Definitions
- the present invention relates to an apparatus with an opening / closing mechanism that opens and closes an opening / closing body provided on one surface of a housing, for example, and more particularly to an apparatus with an opening / closing mechanism that transmits a driving force from a driving source to the opening / closing body via a gear.
- play factors of the drive force transmission system when driving force is transmitted to an opening / closing body via a gear as in this type of device having an opening / closing mechanism, play factors such as motor starting torque and gear backlash (hereinafter referred to as play factors of the drive force transmission system). Is detected using a complicated circuit such as a current sensor. In addition, a change in speed caused by a finger, a foreign object, or the like that occurs when the opening / closing body is opened or closed is detected by using a change in the detection value of the position sensor. As described above, conventionally, the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system and the speed change due to the inclusion of a foreign object or the like are performed using different sensors.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a driving force for detecting the position of the lid a predetermined distance before the planned closing position of the lid and moving the lid from the detected position to a movement completion position that has passed the predetermined closing position by a predetermined amount.
- a lid closing operation control method is disclosed in which the taper is controlled gradually and the lid is pressed against the opening.
- position sensors that detect speed changes due to pinching require the detection time to be as short as possible for safety reasons, but due to play factors in the driving force transmission system, near the opening and closing of the opening / closing operation Because the speed of change is low in this operation, if the foreign object detection time for detecting the speed change due to the pinching is too low, the speed change due to the pinching and the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system will be falsely detected. There was a possibility.
- Patent Document 1 describes that the driving force for moving the lid is gradually reduced at the final closed position of the lid. However, detection of a speed change due to a play factor of the driving force transmission system and pinching of foreign matter are described. None is disclosed about the detection of the speed change caused by the above.
- the present invention has been made to solve the conventional problems as described above.
- detection of a speed change caused by foreign object pinching and the vicinity of the opening / closing operation start position.
- Detection of speed change due to play factor in the driving force transmission system that occurs near the terminal end without misdetection, and detection of foreign objects in a short period of time after opening / closing operation is started An object is to provide a device with an opening / closing mechanism.
- the foreign object detection time for detecting the speed change caused by the foreign object caught in the predetermined operation range from the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation is determined by the play factor of the driving force transmission system. This is longer than the play time for detecting the change.
- the foreign object detection time for detecting the speed change due to the foreign object being caught is made shorter than the idle time for detecting the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system.
- the foreign object detection time for detecting the speed change due to the foreign object being caught is detected as a speed change due to a play factor of the driving force transmission system. Since it is longer than the play time, it is possible to avoid false detection of speed change detection due to foreign object pinching and speed change detection due to play factor of the driving force transmission system occurring near the start / end of the opening / closing operation. .
- the foreign object detection time for detecting the speed change due to the foreign object being caught is shorter than the idle time for detecting the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system within a predetermined time after the opening / closing operation is started. The detection reaction at the time of pinching becomes faster, giving priority to safety to the user, and when the pinching occurs, the opening / closing operation can be stopped quickly.
- FIG. 3 It is a perspective view of the state where the display which shows the whole composition of in-vehicle equipment provided with the device with an opening-and-closing mechanism of this invention was closed. It is a perspective view of the state which opened the display which shows the whole structure of the vehicle equipment provided with the apparatus with an opening / closing mechanism of this invention. It is the perspective view which removed the apparatus main body and showed the opening / closing mechanism of the display. It is the perspective view which changed FIG. 3 and showed the angle. It is the top view which showed the state which has located the display opening-and-closing mechanism drive part in the position which closed this display. It is the top view which showed the state which put the opening / closing mechanism drive part of the display in the position which opens this display.
- FIG. 1 to 6 show an in-vehicle device provided with the device with an opening / closing mechanism of the present invention.
- This in-vehicle device is mounted on the front of the device main body as a housing housing navigation devices and CD / DVD playback devices, and can be opened / closed to open / close the CD / DVD.
- a display 4 is provided as an openable / closable body that covers the loading and unloading ports 2 and 3 for the CD and DVD.
- the navigation device searches for a route to the target position based on the current position detected by GPS “(Global Positioning system) registered trademark”, and displays the searched route on the display 4 together with the map.
- CD and DVD playback equipment plays back the sound stored on the CD and outputs the sound from the speaker, and plays back the image stored on the DVD and displays it on the display 4.
- the device main body 1 containing the navigation device and the CD / DVD playback device has CD / DVD loading / unloading ports 2 and 3 on its front surface, and a frame 5 is provided so as to surround the front surface.
- a display 4 is provided in the frame 5 so as to cover the front surface of the device main body 1.
- the display 4 is assembled to the device body 1 so as to be openable and closable by fitting pins 6 projecting from the upper portions of both side surfaces into guide grooves 7 formed on the inner surfaces of both sides of the frame 5 and extending vertically. .
- the upper half of the guide groove 7 is linear, and the lower half is inclined forward.
- the U-shaped member 8 is assembled to the device main body 1 so as to be movable back and forth by engaging the pins 10a and 10b provided on the bottom surface 1a of the device main body 1 with the guide grooves 9a and 9b provided on the both legs 8a and 8b. .
- a motor 11 that opens and closes the display 4 is provided on the bottom surface 1a of the device main body 1.
- a pinion gear 13a in a gear train 13 that meshes with a worm gear 12 provided on a drive shaft of the motor 11 is connected to a leg body. It meshes with a rack 14 formed in the front-rear direction on the inner surface of 8a.
- surfaces of the display 4 is provided in the movement side front part of both the leg bodies 8a and 8b of the U-shaped member 8.
- the motor 11 in order to open the display 4 that is normally closed, the motor 11 is driven, and this driving force is applied to the U-shaped member 8 via the worm gear 12, the gear train 13, the pinion gear 13a, and the rack 14.
- the U-shaped member 8 is moved in the direction of the solid arrow in FIG.
- the lower portion of the display 4 connected to the front portion of the U-shaped member 8 via the link 15 is pushed forward, and the upper portion of the display 4 is engaged with the pin 6 and the guide groove 7.
- the display screen is tilted upward and opened.
- the display 4 when the display 4 is opened, the CD / DVD loading / unloading ports 2 and 3 formed on the front surface of the main device 1 are exposed. In this state, the CD and DVD are inserted and exchanged.
- the motor 11 is driven in the opposite direction to that described above, and this driving force is transmitted through the worm gear 12, the gear train 13, the pinion gear 13a, and the rack 14. 8, the U-shaped member 8 is moved in the direction of the dotted arrow in FIG. For this reason, the lower part of the display 4 connected to the front part of the U-shaped member 8 via the link 15 is drawn backward, and the upper part of the display 4 rises linearly by the engagement of the pin 6 and the guide groove 7. As shown in FIG. 1, the display 4 is flush with the frame 5 and covers the front surface of the device body 1 by the closing operation from the open state shown in FIGS.
- the display 4 performs the opening / closing operation as described above.
- a foreign object is in contact with the lower front surface of the display 4 during the opening operation, or a finger or the like is interposed between the display 4 and the frame 4 during the opening / closing operation. Foreign matter may be caught.
- a foreign object such as a finger may be caught between the display 4 and the frame 4 during the closing operation, and a speed change occurs during the operation.
- a speed change occurs due to a play factor of the driving force transmission system.
- a single position sensor is used to detect the change from the vicinity of the opening / closing operation. In this operation range, the foreign object detection time for detecting the speed change due to the foreign object being caught is made longer than the idle time for detecting the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system.
- FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing a drive control circuit of the device with an opening / closing mechanism according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- the opening / closing mechanism unit 21 includes the U-shaped member 8, the motor 11, the gears (12, 13, 13a), the rack 14, the link 16, and the like shown in FIGS.
- the power source 22 supplies power to the motor 11 in the opening / closing mechanism 21.
- the position sensor 23 uses, for example, a slide resistor, and a movable terminal of the slide resistor is attached to one gear shaft in the gear train 13, and the resistance value is determined according to the open / close state of the display 4 by the rotation of the gear shaft.
- the detected value corresponding to the open / closed state of the display 4 is output.
- the open / close position contact 24 detects the open / close end position of the display 4 using, for example, a switch (not shown).
- the storage unit 25 stores time T1, T2, time T3 longer than time T1, T2, and time T3 'shorter than time T1, T2.
- the time T1 is the time when the detection value of the position sensor 23 does not change immediately due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system at the opening and closing start of the display 4, and the time T2 needs to be fully opened at the open end of the display 4. Therefore, the time T3 during which the detection value of the position sensor 23 does not change by causing the gear to idle by overrunning from the actual open position is the position due to the foreign object being caught in the predetermined operation range from the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation.
- the time T3 ′ during which the detection value of the sensor 23 does not change is the time during which the detection value of the position sensor 23 does not change due to a foreign object being caught within a predetermined time after the opening / closing operation is started.
- the control unit 26 controls the open / close mechanism 21 based on information from the position sensor 23, the open / close position contact 24, and the storage unit 25, and switches the foreign matter detection time according to a predetermined time of the open / close operation or a detection value of the position sensor. Function as.
- step ST8-1 the control unit 26 determines whether the display 4 is closed (step ST8-2). Then, an opening operation of the display 4 is started (step ST8-3), and if NO, a closing operation is started (step ST8-4).
- the foreign matter detection time T3 is set based on the information read from the storage unit 25 (step ST8-5), and then it is determined whether the detection value of the position sensor 23 has changed (step ST8). -6) If NO, determine whether foreign object detection time T3 has passed (step ST8-7). If NO, repeat this determination operation. Is stopped (step ST8-8).
- step ST8-6 determines whether the foreign matter detection time T3 ′ has elapsed. If NO, this determination operation is repeated. If YES, Since it is foreign object detection, the opening / closing operation is stopped (step ST8-12).
- the detection value of the position sensor 23 is constantly monitored by the control unit 26. For example, when the opening operation starts, the detection value of the position sensor 23 does not change immediately at the beginning due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system, but the foreign object detection time T3 elapses after the play time T1 has elapsed due to this play factor. If the detection value of the position sensor 23 does not change even after that, the control unit 26 detects that the pinching by the foreign matter or the like has occurred at the detection time T3 set in the storage unit 25 in advance. At this time, T3> T1.
- the gear is idled by overrunning from the actual opening position. If the detected value of the position sensor 23 does not change even after the foreign object detection time T3 has elapsed after the idle time T2 that has not been detected, the control unit 26 is caught by a foreign object or the like at the detection time T3 set in the storage unit 25 in advance. Detect that occurred. At this time, T3> T2.
- the control unit 26 sets the foreign object detection time set in the storage unit 23 in advance.
- T3 ′ the occurrence of foreign object pinching is detected early.
- the gear backlash time is added. Therefore, the position sensor detection time is only for a certain period of time as in the operation near the start / end of the opening / closing operation.
- the foreign matter detection time T3 for detecting the speed change due to the foreign matter being caught is determined as a play factor of the driving force transmission system in the predetermined operation range from the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation. Since it is longer than the play times T1 and T2 for detecting the speed change due to, it is possible to reliably avoid erroneously detecting the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system as the speed change due to the foreign object being caught.
- the foreign object detection time T3 ′ for detecting the speed change due to the inclusion of the foreign object is used as the idle time T1 for detecting the speed change due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system.
- T2 is shortened to accelerate the detection of foreign object pinching, so that safety to the user is prioritized and the opening / closing operation can be stopped quickly when pinching occurs.
- the foreign matter detection time is set to T3 only for a certain period as in the case of the vicinity of the opening / closing operation.
- Embodiment 2 the detection values of the position sensor 23 in the vicinity of the start and end of the opening / closing operation are set in the control unit 26 in advance in order to perform switching between the foreign matter detection times T3 and T3 ′ in the first embodiment.
- the control unit 26 is set in advance with the time that is approaching the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart in the case where the detection values of the position sensor 23 near the start / end of the opening / closing operation are set in the control unit 26 in advance in order to switch the foreign matter detection times T3 and T3 ′. It is determined whether the detection value of the sensor 23 is near the start / end of the opening / closing operation (step ST10-1). If YES, the foreign object detection time is increased to T3 because it is approaching the start / end of the opening / closing operation. (Step ST10-2). If NO, the foreign object detection time is shortened to T3 'because it is within a predetermined time after the opening / closing operation is started (step ST10-3).
- FIG. 11 is a flowchart in the case where the time approaching the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation is set in the control unit 26 in advance in order to switch the foreign matter detection times T3 and T3 ′. It is determined whether a predetermined time has elapsed (step ST11-1). If YES, the foreign object detection time is shortened to T3 ′ because it is within the predetermined time after the opening / closing operation is started (step ST11-2). If NO, the foreign object detection time is lengthened to T3 because it is approaching the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation (step ST11-3).
- the switching of the foreign matter detection times T3 and T3 ′ is approached near the detection value of the position sensor near the start / end of the opening / closing operation and the vicinity of the start / end of the opening / closing operation.
- the foreign matter detection time T3 is set longer than the play times T1 and T2 due to the play factor of the driving force transmission system in order to avoid error detection near the beginning and end of the opening and closing operation.
- switching to the foreign object detection time T3 ′ shorter than the foreign object detection time T3 can be reliably realized.
- FIG. 12 is a block diagram showing Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
