Claims (8)
- 바닥판(10)의 상부에 진입구(21)가 마련된 외피(20)가 형성되어 바닥판(10)과 외피(20) 사이에 수용공간이 형성된 구조로, 상기 바닥판(10)에는 외부공기를 흡기하여 이 흡기된 외부공기를 수용공간으로 토출하는 펌핑부재(30)가 배설된 형태의 강제 통풍구조가 마련된 신발에 있어서,상기 펌핑부재(30)는, 바닥판(10)에 고정하여 설치되는 것으로, 외부공기를 흡입 또는 배기하는 상부 개방형의 본체(31)와; 상기 상부 개방형의 본체(31)의 상부를 폐쇄하는 신축커버(32)를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 바닥판(10)에 상향 돌출된 펌핑부재(30)의 신축커버(32)를 반복적으로 가압 또는 이완함으로써 공기의 흡입 또는 배기가 이루어지고,상기 펌핑부재(30)를 구성하는 본체(31)의 내부에는 지지체(33)가 형성되고 상기 지지체(33)와 상기 신축커버(32)의 저면 사이에는 스프링(34)이 설치되어, 상기 신축커버(32)는 스프링(34)의 복원력에 의해 향상된 신축성을 갖도록 구성되며, 상기 지지체(33)는 외면에 일정높이까지 원형의 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 지지체(33)의 나사산에 맞물리는 체결나사부(39)가 형성되고, 상기 펌핑 부재(30)의 상부에는 높낮이 조절구(35)가 형성되어, 상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 회전에 의해 상기 지지체(33)가 체결나사부(39)를 따라 회전함에 따라 상하 이동하되,상기 지지체의 외면 하부 또는 상기 체결나사부의 상부에는 걸림턱 또는 스토퍼가 형성되어 상기 지지체는 상기 체결나사부를 벗어나지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지지체의 하부에는 형성되어 외면에 수직방향의 나사산이 형성된 웜휠(37)과, 상기 본체의 외부에서 회전시킬 수 있도록 설치되어 상기 웜휠과 맞물리도록 결합되는 웜(38)을 추가로 포함하되,상기 웜휠(37)의 내부에는 상기 지지체와 맞물리는 체결나사부(39)가 형성되고, 상기 체결 나사부(39)의 상부에는 지지체(33)가 웜훨(37)의 상부측으로 벗어나지 않도록 걸림턱, 스토퍼 또는 야마스토퍼(42)가 형성되어,상기 웜(38)을 회전시킴에 따라 상기 웜휠(37)이 회전되고 이에 따라 지지체(33)가 상하이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 내부에 삽입 결합되는 스프링 조절 볼트(44)는 하부의 체결구(45)의 내부나사산(45a)와 나사결합에 의해 결합되며, 상기 지지체의 상부면에는 상기 체결구(45)가 지지체(33)의 내부에 삽입되어 상부로 이탈되지 않도록 체결구 걸림턱이 형성되고,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)는 상기 체결구(45)의 외면에 돌출된 돌출턱(45b)에 끼움결합되어,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 회전에 의해 상기 지지체(33)를 회전시켜 지지체(33)의 높낮이를 조절하고, 상기 스프링 조절볼트(35b)의 회전에 의해 신축커버를 가압시켜 스프링의 강약이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍 구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나사체결부(39)는 본체의 하부 내에 형성되어, 지지체(33)의 나사산(33c)은 상기 나사체결부(39)를 따라 회전하고, 상기 지지체(33)가 상기 체결 나사부(39)를 이탈하지 않도록, 지지체(33)의 외면 하부에 걸림턱, 스토퍼 또는 야마스토퍼(42)가 형성되고,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 내부에 삽입 결합되는 스프링 조절 볼트(44)는 하부의 체결구(45)의 내부나사산(45a)와 나사결합에 의해 결합되며, 상기 지지체의 상부면에는 상기 체결구(45)가 지지체(33)의 내부에 삽입되어 상부로 이탈되지 않도록 체결구 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 높낮이 조절구(35)는 상기 체결구(45)의 외면에 돌출된 돌출턱(45b)에 끼움결합되어,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 회전에 의해 상기 지지체(33)를 회전시켜 지지체(33)의 높낮이를 조절하고, 상기 스프링 조절볼트(35b)의 회전에 의해 신축커버를 가압시켜 스프링의 강약이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍 구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나사체결부(39)는 본체의 하부 내에 형성되어, 지지체(33)의 나사산(33c)은 상기 나사체결부(39)를 따라 회전하고, 상기 체결 나사부(39)의 상부에는 지지체(33)가 체결나사부(39)의 상부측으로 벗어나지 않도록 걸림턱, 스토퍼 또는 야마스토퍼(42)가 형성되며,높낮이 조절구(35)가 삽입되어 걸리도록 중앙에 걸림홈(36a)이 형성된 와셔(36)가 상기 스프링(34) 상에 형성되고,상기 스프링(34)에는 상하의 끝단이 안쪽으로 휘어진 꺽임부(34a)가 형성되는 데, 상부의 꺽임부는 상기 와셔(36)의 하단에 체결되어 고정되고, 하부의 꺽임부는 지지체(33) 상의 스프링 걸림홈(33e)에 체결 고정되며,상기 높낮이 조절구(33)의 하부에는 너트 형상의 체결구(35)가 체결되어,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 회전에 의해, 와셔, 스프링, 볼트, 및 지지체가 함께 회전함에 따라 지지체의 높낮이가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 나사체결부(39)는 본체 내의 하부에 형성되고,상기 높낮이 조절구(35)는 내부에 나사산이 형성되고 외면에 걸림면(35b)이 형성되어, 상기 높낮이 조절구(35)의 내부의 나사산과 볼트 형상의 체결구(45)가 나사결합되며, 상기 높낮이 조절구(35) 외면의 걸림면(35b)이 상기 지지체(33) 내부의 걸림턱(33d)에 걸리도록 구성되며, 상기 지지체의 상부면에는 상기 체결구(45)가 지지체(33)의 내부에 삽입되어 상부로 이탈되지 않도록 체결구 걸림턱이 형성되어,상기 높낮이 조절구의 회전에 의해 상기 지지체를 회전시켜 지지체의 높낮이를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍 구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체내의 펌핑 부재로 외부 공기를 흡입하는 흡입관, 및 상기 펌핑부재에서 신발의 내부쪽으로 배기, 신발내로의 순환, 신발외부로 배출시키는 배기관은반달형 관체로서, 공기의 흐름방향에 따라 개방 또는 폐쇄하는 반달형 판막으로 이루어진 일방향 체크밸브(CV)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍구조를 갖는 신발.
- 제 1항에 있어서,공기를 신발 외부로 배출시키는 배기관은 상기 흡입관과 연통되어,상기 흡입관을 통해 외부공기의 흡입 및 배출이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강제 통풍구조를 갖는 신발.
