Abstract

Es wird eine Turbinenschaufel (1), eine Turbinenwelle (2) mit einer solchen Turbinenschaufel (1), eine Turbinenanlage mit einer Turbinenwelle (2) mit einer solchen Turbinenschaufel (1) und ein Verfahren zur Montage der Turbinenschaufel (1) vorgeschlagen, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Turbinenschaufel (1) aus einem Faserverbundwerkstoff besteht und gleichzeitig die Tragfähigkeit der Turbinenschaufel (1) beziehungsweise des Schaufelfußes (3) der Turbinenschaufel (1) gegenüber metallischen Turbinenschaufeln durch Verringerung von Spannungsüberhöhungen an Stellen des Schaufelfußes (3), an denen sich der Schaufelfuß (3) an entsprechenden Wandabschnitten (6) einer Nut (4) der Turbinenwelle (2) abstützt, erhöht und damit die Lebensdauer der Turbinenschaufel (1) und damit der Turbinenwelle (2) und der Turbinenanlage mit solchen Turbinenschaufeln (1) verlängert ist. Erreicht wird dies durch eine besonders fein an die Form der Nut (4) der Turbinenwelle (2) angepasste Passform des Schaufelfußes (3) der Turbinenschaufel (1) infolge einer bei der Montage an der Turbinenwelle (2) durch eine Heizvorkehrung (8) auf den Schaufelfuß (3) bewirkte Wärmeeinwirkung und davon infolge einer Formselbstanpassung an die Form der Nut (4) der Turbinenwelle (2).
