闹钟机芯的改进结构 技术领域
本发明涉及钟表领域,具体是一种闹钟机芯。
背景技术
现有的闹钟,其闹针和时针分别通过闹轮和时轮来驱动。闹轮包括闹轮齿轮和闹轮转轴,闹轮转轴的一端垂直连接于闹轮齿轮的轴心处,闹轮转轴的自由端设有缩径部,闹针的一端设有圆圈状的连接环,闹针通过此连接环套在此闹轮转轴的缩径部上;时轮包括时轮齿轮和时轮转轴,时轮转轴的一端垂直连接于时轮齿轮的轴心处,时轮转轴的自由端设有缩径部,时针的一端设有圆圈状的连接环,时针通过此连接环套在此时轮转轴的缩径部上;且闹轮转轴为中空状,形成可供时轮转轴穿过的通腔,在时轮齿轮的顶面上设有三个同心定位孔,且三个定位孔与时轮齿轮的中心距离各不相等,闹轮齿轮的顶面上也设有三个定位孔,并与时轮齿轮上的定位孔相配合。安装时,将时轮转轴的自由端***闹轮转轴的通腔内,并使时轮转轴的缩径部穿出此通腔外,在闹轮转轴的缩径部套上闹针,时轮转轴的缩径部套入时针。这种结构的闹钟,工人在测试闹针和时针的闹点是否准确正常工作时,需反复旋转拨闹旋钮或拨针旋钮来进行调整,使时针和闹针重叠,并使时轮齿轮上的定位孔与闹轮齿轮上的定位孔对准,即可促使闹钟内的导电弹片接触电路板,此时若闹铃发出声音,则表示正常。这样,在测试闹铃时,需反复旋转拨闹旋钮或拨针旋钮来调整,使时针与闹针重合并使时轮齿轮上的定位孔与闹轮齿轮上的定位孔对准,操作较为麻烦,从而影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种测试闹钟的闹点操作较为简单的闹钟机芯的改进结构。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:闹钟机芯的改进结构,包括闹轮、闹针、时轮和时针,闹轮设有闹轮齿轮和闹轮转轴,时轮设有时轮齿轮和时轮转轴,闹轮齿轮和时轮齿轮上设有相对应的定位孔,闹针和时针的一端分别设有连接环;所述闹轮转轴的缩径部与所述闹针的连接环之间设有相配合的第一定位部件,所述时轮转轴的缩径部与所述时针的连接环之间设有相配合的第二定位部件,上述第一定位部件与上述第二定位部件相对应设置于第一定位位置,上述闹轮齿轮的定位孔与上述时轮齿轮的定位孔相对应设置于第二定位位置,且上述第一定位位置与上述第二定位位置相对应设置。
所述闹轮转轴的缩径部***上设有第一定位凸块,所述闹针的连接环内壁上设有与所述第一定位凸块相对应的第一定位凹槽,所述时轮转轴的缩径部***上设有第二定位凸块,所述时针的连接环内壁上设有与所述第二定位凸块相对应的第二定位凹槽,且第一定位凸块与第二定位凸块于上述闹轮转轴的轴线方向上相对应设置。
所述闹针的连接环内壁上设有第三定位凸块,所述闹轮转轴的缩径部***上设有与所述第三定位凸块相对应的第三定位凹槽,所述时针的连接环内壁上设有第四定位凸块,所述时轮转轴的缩径部***上设有与所述第四定位凸块相对应的第四定位凹槽,且第三定位凸块与第四定位凸块于上述闹轮转轴的轴线方向上相对应设置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的一种闹钟机芯的改进结构,其闹轮转轴的缩径部与闹针的连接环之间设有相配合的第一定位部件,时轮转轴的缩径部与时针的连接环之间设有相配合的第二定位部件,且第一定位部件与第二定位部件相对应设置,闹轮齿轮的定位孔与时轮齿轮的定位孔相对应。与现有技术相比,工人在测试闹钟的闹点是否准确正常工作时,通过第一定位部件和第二定位部件可使闹针和时针直接重合在一起,并使闹轮齿轮的定位孔与时轮齿轮的定位孔相对应。这样,在测试闹钟的闹点时不需再反复旋转拨闹旋钮或拨针旋钮来调整,操作非常简单,从而提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
本发明的一种闹钟机芯的改进结构,如图1、2所示,包括时轮1、闹轮2、时针3和闹针4,时轮1包括时轮齿轮11和时轮转轴12,时轮转轴12的一端垂直连接于时轮齿轮11的轴心处,时轮转轴12的自由端设有缩径部121,缩径部121的***上设有定位凸块13,定位凸块13的轴向外端与缩径部121的端部相齐平,定位凸块13的外侧面与时轮转轴12的***相齐平,时针3的一端设有圆圈状的连接环31,连接环31的内壁上设有与与定位凸块13相对应的定位凹槽32。
闹轮2包括闹轮齿轮21和闹轮转轴22,闹轮转轴22为中空状,形成有可供时针转轴12穿过的通腔,闹轮转轴22的一端垂直连接于闹轮齿轮21的轴心处,闹轮转轴22的自由端设有缩径部221,缩径部221的***上设有定位凸块23,定位凸块23的轴向外端与缩径部221的端部相齐平,定位凸块23的外侧面与闹轮转轴22的***相齐平,闹针4的一端设有圆圈状的连接环41,连接环41的内壁上设有与定位凸块23相对应的定位凹槽42。
时轮齿轮11的顶面上设有三个同心定位孔14,此三个定位孔14相隔120度,且各个定位孔14的中心距离各不相等,闹轮齿轮21的顶面也设有分别与三个定位孔14相对应的三个定位孔24,以定位凸块13和定位凸块23相对准的位置为第一定位位置,以定位孔14和定位孔24相对准的位置为第二定位位置,此第一定位位置与第二定位位置相对应设置,即,当定位凸块13与定位凸块23相对准时,定位孔14与定位孔24也相对准,从而触发闹钟电路开始工作。
安装时,将时针转轴12的自由端***闹轮转轴22的通腔内,使时针转轴12的缩径部121穿出此通腔外,并使定位凸块13与定位凸块23于闹轮转轴22的轴线方向上相对应,将闹针4的连接环41套在闹针转轴22的缩径部221套上,并使定位凹槽42与定位凸块23相对应啮合,将时针3的连接环31套在时针转轴12的缩径部121,并使定位凹槽32与定位凸块13相对应啮合,这样,闹针4和时针3便直接重合在一起,而此时定位孔14与定位孔24也相对准,触发闹钟电路开始工作,检测人员在测试闹钟的闹点时不需再反复旋转拨闹旋钮和拨针旋钮来调整闹针与时针,操作非常简单,从而提高生产效率。
本发明中,也可在闹针的连接环内壁上设有定位凸块,闹针转轴的缩径部的***上设有与定位凸块相对应的定位凹槽,在时针的的连接环内壁上设有定位凸块,时针转轴的缩径部的***上设有与定位凸块相对应的定位凹槽。

Claims (3)

1、闹钟机芯的改进结构,包括闹轮、闹针、时轮和时针,闹轮设有闹轮齿轮和闹轮转轴,时轮设有时轮齿轮和时轮转轴,闹轮齿轮和时轮齿轮上设有相对应的定位孔,闹针和时针的一端分别设有连接环;其特征在于:所述闹轮转轴的缩径部与所述闹针的连接环之间设有相配合的第一定位部件,所述时轮转轴的缩径部与所述时针的连接环之间设有相配合的第二定位部件,上述第一定位部件与上述第二定位部件相对应设置于第一定位位置,上述闹轮齿轮的定位孔与上述时轮齿轮的定位孔相对应设置于第二定位位置,且上述第一定位位置与上述第二定位位置相对应设置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的闹钟机芯的改进结构,其特征在于:所述闹轮转轴的缩径部***上设有第一定位凸块,所述闹针的连接环内壁上设有与所述第一定位凸块相对应的第一定位凹槽,所述时轮转轴的缩径部***上设有第二定位凸块,所述时针的连接环内壁上设有与所述第二定位凸块相对应的第二定位凹槽,且第一定位凸块与第二定位凸块于上述闹轮转轴的轴线方向上相对应设置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的闹钟机芯的改进结构,其特征在于:所述闹针的连接环内壁上设有第三定位凸块,所述闹轮转轴的缩径部***上设有与所述第三定位凸块相对应的第三定位凹槽,所述时针的连接环内壁上设有第四定位凸块,所述时轮转轴的缩径部***上设有与所述第四定位凸块相对应的第四定位凹槽,且第三定位凸块与第四定位凸块于上述闹轮转轴的轴线方向上相对应设置。
