Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen elektrischen Energiezähler (14) zur Messung einer von einem Endverbraucher an einem Übergabepunkt (12) zwischen einem elektrischen Energieverteilungsnetz (11) und einem elektrischen Gebäudeverteilungsnetz (13) bezogenen elektrischen Energie mit - einer Messwerterfassungseinrichtung (20), die zur Messung von Strommesswerten und Spannungsmesswerten eingerichtet ist, die an dem Übergabepunkt (12) vorliegende Phasenströme und Phasenspannungen angeben; und - einer Messwertverarbeitungseinrichtung (21), die zur Ermittlung eines Elektroenergiemesswertes aus den Strommesswerten und Spannungsmesswerten eingerichtet ist, der die an dem Übergabepunkt (12) übertragene elektrische Energie angibt. Um die Sicherheit beim Betrieb eines elektrischen Gebäudeverteilungsnetzes zu erhöhen und insbesondere Risiken durch Überlastungen elektrischer Leitungen zu vermindern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Messwertverarbeitungseinrichtung (21) zur Ermittlung eines Oberschwingungsmesswertes eingerichtet ist, der einen Oberschwingungsgehalt der Phasenströme und/oder Phasenspannungen in den elektrischen Leitungen des Gebäudeverteilungsnetzes (13) angibt. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines elektrischen Energiezahlers (14).
