Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a aparelho e método para produzir não-tecidos de nanofibras a partir de polímeros. O método para a produção de não-tecidos de micro e/ou nanofibras a partir de polímeros compreende utilizar elementos de eletrofiação e de fiação por jatos de ar em alta velocidade. O aparelho apresentado para a produção de não-tecidos de micro e/ou nanofibras a partir de polímeros compreende uma fonte de gás comprimido, um regulador de pressão, uma seringa hipodérmica com bomba para controle da taxa de injeção das solucões poliméricas, um aparelho de pulverização e um coletor com velocidade de rotação preferencialmente controlada. A tecnologia apresentada de produção de não-tecidos de micro e/ou nanofibras é capaz de produzir micro e nanofibras com diâmetros similares às produzidas por eletrofiação, inclusive em escala industrial. A invenção compreende, ainda, o uso dos não-tecidos de nanofibras na pulverização de tecidos vivos e como revestimento de materiais.
