目前, 在夏季炎热的气候当中, 当车辆停放在室外时, 为避免强烈的 阳光直射车体而使车内温度过热, 驾驶人通常会在车辆的挡风玻璃与玻璃 窗上装设遮阳帘或是隔热纸, 以防止阳光由玻璃与玻璃窗照射入车内, 而 其中遮阳帘具有不同的形式, 大多数则是通过吸盘将遮阳帘设置于玻璃上, 但是, 吸盘常因遮阳帘本身的重量或是吸附的不够牢固而造成遮阳帘脱落 的情形发生, 另外所使用的隔热纸, 虽可完全地紧贴于挡风玻璃以及玻璃 窗上, 但为了能够较有效抵挡阳光的照射, 通常会选用透光度较低或颜色 较暗隔热纸来使用, 因此常造成驾驶人视线不良的情形发生, 再者, 无论 是遮阳帘或隔热纸, 在设置上均是设置于挡风玻璃以及玻璃窗以抵挡阳光 进入车内, 但车体外在阳光的照射下, 仍无法有效防止车内温度上升的问 题。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使车辆可达到 遮蔽外来之的阳光以及雨水的车辆遮阳装置。
为达到上述技术问题, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 一种车辆遮 阳装置, 其主要包括有: 一壳体; 二卷轴, 设置于壳体内部, 其上并且各 卷绕有一遮阳帘; 一座体, 接设于壳体底部; 一个以上连动杆, 以对应枢 设方式于壳体内部; 二侧盖板, 各接设于连动杆一端。
其主要通过枢设于壳体内部的四连动杆向壳体外伸展, 并带动卷轴上 所卷绕的遮阳帘向外延伸, 使其在设置于车辆顶部时, 通过所向外延伸的 遮阳帘, 进而使车辆达到遮蔽外来的阳光以及雨水。
本发明达到的技术效果如下:
1、 本发明车辆避阳装置由一壳体、 二卷轴、 一座体、 一个以上连动杆 二卷轴上的遮阳帘, 使遮阳帘进而向外延伸, 借此使车辆达到遮蔽阳光或 雨水的目的。
2、 壳体与座体通过轴体相互连接, 除了可使壳体调整使用高度之外, 壳体并可依需求旋转角度, 使遮阳帘向外延伸后遮蔽车体所需遮蔽之处。 附图说明

请参阅图 1与图 2所示, 为本发明的立体外观图与立体分解图, 由图 中可清楚看出, 遮阳装置 1主要包括有:
一壳体 2, 其上设置有一透明盖板 24, 以遮蔽与保护壳体 2 内所收容 的各项物件;
二卷轴 21, 设置于壳体 2内, 其上并各卷绕有以可曲绕的软性材质所 制成之遮阳帘 22;
一座体 3, 通过一轴体 25接设于壳体 2底部, 座体边侧并设有一个以 上固定件 31;
一个以上连动杆 4, 各通过一枢接体 23 以两两对应方式枢接于壳体 2 内, 而各连动杆 4上并均设有一可为气压式或油压式的压杆 41;
二侧盖板 5, 各接设于连动杆 4一端, 并且二卷轴 21上所卷绕的遮阳 帘 22—端各接置于二侧盖板 5上;
遮阳装置 1主要设置于车辆顶部, 通过枢设于壳体内部的一个以上连 动杆 4向壳体外伸展, 并带动二卷轴 21上所卷绕的遮阳帘 22向外延伸, 使其能有效遮蔽车体。
请参阅图 3、 图 4、 图 4、 图 6、 图 7与图 8所示 (请同时参阅图 2), 为本发明的较佳实施例图, 由图中可清楚看出, 遮阳装置 1借由座体 3边 侧的一个以上固定件 31设置于车辆顶部, 当车辆停放于户外时, 先行将壳 体 2内所枢设的四连动杆 4向二外侧端伸展, 同时带动二卷轴 21上所卷绕 的遮阳帘 11 向外延伸, 使二侧所延伸出的遮阳帘 22能够遮蔽车体, 并可 依使用需求调整连动杆 4伸展长度, 以决定遮阳帘 22遮蔽的范围, 另外, 其中四连动杆 4上并均设置有一压杆 41 , 以利连动杆 4外伸展与向内收纳 时的活动, 另外, 壳体 2与座体 3间设有一轴体 25 , 除可使壳体 2升高至 所需高度之外, 壳体 2并可依需求作角度上的旋转, 使延伸后的遮阳帘 22 能调整至所需遮蔽的位置上, 以遮蔽阳光或雨水。
如果想收纳遮阳装置 1 时, 先行将向外伸展的一个以上连动杆 4推移 入壳体 2 内, 并由卷轴 21将遮阳帘 22卷绕收纳, 最后, 当一个以上连动 杆 4与遮阳帘 22完全收纳入壳体 2内后, 连动杆 4一端所接设的二侧盖板 5并同时遮盖壳体 2二侧, 另外加上由壳体 2上侧所设的透明盖板 24 , 使 遮阳装置 1在平时无使用时, 可通过二侧的二侧盖板 5与透明盖板 24保护 壳体 2内所收容的各项物件, 以及防止灰尘与杂物进入壳体 2。
请参阅图 8与图 9所示, 为本发明的进一步实施例图, 由图中可清楚 看出, 遮阳装置 1可在内部装置有至少一个动力装置 6 , 使四连动杆 4可通 过动力装置 6的动力将其向外伸展, 另外, 并可在透明盖板 24上设置有太 阳能板 7 ,使遮阳装置 1在受到阳光照射时也可同时吸收太阳能转换成电能, 进而可作为动力装置 6 的电力来源, 或者将所该电能作为提供车辆上其它 设备的用途。
请参阅 10图与图 11所示, 为本发明的进一步实施例图, 由图中可清 楚看出, 其中遮阳装置 1的遮阳帘 22在向外伸展后, 可在壳体 2、 遮阳帘 22与侧盖板 5上, 通过钮扣、 魔鬼粘、 拉炼或卷轴等方式另增设有遮盖帘 8 , 通过遮盖帘 8的设置, 使其在露营烤肉时成为一帐篷的功能, 或者增加 其遮蔽的效果。 通过上述结构, 本发明相较于现有公知所使用的设遮阳帘或是隔热纸, 均是设置于挡风玻璃以及玻璃窗上以抵挡阳光进入车内, 而仍会造成车内 温度上升的问题, 本发明则由车辆外部直接阻挡阳光, 不仅可避免车内温 度升高, 并可依需求改变遮蔽范围与位置, 对于使用者来说增加了使用上 的多变性与实用性。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护 范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 其包括有: 二卷轴, 设置于壳体内部, 其上并且各卷绕有一遮阳帘;
一座体, 接设于壳体底部;
一个以上连动杆, 以对应枢设方式于壳体内部;
二侧盖板, 各接设于连动杆一端;
其主要通过枢设于壳体内部的四连动杆向壳体外伸展, 并带动卷轴上 所卷绕的遮阳帘向外延伸, 使其在设置于车辆顶部时, 通过所向外延伸的 遮阳帘, 进而使车辆达到遮蔽外来的阳光以及雨水。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述壳体上并设有 一透明盖体。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述座体轴与壳体 间设有一轴体, 借此使壳体可改变高度与旋转活动。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述遮阳帘以可曲 绕的软性材质所制成。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述二卷轴上所卷 绕遮阳帘的一端, 各分别接设于二侧盖板。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述四连动杆各通 过一枢接体枢设于壳体内部。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述座体边侧设有 一个以上固定件。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述各连动杆上均 设有一压杆。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述压杆可为气压 式压杆或油压式压杆。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述壳体内可另 外设有至少一个动力装置, 以作为伸展连动杆的动力来源。
11、 如权利要求 2 所述的车辆遮阳装置, 其特征是, 所述透明盖体上 可设有太阳能板。
