Description

电子钱包装置 技术领域
本发明有关于一种电子钱包装置, 其有关于用户识别模块 (SIM : Subscriber Identify Module)应用, 特别是应用于移动电话的领域, 以提升方 便性。 背景技术
现行的电子付款***中皆使用智能卡 (ICCM乍为电子钱包的载具, 所谓 电子钱包是利用智能卡上的芯片来储存用户的可消费金额, 而用户就可利用 智能卡上的可消费金额进行消费。
参考图 1, 是已知以现金充值电子钱包的示意图。 用户必须到可接受现 金来充值电子钱包的收银机 301 POS)所在的地点, 用户将智能卡 302以及 充值的现金交给店员, 并将智能卡 302***具有安全存取模块卡 304(即 SAM卡)的读卡机 303, 所述读卡机 303与智能卡 302之间的接口包括插卡 式或感应式。 店员在收银机 301上操作软件接口并依收取的现金输入所需交 易参数, 收银机 301的软件将交易参数转换为充值指令, 并将充值指令发送 给读卡机 303, 而读卡机 303通过所安装的 SAM软件转换成授权充值指 令, 并将转换过的授权充值指令传给智能卡 302, 通过智能卡 302内的电子 钱包程式将授权充值指令所指示的金额写入智能卡 302内的电子钱包。
依已知技术, 用户对于电子钱包的充值作业必须至特定场合进行, 并以 现金交付方式方可取得在特定装置上, 如读卡机 303, 进行授权充值。 由于 电子钱包的使用方式不利于余额查询 (必须经由读卡机 303:), 往往在进行交 易时才发现余额不足的窘境。 因此, 用户对于突发事件发生时, 一时之间又 找不到特定场合进行授权充值, 将无法继续使用电子钱包进行消费。
根据国家通讯传播委员会 (NCC) 统计, 截至 2008年 6月底台湾移动 电话用户数为 2,468万户, 亦即代表着每一人约持有一支以上手机。 在亚洲 地区移动电话普及程度几乎都保持于前几名, 很明显的, 移动电话对每个人 来说相当的重要! 但大部分的使用者都还只停留在使用拨接电话与收发短信 的功能, 功能再强一点, 也只用来拍照与听音乐而已。
综合以上所述, 将电子钱包结合移动电话的处理作业确实有其产业利用 性, 而基于所述这些考量而实施本发明的用于移动电话的电子钱包装置, 以 提升电子钱包授权充值的便利性。 发明内容
本发明在于提供一种用于移动电话的电子钱包装置, 使将电子钱包结合 移动电话提升电子钱包充值的方便性为目的。
为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种电子钱包装置, 使用于一具有 SIM 卡接口的移动电话, 所述电子钱包装置包括: 一处理单元, 提供一充值服务 接口至所述移动电话, 并从所述移动电话接收一第一交易指令, 且所述处理 单元将所述第一交易指令转换为一充值指令; 一认证单元, 具有一电子钱 包, 所述认证单元接收所述充值指令且转换所述充值指令为一授权充值指 令, 并依所述授权充值指令将一金额写入所述电子钱包; 以及一天线, 电连 接所述认证单元。
为达到上述目的, 上述的电子钱包装置, 进一歩包括: 一薄膜基板, 所 述薄膜基板的一侧表面设置一第一接点接口, 所述薄膜基板的另一侧表面设 置一第二接点接口, 所述第二接点接口用以电性接触于所述 SIM卡接口, 其中, 所述处理单元、 所述认证单元以及所述天线皆设置于所述薄膜基板。
为达到上述目的, 上述的电子钱包装置, 其中所述处理单元实现于所述 移动电话的软件或硬件当中; 所述认证单元实现于一 SD卡 (Secure Digital Memory Card) , 且所述移动电话具有一 SD卡接口; 所述天线则设置于所述 移动电话。 为达到上述目的, 上述的电子钱包装置, 其中所述处理单元以及所述认 证单元实现于一 SIM卡; 所述天线设置于所述移动电话, 且所述天线经由 所述 SIM卡接口电连接所述 SIM卡。
其中, 所述第一接点接口用以电性接触于一 SIM卡。
其中, 所述薄膜基板设置所述第一接点接口的侧表面粘贴于一 SIM卡 的一侧表面, 且所述第一接点接口电性接触于所述 SIM卡。
其中, 所述处理单元包括一操作单元, 所述操作单元将所述第一交易指 令转换为所述充值指令。
其中, 所述处理单元包括一操作模块, 所述操作模块提供所述充值服务 接口显示于所述移动电话的一显示器。
其中, 所述认证单元是经一金融机构认证。
其中, 所述认证单元包括一授权模块, 所述授权模块转换所述充值指令 为所述授权充值指令。
其中, 所述认证单元包括一授权模块, 所述授权模块执行一金融机构认 证的加密演算法。
其中, 所述认证单元包括一电子钱包模块, 所述电子钱包模块将所述金 额写入所述电子钱包。
其中, 电子钱包为一存储器, 所述存储器用以储存所述金额。
其中所述处理单元从所述移动电话接收一第二交易指令, 且所述处理单 元将所述第二交易指令转换为一扣款指令。
其中所述认证单元接收所述扣款指令且转换所述扣款指令为一授权扣款 指令, 并依所述授权扣款指令将一金额从所述电子钱包的余额扣除。
根据本发明所实施的电子钱包装置, 将结合至一移动电话, 并通过所述 移动电话的键盘接口将可便于查询电子钱包的余额与即时进行授权充值, 再 通过所述移动电话的通讯作业能力将授权充值的金额传送至一记帐***, 以 产生帐单。 附图说明

参考图 2, 为本发明电子钱包装置第一实施例的方块图。 本发明电子钱 包装置用于一具有 SIM卡接口的移动电话 2, 而实现移动电话 2的增值服 务。 请同时参考图 3A, 为本发明一种实施例电子钱包装置的结构配置图。 电子钱包装置 100包括:一薄膜基板 10、 一处理单元 15、 一认证单元 17以 及一具 NFC型式的天线 20, 其中所述处理单元 15、 认证单元 17以及天线 20设置于所述薄膜基板 10上。
在此一实施例中, 薄膜基板 10 的一侧表面设置一第一接点接口, 另一 侧表面设置一第二接点接口。 所述第一接点接口用以电性接触至一 SIM卡 1 的电气接点, 而所述第二接点接口用以电性接触于所述移动电话 2 的 SIM 卡接口。 所述第一接点接口包括至少一第一接点 11与至少一第二接点 12, 而所述第二接点接口包括至少一第三接点 13与至少一第四接点 14, 其中第 一接点 11与第三接点 13有电连接, 第二接点 12与第四接点 14分别电连接 至处理单元 15。 在本发明的此一实施例中, 所述薄膜基板 10 的第一接点接口与第二接 点接口符合 ISO 7816 国际标准, 且所述第一接点接口与所述第二接点接口 的各接点彼此在位置上有对应。 ISO 7816 国际标准包括八个接点(接点 l.Vcc、 接点 2.RST、 接点 3.CLK、 接点 4.RFU、 接点 5.GND、 接点 6.Vpp、 接点 7.1/0、 接点 8.RFU;>, 其中所述第一接点接口的接点 l.Vcc与接 点 5.GND可视为第一接点 11 ; 接点 7.1/0可视为第二接点 12, 而第二接点 接口的接点 l.Vcc与接点 5.GND可视为第三接点 13; 接点 7.1/0可视为第四 接点 14。 在本发明一较佳实施例中, 于所述薄膜基板 10设置所述第一接点 接口的侧表面有部份区域具有粘性材料, 使此侧表面可对应粘贴于所述 SIM卡 1具有电气接点的侧面。
处理单元 15包括一操作模块 16, 其是通过手机的用户识别应用开发工 具 (STK)功能提供一充值服务接口显示于移动电话 2的一显示器, 用户通过 所述充值服务接口的操作使移动电话 2发送一第一交易指令至操作模块 16, 操作模块 16接收所述第一交易指令, 并将所述第一交易指令转换为一 充值指令。
经一金融机构认证的认证单元 17具有一电子钱包, 且认证单元 17包 括一授权模块 18与一电子钱包模块 19。 认证单元 17接收所述充值指令, 并由授权模块 18执行所述金融机构认证的 SAM演算法将所述充值指令转 换为一授权充值指令, 而电子钱包模块 19则依所述授权充值指令将一金额 写入所述电子钱包, 其中, 所述电子钱包为一存储器, 所述存储器用以储存 所述金额。 当认证单元 17充值完成后, 认证单元 17回复一充值完成指令给 处理单元 15, 处理单元 15依据所述充值完成指令发出一记帐指令, 所述记 帐指令经所述第二接点接口传送给移动电话 2, 使所述移动电话 2将所述记 帐指令传送至一记帐*** 3。 在本发明的实施例中, 记帐*** 3属于一金融 机构或是属于所述移动电话 2的一移动电信***, 记帐*** 3并依据所述记 帐指令产生一包括所述金额的帐单 4, 使用户持帐单 4缴费或自动扣款。 参考图 3A与图 3B, 显示本发明电子钱包装置第一实施例的薄膜基板 10的两侧面视图。 薄膜基板 10包括一第一基板、 一第二基板以及一连接部 22, 其中连接部 22用以连接第一基板与第二基板。 所述第一接点接口与所 述第二接点接口分别设于第一基板的两侧面。 处理单元 15、 认证单元 17以 及天线 20较佳地设置于第二基板的一侧表面, 但不以此配置为限, 且天线 20 电连接至认证单元 17。 须注意到的是, 本发明薄膜基板 10对处理单元 15、 认证单元 17 以及天线 20 的配置亦可设置于所述第二基板的另一侧表 面, 或分布于第一、 第二基板, 或基板的夹层中。
参考图 4, 为本发明电子钱包装置第二实施例的方块图。 移动电话 43具 有一 SIM卡接口 432、 SD卡 (Secure Digital Memory Card)接口 431 以及一 NFC天线 20, 其中 SIM卡接口 432电连接至一 SIM卡 42的接点接口 421, SD卡接口 431 电连接至一 SD卡 41的接点接口 411, 且天线 20电连接至 SD卡接口 431。 本发明的此一实施例中, 处理单元是通过移动电话 43的实 作软件或硬件所实现, 所述处理单元包括一操作模块, 其提供一充值服务接 口显示于移动电话 43 的一显示器, 用户通过所述充值服务接口的操作使移 动电话 43接收一第一交易指令, 所述操作模块接收所述第一交易指令, 并 将所述第一交易指令转换为一充值指令。
本发明的此一实施例中, SD卡 41 包括一接点接口 411、 一控制器 412、 认证单元 17 以及一存储器 413, 其中控制器 412 电连接至接点接口 411、 存储器 413以及认证单元 17, 认证单元 17电连接至接点接口 411, 使 认证单元 17通过接点接口 411以及 SD卡接口 431电连接至天线 20, 控制 器 412的驱动程式会判断来自 SD卡接口 431的指令。 若是给认证单元的数 据, 则透传给认证单元 17, 并由认证单元 17处理, 处理后的结果再由认证 单元 17通过控制器 412回传移动电话 43。 经一金融机构认证的认证单元 17 具有一电子钱包, 且认证单元 17包括一授权模块与一电子钱包模块。 认证 单元 17接收来自移动电话 43的所述充值指令, 并由授权模块执行所述金融 机构认证的 SAM演算法将所述充值指令转换为一授权充值指令, 而电子钱 包模块则依所述授权充值指令将一金额写入所述电子钱包, 其中, 所述电子 钱包为一存储器, 所述存储器用以储存所述金额。
当认证单元 17充值完成后, 认证单元 17回复一充值完成指令给所述移 动电话 43 的处理单元, 所述处理单元依据所述充值完成指令发出一记帐指 令, 使所述移动电话 43将所述记帐指令传送至一记帐***。 在本发明的实 施例中, 记帐***属于一金融机构或是属于所述移动电话 43 的一移动电信 ***, 记帐***并依据所述记帐指令产生一包括所述金额的帐单, 使用户持 帐单缴费或自动扣款。
参考图 5, 为本发明电子钱包装置第三实施例的方块图。 一移动电话 51 包括一 NFC天线 20及一 SIM卡接口 511。 SIM卡 52包括一接点接口 521 电连接至 SIM卡接口 511、 一处理单元 15以及一认证单元 17, 其中处理单 元 15电连接至认证单元 17以及接点接口 521。 处理单元 15包括一操作模 块, 其通过手机的用户识别应用开发工具 (STK)功能提供一充值服务接口显 示于移动电话 51 的一显示器, 用户通过所述充值服务接口的操作使移动电 话 51 发送一第一交易指令至操作模块, 操作模块接收所述第一交易指令, 并将所述第一交易指令转换为一充值指令。 经一金融机构认证的认证单元 17具有一电子钱包, 且认证单元 17包括一授权模块与一电子钱包模块。 认 证单元 17接收所述充值指令, 并由授权模块执行所述金融机构认证的 SAM 演算法将所述充值指令转换为一授权充值指令, 而电子钱包模块则依所述授 权充值指令将一金额写入所述电子钱包, 其中, 所述电子钱包为一存储器, 所述存储器用以储存所述金额。
当认证单元 17充值完成后, 认证单元 17回复一充值完成指令给所述处 理单元, 所述处理单元依据所述充值完成指令发出一记帐指令, 使所述移动 电话 51 将所述记帐指令传送至一记帐***。 在本发明的实施例中, 记帐系 统属于一金融机构或是属于所述移动电话 51 的一移动电信***, 记帐*** 并依据所述记帐指令产生一包括所述金额的帐单, 使用户持帐单缴费或自动 扣款。
当用户通过本发明的电子钱包装置消费时, 认证单元 17经由天线 20感 应接收来自一读卡机的消费指令, 并将所述消费指令转换为一授权消费指 令, 之后电子钱包模块依据所述授权消费指令从所述电子钱包扣除部分金 额。 当用户通过本发明的电子钱包装置转帐或消费时, 用户通过移动电话输 入一第二交易指令, 处理单元 15从所述移动电话接收所述第二交易指令, 并将所述第二交易指令转换为一扣款指令; 认证单元 17接收所述扣款指令 且转换所述扣款指令为一授权扣款指令, 并依所述授权扣款指令将一金额从 所述电子钱包的余额扣除。
在详细说明本发明的较佳实施例之后, 本领域的技术人员可清楚的了 解, 在不脱离权利要求与精神下进行各种变化与改变, 且本发明亦不受限于 说明书中所举实施例的实施方式。

Claims

权利要求书
1. 一种电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子钱包装置使用于一具有 SIM卡接口的移动电话, 所述电子钱包装置包括:
一处理单元, 提供一充值服务接口至所述移动电话, 并从所述移动电话 接收一第一交易指令, 且所述处理单元将所述第一交易指令转换为一充值指 一认证单元, 具有一电子钱包, 所述认证单元接收所述充值指令且转换 所述充值指令为一授权充值指令, 并依所述授权充值指令将一金额写入所述 电子钱包; 以及
一天线, 电连接所述认证单元。
2.如权利要求 1所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子钱包装置 进一歩包括:
一薄膜基板, 所述薄膜基板的一侧表面设置一第一接点接口, 所述薄膜 基板的另一侧表面设置一第二接点接口, 所述第二接点接口用以电性接触于 所述 SIM卡接口, 其中, 所述处理单元、 所述认证单元以及所述天线皆设 置于所述薄膜基板。
3.如权利要求 1所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元实现 于所述移动电话; 所述认证单元实现于一 SD卡; 所述天线设置于所述移动 电话, 其中所述移动电话具有一 SD卡接口。
4.如权利要求 1所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元以及 所述认证单元实现于一 SIM卡; 所述天线设置于所述移动电话, 且所述天 线经由所述 SIM卡接口电连接所述 SIM卡。
5.如权利要求 2所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一接点接口 用以电性接触于一 SIM卡。
6.如权利要求 2所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述薄膜基板设置 所述第一接点接口的侧表面粘贴于一 SIM卡的一侧表面, 且所述第一接点 接口电性接触于所述 SIM卡。
7.如权利要求 1所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元包括 一操作模块, 所述操作模块用于提供所述充值服务接口显示于所述移动电话 的一显示器。
8.如权利要求 1所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述认证单元包括 一电子钱包模块, 所述电子钱包模块用于将所述金额写入所述电子钱包。
9.如权利要求 1所述的电子钱包装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子钱包为一 存储器, 所述存储器用以储存所述金额。
