” are offset on a monetary basis, 200,000) ”is recorded on the deposit side with a positive difference (504), and the deposit / withdrawal transaction is divided into a one-to-one correspondence within the range where the individual transaction amounts match (505).
- the correspondence of 1 is arranged in the order of time generation to generate the inter-product fund transfer details (506) for each customer.
- the withdrawal transaction data is read from the two-stage Nayoro work table 6 (S401), and it is determined whether the two-stage Nayoro work table 6 is over (S402). If the processing is not completed, it is determined whether or not the transaction data is “ordinary deposit” (S403). If it is not “ordinary deposit”, the transaction data is directly written in the two-stage name deposit table 8 (S404), and the process proceeds to S401. Go back and load the next transaction data. As described above, as shown in FIG. 9, first, transaction data is read from the two-stage Nayoro work table 6 (S401), and it is determined whether or not the customer-specific data is over (S402).
- the deposit transaction data is read from the two-stage name table 6 (S405), and it is determined whether or not the data for each customer is over (S406).
- the transaction data is read, if it is not the end, it is determined whether the transaction data is “ordinary deposit” (S407). If it is not “ordinary deposit”, the transaction data is directly written in the two-stage name deposit table 7 (S408), and the process returns to S405.
- the next transaction data is read from the two-stage Nayoro work table 6. If it is not a deposit transaction in S403, it is determined whether it is “ordinary deposit” (S407).
- the two-stage name deposit transaction data and the two-stage name deposit transaction data are divided into ranges in which the transaction amounts match and are associated one-to-one. It outputs to the transfer statement database 2 as another inter-product fund transfer statement (107108).

Abstract
