Definitions
- the present invention relates to a liquid damper device for damping the operation of a movable body such as a door.
- FIG. 17 shows the piston of the damper and its peripheral structure, (a) is a cross-sectional view of the main part when the damper is stationary, and (b) is a cross-sectional view of the main part from the middle stage to the latter stage when the piston contracts and moves to the pressure chamber side.
- FIG. 17 (c) is a cross-sectional view of the main part from the initial stage to the middle stage of the operation in which the piston contracts and moves to the pressure chamber side.
- the liquid damper device 100 has a protruding portion 107 formed in a stepped shape on the inner peripheral side of the surface 105 where the circulating hole 103 (flow passage) of the piston 101 opens, and a plate is formed on the protruding portion 107.
- the flow rate of the working liquid for example, silicone oil is reduced by contacting 109 (valve element).
- the silicone oil in the pressure chamber 113 is squeezed by the gap between the plate 109 and the piston 101 and moves to the counter pressure chamber 115 side through the circulation hole 103. Further, the silicone oil moves to the counter pressure chamber 115 side through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the piston 101 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 111.
- liquid damper device 100 When such a liquid damper device 100 is used for a sliding door, the liquid damper device 100 is decelerated immediately before the sliding door is completely closed to suppress the generation of sound and prevent the hand from being pinched strongly. When used in a drawer, it is decelerated just before the drawer is completely closed, suppressing the generation of sound and the movement of the stored items.
- the liquid damper device 100 when the liquid damper device 100 is applied to a sliding door (drawer), the sliding door (drawer) closing operation is performed, and the liquid damper device 100 starts operating immediately before the sliding door is completely closed. Therefore, the drag is increased as shown in FIG. 17C, and the sliding door (drawer) can be decelerated by strong damping.
- the sliding door (drawer) is decelerated.
- the load When the load is light, it can be lightly damped as shown in FIG. 17B, and the sliding door (drawer) can be closed quietly and in a short time as a whole. It can be completed smoothly.
- the plate 109 bends in a state where the inner peripheral side of the plate 109 is supported by the peripheral corners of the protruding portion 107, the load required for the bending of the plate 109 increases, and the movement speed of the piston 101 and the drag force There was a limit to the cost of adjusting the characteristics in the relationship.
- the problem to be solved is that the operation of the movable body can be quietly completed by damping, but the durability of the valve body is difficult, and the characteristic adjustment fee in relation to the moving speed and drag force of the piston There is a limit.
- the present invention can quietly complete the operation of the movable body by damping, improve the durability of the valve body, and further widen the adjustment range of the characteristics in the relationship between the moving speed of the piston and the drag force.
- a piston provided with a rod, a flow passage provided in the piston, penetrating the pressure chamber side and the counter pressure chamber side, and moving the working liquid to the pressure chamber side and the counter pressure chamber side to adjust the pressure; and A fluid having a flexible valve element that operates toward a closing side with respect to the flow passage when the piston moves toward the pressure chamber side and operates toward an opening side with respect to the throttle flow passage when the piston moves toward the counter pressure chamber side; And a convex portion for supporting the outer peripheral portion of the valve body is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the pressure chamber side surface of the piston, and the pressure chamber side surface of the piston is supported by the convex surface portion.
- the main feature is that a concavity for opening the flow passage is provided so that a narrowing gap can be formed between the valve body and the valve body.
- the present invention relates to a cylinder filled with a working liquid, and a piston that divides the inside of the cylinder into a pressure chamber side and a counter-pressure chamber side and is arranged so as to be movable between the pressure chamber side and the counter-pressure chamber side.

- the flow path is provided with a concave portion that opens as can form a gap.
- the valve element receives the pressure of the working liquid and moves to contact the convex surface portion. Due to this contact, when the load is light, a certain gap can be formed between the valve body and the concave surface portion of the piston.
- the working liquid in the pressure chamber is throttled by the gap between the valve body and the piston and can move to the counter pressure chamber side through the flow passage. Further, the working liquid can move to the counter pressure chamber side through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the piston and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder.
- the valve body bends at the intermediate portion between the convex portions due to the pressure from the working liquid, and also contacts the concave portion of the piston. By this contact, the flow path is closed, and the working fluid is moved only in the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the piston and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, and the drag of the working fluid against the piston can be increased.
- valve body closes the flow passage, the valve body abuts on the concave surface portion, so that an excessive force abutting on the corner portion does not work, and durability can be improved.
- valve body when the valve body bends to close the flow path, it can bend along the concave surface portion, and the force required for the bend can be reduced, and the relationship between the moving speed of the piston and the drag force can be reduced.
- the adjustment allowance can be further expanded.

- a convex surface portion 43 that supports the outer peripheral portion of the valve body 42 at two points opposed to each other in the five radial directions is provided, and the valve 37 is supported by the convex surface portion 43 on the surface 37 on the pressure chamber 11 side of the piston 5.
- a concavity 45 for opening the flow passage 41 is provided so that a narrowing gap S can be formed between the body 42 and the body 42.
- valve element 42 receives the pressure of the silicone oil and moves to contact the convex surface portion 43. Due to this contact, when the load is light, a constant gap S can be formed between the valve element 42 and the concave surface portion 45 of the piston 5.
- the silicone oil in the pressure chamber 11 is squeezed by the gap S between the valve body 42 and the piston 5 and can move to the counter pressure chamber 13 through the flow passage 41. Further, the silicone oil can move to the counter pressure chamber 13 side through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the piston 5 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 3.
- valve element 42 bends at the intermediate portion between the convex surface portions 43 due to the pressure from the silicone oil, and also contacts the bottom portion 45a of the concave surface portion 45 of the piston 5.
- the flow passage 41 is closed by this contact, and the movement of the silicone oil is performed only in the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the piston 5 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder 3, and the drag force of the silicone oil against the piston 5 can be increased.
- valve body 42 even when the valve body 42 closes the flow passage 41, the valve body 42 can be brought into contact with the concave surface portion 45 without excessively deforming the valve body 42, so that the durability of the valve body 42 can be improved.
- valve body 42 bends to close the flow passage 41, the valve body 42 can bend along the shallow concave portion 45, and the force required for the bend can be reduced. For this reason, the adjustment allowance A of the relationship of the drag with respect to the moving speed of the piston can be widened with respect to the adjustment allowance B of the comparative example.
- adjustment allowance A of the relationship of the drag with respect to the moving speed of the piston can be widened with respect to the adjustment allowance B of the comparative example.
