权利要求 书
1、 一种策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
策略控制器接收资源请求消息;
策略控制器根据其内部存储的资源配额阔值, 判断接收所述资源请求后的 全部授权资源数值是否大于所述资源配额阔值, 所述全部授权资源数值包括所 述资源请求消息所需要的资源数额和策略控制器当前为用户需求分配的资源数 额;
如果接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值大于所述资源配额阔值, 则 策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额, 并根据接收到的资源配额分配结果 更新所述资源配额阔值。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于家庭基站策略控制和计费规则功能实体 HeNB PCRF或家庭基站管理*** HMS内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额包括:
策略控制器向宽带策略控制实体 BPCF发送配额分配请求消息, 所述配额 分配请求消息中包含所述新的资源配额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述配额分配 请求消息中包含所述新的资源配额以及家庭基站互联网协议 IP地址, 所述新的 资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值;
所述 BPCF 向传输网络申请所述新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保 留资源。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于策略控制和计费规则功能实体 PCRF 内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申 请新的资源配额包括:
策略控制器向 BPCF发送配额分配请求消息, 所述配额分配请求消息中包 含所述新的资源配额以及用户设备 UE标识,或者所述配额分配请求消息中包含 所述新的资源配额以及 UE的 IP地址, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收 所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值; 所述 BPCF 向传输网络申请所述新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保 留资源;
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据接收 到的资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值, 包括:
策略控制器接收来自 BPCF 的配额分配应答消息, 所述配额分配应答消息 中包含配额分配成功指示信息或者传输网络为所述新的资源配额分配的资源数 值;
若所述配额分配应答消息中包含配额分配成功指示信息, 则策略控制器将 所述资源配额阔值更新为所述新的资源配额; 若所述配额分配应答消息中包含 传输网络为所述新的资源配额分配的资源数值, 且所述传输网络为所述新的资 源配额分配的资源数值大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数 值, 则策略控制器将所述资源配额阔值更新为所述传输网络为所述新的资源配 额分配的资源数值。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于 HeNB PCRF或 HMS实体内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源 配额, 并根据接收到的资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值包括:
策略控制器向 BPCF发送资源分配请求消息, 所述资源分配请求消息中包 含请求的资源数额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求 的资源数额以及家庭基站 IP地址;
所述 BPCF根据接收到的所述请求的资源数额以及当前为家庭基站分配的 资源数额配置确定家庭基站所需的新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保留 资源, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源 数值;
策略控制器接收来自 BPCF 的资源分配应答消息, 所述资源分配应答消息 中包含所述新的资源配额;
策略控制器将所述资源配额阔值更新为所述新的资源配额。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于 PCRF 实体内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额, 并根据 接收到的资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值包括:
策略控制器向 BPCF发送资源分配请求消息, 所述资源分配请求消息中包 含请求的资源数额以及 UE标识,或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源 数额以及 UE的 IP地址;
所述 BPCF根据接收到的所述请求的资源数额以及当前为 UE分配的资源数 额配置确定 UE所需的新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保留资源,所述新 的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值;
策略控制器接收来自 BPCF 的资源分配应答消息, 所述资源分配应答消息 中包含所述新的资源配额;
策略控制器将所述资源配额阔值更新为所述新的资源配额。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于家庭基站网关 HeNB GW内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源 配额包括:
策略控制器向 HeNB PCRF发送配额分配请求消息,所述配额分配请求消息 中包含所述新的资源配额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述配额分配请求消息中包 含所述新的资源配额以及家庭基站互联网协议 IP地址, 所述新的资源配额大于 或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值;
所述 HeNB PCRF向 BPCF发送配额分配请求消息,所述配额分配请求消息 中包含所述新的资源配额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述配额分配请求消息中包 含所述新的资源配额以及家庭基站互联网协议 IP地址, 所述新的资源配额大于 或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值;
所述 BPCF 向传输网络申请所述新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保 留资源。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据接收到的 资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值包括:
所述 HeNB PCRF接收来自所述 BPCF的配额分配应答消息,所述配额分配 应答消息中包含配额分配成功指示信息或者传输网络为所述新的资源配额分配 的资源数值;
策略控制器接收来自所述 HeNB PCRF的配额分配应答消息,所述配额分配 应答消息中包含配额分配成功指示信息或者传输网络为所述新的资源配额分配 的资源数值;
若所述配额分配应答消息中包含配额分配成功指示信息, 则策略控制器将 所述资源配额阔值更新为所述新的资源配额; 若所述配额分配应答消息中包含 传输网络为所述新的资源配额分配的资源数值, 且所述传输网络为所述新的资 源配额分配的资源数值大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数 值, 则策略控制器将所述资源配额阔值更新为所述传输网络为所述新的资源配 额分配的资源数值。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于 HeNB GW实体内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额包括: 策略控制器向 HeNB PCRF发送资源分配请求消息,所述资源分配请求消息 中包含请求的资源数额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含 请求的资源数额以及家庭基站 IP地址;
所述 HeNB PCRF向 BPCF发送资源分配请求消息,所述资源分配请求消息 中包含请求的资源数额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含 请求的资源数额以及家庭基站 IP地址;
所述 BPCF根据接收到的所述请求的资源数额以及当前为家庭基站分配的 资源数额配置确定家庭基站所需的新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保留 资源, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源 数值。
10、 根据权利要求 9 所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据接收到 的资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值包括:
所述 HeNB PCRF接收来自所述 BPCF的资源分配应答消息,所述资源分配 应答消息中包含所述新的资源配额;
所述 HeNB PCRF向策略控制器发送资源分配应答消息,所述资源分配应答 消息中包含所述新的资源配额;
策略控制器将所述资源配额阔值更新为所述新的资源配额。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制 器位于 BPCF 实体内时, 所述策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额, 并根 据接收到的资源配额分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值包括:
策略控制器向传输网络申请所述新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保 留资源, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资 源数值;
策略控制器将所述资源配额阔值更新为所述新的资源配额。
12、 一种策略控制器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收资源请求消息;
存储判断单元, 用于根据其内部存储的资源配额阔值, 判断接收所述资源 请求后的全部授权资源数值是否大于所述资源配额阔值, 所述全部授权资源数 值包括所述资源请求消息所需要的资源数额和策略控制器当前为用户需求分配 的资源数额; 如果接收所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值大于所述资源配额 阔值, 则策略控制器向传输网络申请新的资源配额, 并根据接收到的资源配额 分配结果更新所述资源配额阔值, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述 资源请求后的全部授权资源数值。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的策略控制器, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于 HeNB PCRF或 HMS实体内时, 所述策略控制器还包括:
第一发送单元, 用于向 BPCF发送配额分配请求消息, 所述配额分配请求 消息中包含新的资源配额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所述配额分配请求消息中包 含新的资源配额以及家庭基站 IP地址, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收 所述资源请求后的全部授权资源数值; 或者用于向 BPCF发送资源分配请求消 息, 所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源数额以及家庭基站标识, 或者所 述资源分配请求消息中包含新的资源配额以及家庭基站 IP地址;
第一接收子单元, 用于接收来自 BPCF 的配额分配应答消息, 所述配额分 配应答消息中包含配额分配成功指示信息或者传输网络为所述新的资源配额分 配的资源数值; 或者用于接收来自 BPCF 的资源分配应答消息, 所述资源分配 应答消息中包含新的资源配额, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资 源请求后的全部授权资源数值。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的策略控制器, 其特征在于, 当所述策略控制器 位于 PCRF实体内时, 所述策略控制器还包括:
第二发送单元, 用于向 BPCF发送配额分配请求消息, 所述配额分配请求 消息中包含新的资源配额以及 UE标识,或者所述配额分配请求消息中包含新的 资源配额以及 UE的 IP地址, 所述新的资源配额大于或等于所述接收所述资源 请求后的全部授权资源数值; 或者用于向 BPCF发送资源分配请求消息, 所述 资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源数额以及 UE标识,或者所述资源分配请求 消息中包含请求的资源数额以及 UE的 IP地址;

17、根据权利要求 12-16任一所述的策略控制器, 其特征在于, 所述策略控 制器还包括:

18、 一种宽带策略控制实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收子单元, 用于接收来自策略控制器的配额分配请求消息或者资源分配 请求消息, 所述配额分配请求消息中包含新的资源配额和家庭基站标识, 或者 所述配额分配请求消息中包含新的资源配额和家庭基站 IP地址, 或者所述配额 分配请求消息中包含新的资源配额和 UE标识,或者所述配额分配请求消息中包 含新的资源配额和 UE的 IP地址; 所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源数 额和家庭基站标识, 或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源数额和家庭 基站 IP地址, 或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源数额和 UE标识, 或者所述资源分配请求消息中包含请求的资源数额和 UE的 IP地址; 申请子单元, 用于当接收来自策略控制器的配额分配请求消息时, 向传输 网络申请所述新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保留资源; 或者用于当接 收来自策略控制器的资源分配请求消息时, 根据接收到的所述请求消息中包含 的请求的资源数额以及当前为家庭基站分配的资源数额配置确定为家庭基站分 配新的资源配额后, 为所述新的资源配额保留资源;
