Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Metallband (1) hergestellt aus Stahl durch Erzeugen eines Warmbandes durch Warmwalzen und Kaltwalzen des Metallbandes (1), darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine Platine, welche aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Metallband (1) hergestellt ist sowie dessen Verwendung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Metallbandes (1). Die Aufgabe, ein Metallband (1) zu Verfügung zu stellen, aus welchem mit geringem Aufwand an spezifische Belastungen angepasste Bauteile mit minimalem Gewicht herstellbar sind, wird durch ein gattungsgemäßes Metallband (1) gelöst, das nach dem Kaltwalzen eine konstante Metallbanddicke und abschnittsweise Bereiche (2-6) mit variierenden mechanischen Eigenschaften aufweist. Nach dem Kaltwalzen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung bedeutet, dass unmittelbar nach Abschluss des Kaltwalzens, d.h. ohne eine weitere Behandlung, beispielsweise einer Temperaturbehandlung, Bereiche (2-6) variierender mechanischer Eigenschaften im Metallband (1) vorhanden sind.
