- FIG. 6 is a graph showing an operation example of the EV charging unit and a chargeable period of the power storage unit.
- the EV charging unit 311 charges the battery of the electric vehicle step by step by a plurality of methods. For example, a first stage of charging with a relatively small constant current until a predetermined voltage is reached, a second stage of charging with a constant current larger than the first stage until a predetermined voltage is reached, and a constant voltage value Charging is performed in the third stage of charging.
- the voltage that the EV charging unit 311 supplies to the battery of the electric vehicle increases (the power consumed by the EV charging unit 311 increases), while in the third stage As the charging progresses, the current supplied from the EV charging unit 311 to the battery of the electric vehicle decreases (the power consumed by the EV charging unit 311 decreases).
- the first stage, the second stage, and the third stage are performed in this order.
- the current that the EV charging unit 311 supplies to the battery of the electric vehicle in the third stage is less than a predetermined magnitude. At that time, it is determined that the battery of the electric vehicle is fully charged, and charging is completed.

- the electric power consumed by the EV charging unit 311 is relatively small. Therefore, even if the power storage unit 11 is charged during the third stage low load period, it is possible to suppress an increase in the maximum power amount per unit time of the system power.
- the first stage period and the third stage low load period are periods during which the power storage unit 11 can be charged. Therefore, it is possible to charge the power storage unit 11 during all of these periods, or it is possible to charge the power storage unit 11 during a part of the period.
- the charge / discharge control unit 51 acquires a signal related to the operation (for example, a signal indicating the start of the operation or a signal indicating the first to third stages or the third stage low load period) from the EV charging unit 311. Thus, it is possible to recognize whether or not the charging period is possible. Moreover, it becomes possible to acquire the measurement result of the load part meter 312 or the EV charging part meter, and to increase the electric power or electric energy consumed by the load part 31 or the EV charging part 311. In addition, in many cases where the power storage unit 11 needs to be discharged, the power storage unit 11 can be discharged, and the amount of power supplied by the power storage unit 11 can be further increased. Therefore, it becomes possible to further reduce the maximum power amount per unit time of the system power.
- a signal related to the operation for example, a signal indicating the start of the operation or a signal indicating the first to third stages or the third stage low load period
- charge / discharge control unit 51 may not charge power storage unit 11. Absent.
- the EV charging unit 311 may perform normal charging for relatively reducing the amount of power per unit time supplied to the battery of the electric vehicle and rapid charging for relatively increasing the amount.
- the charging / discharging control unit 51 may control charging / discharging of the power storage unit 11 as described above only when the EV charging unit 311 performs rapid charging.
- the charge / discharge control unit 51 may perform control so that the power storage unit 11 is charged during normal charging of the EV charging unit 311.
- the charging of the power storage unit 11 is limited only when the maximum value of the amount of power per unit time of the system power can be large. Therefore, it is possible to further increase the amount of power charged in the power storage unit 11 while suppressing an increase in the maximum value of the amount of power per unit time of the system power.
- the charge / discharge control unit 51 may perform normal charging in which the amount of power per unit time supplied to the power storage unit 11 is relatively small and quick charging in which the amount is relatively large. In this case, the charge / discharge control unit 51 may control the charge / discharge of the power storage unit 11 as described above only when the power storage unit 11 is rapidly charged. For example, the charging / discharging control unit 51 may perform control so that normal charging of the power storage unit 11 is performed during the operation of the EV charging unit 311.
- the power storage unit 11 may be charged with the electric power generated by the solar power generation unit 20.
- the operation example of the EV charging unit 311 illustrated in FIG. 6 is merely an example, and the EV charging unit 311 may perform an operation different from that in FIG. For example, when the EV charging unit 311 starts operating, if the battery of the electric vehicle is charged with a sufficiently large amount of power, the first stage may not be performed. Further, for example, when the EV charging unit 311 performs rapid charging, the third stage may not be performed.
- the configuration in which the power storage unit 11 is charged with the grid power supplied from the power company or the power generated by the solar power generation unit 20 has been described.
- the power storage unit 11 is charged with power obtained from other power sources. It does not matter as a configuration to obtain.
- ⁇ Modification
- a part or all of the operations of the control unit 50 and the like may be performed by a control device such as a microcomputer.

Abstract
