本申请要求于 2009 年 5 月 23 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200910107616.8、 发明名称为"一种内容审核的方法、 设备及***"的中国专 利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及实现可靠审核机制的方法、 设备及 ***。
背景技术
CMI( Content Management Interface,内容管理接口)是隠( Open Mobile Alliance, 开放移动联盟)标准组织中 CD (Content Delivery)工作组下的 一个项目, 其立项背景如下:
SP (Service Providers, 业务提供商)提供了许多与内容相关的业务, 例如运营商所提供的业务: CMR (个性化多媒体铃音, 俗称彩铃)、 Mobile Ad (移动广告业务)等。 而 CP (Content Provider, 内容提供商)在产业链中 是一个基础的实体, 用于提供内容。
SP所提供的内容相关的业务需要 SP与 CP之间的多种交互, 即一系列的 内容管理动作, 例如: 内容上传; 内容更新、 元数据更新等; 购买和付款动 作、 价格查询等; 统计数据报告: 内容使用信息等。
其中的 CP的内容上传及审核流程, 如下: CP (Content Provider, 内 容提供商) 向 CMI 中的 CMC (Content Management Component )上传内容及 元数据; CMI中的 CMC接收到之后,返回确认消息 Delivery Confirmation; CMC对接收到的内容及元数据进行审核; CMC 审核完成, 发送审核结果(即 审核通过还是未通过)。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 无法实现 CMI和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供一种内容审核的方法、 设备及***以解决
CMI组件对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后,无法实现 CMI 组件和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商的问题。
为解决上述技术问题, 一方面, 提供了内容审核的方法, 包括: 接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息;
向所述 CP或终端发送所述请求消息的确认消息;
对所述请求消息进行审核并生成审核报告消息;
将所述审核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端;
接收所述 CP或终端发送的所述审核报告消息的确认消息;
根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进行相应 处理。
另一方面还提供另一种内容审核的方法, 包括:
向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息;
接收所述请求消息的确认消息;
接收所述 CMI组件生成的审核报告消息;
解析所述审核报告消息并发送所述审核报告消息的确认消息以使所述 CMI 组件根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进 行相应处理。
一方面, 提供一种内容管理设备, 包括:
接收模块: 用于接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息;
审核模块: 用于审核所述接收模块接收到的所述内容提供商 CP或终端 上传的请求消息并生成审核报告消息;
审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块: 用于将所述审核模块生成的所述审 核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端,并接收所述 CP或终端发送的所述审核报 告消息的确认消息;
处理模块: 用于根据所述审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块接收到的所 述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述接收模块接收的所述请求消息对应的内容 进行相应处理。
另一方面, 提供一种内容提供设备, 包括:
上传模块: 用于向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息;
第一接收模块: 用于接收所述上传模块发送的请求消息的确认消息; 第二接收模块:用于接收所述内容管理接口 CMI组件生成的审核报告消 解析发送模块: 用于解析所述审核报告消息并发送所述审核报告消息的 确认消息以使所述 CMI组件根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求 消息对应的内容进行相应处理。
一方面, 提供一种内容管理的***, 包括内容管理设备和至少一个内容 提供设备,

本发明实施例提供的一种内容审核的方法、设备及***解决了 CMI组件 对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI组件和 CP 之间对审核报告消息的协商问题。 附图说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图并举 九个实施例, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
首先,需要说明的是在本发明实施例当中描述的内容包括但不限于文档、 图片、 音频文件、 视频文件、 音频文件的描述信息、 视频文件的描述信息、 铃音文件或元数据等, 本实施例中以铃音文件为例, 但并不构成对本发明主 旨的限定。此外本发明实施例中涉及到的终端包括但不限于移动电话、 PDA、 智能手机等具有无线通信能力的电子设备。 再有本发明实施例中涉及到内容 管理设备包括但不限于 CMI组件, 内容提供设备包括但不限于 CP或终端。
本发明提供的第一实施例是提供了一种内容审核的方法流程, 包括: 首先, 应用场景如下: CP ( Content Provider, 内容提供商)或终端向位 于 SP ( Service Provider, 业务提供商) 中的 CMI ( Content Management Interface , 内容管理接口 )组件上传铃音文件, CMI对铃音文件的内容进 行审核, 以确认是否符合要求,如果符合,则将审核结果置为 "审核已通过", 如果不符合, 则将审核结果置为 "审核未通过, 内容需要删除(或格式需要 转换),,, 然后向 CP发送审核报告消息。 CP接收到审核报告消息后, 返回确 认消息, 以指示是否接受审核以及相应的原因。 CMI根据确认消息中的结果 及原因对内容进行相应的处理(例如删除、或执行格式转换), 然后再执行相 应的计费处理。
CMI组件的内部模块与接口示意图如图 1所示, 具体如下:
内容管理组件 11 : 其与 CMI-1 接口 106 (内容管理组件 -1接口 106 )相 连, 提供内容的双向上传功能、 修改功能、 删除功能、 管理功能、 策略执行 功能;
商业进程组件 12:与 BPC-1接口 107(商业进程组件 -1接口 107 )和 BPC-2 接口 108(商业进程组件 -2接口 108 )相连,提供 SLA( Service Level Agreement, 服务水平协议)协商功能、 业务发现和通知功能、 内容购买功能、 发送内容 相关的报告功能;
内容管理组件 -1接口 106: 用于提供内容管理和传输, 具体包括: 上传 内容、 管理内容的元数据(例如增加、 删除、 修改元数据, 对内容进行分类、 审批、 激活、 去激活等; 本实施例中为内容管理组件 -1接口 106增加接收审 核报告消息确认消息的功能;
商业进程组件 -1接口 107: 用于提供事务控制功能, 这些能力与一个特 定的内容项或一组内容项相关; 具体功能包括: SLA建立和管理、 业务发现 和可用业务特性通知、 购买内容、 鉴权等;
商业进程组件 -2接口 108: 该接口具有如下功能: 发送内容使用相关的 报告, 包括与 CMI相关的各种统计数据, 例如交互时间等。
接收模块 101 : 用于接收 CP或 User上传的请求消息, 所述请求消息包 括内容或内容相关的操作, 所述内容包括元数据;
审核模块 103: 用于完成内容审核或与内容相关的审核操作功能; 处理模块 102: 其用于根据审核结果对相应的内容进行加载或激活、 或 删除、 或进行格式转换、 或对相应的元数据进行设置、 或执行与内容相关 的其他操作;
审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 104: 该模块原本只用于根据 "审核 模块" 输出的审核结果信息, 生成并发送审核结果报告。 本发明为其增加了 接收审核报告消息确认消息, 并触发处理模块的执行。
计费模块 105: 其用于根据处理模块 102的处理结果执行计费; 此外该 模块为可选模块。
优选的此处接收模块 101、 处理模块 102、 审核模块 103、 审核报告消息 发送及确认接收模块 104和计费模块 105位于内容管理组件 11的内部。
本实施例中的内容审核的方法流程具体参见图 2, 具体步骤如下: 步骤 201、 CP或终端通过 CMI-1接口 106向内容管理组件 11上传请求 消息, 所述请求消息包含内容、 内容的相关信息或内容的相关操作请求; 所述内容包括元数据; 所述内容的相关信息包括审核的内容、 审核的关 键字、 内容的分类信息、 内容的分级信息、 内容审核的时间、 内容审核的方 式(如逐个审核或批量审核请求)、接收审核报告消息的方式( Email或 SMS 等)或内容审核通过后是否立即激活等; 所述内容的相关操作请求包括内容 的增加、 删除、 修改、 更新、 设置、 分类、 激活、 去激活或审核;
步骤 202、 内容管理组件 11 中的接收模块 101接收到内容后, 通过 CMI-1接口 106向 CP或终端返回确认消息 "Delivery Confirmation", 表示已 接收到所上传的内容; 在该确认消息中, 还可以携带与后续审核相关的提示 信息, 例如是否需要审核、将执行何种类型的审核(人工或自动或混合)、 审 核报告消息发送策略(例如单独发送或批量发送)、审核开始时间或审核预计 完成时间等, 从而便于 CP或终端得知审核相关的状态; 这些信息可以通过 扩展确认消息来实现;
步骤 203、 内容管理组件 11中的接收模块 101向审核模块 103发送 触发消息, 触发审核流程的启动; 触发消息中可以携带所接收的内容项的标 识信息; 审核模块 103接收到所述触发消息后,将该内容项列入待审核队列, 并可以在相应 Web页面中显示相关提示;
步骤 204、 审核过程可以为人工审核或自动审核或混合类型; SP管理 员看到待审核项后, 根据既有的策略和 /或 CP或终端的请求消息中的审核请 求信息进行内容的审核, 审核完成后, 进行审核结果的确认; 步骤 205、 审核结束, 审核模块 103审核所述接收模块接收到的所述内 容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息并生成审核报告消息, 向审核报告消息 发送及确认接收模块 104发送触发消息, 触发审核报告消息的发送, 触发消 息中携带了内容的审核结果等信息;
步骤 206、 审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 104将所述审核模块生成 的所述审核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端,并接收所述 CP或终端发送的所 述审核报告消息的确认消息; 具体为通过 CMI-1接口将审核报告消息发送给 CP或终端; 审核报告消息中至少包含了 ContentlD (内容标识)、 RequestlD (会话标识 )和相应的审核结果, 审核报告消息的承载可以为 ISUP/BICC消 息、 SIP消息、 Push消息、 Email、 SMS或 HTTP等, 在该实施例中审核结 果为 "审核未通过, 内容会在收到确认消息后删除";
步骤 207、 CP或终端接收到所述审核报告消息之后, 同意其中的内容 删除请求, 并返回 ACK确认消息, 消息中携带了 "接受" 标志; 审核报告 消息确认消息的承载可以为 ISUP/BICC消息、 SIP消息、 Push消息、 Email、 SMS或 HTTP等;
步骤 208、 审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 104接收到 ACK消息后, 将其中的确认结果发送给处理模块 103, 处理模块 103对相应的内容进行删 除; 计费模块 105根据处理模块 103的处理结果执行相应的计费处理, 例如 将该 CP对应的上传内容计费清单中删除该项内容的计费项。
其中, 审核报告消息可以支持批量审核结果的发送, 即一个消息中携带 多个内容的审核结果。 其结构为:

审核报告消息确认消息可以通过 ISUP/BICC消息、 SIP消息、 Push消息、 Email, SMS、 或 HTTP等承载方式携带。
需要说明的是, 除了可以是对内容进行上传、 修改、 更新或进行业务操 作之外, 还可以是 CP或终端主动请求 CMI执行审核操作的消息; 消息中可 以携带需要执行审核的内容的名称、 或 ContentID、 或用于上传该内容的 RequestlD, 还可以携带所要求的完成时间、 各内容相应的优先级等。 例如 CP在之前已经陆续上传了 20首歌曲, 但始终未收到任何审核报告消息, 那 么 CP就可以向 CMI发送 "请求审核" 消息, 消息中携带了 "歌曲 001、 歌 曲 002、 歌曲 003; 要求 3日内审核完成", 该方案也适用于以下的其他实施 例。
本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点在于提供的内容审核的方法流程 解决了 CMI组件对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI组件和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题。
本发明提供的第二实施例是提供了另一种内容审核的方法流程, 包括: 首先应用场景与实施例 1相同, 只是审核结果不同, 在此不再赘述。 CMI组件的内部模块与接口示意图如图 3所示, 需要说明的是图 3与图 1相比不同之处在于审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 304位于 BPC12 (商 业进程组件 32 ) 的内部, 与此相应的 BPC-2接口 308 (或 BPC-1接口 307 ) 也就具备了发送审核报告消息和接收审核报告消息确认消息的功能; 其他模 块和接口的功能与图 1中的相应模块相同, 具体参见实施例一, 此处不再赘 述。
本实施例中的内容审核的方法流程具体参见图 4, 具体步骤如下; 步骤 401-步骤 407与实施例一中的步骤 201-步骤 207相同, 不同在于审 核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 304位于 BPC12(商业进程组件 32 )的内部, 且步骤 406中的审核结果与步骤 206不同, 在本实施例中审核结果为 "审核 已通过, 但会在收到确认消息后执行压缩及剪辑处理";
步骤 408、 审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 404接收到 ACK消息后, 将其中的确认结果发送给处理模块 403;
步骤 409、 处理模块 403对相应的内容压缩及剪辑处理; 计费模块 405 根据处理模块 103的处理结果执行相应的计费处理。
其他内容具体参见实施例一, 此处不再赘述。
本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点在于提供的内容审核的方法流程 解决了 CMI组件对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI组件和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题。
本发明提供的第三实施例是提供了另一种内容审核的方法流程, 包括: 首先应用场景与实施例 1相同, 只是审核结果不同, 在此不再赘述。 CMI组件的内部模块与接口示意图如图 5所示, 需要说明的是图 5与图 1相比不同之处在于审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 504和审核模块 503 位于 BPC12 (商业进程组件 52 ) 的内部, 与此相应的 BPC-2接口 508 (或 BPC-1接口 507 )也就具备了发送审核报告消息和接收审核报告消息确认消 息的功能; 其他模块和接口的功能与图 1中的相应模块相同, 具体参见实施 例一, 此处不再赘述。
本实施例中的内容审核的方法流程具体参见图 6, 具体步骤如下: 步骤 601-步骤 606与实施例一中的步骤 201-步骤 206相同, 不同在于审 核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 504和审核模块 503位于 BPC12 (商业进程 组件 32 )的内部, 且步骤 606中的审核结果与步骤 206不同, 在本实施例中 审核结果为 "审核已通过, 所上传内容已经归入 '普通流行歌曲, 类"; 步骤 607、 CP或终端接收到所述审核报告消息之后, 如果不同意审核结 果中的归类处理(例如 CP上传的内容其实为 "搞笑类歌曲 ',), 则返回 ACK 确认消息, 并消息中携带 "不接受" 标志以及原因信息; 审核报告消息确认 消息的承载可以为 ISUP/BICC消息、 SIP消息、 Push消息、 Email、 SMS或 HTTP等;
步骤 608、 审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 604接收到 ACK消息后, 发现其确认结果为 "不接受", 且原因字段中有相应的解释信息, 则保存所述 审核报告消息以用于当接收到所述 CP或终端修改后重新上传的请求消息时, 参考保存的所述审核报告消息对所述重新上传的请求消息对应内容的修改处 进行审核;计费模块 605根据处理模块 103的处理结果执行相应的计费处理。

本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点在于提供的内容审核的方法流程 解决了 CMI组件对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI组件和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题。
本发明提供的第四实施例是提供了一种内容审核的方法, 包括: 如图 7所示, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 701、 接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息;
内容管理设备 (如 CMI组件)接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消 息, 所述请求消息包括但不限于以下至少一种, 即内容、 内容的相关信息或 内容的相关操作请求, 其中, 所述内容包括元数据;
所述内容的相关信息包括审核的内容、审核的关键字、 内容的分类信息、 内容的分级信息、 内容审核的时间、 内容审核的方式、 接收审核报告的方式 或内容审核通过后内容的激活时间;
所述内容的相关操作请求包括内容的增加、 删除、 修改、 更新、 设置、 分类、 激活、 去激活或审核; 具体参见实施例一、 实施例二及实施例三相关 内容;
步骤 702、 向所述 CP或终端发送所述请求消息的确认消息;
内容管理设备 (如 CMI组件 )向所述 CP或终端发送所述请求消息的确 认消息; 所述请求消息的确认消息包含审核相关的提示信息, 所述提示信息包括 但不限于与后续审核相关的信息, 例如是否需要审核、 将执行何种类型的审 核(人工或自动或混合)、审核报告消息发送策略(例如单独发送或批量发送)、 审核开始时间或审核预计完成时间等, 从而便于 CP或终端得知审核相关的 状态; 具体参见实施例一、 实施例二及实施例三相关内容;
步骤 703、 对所述请求消息进行审核并生成审核报告消息;
内容管理设备 (如 CMI组件 )对所述请求消息进行审核并生成审核报告 消息;
所述审核报告消息包含会话标识 RequestlD和内容标识 ContentlD,所述 会话标识 RequestlD用于会话消息之间的关联,所述内容标识 ContentlD用于 内容之间的关联; 具体参见实施例一、 实施例二及实施例三中相关内容; 步骤 704、 将所述审核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端;
内容管理设备 (如 CMI组件)将所述审核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终 端;
审核报告消息的承载可以为 ISUP/BICC 消息、 SIP 消息、 Push消息、 Email, SMS或 HTTP,具体参见实施例一、实施例二及实施例三中相关内容; 步骤 705、 接收所述 CP或终端发送的所述审核报告消息的确认消息; 内容管理设备 (如 CMI组件 )接收所述 CP或终端发送的所述审核报告 消息的确认消息;
审核报告消息确认消息的承载可以为 ISUP/BICC消息、 SIP消息、 Push 消息、 Email、 SMS或 HTTP等, 具体参见实施例一、 实施例二及实施例三 中相关内容;
步骤 706、 根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内 容进行相应处理;
内容管理设备 (如 CMI组件)根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述 请求消息对应的内容进行相应处理; 具体参见实施例一、 或实施例二或实施 例三中相关内容; 所述根据所述审核报告的确认消息进行相应处理包括: 若所述审核报告的确认消息是接受, 则相应处理至少包括以下一种: 加 载或激活审核通过的内容、 删除审核未通过的内容、 对内容进行格式转换、 对内容进行编辑、 对内容进行压缩、 根据审查报告对内容分类或根据审查报 告对内容进行分级等;
若所述审核报告的确认消息是不接受, 则保存所述审核报告以用于当接 收到所述 CP或终端修改后重新上传的请求消息时, 参考保存的所述审核报 告对所述重新上传的请求消息对应内容的修改处进行审核; 具体参见实施例 一、 实施例二及实施例三中相关内容;

其中步骤 801至步骤 806与实施例四相同, 所不同的地方, 增加了步骤 807、 即根据所述相应处理的结果执行计费, 具体参见实施例一、或实施例二 或实施例三中相关内容; 需要说明的是步骤 807为可选步骤, 增加此步骤后 可实现内容管理设备对内容提供设备 (如 CP或终端)上传内容的准确计费; 需要说明的是 CMI组件属于内容管理设备的一种。
实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点在于提供的内容审核的方法不仅解 决了 CMI组件对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI组件和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题,还可实现 CMI组件对内容 提供设备 (如 CP或终端)上传内容的准确计费,
本发明提供的第六实施例是提供了了一种内容审核的方法, 包括: 如图 9所示, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 901、 向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息;
内容提供设备(如 CP或终端)向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息; 所述请求消息包括但不限于以下至少一种, 即内容、 内容的相关信息或内容 的相关操作请求, 其中, 所述内容包括元数据; 所述内容的相关信息包括审核的内容、审核的关键字、 内容的分类信息、 内容的分级信息、 内容审核的时间、 内容审核的方式、 接收审核报告的方式 或内容审核通过后内容的激活时间;

需要说明的是所述内容管理设备包括但不限于服务器、基站、 固定终端、 无线终端等具有数据处理能力的电子设备。
如图 10所示, 具体如下:
接收模块 1001 : 用于接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息; 审核模块 1003: 用于审核所述接收模块 1001接收到的所述内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息并生成审核报告消息;
审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 1004: 用于将所述审核模块 1003生 成的所述审核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端,并接收所述 CP或终端发送的 所述审核报告消息的确认消息;
处理模块 1002: 用于根据所述审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块 1004 接收到的所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述接收模块接收的所述请求消息 对应的内容进行相应处理;
计费模块 1005、 用于根据所述处理模块 1002的处理结果执行计费。 以上具体流程参见具体参见实施例一、实施例二及实施例三中相关内容。 需要说明的是计费模块 1005为可选模块, 不增加计费模块 1005同样可 以解决了 CMI对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题,增加此计费模块 1005可进一步 实现内容管理设备对内容提供设备上传内容的准确计费。
本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点是提供了一种内容管理设备, 解 决了 CMI对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI 和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题。
本发明提供的第八实施例是提供了一种内容提供设备, 首先应用场景与 实施例 1相同, 在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是所述内容提供设备包括但不限于服务器、 固定终端、 无线 终端等具有数据处理能力以及通信能力的电子设备, 所述通信能力包括但不 限于无线通信和有线通信的各种形式。
如图 11所示, 所述内容提供设备包括如下模块:
上传模块 1101 : 用于向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息; 第一接收模块 1102: 用于接收所述上传模块 1101发送的请求消息的确 认消息;
第二接收模块 1103: 用于接收所述内容管理接口 CMI组件生成的审核 报告消息;
解析发送模块 1104: 用于解析所述审核报告消息并发送所述审核报告消 息的确认消息以使所述 CMI组件根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述 请求消息对应的内容进行相应处理。

所述内容管理设备 1201用于接收所述内容提供设备 1202上传的请求消 息,向所述内容提供设备 1202发送所述请求消息的确认消息,对所述请求消 息进行审核并生成审核报告消息, 将所述审核报告消息发送给所述内容提供 设备 1202, 接收所述内容提供设备 1202发送的所述审核报告消息的确认消 息, 根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进行相应 处理;
所述内容提供设备 1202用于向所述内容管理设备 1201上传请求消息, 接收所述请求消息的确认消息,接收所述内容管理设备 1201生成的审核报告 消息, 解析所述审核报告消息并发送所述审核报告消息的确认消息以使所述 内容管理设备 1201 根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应 的内容进行相应处理。
需要说明的是所述内容提供设备 1202包括内容提供商 CP或终端。
具体流程参见实施例一至实施例七的相关内容。
本实施例当中所提出的方案的主要优点是提供了一种内容管理***, 解 决了 CMI组件对 CP上传的内容进行审核并发送审核报告消息之后, 实现 CMI组件和 CP之间对审核报告消息的协商问题。

1、 一种内容审核的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息;
向所述 CP或终端发送所述请求消息的确认消息;
对所述请求消息进行审核并生成审核报告消息;
将所述审核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端;
接收所述 CP或终端发送的所述审核报告消息的确认消息;
根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进行相应 处理。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息至少包含以下 一种:
内容、 内容的相关信息或内容的相关操作请求;
所述内容包括元数据;
所述内容的相关信息包括审核的内容、审核的关键字、 内容的分类信息、 内容的分级信息、 内容审核的时间、 内容审核的方式、 接收审核报告消息的 方式或内容审核通过后是否立即激活;
所述内容的相关操作请求包括内容的增加、 删除、 修改、 更新、 设置、 分类、 激活、 去激活或审核。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述审核报告 消息的确认消息进行相应处理后还包括:
根据所述相应处理的结果执行计费。
4、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述审核报告 消息的确认消息进行相应处理包括:
若所述审核报告消息的确认消息是接受,则相应处理至少包括以下一种: 加载或激活审核通过的内容、删除审核未通过的内容、对内容进行格式转换、 对内容进行编辑、 对内容进行压缩、 根据审查报告消息对内容分类或根据审 查报告消息对内容进行分级;
若所述审核报告消息的确认消息是不接受, 则保存所述审核报告消息以 用于当接收到所述 CP或终端修改后重新上传的请求消息时, 参考保存的所 述审核报告消息对所述重新上传的请求消息对应内容的修改处进行审核。
5、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息的确认消 息包含审核相关的提示信息。
6、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述审核报告消息包含 会话标识和内容标识, 所述会话标识用于^舌消息之间的关联, 所述内容标 识用于内容之间的关联。
7、 一种内容审核的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息;
接收所述请求消息的确认消息;
接收所述 CMI组件生成的审核报告消息;
解析所述审核报告消息并发送所述审核报告消息的确认消息以使所述 CMI 组件根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进 行相应处理。
8、如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述请求消息至少包含以下 一种:
内容、 内容的相关信息或内容的相关操作请求;
所述内容包括元数据;
所述内容的相关信息包括审核的内容、审核的关键字、 内容的分类信息、 内容的分级信息、 内容审核的时间、 内容审核的方式、 接收审核报告消息的 方式或内容审核通过后内容的激活时间;
所述内容的相关操作请求包括内容的增加、 删除、 修改、 更新、 设置、 分类、 激活、 去激活或审核。
9、 一种内容管理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块: 用于接收内容提供商 CP或终端上传的请求消息;
审核模块: 用于审核所述接收模块接收到的所述内容提供商 CP或终端 上传的请求消息并生成审核报告消息;
审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块: 用于将所述审核模块生成的所述审 核报告消息发送给所述 CP或终端,并接收所述 CP或终端发送的所述审核报 告消息的确认消息;
处理模块: 用于根据所述审核报告消息发送及确认接收模块接收到的所 述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述接收模块接收的所述请求消息对应的内容 进行相应处理。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的内容管理设备, 其特征在于, 所述内容管理设 备还包括:
计费模块: 用于根据所述处理模块的处理结果执行计费。
11、 一种内容提供设备, 其特征在于, 所述内容提供设备包括: 上传模块: 用于向内容管理接口 CMI组件上传请求消息;
第一接收模块: 用于接收所述上传模块发送的请求消息的确认消息; 第二接收模块:用于接收所述内容管理接口 CMI组件生成的审核报告消 解析发送模块: 用于解析所述审核报告消息并发送所述审核报告消息的 确认消息以使所述 CMI组件根据所述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求 消息对应的内容进行相应处理。
12、 一种内容管理***, 包括内容管理设备和至少一个内容提供设备, 其特征在于,
所述内容管理设备用于接收内容提供设备上传的请求消息, 向所述内容 提供设备发送所述请求消息的确认消息, 对所述请求消息进行审核并生成审 核报告消息, 将所述审核报告消息发送给所述内容提供设备, 接收所述内容 提供设备发送的所述审核报告消息的确认消息, 根据所述审核报告消息的确 认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进行相应处理;
所述内容提供设备用于向内容管理设备上传请求消息, 接收所述请求消 息的确认消息, 接收所述内容管理设备生成的审核报告消息, 解析所述审核 报告消息并发送所述审核报告消息的确认消息以使所述内容管理设备根据所 述审核报告消息的确认消息对所述请求消息对应的内容进行相应处理。
