本发明涉及一种化学清洗剂, 特别涉及一种天然植物清洗剂。
背景技术
目前, 市场上以及各行业普遍应用的清洗剂多为含有苯、 甲苯、 二甲苯 或环壬垸等有机原料, 其中苯为高致癌物质, 甲苯和二甲苯对人体的危害主 要是影响中枢神经***、 对呼吸道和皮肤产生刺激作用。 经常使用, 会对人 体健康造成极大的伤害。 制备清洗剂的上述原料多源于石油附属品, 在生产 书
时会造成严重的环境污染。 而且由于其本身的毒性, 在生产和运输过程中都 会有很大的安全隐患。 再有上述原料普遍存在闪点及燃点较低等弊端, 对生 产设备及环境有更严格的要求, 从而加大实施的投入及生产成本。 现在市场 上虽然有一些以天然原料为主的清洗剂, 但是由于乳化后不稳定, 容易出现 分层现象, 不但使用不方便, 而且清洗效果不明显; 例如, 人们通常采用上 述各种清洗剂清洗汽车、 家电等物品, 往往得不到较佳的清洗效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处, 提供一种循环再生资源丰富、 工 艺简单、 应用广泛、 环保无污染的天然植物清洗剂。
为实现上述目的本发明所采用的技术方案是: 一种天然植物清洗剂, 其 特征在于: 按重量份计, 由柠檬烯 70-80份、茶皂素 2-10份、 卵磷脂 1-10份、 柠檬醛 2-10份、 柠檬酸 0.5-1份, 在温度为 15°C-25°C条件下混合均匀, 配制 而成。
检测方法及结果:
检测方法: 按企业标准 Q/12NK4971-2010天然植物清洗剂进行检测。 理化性能: 包括不容物、 闪点、 pH值、 热稳定性、 冷稳定性, 对金属材 料的影响: 全浸腐蚀、 去镉, 对涂层表面的影响, 长期储存稳定性, 检测完 全达到标准。 有害物质包括游离甲醛、 苯、 甲苯、 二甲苯、 二氯甲垸、 1, 2- 二氯乙垸、 1, 1, 2-三氯乙垸、 三氯乙烯、 重金属含量包括可溶性铅、 可溶性 镉、 可溶性铬、 可溶性汞等远远低于国家相关标准。 清洗效率超过同类清洗 剂并高出标准。
本发明的有益效果是: 该清洗剂的主要成分是从纯天然植物如桔子皮、 柠檬皮、 橙子皮中精蒸馏提取, 环保无毒无污染。 其中的主要组分柠檬烯具 有较强的溶解力, 茶皂素、 卵磷脂增加表面活性, 柠檬醛可平衡混溶度, 柠 檬酸增强溶解力。 该清洗剂不含苯、 甲苯、 二甲苯、 环壬垸等对人体有毒有 害的物质, 也不含铅、 铬、 镉和汞等重金属。 生产过程中不会污染环境, 没 有安全隐患。 不需乳化设备, 生产工艺简单、 操作方便、 生产环境条件宽松、 无需配套排除污染设施, 具有显著的使用价值和经济效益。 本发明无二次污 染, 其残留物可被生物分解, 其闪点高、 为 45°C以上, 燃点高、 为 200°C以 上, 使用储存安全可靠。 采用原料为可循环再生资源, 来源丰富且广泛。 在 废物利用、 变废为宝的同时达到清除污染源, 有效进行资源整合。 本发明加 入了茶皂素等几种天然表面活性剂, 避免了乳化后分层现象, 提高了清洗效 果。 该清洗剂安全环保, 去污力强, 工艺简单, 成本较低; 作为替代苯类物 的有机化工清洗剂, 清洗、 去污, 特别是应用于汽车机部件, 清洗效果极佳; 且对汽车的漆膜、 玻璃等无任何损害。 同时, 也可用于工业、 家庭及公共场 所等, 如机场跑道、 停机泊位、 飞机、 火车及油田重油垢的清洗; 还可以用 于清洗口香糖胶、 不干胶以及家庭所需的各个方面的清洗。
具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式详述如下: 实施例 1 (每份按 1 kg计, 主成分含量均按质量分数计算)
将柠檬烯(主成分>95%) 70kg, 茶皂素(主成分>65%) 5kg、 卵磷脂(主 成分 >60% ) 7.5kg, 柠檬醛 (主成分>95% ) 2.5kg , 柠檬酸 (主成分>95% ) 0.5kg, 在温度为 15°C-25°C条件下, 以 50-70转 /min的速度搅拌均匀, 配制成 天然植物清洗剂。 所采用原料均为市售产品。
实施例 2 (每份按 l kg计)
将柠檬烯(主成分>95%) 75kg, 茶皂素(主成分>65%) 5kg、 卵磷脂(主 成分 >60% ) 5kg、 柠檬醛 (主成分>95%) 3kg, 柠檬酸 (主成分>95%) 0.5kg, 在温度为 15°C-25°C条件下, 以 50-70转 /min的速度搅拌均匀, 配制成天然植 物清洗剂。
实施例 3 (每份按 l kg计)
将柠檬烯(主成分>95%) 80kg, 茶皂素(主成分>65%) 3kg, 卵磷脂(主 成分 >60% ) 2kg、柠檬醛(主成分>95%) 3.5kg, 柠檬酸(主成分>95%) 0.5kg, 在温度为 15°C-25°C条件下, 以 50-70转 /min的速度搅拌均匀, 配制成天然植 物清洗剂。
本发明的特点及用途:
( 1 ) 本发明采用表面活性剂, 以提高本剂的分散、 乳化、 去污能力。
(2) 本发明采用柠檬烯为溶剂, 有效提高去油污能力, 且环保无污染。 使用方法:
选择本发明清洗剂均匀喷洒或涂刷到要清洗的物品上, 用布直接擦洗, 再用清水洗净, 最后用布擦干即可; 清洗效果显著; 储存静置不沉淀、 不分 层, 可直接使用, 不必再搅拌摇匀, 使用极为方便。
上述参照实施例对该天然植物清洗剂进行的详细描述, 是说明性的而不 是限定性的, 按照组分配比限定范围可列举若干个实施例, 因此在不脱离本 发明总体构思下的变化和修改, 应属本发明的保护范围之内。
