本申请要求于 2009 年 11 月 2 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200920246677.8、 发明名称为"一种腰部牵引固定器 "的中国专利申请的优先 权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械, 尤其涉及一种腰部牵引固定器。
背景技术
目前患有腰推疾病的人越来越多,这些疾病严重影响了人们的正常工作和 生活。对腰推进行牵引和固定是目前医疗领域广泛釆用的辅助治疗手段。 目前 专业医院配备牵引床, 牵引架等牵引装置; 轻便系列产品中有背架式, 双皮带 螺紋撑杆式, 双皮带汽缸撑杆式等几种产品, 其牵引原理相同。 另外, 还有一 系列以钢板辅助支撑的腰部固定器。 现有腰部固定器一般釆用带有钢条的腰带紧束腰部,以钢条的刚性限制腰 部活动范围, 进而帮助支撑腰部。现有腰部牵引装置釆用机械杆支撑或用机械 绳牵拉上下肢体, 一般为两部分组成, 分别固定在人的胸部和胯部, 在以外力 (螺杆、 汽缸或牵引绳)使两部分远离, 达到对腰部的牵引的目的。 由于现有的牵引装置一般为两部分组成,佩戴时需要考虑上下两个部件的 位置和间距,使用较为复杂。而且由于固定部件通常釆用刚性结构,重量较大, 佩戴时不够舒适轻便, 不利于自由活动。
发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供一种腰部牵引固定器, 以解决现有技术中的腰部牵 引固定器使用复杂, 佩戴时不够舒适轻便, 不利于自由活动的问题。
一种腰部牵引固定器, 包括: 具有弹性的带状的本体; 设置于本体内的气 嚢层; 安装于气嚢层内可沿本体纵向伸缩的多个纵向气道; 连通相邻纵向气道 的多个横向气道;设置于本体一侧外表面上,与最外侧横向气道相连通的气孔; 安装在本体上的用于将所述固定器固定于腰推上的固定部件。
优选的, 所述气孔外连接有气嘴。
优选的, 所述固定部件为设置于本体左右两端的粘扣。
优选的, 所述纵向气道直径大于所述横向气道直径。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例公开的一种腰部牵引固定器釆 用气嚢作为实施牵引和固定的部件, 通过给气嚢内具有伸缩性的纵向气道充 气,使其纵向伸展从而达到牵引的作用, 气嚢充气后具有一定的刚性从而实现 固定作用。 由于牵引固定器本体是带状而且是一个整体, 所以使用方便, 结构 简单, 佩戴时轻便舒适, 可以自由的活动。 同时还避免了刚性器件对人体的伤 害。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种腰部牵引固定器,以解决现有技术中的腰部牵引 固定器使用复杂, 佩戴时不够舒适轻便, 不利于自由活动的问题。 本发明釆用 气嚢层直接进行牵引固定, 不需要依靠传统的气缸进行辅助。 而且牵引固定器 本体是一个整体, 结构简单, 使用方便。 其具体实施方式为:
实施例公开的腰部牵引固定器的结构如图 1所示, 包括: 具有弹性的带状 的固定器的本体 11、 设置于本体 11上的用于将所述牵引固定器固定于腰推上 的粘扣 12和用于充气的气觜 13。
本发明中, 固定器的本体 11是一条原始宽度为 13cm, 长度为 120cm左 右的腰带状, 为了使用时较为舒适, 腰带内侧为较为柔软的材料, 腰带的中间 为 TPU合成材料制成的气嚢层,在腰带状的本体 11的一端外侧表面上开有一 个孔, 该孔与气嚢层内的横向通道相连, 并安装有一个气嘴 13。 在腰带的两 端缝有粘扣 12 , 阴阳相对, 用来在围紧腰带后粘牢固定。 使用时, 将腰带状 的本体 11缠绕在使用者的腰部, 扣紧粘扣 12将其固定。 通过气嘴 13向气嚢 层充气。
气嚢层中设有有气道, 气道按照一定的规律弯曲排列, 气道包括可纵向伸 缩的纵向气道和横向延伸的横向气道, 多个纵向气道形成纵向气道组, 多个横 向气道形成横向气道组; 排列规律为纵向气道宽, 为主要的伸缩气道; 横向气 道窄, 主要作用是连接各个纵向气道。 纵向气道在松紧材料的作用下弯折紧缩 在一起。 气嚢层的内部结构断面示意图为图 2, 由图 2可以看到, 位于本体 11 内部的气嚢层 21 , 设置于气嚢 21内部的纵向气道 22和用于连通纵向气道 22 的横向气道 23。假设气体首先通过左侧的横向气道 23流入与其相连的纵向气 道 22, 然后再通过与纵向气道 22另一侧相连的横向气道, 直到整个气嚢层 21 充满了气体, 从而实现对腰部的牵引和固定。 因为横向气道 23作用是传输气 体, 所以将其直径设置的较小, 使气体能快速的流通, 而纵向气道 22的直径 相对较大。
气嚢层的具体工作原理如图 3、 图 4所示。 图 3为自然状态的气嚢层, 在 本体 11的束缚下, 气嚢层 21内的纵向管道 22处于压缩状态。 当通过气嘴 13 向纵向管道 22内充气后, 如图 4所示, 纵向气道 22在气压作用下冲涨挺直, 使原来只有 13cm宽的腰带涨到约 19cm宽度, 从而将肋骨和髋骨之间的间隔 拉大,达到对腰推进行上下方向的牵引作用。由于充气后气嚢具有一定的刚性, 所以可以对腰部起到固定的作用。 本发明实施例公开的腰部牵引固定器至少具有以下优点:
( 1 )釆用气嚢层实现对腰部的牵引和固定, 佩戴更轻便。
( 2 )结构简单, 便于操作, 成本较低。
( 3 )避免了刚性结构的固定器使用不当时对人体的伤害。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种腰部牵引固定器, 其特征在于, 包括:
具有弹性的带状的本体;
设置于本体内的气嚢层;
安装于气嚢层内可沿本体纵向伸缩的多个纵向气道;
连通相邻纵向气道的多个横向气道;
设置于本体一侧外表面上, 与最外侧横向气道相连通的气孔;
安装在本体上的用于将所述牵引固定器固定于腰推上的固定部件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的腰部牵引固定器, 其特征在于, 所述气孔外连 接有气嘴。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的腰部牵引固定器, 其特征在于, 所述固定部件 为设置于本体左右两端的粘扣。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的腰部牵引固定器, 其特征在于, 所述纵向气道 的直径大于所述横向气道的直径。
