步骤 102, UE判断本 UE是否完成接入切换; 步骤 103 , 若已完成接入切换, 则 UE停止播放彩像, 并以本地振铃提 示用户来电。 本实施例当终端在接收并播放彩像时发生接入切换, 则终端在判断本端 接入切换完成后停止彩像业务, 转而以本地振铃来向用户提供来电信息, 由 于在接入切换完成后终端主动停止了彩像业务, 而开始以本地振铃的提示方 式向用户提供来电信息, 使得用户即使在终端发生接入切换时仍然获知正确 的来电信息, 提高了来电提示的可靠性, 改善了用户体验, 所以克服了相关 技术中的来电提示方法若在终端持续从网络接收分组域的彩像资源数据并播 放的情况下进行接入切换, 会造成终端彩像数据的接收中断, 出现终端在接 入切换时没有声音、 图像的现象, 从而导致被叫用户由于得不到来电通知, 而无法辨认主叫用户, 甚至漏接来电的问题。 图 2示出了根据本发明第二实施例的接入切换方法的流程图, 本实施例 中的 UE为被叫终端, 该 UE首先以分组域接入, 在振铃的过程中发生接入 切换, 具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 201 ~ 204, 标准的 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话初始协议 ) 会话, 此时 UE 正在振铃, 提示用户有语音来电会话, 其中 I/S-CSCF ( Interrogating/Serving Call Session Control Function )为查 i句 /月艮务呼叫会话控 制功能; 步骤 205 , 此时 UE由于位置发生改变, 收到网络的测试报告表明 CS网 络信号更好, 需要将 PS对话接入切换到 CS网络。 接入层网元, 比如 MME ( Mobility Management Entity , 移动性管理实体), 通知 MSC ( Mobile Switching Center, 移动交换中心 ) 需要接入切换, 由 MSC向 IMS网络发起 接入切换请求, MSC Server在会话接入切换其间指明它支持中间呼叫业务的 能力, 该接入切换请求比如是 SIP的 INVITE消息; 步骤 206,标准的 SIP路由过程, S-CSCF把接入切换请求转发到 SCC AS ( Service Centralization and Continuity Application Server, 业务集中制与连续 性应用服务器); 步骤 207, SCC AS收到接入切换请求后, 才艮据请求中的内容找到 UE正 在进行的语音呼叫进行更新, 主要更新 UE的媒体支持类型和地址; 此步骤 中 SCC AS也可根据媒体协商不更新远端媒体描述; 此时假设初始的媒体协 商在触发接入切换之前就完成了, 这样 SCC AS就能对远端进行更新; 步骤 208 , SCC AS提供来电的会话状态信息: 正在振铃状态, 此步骤中 会话状态信息可作为 SCC AS对 INVITE响应的消息的内容的一部分; 步骤 209, S-CSCF转发会话状态信息给 MSC Server; 步骤 210, MSC切换到相应的 CS呼叫 ^1犬态: 接收到呼叫; 步骤 210b, 与步骤 210同时进行, UE接收 HO ( Hand Over, 接入切换 ) 命令, 并判定 SIP会话的本地状态, 然后创建相应的 CS呼叫状态: 接收到 呼叫, UE继续提示用户有来电; 步骤 211 , 用户按键应答; 步骤 211b, UE转变状态为活动状态; 步骤 212, UE使用标准的 CS 过程, 发送 CS connect (连接) 消息到 MSC Server; 步骤 212b, MSC Server也转变状态为活动状态; 步骤 213 , MSC Server通知 SCC AS: 用户接听了呼叫; 步骤 214, 为标准过程: S-CSCF转发通知消息给 SCC AS; 步骤 215 , SCC AS创建相应的 SIP消息请求发给远端、 更新远端媒体描 述。 本实施例实现了在 UE振铃过程中的接入切换, 使得 UE始终与更适于 当前网络情况的网络连接, 保证了通信质量。 优选地, 在上述方法中, 步骤 102具体包括: UE判断本 UE的呼叫处理 状态是否发生改变。 本实施例中的 UE通过判断本 UE的呼叫处理状态是否发生改变来判断 接入切换是否完成, 如图 2中各步骤所示, 当 UE完成接入切换时, 其呼叫 处理状态必然改变, 故通过呼叫处理状态来判断接入切换的完成情况是可行 的。 比如 UE原本为用户提供 PS会话, 然而由于 UE的位置发生改变, 故当 前的网络测试结果显示 CS网络信号比 PS网络信号更好, 需要将会话从 PS 网络切换到 CS网络, 当 UE检测到自己的呼叫状态从原来的 PS呼叫状态切 换到 CS呼叫状态, 则认为接入切换已经完成。 这样做, 使得 UE对接入切 换是否完成的判断更加简单、 可靠。 优选地, 在上述方法中, 步骤 103具体包括: 若未完成接入切换, 则 UE 继续播放彩像。 本实施例为判断不进行切换接入的情况, 此时 UE仍继续接收并播放彩 像。 图 3示出了根据本发明第三实施例的彩像播放方法的流程图, 本实施例 为 UE无需进行接入切换的情况, 此时 UE在用户按键接听之前始终以播放 彩像的方式提示用户来电, 具体流程如下所示: 步骤 301 , 主叫终端 UE 1发出会话请求消息, 该请求消息到达核心网络 CN ( Core Network ), 其中所述会话请求消息比如是 SIP的 INVITE消息, 所 述核心网络比如是 x-CSCF, HSS ( Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器 ) 等 IMS服务器设备, 通常在 HSS上的用户数据中设置彩像相关的参数, 由 S-CSCF根据 HSS中的用户数据, 判断路由, 把 INVITE消息先传递到彩像 服务器 CRS AS; 步骤 302, CN转发会话请求消息到 CRS AS, CRS AS执行本地的业务 逻辑, 并将会话请求消息经过 CN传递到被叫终端 UE2, 彩像资源的媒体描 述数据也可在此步骤中携带在会话请求消息中传递给 UE2; 步骤 303 , UE2在空闲时, 向 CN返回被叫空闲消息, 该消息到达服务 器, 其中所述被叫空闲消息比如是 SIP协议的 180正在振铃消息, 消息中携 带有 UE2的媒体描述数据; 步骤 304, CRS AS与 UE2建立媒体数据传送连接, 彩像数据被发送到 UE2, 此步骤中发送彩像数据的设备可以是彩像服务器***中的专门的媒体 设备,如专门存储彩像资源的媒体服务器,在彩像控制***的指示下,与 UE2 建立连接、 传递彩像媒体数据, UE2显示彩像媒体; 步骤 305 , CRS AS经 CN向 UE1发送被叫空闲消息, 该被叫空闲消息 比如是 SIP协议的 180消息; 步骤 306, 被叫用户按键接听后, UE2发送被叫应答消息, 该被叫应答 消息比如是 SIP协议的 200 OK消息; 步骤 307, CRS AS收到 UE2的被叫应答消息后, 停止 UE2传递彩像媒 体数据,经 CN向 UE1发送被叫应答消息,该被叫应答消息是 SIP协议的 200 OK消息; 步骤 308, UE1 接收到被叫应答消息, 发出会话建立确认消息, 经 CN 到达 CRS AS, 该会话建立确认消息比如是 SIP协议的 ACK消息; 步骤 309, CRS AS收到 UE1的会话建立确认消息,经由 CN转发给 UE2, 该会话建立确认消息是 SIP协议的 ACK消息; 步骤 310, 彩像业务结束, 主叫被叫通话。 本实施例通过终端与网络侧的消息交互与数据传输实现了以播放彩像的 方式向用户提示来电。 在 IMS***中, 播放彩像还有其它方法, 例如, 服务器将彩像资源的链 接 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符 )在会话消息中传送给 终端, 由终端下载彩像资源并显示播放。 优选地,在上述方法中, UE停止播放彩像具体包括: UE断开与 CRS AS 的业务连接; UE停止播放彩像。 本实施例为判断接入切换已完成的情况, ;^时 UE通过断开与 CRS AS 的业务连接来停止接收彩像数据, 进而停止播放彩像, 这样做, 使得 UE在 确定进行接入切换后, 无需再处理彩像数据, 节约了 UE的资源, 实现了彩 像的适时停止。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE以本地振铃提示用户来电具体包括: UE播 放用于提示用户来电的本地铃音文件。 本实施例中 UE釆用播放本地铃音文 件的方式来提示用户, 由于本地铃音文件是 UE中固有的, 所以在发生网络 接入切换、 依赖于网络的彩像业务受影响时, 播放本地铃音文件, 提高了来 电提示的可靠性。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE以本地振铃提示用户来电具体包括: UE以 振动来提示用户来电。 本实施例中 UE釆用振动的方式来提示用户, 由于振 动是 UE中固有的, 所以在发生网络接入切换、 依赖于网络的彩像业务受影 响时, 釆用振动方式提高了来电提示的可靠性。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE以本地振铃提示用户来电具体包括: UE在 振动的同时播放本地铃音文件来提示用户来电。 本实施例中 UE釆用振动加 铃音的方式来提示用户, 由于振动与铃音均是 UE中固有的, 所以在发生网 络接入切换、 依赖于网络的彩像业务受影响时, 釆用振动加铃音的方式提高 了来电提示的可靠性。 终端可 居用户预定的策略选择铃音、 振动、 或铃音加振动其中的一种 方式来进行来电提示。 图 4示出了根据本发明第四实施例的来电提示方法的流程图, 本实施例 中的 UE1为主叫, UE2为被叫, 该 UE2首先以分组域接入, 在播放彩像的 过程中发生接入切换, 具体包括以下步骤: 步骤 401 ~ 407, 为标准的有彩像业务 SIP会话, UE正在接收彩像数据 并播放, 提示用户有语音来电会话, 此时假设初始的媒体协商已经完成并且 终端已经开始播放彩像; 为达到彩像业务效果, 终端须播放来自网络的彩像 如声音、 文字、 图片、 视频等, 这时候终端本地的振铃音被抑制; 步骤 408 , 此时发生接入切换, MSC、 UE2各自变换状态, SCC AS负 责完成相应的锚定的会话的相关功能; 步骤 409 , UE2此时断开与 CRS AS的媒体数据连接, 不再从网络接收 媒体, 意味着 UE2不再播放 /显示彩像了, 为了达到提示用户有来电的效果, UE2打开本地铃音文件, 播放本地铃声、 提示用户, UE也可根据预先设定, 以振动方式或振动加铃音的方式来提示用户; 步骤 410, SCC AS更新远端; 步骤 411 , CRS AS停止发送彩像媒体数据; 步骤 412, 被叫用户接听应答, UE2发送 CS connect消息, 经 MSC转 换为 SIP消息到达 SCC AS; 步一像 413 ~ 416, 为标准的 SIP会话过程, 因为发生切换, 彩像在被叫应 答之前就已经结束了; 步骤 417, SCC AS转发会话建立确认消息, 经 MSC转换为 CS connect ACK消息到达 UE2; 步骤 418 , 主叫与被叫通话。 本实施例实现了 UE在接收彩像媒体、 发生接入切换时, 终端在接入切 换成功后, 转而播放本地的铃声提示用户, 既实现了彩像的正确播放, 也保 证了接入切换并能够提示用户来电。 图 5示出了根据本发明第五实施例的来电提示装置的结构图, 该装置包 括: 彩像播放模块 501 , 用于 UE接收来自 CRS AS的彩像数据, 并根据彩像 数据播放彩像; 判断模块 502 , 用于 UE判断本 UE是否完成接入切换; 本地振铃模块 503, 用于若已完成接入切换, 则 UE停止播放彩像, 并 以本地振铃提示用户来电。 本实施例中首先釆用彩像播放模块 501接收并播放彩像, 然后 UE釆用 判断模块 502判断本 UE是否完成接入切换, 若已完成接入切换, 则釆用本 地振铃模块 503停止彩像业务, 转而以本地振铃来向用户提供来电信息, 本 实施例当 UE在接收并播放彩像时发生接入切换, 则 UE在判断本端接入切 换完成后停止彩像业务, 转而以本地振铃来向用户提供来电信息, 由于在接 入切换完成后终端主动停止了彩像业务, 而开始以本地振铃的提示方式向用 户提供来电信息, 使得用户即使在终端发生接入切换时仍然获知正确的来电 信息, 提高了来电提示的可靠性, 改善了用户体验, 所以克服了相关技术中 的来电提示方法若在终端持续从网络接收分组域的彩像资源数据并播放的情 况下进行接入切换, 会造成终端彩像数据的接收中断, 出现终端在接入切换 时没有声音、 图像的现象, 从而导致被叫用户由于得不到来电通知, 而无法 辨认主叫用户, 甚至漏接来电的问题。 优选地, 在上述装置中, 判断模块 502具体可以包括: 状态判断单元, 用于 UE判断本 UE的呼叫状态是否发生改变。 本实施例中的 UE通过判断本 UE的呼叫状态是否发生改变来判断接入 切换是否完成, 如图 2中各步骤所示, 当 UE完成接入切换时, 其呼叫状态 必然改变, 故通过呼叫状态来判断接入切换的完成情况是可行的。 比如 UE 原本为用户提供 PS会话, 然而由于 UE的位置发生改变, 故当前的网络测试 结果显示 CS网络信号比 PS网络信号更好,需要将会话从 PS网络切换到 CS 网络, 当 UE检测到自己的呼叫状态从原来的 PS呼叫状态切换到 CS呼叫状 态, 则认为接入切换已经完成。 这样做, 使得 UE对接入切换是否完成的判 断更加简单、 可靠。 优选地, 在上述装置中, 本地振铃模块 503可以包括: 断开单元, 用于 UE断开与 CRS AS的业务连接; 彩像停止单元, 用于 UE停止播放彩像; 本 地振铃单元, 用于 UE 以本地振铃提示用户来电。 本实施例中 UE通过断开 与 CRS AS的业务连接来停止接收彩像数据, 进而停止播放彩像, 这样做, 使得 UE在确定进行接入切换后, 无需再处理彩像数据, 节约了 UE的资源, 实现了彩像的适时停止。 优选地, 在上述装置中, 本地振铃单元为以下之一: 铃音单元, 用于 UE 播放用于提示用户来电的本地铃音文件; 终端接收来自彩像服务器的彩像数据, 并根据所述彩像数据播放彩 像;

若已完成接入切换, 则所述终端停止播放彩像, 并以本地振铃提示 用户来电。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端判断所述终端是否 完成接入切换包括:
所述终端判断所述终端的呼叫处理状态是否发生改变, 如果是, 则 确定完成接入切换。

彩像播放模块, 用于终端接收来自彩像服务器的彩像数据, 并根据 所述彩像数据播放彩像; 判断模块, 用于所述终端判断所述终端是否完成接入切换; 本地振铃模块, 用于若已完成接入切换, 则所述终端停止播放彩像, 并以本地振铃提示用户来电。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块包括:
状态判断单元, 用于所述终端判断所述终端的呼叫状态是否发生改 变。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述本地振铃模块包括: 断开单元, 用于所述终端断开与所述彩像艮务器的业务连接; 彩像停止单元, 用于所述终端停止播放彩像;
本地振铃单元, 用于所述终端以本地振铃提示用户来电。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述本地振铃单元为以下之 铃音单元, 用于所述终端播放用于提示用户来电的本地铃音文件; 振动单元, 用于以振动来提示用户来电;
