背景技术
在现有的通信终端中,用户可以通过手指的滑动来滚动屏幕界面,但是仍然需要设计“确认”和“退出”键完成终端应用。通常来说,在需要用户确认来进行操作的步骤中,会有如下几种设计形式:
1.弹出模式对话框,由四部分组成:对话框标题、对话框内容及图标、确认按钮、取消或者退出按钮;
2.直接借鉴Windows Mobile设计样式,在当前窗口的右上方显示退出按钮,当用户选择此按钮时,等同于选择“取消”;
3.直接借鉴iPhone设计样式,在当前窗口的左上方显示“退出”按钮,右上方显示“保存”或者“确认”按钮。
技术问题
现有技术中,由于“确认”和“退出”键的存在,限制了终端的软硬件设计,同时也占据了宝贵的用户可视区域。
同时又由于软件的“用户交互”的本质需求,很多情况下都需要用户的确认或者退出来决定下一步的操作。因此是无法简单地将“确认”和“退出”从用户界面设计的元素中去除出去,产生了用户需求和界面设计之间的矛盾。
技术解决方案
为了解决现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置,利用用户手势来代替传统的“确认”和“退出”按键,去除传统的确认对话框和占据窗口面积的按键,从而使用户可视面积增大和简化了人机交互流程。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的一种利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置,包括:中央处理器模块、手势输入模块、手势处理模块、终端应用模块、存储模块以及终端功能模块,其中,
所述中央处理器模块,分别与所述手势输入模块、所述手势处理模块、所述终端应用模块、所述存储模块以及所述终端功能模块连接,接收所述手势输入模块发送的用户手势输入信息、所述终端应用模块发送的设置内容信息和所述手势处理模块发送的手势识别信息,并根据手势识别信息对接收的内容更改信息进行处理;
所述手势输入模块,连接所述中央处理器模块、所述手势处理模块和所述终端应用模块,将接收的用户手势输入生成用户手势输入信息分别发送给所述中央处理器模块、所述手势处理模块和所述终端应用模块;
所述手势处理模块,连接所述中央处理器模块和所述手势输入模块,将接收的所述手势输入模块发送的用户手势输入信息转换成相应的手势识别信息后发送到所述中央处理器模块;
所述终端应用模块,连接所述中央处理器模块和所述手势输入模块,接收所述手势输入模块发送的用户手势输入信息,对终端应用的内容进行更改,并将终端应用的内容更改信息发送给所述中央处理器模块;

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
图1为根据本实用新型的利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置的原理框图,如图1所示,本实用新型的利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置,包括:中央处理器模块101、手势输入模块102、手势处理模块103、终端应用模块104、存储模块105以及终端功能模块106。
中央处理器模块101分别与手势输入模块102、手势处理模块103、终端应用模块104、存储模块105以及终端功能模块106连接,接收手势输入模块102发送的用户手势输入信息,对手势处理模块103和终端应用模块104进行接收控制;接收终端应用模块104发送的设置内容信息和手势处理模块103发送的手势识别信息,并根据手势识别信息对接收的内容更改信息进行处理;将确认的内容更改信息发送到存储模块105进行存储退出或直接退出应用设置;对终端功能模块106进行工作控制。
手势输入模块102采用触摸式输入模块,连接中央处理器模块101、手势处理模块103和终端应用模块104;接收用户手势输入(用户手指在手势输入模块上滑动的轨迹),并将其生成用户手势输入信息分别发送给中央处理器模块101、手势处理模块103和终端应用模块104。
当触摸输入模块和显示屏粘合在一起的时,用户就是在显示屏上画出符号,这需要终端操作***支持‘全屏触摸’。当触摸输入模块与终端其它部件粘合在一起时,(例如键盘,或者是机身外壳),用户只需要在这些部件所能接受输入的区域中画出符号。
手势处理模块103连接中央处理器模块101和手势输入模块102,接收手势输入模块102发送的用户手势输入信息,并将其转换成相应的手势识别信息后发送到中央处理器模块101。手势识别信息包括确认手势信息(可以是用户手指滑动的轨迹“○”,也可以由用户自定义)和退出手势信息(可以是用户手指滑动的轨迹“×”,也可以由用户自定义)。本实施例中以“○”表示确认手势信息,以“×”表示退出手势信息。
终端应用模块104连接中央处理器模块101和手势输入模块102,接收手势输入模块102发送的用户手势输入信息,对终端应用的内容进行更改,并将终端应用的内容更改信息发送给中央处理器模块101。
手势存储模块105连接中央处理器模块101,接收中央处理器模块101发送的存储指令信息,接收并存储终端应用的内容更改信息。
终端功能模块106连接中央处理器模块101,接收中央处理器模块101发送的指令信息,完成指令信息对应的移动通信终端功能动作。
图2为根据本实用新型的利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置的工作示意图,如图2所示,当终端进入应用设置后,终端应用模块104利用手势输入模块102对终端应用的具体内容进行更改,同时手势处理模块103在等待手势输入模块102发送需要的用户手势输入信息;当手势处理模块103接收到手势输入模块102发送的是需要的用户手势输入信息时,将其转换成手势识别信息发送给中央处理器模块101。
中央处理器模块101接收手势处理模块103发送的手势识别信息后,对该手势识别信息进行识别,如果手势识别信息为“○”(确认手势信息),中央处理器模块101就将存储指令信息和终端应用设置内容信息发送给手势存储模块105进行终端应用的内容更改信息的保存,并退出终端应用设置;反之,如果手势识别信息为“×”(退出手势信息),中央处理器模块101就取消对终端应用内容的更改,并退出终端应用设置。
本实用新型的利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置,采用手势信息“○”和“×”分别表示“确认”和“退出”代替传统终端中的‘确认’和‘退出’按键,可以去除传统的确认对话框和占据窗口面积的按键,扩大用户可视和面积和利用面积,简化了用户输入的操作。用户可以在触摸输入模块上,画出“○”和“×”的符号,确定自己的决定。

    所述中央处理器模块,分别与所述手势输入模块、所述手势处理模块、所述终端应用模块、所述存储模块以及所述终端功能模块连接,接收所述手势输入模块发送的用户手势输入信息、所述终端应用模块发送的内容更改信息和所述手势处理模块发送的手势识别信息,并根据手势识别信息对接收的设置内容信息进行处理;
    所述手势输入模块,连接所述中央处理器模块、所述手势处理模块和所述终端应用模块,将接收的用户手势输入生成用户手势输入信息分别发送给所述中央处理器模块、所述手势处理模块和所述终端应用模块;
    所述手势处理模块,连接所述中央处理器模块和所述手势输入模块,将接收的所述手势输入模块发送的用户手势输入信息转换成相应的手势识别信息后发送到所述中央处理器模块;
    所述终端应用模块,连接所述中央处理器模块和所述手势输入模块,接收所述手势输入模块发送的用户手势输入信息,对终端应用的内容进行更改,并将终端应用的内容更改信息发送给所述中央处理器模块;
    所述手势存储模块,连接所述中央处理器模块,接收所述中央处理器模块发送的存储指令信息,接收并存储终端应用内容更改信息;
    所述终端功能模块,连接所述中央处理器模块,接收中央处理器模块发送的指令信息,完成指令信息对应的移动通信终端功能动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置,其特征在于,所述中央处理器模块接收所述手势处理模块发送的手势识别信息为确认手势信息时,将设置内容信息发送到所述手势存储模块进行存储,并退出终端应用设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的利用用户手势替代终端设备退出键和确认键的装置,其特征在于,所述中央处理器模块接收所述手势处理模块发送的手势识别信息为退出手势信息时,退出终端应用设置。
