本发明涉及一种强化复合地板,尤其是一种亮面防水地板。本发明基于申请日为2010年02月08日、申请号为201020302603.4的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
背景技术
现代人们的家居装修普遍使用地板铺砌地面,尤其喜欢使用铺装方便的木地板,现有的地板主要包括原木地板、强化复合木地板、木塑地板等。
现有的一种强化复合地板结构如图1所示。图1所示的是两块地板1、2相互拼接后接缝处的横剖面结构,地板1自上而下地依次设有耐磨装饰层11、基材层12以及平衡层13,耐磨装饰层11为耐磨纸,其印刷有装饰图案,且覆盖在基材层12的上表面。平衡层13覆盖在基材层12的下表面,且位于地板1的最底部,地板1安装后与地面接触。当然,为了便于示意耐磨装饰层11以及平衡层13的结构,图1中放大了耐磨装饰层11及平衡层13的厚度,并非地板1的实际尺寸比例。
基材层12位于耐磨装饰层11与平衡层13之间,基材层12由木质或木质纤维等制成。通常地板1大致呈长方形,因此地板1具有四个与耐磨装饰层11平面垂直的侧壁,并且每一侧壁均与另一侧壁相对且平行地设置。
相同地,地板2自上而下设有耐磨装饰层21、基材层22以及平衡层23,且具有两对平行设置的侧壁。
地板1的一个侧壁上设有凹槽14,地板2与地板1相邻的一个侧壁上则设有向外延伸的凸榫25,凹槽14与凸榫25分别为地板1、2的连接部,地板1、2拼接时,凸榫25***凹槽14内,以实现地板1与地板2的固定连接。
技术问题
但是,现有的强化复合地板1、2耐磨装饰层11、21的上表面颜色较为暗淡,光泽不好,常需要室内灯光照明,不利于节能。并且,现有的强化复合地板1、2防水性能不好,连接部分吸水后容易膨胀变形,影响地板的使用性能。此外,由于地板1、2之间的接缝与地板1、2表面中部等高,接缝处容易首先磨损并发生变形,一旦连接部吸水膨胀,接缝处最先向上突起,导致地板1、2高低不平并且受力不均,导致地板使用寿命减少。
技术解决方案
本发明的主要目的是提供一种相对节能的亮面防水地板;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种防水性能较好的亮面防水地板。
为实现上述的主要目的,本发明提供的亮面防水地板包括基材层,基材层上表面覆盖有耐磨装饰层,基材层的下表面覆盖有平衡层,基材层的二对侧壁的至少一对上设有连接部,其中,耐磨装饰层的上表面还设有增亮层。
由上述方案可见,在耐磨装饰层的上表面设置增亮层,能大大增加地板上表面的亮度,相对减少了室内灯光照明的需求,节约了电能。
一个优选的方案是,地板的增亮层为喷涂并烘干在耐磨装饰层上表面的透明光学增亮剂。
由此可见,使用透明的光学增亮剂喷涂在耐磨装饰层的上表面,即可保证耐磨装饰层的图案被光学增亮剂遮挡,又能有效增加地板上表面的亮度。
进一步的方案是,基材层侧壁外露区域的表面设有防水密封层。这样,防水密封层将有效防止水分从基材层的侧壁渗入基材层内,避免基材层侧壁的连接部,如凸榫、凹槽吸水膨胀,从而防止造成地板高度不平,延长地板的使用寿命。

本发明的实施方式
第一实施例:
参见图2,本实施例的地板3具有基材层32,其由木质板或木质纤维板等制成,便于切割加工。基材层32的上表面覆盖有耐磨装饰层31,其为耐磨纸,耐磨纸上绘制有装饰图案。基材层32的下表面覆盖有平衡层33,平衡层33为平衡纸,其位于地板3的最底部,地板3铺装后,平衡层33与地面接触。
为了便于显示地板3的耐磨装饰层31以及平衡层33,图2放大了耐磨装饰层31、平衡层33的比例,图2所示并非地板3的实际尺寸比例。
地板3大致呈板条状,且具有四个与耐磨装饰层31垂直的侧壁,相邻的侧壁之间相互垂直。地板3的四个侧壁上均设有连接部,例如,地板3的一个侧壁34上设有向外突出的凸榫36,凸榫36在垂直于耐磨装饰层31方向上位于基材层32的中部。与侧壁34相对的侧壁35上设有一个凹槽37,凹槽37的形状与凸榫36形状相吻合,即凹槽37的凹陷轮廓与凸榫36的轮廓相同,这样,两块地板拼接时,一块地板的凸榫可***另一地板的凹槽内,以此实现两块地板的固定与连接。当然,地板3的另一对侧壁上也设有类似的凸榫与凹槽,便于地板的安装连接。
基材层32的外露区域表面内部设有一层防水密封层,由于基材层32上表面覆盖有耐磨装饰层31,下表面覆盖有平衡层33,因此基材层32的外露区域表面为四个侧壁的表面,如凸榫36的表面内部为防水密封层38,制作防水密封层38时,使用渗透型防水密封剂,如深圳市宜丽环保科技有限公司生产的纳米防水密封剂涂在基材层32侧壁34的表面,防水密封剂能在短时间内渗透到侧壁34表面内部,待防水密封剂固化后,即形成防水密封层38。
相同地,侧壁35表面内部也设有防水密封层39,防水密封层39也是由渗透型防水密封剂渗透并固化在基材层32中形成的。由于防水密封层38、39不溶于水和一般化学溶剂,即使防水密封层38、39接触到水分也不易溶化。这样,地板3的凸榫36与凹槽37均不易吸水膨胀,地板3的接缝处不易变形。
在耐磨装饰层31的上表面还设有一层增亮层40,增亮层40为喷涂并烘干在耐磨装饰层31上表面的增亮剂,增亮剂经烘干后形成一层致密的透明膜,即为增亮层40。由于增亮层40透明净彻,不会遮挡耐磨装饰层31上的图案,且能增加地板3上表面的亮度。
本实施例中,基材层32上表面的周缘上开设有倒角41,该倒角为圆弧倒角,且倒角41的深度,即在垂直于耐磨装饰层31的方向上,倒角41的上端与下端之间的距离为L1。并且,基材层32的厚度为L2,本实施例中,倒角41的深度L1远小于基材层32的厚度L2,即倒角41的下端在垂直于耐磨装饰层31的方向上低于基材层32的上端。并且,倒角41涉及的基材层32区域为耐磨装饰层31所覆盖,当然,增亮层40也覆盖倒角41。
两块地板3拼装后,一块地板的凸榫将***到另一地板的凹槽内,以此实现相邻两块地板的固定连接。
由于地板3基材层32上表面的周缘设有倒角41,因此相邻两块地板3拼装后,相邻两块地板的连接处形成一条向下的缝隙,即使两块地板3的连接处吸收膨胀,凸榫36与凹槽37向上突起,也不易高于地板3中部的表面,有效避免地板3高低不平情况的发生。
制作亮面防水地板3时,首先在绘制有图案的装饰纸上表面喷涂增亮剂,然后将增亮剂烘干形成增亮层。接着,选用木质纤维板等作为基材层32,在木质纤维板的一面覆盖设有增亮层的装饰纸,另一面覆盖平衡纸,然后对木质纤维板进行贴压、切割、开槽等处理,将木质纤维板切割成地板3的形状。最后,在地板3侧壁上均匀地涂上防水密封剂,待防水密封剂晾干后,即形成防水密封层38、39,亮面防水地板3即制作完毕。
由上述方案可见,本发明的亮面防水地板3的耐磨装饰层31上方设有增亮层40,地板3的表明变得亮丽美观,且更加彰显地板3的档次。并且,在基材层32外露区域表面内部设有防水密封层38、39,能有效避免水分渗透到基材层32中,大大提高地板的防水性能,也避免地板的连接部吸收膨胀导致地板高低不平。
同时,在地板3的连接处设置倒角41也能使地板3连接处高度低于地板中部的表面,即使地板3连接部吸水膨胀也不易引起地板3表面高低不平,避免地板3表面受力不均情况的发生,延长亮面防水地板3的使用寿命。
第二实施例:
参见图3,本实施例的地板5具有基材层52,基材层52的上表面覆盖有耐磨装饰层51,下表面覆盖有平衡层53,地板5的一对侧壁54、55上分别设有作为连接部的凸榫56及凹槽57,并且耐磨装饰层51的上表面设有增亮层60,增亮层60也是由喷涂并烘干在耐磨装饰层51上的增亮剂制成,这些与第一实施例相同。
本实施例中,基材层52外露区域表面外设有防水密封层,如侧壁54外设有防水密封层58,侧壁55外设有防水密封层59,防水密封层58、59可以由固化的防水密封材料制成并固化在两侧壁54、55的外露表面上。
相同地,基材层52的上表面周缘也设有倒角61,且倒角61的深度小于基材层52的厚度。
当然,地板5的另一对侧壁上也可以设置相同的凸榫及凹槽作为连接部,也可以不设置连接部,仅是平面,另一对侧壁上也应该设有防水密封层,以将基材层52所有外露区域的表面覆盖,避免水分渗透到基材层52中。
本实施例的地板5基材层52的外露表面外设有防水密封层58、59,也能有限避免水分渗入基材层52中,防止地板5连接部吸水膨胀,从而延长地板5的使用寿命。
并且,基材层52上表面的周缘设有倒角61,当两块地板5拼装后,地板5之间的连接处形成一条下凹的缝隙,即使地板5连接部吸水膨胀,也不易导致地板5连接处的高度高于地板5中部表面的高度,避免地板5上表面高低不平,避免地板5因上表面受力不均而缩短地板5的使用寿命。
当然,上述实施例仅是本发明较佳的实施方案,实际应用时还可以有更多的变化,例如,地板两侧壁的连接部可以使用卡扣连接替代槽榫连接;或者,使用其他的防水密封剂替代纳米防水密封剂制作防水密封层;又或者,将圆弧倒角改成斜倒角等,这同样可以实现本发明的目的。
最后需要强调的是,本发明不限于上述实施方式,如连接部的改变、基材层材料的改变等变化也应该包括在本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明在耐磨装饰层的上表面设置增亮层,能大大增加地板上表面的亮度,相对减少了室内灯光照明的需求,节约了电能。

Claims (5)

  1. 亮面防水地板,包括
    基材层;
    所述基材层上表面覆盖有耐磨装饰层,所述基材层的下表面覆盖有平衡层,所述基材层的二对侧壁的至少一对上设有连接部;
    其特征在于:
    所述耐磨装饰层上表面还设有增亮层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的亮面防水地板,其特征在于:
    所述增亮层为喷涂并烘干在所述耐磨装饰层上表面的光学增亮剂。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的亮面防水地板,其特征在于:
    所述基材层侧壁外露区域的表面设有防水密封层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的亮面防水地板,其特征在于:
    所述防水密封层为渗透并固化在所述连接部表面内部的渗透型防水密封剂。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的亮面防水地板,其特征在于:
    所述基材层上表面的周缘设有倒角,所述倒角所在的所述基材层区域为所述耐磨装饰层、所述增亮层所覆盖。
