Abstract

The invention relates to a holding device (1) for a beverage container (2), having an elastically extensible ring (11) and also a holding element (12) connected to the ring (11). The ring (11) is designed to circumferentially enclose the beverage container (2). The holding element (12) has an upper contact region which projects above the top of the ring (11) and is designed to make contact with the beverage container (2) above the ring (11). The holding element (12) is further designed as a hook that is open at the lower end, having a holding region (123,124,125) connected to the upper contact region and comprising one free end, said region for example being used to suspend the holding device (1) on a hanger or to grip the holding element (12).
