Description

空气清净机 技术领域
本发明有关一种空气清净机, 尤指一种具有一与地面呈纵向垂直的壳 体, 其入风口设于壳体的底部, 而出风口设于壳体的顶部, 藉由壳体下方 所设的风扇将空气由地面四面八方吸入下方入风口, 空气经由呈纵向壳体 内部的纵向空气流道向上经由上方的出风口吹出, 进而形成一种高、 低压 差的空气对流现象, 而空气由出风口向上吹出后, 将持续向上方吹出至一 定的高度时, 空气则产生以壳体中心向四周扩散并下降, 再藉由风扇持续 将空气由下方入风口吸入所形成低气压所造成的气流牵引作用, 而形成一 种持续的高、 低压空气对流现象, 藉由此种对流的空气, 而可以很有效率 地将因重力 (地心引力) 掉落或高浓度大量飘浮靠近地面、 桌面及台面的 汽车废气微尘粒子及毛发、 纤维及各种工业污染有害烟气味等杂物被机壳 体下低气压吸引而吸入壳体内, 并由设于壳体内的可更换的过滤单元将其 滤除, 进而有效提升空气清净的效果。
背景技术
因工商业的快速发展, 各种工业生产及人类商业活动频繁且大量集中, 但因工业及汽车等交通工具所排放的烟, 已使人类赖以维生的水、 阳光及 空气遭受严重的污染对于人类的健康已产生严重的影响, 而空气是人类一 分一秒赖以维生所不可缺少的, 而目前的空气中因严重污染而存在各种眼 睛看不见有害的或高浓度大量飘浮靠近地面、 桌面及台面的汽车废气微尘 粒子及毛发、 纤维及各种工业污染有害烟气味等杂物, 且无风的静止状态 时, 这些有害物质均会因重力 (地心引力) 作用而掉落或高浓度大量飘浮 在近地面、 桌面或台面之处, 故一般于近地面及桌面处的受污染空气的浓 度最高, 当我们走动时所产生的流动风或外界的自然风, 均会将掉落堆积 于地面、 桌面或台面的有害物质再度揭起弥漫于空气中, 因此, 人类在各 个场所空间内一直不断的吸入这些有害物质, 进而产生了各种疾病。
因此, 目前人类设计了各种针对清净空气的空气清净机, 以改善空气 的品质, 并藉由附加的过滤、 杀菌及除臭等设备, 期使达到清净空气的目 的, 但***方向的设计, 纵有上、 下入风口及出风口的设计, 亦均仅设于空气清净机的其中一侧, 其虽可产生空气吸入过滤及排出的空气循环, 但因习知空气清净机因入风 口与出风口的位置设计并无法针对四面八方掉落堆积或飘浮于地面、 桌面 或台面的大量高浓度微尘粒子、 花粉、 毛屑及各种工业自然界污染的有害 烟气味等有害物质根本无法被有效过滤清除, 因此目前市售的各类空气清 净机因其过滤效果不佳, 其滤网大都使用数个月后才需清洗, 而此种现象 并非表示其空气品质佳, 而是习知空气清净机的设计并无法有效过滤堆积 和飘浮于地面、 桌面或台面的微尘粒子、 花粉及毛屑, 且其所使用的离子 装置, 使空气中微尘、 花粉、 烟雾等带上电荷 (静电) 而容易被地面吸引 而沉淀, 纵有附加有各式分解、 除臭及杀菌的附加功能, 根本无法有效解 决前述掉落堆积或大量高浓度飘浮于地面、 桌面或台面的微尘粒子、 花粉、 毛屑及各种工业自然界污染的有害烟气味或有毒气、 烟的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是藉该与地面呈纵向垂直的壳体, 于其中央形成有 一纵向的空气流道, 其入风口设于壳体的底部, 而出风口设于壳体的顶部, 藉由壳体下方所设的风扇将空气由下方入风口吸入, 并于该处形行成一低 压区, 吸引四面八方的污染空气向其流动, 空气经由壳体内部的纵向空气 流道向上经由上方的出风口吹出, 进而形成一种高、 低压差的空气对流现 象, 而空气由出风口向上吹出后, 空气则以壳体为中心向四周扩散并下降, 再藉由风扇持续将空气由下方入风口吸入所形成的气流牵引作用, 而形成 一种持续的高、 低压的室内空气的微循环对流现象, 藉由此种对流的空气, 而可将因重力 (地心引力) 掉落高浓度大量飘浮靠近地面、 桌面及台面的 微尘粒子、 毛发、 纤维及各种工业污染有害烟气味吸入壳体内, 并由设于 壳体内的可更换的过滤单元将其滤除, 进而有效提升空气清净的效果, 形 成一种低耗能高效率的空气清净机。
本发明已制成样品并实际进行使用测试, 其过滤单元于使用 4 8小时 后即已吸附布满微尘粒子、 毛发、 纤维及各种工业污染有害烟气味的杂物, 因此其过滤效果相极佳。

请参阅图 1、 图 2及图 3所示, 本发明是空气清净机, 其主要包括一与 地面呈纵向之壳体 1, 壳体 1大致呈一筒状, 于其中央形成有一纵向的空 气流道 A , 其入风口 1 1设于壳体 1的底部并朝向地面, 而出风口 1 2设 于壳体 1的顶部, 于壳体 1的底部周缘设有支脚 1 3, 而使出风口 1 2与 地面保持一距离, 出风口 1 2处组配有一顶网盖 1 4, 藉由壳体 1下方所 设的风扇 2将空气由下方入风口 1 1吸入, 而于壳体 1下方形成一低气压 状态, 持续吸引四面八方受地心引力掉落或高浓度大量飘浮于靠近地面、 桌面及台面的微尘粒子、 毛发、 纤维及各种工业污染的有害烟气味, 空气 经由壳体 1内部的纵向空气流道 A向上经由上方的出风口 1 2吹出, 进而 形成一种高、 低压差的空气对流现象, 而空气由出风口 1 2向上吹出后, 将持续向上方吹出至一定的高度时, 空气则以壳体 1为中心向四周扩散并 下降, 再藉由风扇 2持续将空气由下方入风口 1 1吸入所形成的气流牵引 作用, 而形成一种持续的高、 低压空气对流现象 (如图 4所示) , 藉由此 种对流的空气, 而可将因重力 (地心引力) 掉落及飘浮于地面、 桌面或台 面的微尘粒子及毛发、 纤维等杂物吸入壳体 1内, 并由设于壳体 1内的可 更换的过滤单元 2 1将其滤除, 进而有效提升空气清净的效果, 其中该可 更换的过滤单元 2 1是可以各种滤材制成, 本发明于壳体 1内, 可另设有 其他的空气处理单元, 以对其空气流道 A的空气进行净化、 杀菌、 除臭等 处理, 该空气处理单元可包括离子产生器 3、 可更换的静电集尘板 3 1、 紫外线灯 (U V灯) 5及光触煤板 4等构件, 藉离子产生器 3将经过的空 气电离成负离子, 使空气中微尘、 花粉、 烟雾等带上电荷 (静电) , 而容 易被静电集尘板 3 1吸附收集, 静电集尘板 3 1脏污时, 可将其取下清洗, 并藉由紫外线及光触煤板 4中的二氧化钛, 以对空气中的毒素及细菌予以 杀菌及分解, 再由出风口 1 2送出。
本发明的风扇 2, 其除可设于壳体 1下方近入风口 1 1处外, 其亦可 设于壳体 1上方近出风口 1 2处或壳体 1内的任一位置, 当然, 亦可依所 需于壳体 1近入风口 1 1及出风口 1 2处均设置风扇 2, 以产生较大的空 气流速 (如图 5所示) , 此外, 本发明的风扇 2, 可以可拆组式的组设于 壳体 1顶部的出风口 1 2处, 其可将风扇 2置于一风扇罩 2 2内, 再将风 扇罩 2 2组设于壳体 1顶部的出风口 1 2处 (如图 6及图 7所示) 。
本发明的壳体 1中轴线除可与地面呈纵向垂直的型态外, 壳体 1中轴 线亦可与地面呈斜向状态,其入风口 1 1仍设于壳体 1的底部朝向地面(如 图 8所示) , 此外, 本发明的再一实施例于壳体 1外部下方四周面上设有 多个通气孔 1 5以构成入风口 (如图 9所示) , 且这些通气孔 1 5可呈各 种形状的孔洞, 或于壳体 1外部下方四周面上设有多个长条状通气孔 1 6 以构成入风口 (如图 10所示) , 这些长条状通气孔 1 6可呈纵向、 横向或 斜向排列, 藉由上述通气孔 1 5、 1 6而可将因重力 (地心引力) 掉落或 高浓度大量飘浮靠近地面、 桌面及台面的汽车废气微尘粒子及毛发、 纤维 及各种工业污染有害烟气味等杂物由四面八方吸入。

权利要求
一与地面呈纵向垂直的壳体, 壳体大致呈一筒状, 于其中央形成有一 与地面呈纵向垂直的空气流道, 其入风口设于壳体的底部朝向地面, 而出 风口设于壳体的顶部, 出风口处可组配有一顶网盖, 于壳体内设风扇及可 更换的过滤单元;
藉由壳体内所设的风扇往上吹而在机体下方形成低气压将受地心引力 掉落或高浓度大量飘浮于靠近地面、 桌面及台面的微尘粒子、 毛发、 纤维 及各种工业污染的有害烟气味的空气从四面八方吸引过来由下方入风口吸 入, 空气经由壳体内部的纵向空气流道向上经由上方的出风口吹出, 进而 形成一种高、 低压差的空气对流现象, 而空气由出风口向上吹出后, 将持 续向上方吹出至一定的高度时, 空气则以壳体为中心向四周扩散并下降, 再藉由风扇持续将空气由下方入风口吸入所形成的气流牵引作用, 而形成 一种持续的高、 低压空气对流现象, 藉由此种对流的空气, 而可将因重力

2. 如权利要求 1所述的空气清净机, 其中于壳体的底部周缘设有支脚, 而 使出风口与地面保持一距离。

8. 如权利要求 1所述的空气清净机,其中于壳体内的上、下均可设置风扇。
9. 如权利要求 1所述的空气清净机, 其中风扇可设于壳体内的任一位置。
10. 如权利要求 1所述的空气清净机, 其中风扇可以可拆组式的组设于 壳体顶部的出风口端。
11. 如权利要求 1 0所述的空气清净机, 其中该风扇可置于一风扇罩内, 再将风扇罩组设于壳体顶部的出风口处。
