随着网络技术的迅速发展, 因特网的接入技术也在不断的改进, 为了满 足不同用户群的个性化需要, 通信***中出现了一种家庭基站, 家庭基站是 基站的一种, 作为专属自愿被部署在家庭、 团体、 公司或者学校等场所使用, 为一些特定的用户服务。 家庭基站可以设置为只允许某些具有私有网络权限 的用户设备驻留或接入, 同时, 这些用户设备也可以在公网中驻留或接入, 家庭接入 (Home Access )模式是目前正在研究的一种新的接入模式。
家庭接入模式利用家庭基站, 使用许可的频谱, 通过通用的 IP接入网络 将用户设备(User Equipment, 以下简称: UE)接入到移动网络; 其中许可 的频语可以包括多种网络中的频语, 例如, UMTS 陆地无线接入网络(UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network, 以下简称: UTRAN ) ) 、 演进的 UMTS 陆地无线接入网络( E-UTRAN ) 、 码分多址接入( Code DivisionMultiple Access , 以下简称: CDMA ) 网络、 波存取全球互通 ( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, 以下简称: Wimax ) 网络、 无 线局域网络 ( Wireless Local Area Network, 以下简称: WLAN ) 和高速 分组数据(High Rate Packet Data, 以下简称: HRPD)网络等网络中使用 的频谱。
设置在家庭网络中的家庭基站, 在接入 IP网络之前, 一般还需要通过家 庭网关(Home Gate Way,以下简称: Home GW) , 该节点汇集家庭基站, 具有 路由和转发家庭基站和移动网络中的网元之间的信令数据, 回程( backhaul ) 网络(例如数字用户线路)上承载管理、 服务质量(Quality of Service, 以下简称: QoS)和网络地址转换等功能。 从逻辑上, 该设备和家庭基站是不 同的网络实体, 在具体的物理实现上, 可以在同一个物理实体上实现。
家庭基站(Home Nobe B, 以下简称: HNB) 网关(Gate Way, 以下简称: GW) 、 家庭演进基站(Home evolved Node B, 以下简称: HeNB) 网关和家庭 非 3GPP无线接入点网关(Home non-3GPP WAP GW )分别为通过通用的 IP接 入网络, 与 HNB, HeNB和家庭非 3GPP无线接入点网关相连的家庭基站的网关 网元。
移动管理实体的网元包括: E-UTRAN 中的移动管理实体 ( Mobility Management Entity, 以下简称: MME ) 、 GPRS/UMTS中的服务 GPRS支持节点 ( Serving GPRS Supporting Node,以下简称: SGSN )和 non-3GPP网络中包 括多种实现实体的非 3GPP 网关(non-3GPP GW) , 例如, WLAN 中的演进分组 数据网关 ( Evolved Packet Data Gateway, 以下简称: EPDG ) 、 Wimax中接 入业务网络网关 ( Access Service Network Gateway,以下简称: ASN GW) 、 CDMA网络中的接入网关 (Access Gateway, 以下简称: AGW) 以及 HRPD中的 高速分组数据服务网关(HRPD Serving Gateway,以下简称: HSGW) 。

发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现,现有技术至少存在如下的技术问题: 在现有技术的技术方案中, 不能实现对用户设备的寻呼范围进行控制。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的是提供了一种用户设备寻呼方法、 装置和***, 以 实现在设定的寻呼范围内对用户设备进行寻呼。 为实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供了一种用户设备寻呼方法, 包括: 向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据通知消息; 接收所述核心网控制面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息;

图 1为本发明实施例提供的用户设备寻呼方法实施例的流程示意图, 如 图 1所示, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 101、 向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据 通知消息; 本步骤中具体的可以是家庭基站或者家庭基站网关在接收到下行 数据时向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息, 其中若家庭基站接收到 下行数据, 家庭基站发送的下行数据通知消息可以先发送给家庭基站网关, 再由家庭基站网关发送下行数据通知消息给核心网控制面实体; 家庭基站也 可以直接将下行数据通知消息发给核心网控制面实体, 这时, 该消息的 IP包 可以不经过家庭基站网关;该消息的 IP包也可以经过家庭基站网关, 家庭基 站网关透传该消息给核心网控制面实体; 当家庭基站通过家庭基站网关与核 心网控制面实体相连, 而家庭基站直接将下行数据通知发给核心网控制面实 体时, 下行数据通知消息里还可以携带家庭基站连接的家庭基站网关的标识 或地址, 核心网控制面实体可以用该信息确定寻呼消息要发往的家庭基站网 关。 该寻呼范围指示信息可以包括寻呼指示信息, 以及家庭基站或家庭基站 网关确定的寻呼范围。
步骤 102、 接收核心网控制面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息; 上 述的寻呼范围是指需要在哪些基站范围内对用户设备进行寻呼, 可以只将寻 呼消息发送给寻呼范围内的基站, 相应的, 如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 可以确定寻呼消息需要发送的家庭基站网关; 并可以使用用户标识确定寻呼 的用户设备;
区别于步骤 101的方式, 寻呼范围的确定, 也可以是核心网控制面实体 根据自己存储的用户终端上次驻留、发起过业务或进行过位置区(该位置区可 以为路由区和 /或跟踪区)更新的家庭基站或家庭基站网关标识或地址, 这种 情况下, 家庭基站或家庭基站网关发给核心网控制面实体的下行数据通知消 息中的寻呼指示信息不用携带家庭基站或家庭基站网关的标识或地址, 下行 数据通知里也可以不携带寻呼指示信息。 只在家庭基站网关连接的一个家庭 基站中寻呼用户终端, 核心网控制面实体在确定家庭基站网关后, 将携带家 庭基站标识或地址的寻呼消息发往家庭基站网关, 家庭基站网关将寻呼消息 发往相应的家庭基站; 本发明中的其他实施例中核心网控制面实体也可以使 用存储上一次用户终端连接态驻留的家庭基站、 家庭基站网关标识或地址的 方法确定寻呼范围;
步骤 1 03、 在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼, 本 步骤中可以使用户标识确定用户设备。
本实施例通过向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼指示信息的下行数据通 知消息, 接收核心网控制面实体向特定寻呼范围发送的寻呼消息, 能够实现 只对特定的寻呼范围进行用户设备的寻呼。
本发明上述实施例中的寻呼指示信息可以为根据分析下行数据包的源地 址信息、 目的地址、 业务类型、 下行数据来源分组数据网 (Packe t Da ta Ne twork , 以下简称: PDN )的接入点名称( Acces s Po in t Name , 以下简称: APN )、 下行数据来源的数据网关或其他数据描述获取的, 用于指示寻呼可以 作用的范围,例如, 家庭基站或家庭基站网关标识,该标识也可以是 IP地址。 即在上述的步骤 101 中获取所述寻呼指示信息, 根据所述寻呼指示信息确定 寻呼范围,并将其携带在下行数据通知消息中发送给所述核心网控制面实体。 上述的数据描述信息具体可以是指下行数据包是由家庭基站集成的 P-GW或 由核心网的 P-GW路由到家庭基站的。
另外也可以将下行数据包的源地址信息、 目的地址、 数据类型描述、 业 务类型、 下行数据来源 PDN的 APN (还可能包含该 PDN连接的 P-GW的地址或 标识) 、 家庭基站或家庭基站网关标识或地址作为寻呼指示信息发送给核心 网控制面实体, 由核心网控制面实体再接收到下行数据通知消息后, 获取所 述寻呼范围指示消息, 并根据所述寻呼范围指示消息确定寻呼范围。 若网络 中配置了家庭基站网关, 家庭基站接收到下行数据, 家庭基站发送的携带寻 呼指示信息的下行数据通知消息可以直接发给核心网控制面实体, 也可以先 发送给家庭基站网关, 再由家庭基站网关发送下行数据通知消息给核心网控 制面实体。 家庭基站网关发送给核心网控制面实体的寻呼指示信息可以是家 庭基站发送来的原始信息, 也可以是经过家庭基站网关根据家庭基站发送来 的寻呼指示信息重新生成的。 如果家庭基站发来的寻呼指示信息里不包括家 庭基站标识, 家庭基站网关发给核心网控制面实体的寻呼指示信息里还可以 由家庭基站网关加上家庭基站标识。
在上述的步骤 101中, 若因为家庭基站不存储用户上下文, 下行数据通 知消息中没有携带可用的用户标识, 而包括下行数据的目的地址时, 则还可 以包括: 核心网控制面实体或家庭基站网关根据所述目的地址或下行数据通 知消息携带的寻呼指示里的其他信息, 查找、 获取存储的用户设备的上下文 信息, 所述上下文信息包括用户标识。 在获取用户设备的上下文信息失败时, 核心网控制面实体向家庭基站网关或家庭基站发送包括所述目的地址的寻呼 错误消息。
在上述的步骤 102中的寻呼消息包括寻呼范围, 其中寻呼范围可以明确 用家庭基站标识、用户设备的闭合用户群列表信息或用户注册区域信息区分, 也可以是核心网控制面实体发送来的通知寻呼范围隐含描述, 例如, 指示寻 呼消息只发往发送下行数据通知消息的家庭基站, 在寻呼消息中包括上述的 一项或多项即可。
在上述的步骤 102中, 具体可以是家庭基站接收核心网控制面实体根据 所述下行数据通知消息及其携带的寻呼指示信息生成并发送的包括用户标识 的寻呼消息, 这种情况适用于网络中没有家庭基站网关, 家庭基站和核心网 控制面实体直接连接。 如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 家庭基站接收家庭基 站网关发送的包含用户标识的寻呼消息, 寻呼消息可以由核心网控制面实体 根据下行数据通知消息和寻呼指示消息生成并发送给家庭基站网关, 包含寻 呼范围(家庭基站标识)和用户标识, 家庭基站网关只负责向相应基站发送; 该寻呼消息也可以是家庭基站网关根据核心网控制面实体发来的包含寻呼范 围指示的寻呼消息, 自己确定寻呼的基站, 并发送给相应基站的。
在上述的家庭基站网关转发寻呼消息时, 进一步, 具体可以是: 所述家 庭基站网关根据用户注册区域信息和 /或闭合用户群列表信息确定需要进行 寻呼的家庭基站并发送寻呼消息; 或家庭基站网关向家庭基站标识指示的家 庭基站下发寻呼消息; 或所述家庭基站网关向家庭基站网关范围内, 且用户 设备最近处于连接态附着的家庭基站下发寻呼消息。
另外在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼之后, 若在 预设的时间内未接收到用户设备的寻呼响应, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼 范围为用户注册区域, 在用户设备注册区域内的所有基站发送寻呼消息, 巡 回所述用户设备。
另外在上述步骤 103中在寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻 呼之后, 若所述用户设备响应所述寻呼的基站与接收所述下行数据基站不相 同, 则接收到下行数据基站将所述下行数据转发给所述用户设备响应所述寻 呼的基站。
在终端响应寻呼, 核心网控制面实体向基站下发初始化终端承载请求消 息时,核心网控制面实体可以只为用户终端建立部分 PDN连接的承载,该 PDN 连接就是发来下行数据通知的 PDN , 核心网控制面实体根据下行数据通知消 息里寻呼指示消息中携带的 APN确定。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的用户设备寻呼装置实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 用户设备寻呼装置 1 包括第一发送模块 11、 第一接收模块 12 和寻呼发起模块 1 3 , 其中第一发送模块 11用于向核心网控制面实体发送包 括寻呼指示信息的下行数据通知消息;第一接收模块 12用于接收核心网控制 面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息;寻呼发起模块 1 3用于在所述寻呼范 围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼。
本实施例提供的用户设备寻呼装置, 通过发送包括寻呼指示信息的下行 数据通知消息, 并接收核心网控制面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息, 能够有效实现对用户设备寻呼范围的控制。
上述的第一发送模块、 第一接收模块可以设置在家庭基站或者家庭基站 网关中, 对于寻呼发起模块通常设置在家庭基站中。
上述实施例中的第一发送模块分为信息获取单元、 第一确定单元和发送 单元, 其中信息获取单元用于获取寻呼指示信息, 所述寻呼指示信息包括下 行数据包的源地址信息、 下行数据包的目的地址、 下行数据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源 PDN的 APN和下行数据来源的数据网关中的至少一个; 第一确 定单元用于根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围; 发送单元用于将所述寻呼 范围承载在所述寻呼指示信息中发送给所述核心网控制面实体。

本发明实施例还提供了一种用户设备寻呼***, 图 4为本发明实施例提 供的用户设备寻呼***实施例的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 寻呼***包括家 庭基站 31和核心网控制面实体 32 , 其中家庭基站 31用于向核心网控制面实 体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据通知消息, 接收所述核心网控制面 实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息, 并在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应 的用户设备发起寻呼;所述核心网控制面实体 32用于根据下行数据通知消息 生成并发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息。
本实施例提供的用户设备寻呼***, 其中的家庭基站向核心网控制面实 体发送的下行数据通知消息中包括寻呼范围指示信息, 并能根据该寻呼范围 指示信息中的寻呼指示信息确定寻呼的范围, 从而能够实现在一定的范围内 对用户设备进行寻呼, 达到节约***资源, 降低***负荷的效果。
另外用户设备寻呼***还可以进一步包括家庭基站网关 33 , 该家庭基站 网关用于转发家庭基站向核心网用户面控制实体发送的下行数据通知消息, 并在接收到核心网控制面实体下发的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息后, 向寻呼范 围内的家庭基站发送寻呼消息。
并且上述家庭基站网关可以进行寻呼范围的确定,即获取寻呼指示信息, 所述寻呼指示信息包括下行数据包的源地址信息、 下行数据包的目的地址、 下行数据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源 PDN的 APN和下行数据来源的数据网 关中的至少一个;根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围,并将所述寻呼范围承 载在寻呼范围指示信息中发送给所述核心网控制面实体。
本实施例中寻呼范围的确定也可以由家庭基站确定 ,由家庭基站确定时 , 家庭基站获取寻呼范围信息, 该信息包括下行数据包的源地址信息、 下行数 据包的目的地址、 下行数据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源 PDN的 APN和下行 数据来源的数据网关中的至少一个;然后根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范 围 , 并将所述寻呼范围承载在所述寻呼范围指示信息中发送给所述核心网控 制面实体。
在由核心网控制面实体确定时, 核心网控制面实体接收下行数据通知消 息, 获取所述寻呼指示信息, 并根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 所述 寻呼指示信息包括下行数据包的源地址信息、 下行数据包的目的地址、 下行 数据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源 PDN的 APN和下行数据来源的数据网关中 的至少一个。
另外上述的核心网控制面实体还可以用于在预设的时间内未接收到用户 设备的寻呼响应, 向用户设备注册区域内的所有基站发送寻呼消息; 如果用 户设备在接收到下行数据的家庭基站之外的其他基站响应寻呼, 则核心网控 制面实体需要指示家庭基站将下行数据转发至接收到用户设备的寻呼响应的 基站。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的用户设备寻呼方法第一具体实施例的流程示 意图, 本实施例中在家庭基站上集成 S-GW, 用户设备驻留在家庭基站上时, 用户数据全部经过家庭基站上的 S-GW, 当用户设备的下行数据到达家庭基站 时, 家庭基站判断该下行数据是来自移动运营商核心网, 还是来自家庭网络 本地路由, 若来自家庭网络的数据还可以根据数据的源地址区分是来自家庭 网络的其他设备, 还是来自因特网, 如图 5所示, 包括如下的步骤:
步骤 201、 家庭基站向家庭基站网关发送包括寻呼指示信息的下行数据 通知消息。 在***中没有家庭基站网关部署时, 家庭基站可直接向核心网控 制面实体发送下行数据通知消息, 即跳过步骤 202。 本实施例中的***架构 中,家庭基站和核心网控制面实体之间可以具有完整的 S4 (对于 HNB) /S 1 1 (对 于 HeNB )接口。 通过该接口的事务关联上下文, 可以在家庭基站核心网控制 面实体之间确定用户设备。 下行数据通知消息中可以携带用于指示寻呼范围 的寻呼指示消息。
上述的寻呼指示消息可以由家庭基站中的 S-GW根据数据包的源地址、 目 的地址或者下行数据包是从家庭基站还是从核心网的 P-GW发送的,或从下行 数据包对应的 APN (即 PDN连接的标识)等信息获取寻呼范围。 例如, 如果 下行数据包是从家庭基站的 P-GW发送的, 则指示只在家庭基站内寻呼, 这时 寻呼消息指示携带家庭基站标识, 如果从核心网 P-GW发送来的, 则指示在用 户注册区域信息指示范围内的宏基站、 开放和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用 户所属闭合用户群白名单的所有家庭基站里寻呼。 该寻呼指示信息也可以是 该下行数据的源地址和目的地址, 或者是数据类型, APN , 业务类型, 数据来 源 PDN的 APN , 下行数据由核心网 P-GW还是由家庭基站集成的 P-GW发来, 家庭基站标识或地址等。 如果家庭基站通过家庭基站网关连接到核心网控制 面实体, 而家庭基站直接将下行数据通知消息发送给核心网控制面实体, 则 寻呼指示信息还可以包括家庭基站网关的标识或地址, 本发明实施例中都遵 循这样的原则。由家庭基站网关或者核心网控制面实体进行寻呼范围的判断。 另外在家庭基站和核心网控制面实体之间不是完整的 S4 (对于 HNB) / S 1 1 (对 于 HeNB )接口时, 下行数据通知消息中还可以带上用户标识。
可选的, 所述家庭基站根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 将所述寻 呼范围以及所述寻呼指示信息发送给家庭基站网关或核心网控制面实体。 步骤 202、 家庭基站网关向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息通 知有下行数据到达, 在上述消息中可以包括寻呼指示消息、 家庭基站标识、 和用户标识, 则家庭基站网关在向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息 中可以携带这些信息。 如果家庭基站发来的下行数据通知消息中没有携带家 庭基站标识, 则家庭基站网关可以根据与家庭基站的接口上下文判断出该家 庭基站标识, 并在向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息中加上该家庭 基站标识。 如果家庭网关可以决定是否只在该家庭基站发起寻呼, 并且决定 在正常的区域内发起寻呼, 不进行寻呼优化, 则在家庭基站网关发送给核心 网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息中可以不携带寻呼指示消息。
可选的, 所述家庭基站网关根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 将所 述寻呼范围以及所述寻呼指示信息发送给家庭基站网关或核心网控制面实 体。
家庭基站网关在接收到核心网控制面实体发送的下行数据通知响应消息 后, 家庭基站网关给家庭基站发送下行数据通知响应消息, 该消息可以在家 庭基站网关接收到下行数据通知消息后立即发出。
步骤 203、核心网控制面实体生成包括寻呼范围和用户标识的寻呼消息。 在接收到下行数据通知消息后, 查找到存储的该用户的上下文信息, 根据寻 呼指示信息、 家庭基站标识, 用户标识, APN、 网络配置、 运营商策略、 用户 签约的本地路由业务连续性等内容确定寻呼范围。如果寻呼范围为家庭基站, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息只发给发送触发该寻呼的下行数据通知消 息的家庭基站或家庭基站网关。
在核心网控制面实体正确接收到下行数据通知消息时,可以给发送下行 数据通知响应消息;
步骤 204、 如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 核心网控制面实体向 703步骤 中确定的家庭基站网关 (如果下行数据通知消息由家庭基站直接发给核心网 控制面实体, 则根据寻呼指示消息中携带的家庭基站网关标识或地址找到该 家庭基站, 本发明实施例同)发送寻呼消息, 消息中携带用户标识信息。 如 果寻呼范围为家庭基站, 则还可以携带家庭基站标识或携带上该寻呼只发往 下行数据达到的家庭基站的指示信息。 核心网控制面实体也可根据用户上下 文中保存的用户最近附着的家庭基站的标识,还可以包括家庭基站网关标识, 将寻呼消息发往该家庭基站所连接的家庭基站网关。 如果网络中没有部署家 庭基站网关, 则寻呼直接发往家庭基站, 跳过步骤 205。
步骤 205、 家庭基站网关接收到寻呼消息后, 下发寻呼消息至所辖的家 庭基站。 若寻呼消息中携带了家庭基站标识, 家庭基站网关只向家庭基站标 识指示的家庭基站下发寻呼消息。 若寻呼消息中携带该寻呼只发往下行数据 到达的家庭基站的指示, 家庭基站网关根据用户标识和上下文信息确定下行 数据到达的家庭基站, 只将寻呼消息发送至该基站。
步骤 206、 接收到寻呼消息的家庭基站向用户标识对应的用户设备发起 寻呼;
步骤 207、 用户设备在接收到寻呼后发起业务请求 ( SERVICE REQUEST ) , 响应寻呼。 本步骤中若用户设备在一定时间内未响应寻呼, 核心网控制面实体可以发起 PDN链接去激活, 将本地路由的 PDN链接释放 掉。

上述的寻呼指示消息可以由家庭基站中的 S-GW根据数据包的源地址、 目 的地址或者下行数据包是从家庭基站还是从核心网的 P-GW发送的等信息获 取寻呼范围, 其中下行数据包对应着对应的 APN , PDN链接的链接承载标识。 例如, 如果下行数据包是从家庭基站的 P-GW发送的, 则指示只在家庭基站内 寻呼, 如果从核心网 P-GW发送来的, 则指示在用户注册区域信息指示范围内 的宏基站、 开放和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用户所属闭合用户群白名单的 所有家庭基站里寻呼。 该寻呼范围信息可以只是指示该下行数据的源地址和 目的地址, 或者是数据类型, 由家庭基站网关或者核心网控制面实体进行寻 呼范围的判断。 另外在家庭基站和核心网控制面实体之间不是完整的 S4 (对 于 HNB) /S 1 1 (对于 HeNB )接口时,下行数据通知消息中还可以带上用户标识。
可选的, 所述家庭基站根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 将所述寻 呼范围以及所述寻呼指示信息发送给家庭基站网关或核心网控制面实体。
步骤 302、 家庭基站网关向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息通 知有下行数据到达,在上述下行数据通知消息中可以包括上述寻呼指示消息、 家庭基站标识、 和用户标识。 如果家庭基站发来的下行数据通知消息中没有 携带家庭基站标识, 则家庭基站网关可以根据与家庭基站的接口上下文判断 出该家庭基站标识, 并在向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息中加上 该家庭基站标识。 根据不同的实现方案, 如果家庭基站网关可以决定是否只 在该家庭基站发起寻呼, 则在家庭基站网关发送给核心网控制面实体的发送 下行数据通知消息中可以不携带寻呼指示消息。
可选的, 所述家庭基站网关根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 将所 述寻呼范围以及所述寻呼指示信息发送给家庭基站网关或核心网控制面实 体。
另外在核心网控制面实体正确接收到下行数据通知消息时, 可以给家庭 基站网关发送下行数据通知响应消息;
家庭基站网关在接收到核心网控制面实体发送的下行数据通知响应消息 后, 家庭基站网关给家庭基站发送下行数据通知响应消息, 该消息可以在家 庭基站网关接收到下行数据通知消息后立即发出。
步骤 303、 核心网控制面实体在接收到下行数据通知消息后, 根据上述 下行数据的目的地址以及用户设备的标识查找存储的该用户设备的上下文信 息, 寻呼指示信息, 家庭基站标识, 用户标识, 确定寻呼范围。 如果寻呼 范围为家庭基站, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息只发给发送触发该寻 呼的下行数据通知消息的家庭基站或家庭基站网关。
步骤 304、如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 核心网控制面实体向该家庭基 站网关发送寻呼消息, 消息中携带用户标识信息。 如果寻呼范围为家庭基站, 则还应携带家庭基站标识。 核心网控制面实体也可根据用户上下文中保存的 用户最近附着的家庭基站的标识, 还可以包括家庭基站网关标识, 将寻呼消 息发往该家庭基站所连接的家庭基站网关。 如果网络中没有部署家庭基站网 关, 则寻呼直接发往家庭基站, 跳过步骤 305。
步骤 305、 家庭基站网关接收到寻呼消息后, 下发寻呼消息至所辖的 家庭基站。 如果寻呼消息中携带了家庭基站标识, 则家庭基站网关向家庭 基站标识指示的家庭基站下发寻呼消息; 若寻呼消息中携带该寻呼只发往 下行数据到达的家庭基站的指示, 家庭基站网关根据用户标识和上下文信 息确定下行数据到达的家庭基站, 将寻呼消息发送至该基站。
步骤 306、 接收到寻呼消息的家庭基站向用户标识对应的用户设备发起 寻呼。
若在指定的某个家庭基站下发寻呼消息或在家庭基站网关下寻呼所有家 庭基站情况下, 用户设备在一定时间内未响应寻呼, 即核心网控制面实体设 置的计时器到期, 核心网控制面实体可以继而决定在用户注册区域信息指示 范围内的宏基站、 开放和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用户所属闭合用户群白 名单的所有家庭基站里寻呼。 计时器也可设置在家庭基站处, 家庭基站处的 计时器到期后未收到寻呼响应, 家庭基站重新向核心网控制面实体或家庭基 站网关发起下行数据通知消息, 消息中可携可携带寻呼指示信息指示在用户 整个注册区域内寻呼, 或携带未收到用户设备寻呼响应的指示信息, 家庭基 站网关转发下行数据通知消息至核心网控制面实体, 指示核心网实体在用户 注册范围内的所有基站寻呼。 计时器也可设置在家庭基站网关, 该计时器到 期后未收到寻呼响应, 家庭基站网关发起下行数据通知核心网控制面实体, 消息中可携带寻呼指示信息指示其在用户注册区域内进行寻呼。
若用户设备在其他基站下响应寻呼, 核心网管理实体选择新的 S-GW, 更 新核心网侧的 PDN链接路径, 则核心网控制面实体可以通知家庭基站, 指示家 庭基站是否将下行数据转发至用户响应寻呼的家庭基站里的 S-GW或核心网 S-GW。 或者由家庭基站决定丟弃数据或者回应核心网控制面实体决定转发数 据。 在数据转发完成后, 如果本地路由的业务连续性不需要保留, 网络可以 发起本地路由的 PDN链接去激活。 若下行数据来源全部为本地路由, 本地路由 的业务连续性不需要保留, 网络侧也可以决定不转发数据, 网络发起本地路 由的 PDN链接去激活。
步骤 307、 用户设备在接收到寻呼后发起业务请求( SERVICE REQUEST ) , 响应寻呼。

核心网控制面实体可以根据用户设备签约、 APN等网络配置、 数据来源为 核心网数据以及数据类型为紧急等信息确定寻呼范围为用户注册区域;
如果寻呼范围为用户注册区域,则核心网控制面实体确定并生成向用户注 册区域内的宏基站、 家庭基站、 家庭基站网关等设备发送寻呼消息。
步骤 404、 核心网控制面实体向用户注册区域内的宏基站、 家庭基站、 家 庭基站网关等设备发送寻呼消息, 消息中携带用户标识信息;

步骤 502、 家庭基站网关向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息, 如果该下行数据通知消息包括家庭基站标识, 用户标识, 则家庭基站网关 在向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息时可以携带这些信息。 如果 家庭基站发来的下行数据通知消息中没有携带家庭基站标识, 则家庭基站 网关可以根据与家庭基站的接口上下文判断出该家庭基站标识, 并在向核 心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息中加上该家庭基站标识。
另外在核心网控制面实体正确接收到下行数据通知消息时, 可以给家庭 基站网关发送下行数据通知响应消息;
家庭基站网关在接收到核心网控制面实体发送的下行数据通知响应消息 后, 家庭基站网关给家庭基站发送下行数据通知响应消息, 该消息可以在家 庭基站网关接收到下行数据通知消息后立即发出。
步骤 503、 核心网控制面实体接收到下行数据通知消息后, 根据家庭基 站标识, 用户标识, 找到存储的该用户设备的上下文信息, 确定寻呼范围。 如果寻呼范围为家庭基站, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息只发给发 送触发该寻呼的下行数据通知的家庭基站或家庭基站网关, 核心网控制面实 体生成携带用户标识信息的寻呼消息。
可选的, 步骤 504、 如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 核心网控制面实体向 该家庭基站网关发送寻呼消息, 消息中携带用户标识信息。 如果寻呼范围为 家庭基站, 则还应携带家庭基站标识。 核心网控制面实体也可根据用户上下 文中保存的用户最近附着的家庭基站的标识,还可以包括家庭基站网关标识, 将寻呼消息发往该家庭基站所连接的家庭基站网关。 如果网络中没有部署家 庭基站网关, 则寻呼直接发往家庭基站, 跳过 505。
步骤 505、家庭基站网关接收到寻呼消息后,下发寻呼至所辖的家庭基站。 若寻呼消息中携带了家庭基站标识, 家庭基站网关只向该家庭基站标识指示 的家庭基站下发寻呼消息。
步骤 506、 接收到寻呼消息的家庭基站发起寻呼。
步骤 507、 用户设备收到寻呼后发起业务请求(SERVICE REQUEST) , 响应 寻呼。
若用户在一定时间内未响应寻呼,核心网控制面实体可以发起 PDN链接去 激活, 将本地路由的 PDN链接译放掉。
另外在上述实施例中的步骤 506 中若在指定的某个家庭基站下寻呼或 在家庭基站网关下寻呼所有家庭基站情况下, 用户在一定时间内未响应寻 呼。 核心网控制面实体可以继而决定在用户注册区域信息指示范围内的宏 基站、 开放和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用户所属闭合用户群白名单的所有 家庭基站里寻呼。
若用户响应寻呼时所在的基站不是接收上述下行数据的家庭基站, 则核 心网控制面实体可以通知该接收上述下行数据的家庭基站, 指示该家庭基站 将数据转发至用户响应寻呼的基站。 或者由家庭基站决定丟弃数据或者回应 核心网控制面实体决定转发数据, 在数据转发完成后, 网络发起本地路由的
PDN链接去激活, 核心网数据承载的 PDN链接继续使用核心网侧的 S-GW。 网络 侧也可以决定不转发数据, 网络发起本地路由的 PDN链接去激活, 核心网数据 承载的 PDN链接继续使用核心网侧的 S-GW/ SGSN。
图 9为本发明实施例提供的用户设备寻呼方法第五具体实施例的流程示 意图, 本实施例中在家庭基站和核心网中均设置 S-GW (对 UMTS 家庭基站来 说对应的核心网控制面实体为 SGSN,若 UMIS家庭基站接入 LTE核心网, UMTS 家庭基站处的控制面实体为 S-GW ) , 当用户设备驻留在家庭基站上时, 本地 路由的用户数据经过家庭基站上的 S-GW/SGSN , 核心网数据经过核心网侧的 S-GW/SGSN , 本实施例中, 用户下行数据到达家庭基站, 家庭基站获知该数据 来自家庭网络本地路由, 可以根据数据的源地址区分是来自家庭网络上的其 他设备还是来自因特网, 如图 9所示, 包括如下步骤:

步骤 603、 核心网控制面实体接收到下行数据通知消息后, 根据家庭 基站标识, 用户标识, 找到存储的该用户的上下文信息, 确定寻呼范围。
核心网控制面实体可以根据用户签约、 APN等网络配置、 数据来源为核心 网数据以及数据类型为紧急等信息确定寻呼范围为用户注册区域。
如果寻呼范围为用户注册区域,则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息发给用 户注册区域内的宏基站、 家庭基站、 家庭基站网关等设备, 则生成向用户注 册区域发送的寻呼消息。
步骤 604、 核心网控制面实体向用户注册区域内的宏基站、 家庭基站、 家 庭基站网关等设备发送寻呼消息, 消息中携带用户标识信息。
步骤 605、 家庭基站网关接收到寻呼消息后, 下发寻呼至所辖的所有家庭 基站。
步骤 606、 接收到寻呼消息的家庭基站发起寻呼, 同样的, 接收到寻呼消 息的宏基站也发起寻呼;
步骤 607、 用户收到寻呼后发起业务请求(SERVICE REQUEST) , 响应寻呼。 若用户在下行数据到达的家庭基站响应寻呼,则核心网控制面节点通知家 庭将緩存的下行数据下发给该用户。
若用户设备在其它基站响应寻呼, 则核心网控制面实体可以通知家庭基 站, 指示家庭基站将数据转发至用户响应寻呼的基站。 或者由家庭基站根据 緩存的数据来源或承载 QoS决定丟弃数据或者回应核心网控制面实体决定转 发数据。
图 10 为本发明实施例提供的用户设备寻呼方法第六具体实施例的流程 示意图, 本实施例中在家庭基站上没有集成 S-GW, 用户设备驻留在家庭基站 上时, 用户数据全部经过家庭基站上集成的 P-GW直接发给家庭基站, 当用户 设备的下行数据到达家庭基站 P-GW时, 家庭基站 P-GW将数据发给核心网的 S-GW。 核心网 S-GW根据下行数据发来的 P-GW、 连接端口等判断下行数据是 来自移动运营商核心网, 还是来自家庭网络本地路由, 若来自家庭网络的数 据还可以根据数据的源地址区分是来自家庭网络的其他设备, 还是来自因特 网。 核心网 S-GW可以根据下行数据源, 判断是否向核心网控制面实体发送下 行数据通知。在核心网 S-GW向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知中可以携 带 S-GW生成的寻呼指示信息。 核心网控制面实体根据寻呼指示信息, 用户签 约, 运营商配置, APN等决定是否向家庭基站或家庭基站网关发送寻呼消息, 如图 10所示, 包括如下的步骤:
步骤 701、 家庭基站向核心网 S-GW发送下行数据。 本实施例中的***架 构中, 家庭基站和核心网控制面实体之间可以具有完整的 S5接口。 通过该接 口的事务关联上下文, 可以在家庭基站和核心网控制面实体之间确定用户设 备。 家庭基站上集成的 P-GW发送给 S-GW下行数据的同时或在发送所述数据 之前或在发送所述数据之后, 可以携带用于指示寻呼范围的寻呼指示消息, 该寻呼指示可以携带家庭基站标识或地址, 如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 则还可以携带家庭网关标识或地址。
上述的寻呼指示消息可以由家庭基站中的 P-GW根据数据包的源地址、 目 的地址或从下行数据包对应的 APN (即 PDN连接的标识)等信息获取寻呼范 围。 在家庭基站和核心网 S-GW之间不是完整的 S5接口时, 发送下行数据的 同时还可以带上用户标识。
可选的, 所述家庭基站根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 将所述寻 呼范围以及所述寻呼指示信息发送给家庭基站网关或核心网控制面实体。
步骤 702、 核心网 S-GW向核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知消息通知 有下行数据到达, 在上述消息中可以包括寻呼指示消息、 用户标识。
可以由核心网的 S-GW根据上述寻呼指示消息中包括的数据包的源地址、 目的地址或者下行数据包是从家庭基站还是从核心网的 P-GW发送的, 或从下 行数据包对应的 APN (即 PDN连接的标识)等信息获取寻呼范围。 例如, 如果 下行数据包是从家庭基站的 P-GW发送的, 则指示只在用户注册区域的, 开放 和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用户所属闭合用户群白名单的所有家庭基站里 寻呼。 如果从核心网 P-GW发送来的, 则指示在用户注册区域信息指示范围内 的宏基站、 开放和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用户所属闭合用户群白名单的 所有家庭基站里寻呼。 该寻呼指示信息也可以包括该下行数据的源地址和目 的地址, 数据类型, APN, 业务类型, 数据发送来 PDN的 APN, 下行数据由核心 网 P-GW还是由家庭基站集成的 P-GW发来中的至少一个。 如果家庭基站通过家 庭基站网关连接到核心网控制面实体,而家庭基站将家庭基站的标识或地址, 或家庭基站网关的标识或地址发给核心网 S-GW, 则寻呼指示信息还应包括家 庭基站的标识或地址, 或家庭基站网关的标识或地址。 核心网 S-GW还可以从 IP链路, 获得家庭基站或家庭基站网关的地址。 这些都可以作为寻呼指示信 息发给核心网控制面实体。
核心网控制面实体发送下行数据通知响应消息给核心网 S-GW。
步骤 703、核心网控制面实体生成包括寻呼范围和用户标识的寻呼消息。 在接收到下行数据通知消息后, 查找到存储的该用户的上下文信息, 根据该 寻呼指示信息、 家庭基站标识, 用户标识, APN、 网络配置、 运营商策略、 用 户签约的本地路由业务连续性中的至少一个作为寻呼范围指示确定寻呼范 围。
如果寻呼范围为家庭基站, 网络中没有部署家庭基站网关, 且核心网控 制面实体从 S-GW获得家庭基站标识或地址, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消 息可以只发给发送触发该寻呼的下行数据通知消息的家庭基站。 如果寻呼范 围为家庭基站, 网络中部署家庭基站网关, 且核心网控制面实体从 S-GW获得 家庭基站网关标识或地址, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息可以只发给发 送触发该寻呼的下行数据通知消息的家庭基站网关。 如果寻呼范围为家庭基 站, 网络中部署家庭基站网关, 且核心网控制面实体从 S-GW获得家庭基站和 家庭基站网关标识或地址, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息可以只发给发 送触发该寻呼的下行数据通知消息的家庭基站网关, 该下行数据通知消息携 带家庭基站标识或地址。 如果寻呼范围为家庭基站, 网络中部署家庭基站网 关, 且核心网控制面实体从 S-GW没有获得家庭基站和家庭基站网关标识或地 址, 则核心网控制面实体确定寻呼消息发给用户注册区域中的开放和混合接 入模式的家庭基站和用户所属闭合用户群白名单的所有家庭基站里寻呼。
步骤 704、 如果网络中部署家庭基站网关, 核心网控制面实体向步骤 703 中确定的家庭基站网关 (如果下行数据通知消息由家庭基站直接发给核心网 控制面实体, 则根据寻呼指示消息中携带的家庭基站网关标识或地址找到该 家庭基站)发送寻呼消息, 消息中携带用户标识信息。 如果寻呼范围为家庭 基站, 但没有具体的家庭基站标识或地址, 则还可以携带用户注册区域列表, 用户所属闭合用户群白名单, 并指示在上述区域里所有开放和混合接入模式 的家庭基站里寻呼。 核心网控制面实体也可根据用户上下文中保存的用户最 近附着的家庭基站的标识, 还可以包括家庭基站网关标识, 将寻呼消息发往 该家庭基站所连接的家庭基站网关。 如果网络中没有部署家庭基站网关, 则 寻呼直接发往家庭基站, 跳过步骤 705。
步骤 705、 家庭基站网关接收到寻呼消息后, 下发寻呼消息至所辖的家 庭基站。 若寻呼消息中携带了家庭基站标识, 家庭基站网关只向家庭基站标 识指示的家庭基站下发寻呼消息。 若寻呼消息中携带该寻呼只发往下行数据 到达的家庭基站的指示, 家庭基站网关根据用户标识和上下文信息确定下行 数据到达的家庭基站, 只将寻呼消息发送至该基站。
步骤 706、 接收到寻呼消息的家庭基站向用户标识对应的用户设备发起 寻呼;
步骤 707、 用户设备在接收到寻呼后发起业务请求(SERVICE REQUEST ) , 响应寻呼。 本步骤中若用户设备在一定时间内未响应寻呼, 核心网控制面实 体可以发起 PDN链接去激活, 将本地路由的 PDN链接释放掉。
如果用户签约, 运营商策略或配置, 用户数据发送的 PDN连接支持本地路 由的业务连续性, 并且在指定的某个家庭基站下发寻呼消息或在家庭基站网 关下寻呼所有家庭基站情况下, 用户设备在一定时间内未响应寻呼, 即核心 网控制面实体设置的计时器到期, 核心网控制面实体可以继而决定在用户注 册区域信息指示范围内的宏基站、 开放和混合接入模式的家庭基站和用户所 属闭合用户群白名单的所有家庭基站里寻呼。计时器也可设置在家庭基站处 , 家庭基站处的计时器到期后未收到寻呼响应, 家庭基站重新向核心网控制面 实体或家庭基站网关发起下行数据通知消息, 消息中可携可携带寻呼指示信 息指示在用户整个注册区域内寻呼, 或携带未收到用户设备寻呼响应的指示 信息, 家庭基站网关转发下行数据通知消息至核心网控制面实体, 指示核心 网实体在用户注册范围内的所有基站寻呼。计时器也可设置在家庭基站网关, 该计时器到期后未收到寻呼响应, 家庭基站网关发起下行数据通知核心网控 制面实体, 消息中可携带寻呼指示信息指示其在用户注册区域内进行寻呼。
在上述的几个具体实施例中, ***中设置了家庭基站网关, 但一些家庭 基站和核心网控制面实体的交互消息可以是通过 IP路由直接发给控制面实 体的或家庭基站的, 也可以是通过家庭基站网关直接路由的, 这时, 家庭基 站网关并不对这些消息做处理。 另外, 在 LTE***中, 家庭基站网关是可选 的, 即可存在没有家庭基站网关的情况, 此时家庭基站和核心网控制面实体 直接连接, 相互进行各种消息的传输和处理, 具体的流程和上述的各个具体 实施例类似。 本发明实施例在家庭基站网关中建立用户设备的 IP地址、 用户 标识、 用户注册区域信息、 和用户的闭合用户群列表信息的方法包括:
家庭基站网关在本地路由数据时需要做网络地址转换(NAT )处理, 此时 记录用户 IP地址和家庭基站网关地址端口的对应关系。
当建立核心网控制面实体和家庭基站网关的用户面连接时, 核心网控制 面实体接收用户标识、 用户注册区域信息 (TAI l i s t ) , 用户的闭合用户群 列表信息 (CSG l i s t ) 。 在当核心网控制面实体触发译放链接时, 家庭基站 网关保存用户的上述信息, 或者, 在当核心网控制面实体触发译放链接时, 家庭基站网关保持与核心网控制面实体的信令链接, 仅译放家庭基站网关与 家庭基站之间的链接。
另外以上的方法同样适用于家庭基站建立用户上下文的情况。 当家庭基 站激活本地交换时, 核心网控制面实体将用户标识等信息发送给家庭基站网 关, 家庭基站网关将上述信息发送给家庭基站。 用户标识可以是永久标识 ( IMSI )或临时标识 ( S-TMS I, GUTI )。 若核心网控制面实体通知家庭基站网 关的是 IMSI , 则可以只在第一次建立该用户的 S1连接消息时发送该参数。 若通知家庭基站网关的是 S-TMSI 或 GUTI , 则可以每次在该消息中携带该参 数, 也可以在参数改变时才在该消息中携带该参数。
本领域技术人员应当理解,本发明实施例中的方法也可以应用于在宏基站 的场景下确定寻呼范围, 在宏基站的场景下所做出的相应的改变都应为对本 发明的部分技术特征进行相应的等同替换。
本发明实施例提供的用户设备寻呼方法、 装置和***, 通过向核心网控 制面实体发送包括寻呼指示信息的下行数据通知消息, 能够实现核心网控制 面实体控制在一定的寻呼范围进行用户设备的寻呼。从而能够节约***资源, 降低***负荷。 本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案的全部或部分可以通过程序指令相关 的硬件来完成, 所述程序可以存储在可读取的存储介质中, 该存储介质包括:
ROM, RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据通知消息; 接收所述核心网控制面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息;
在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼范 围指示信息包括寻呼指示信息, 所述寻呼指示信息包括下行数据包的源地址 信息、 下行数据包的目的地址、 下行数据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源分组 数据网 PDN的接入点名称 APN和下行数据来源的数据网关中的至少一个; 则所述向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼指示信息的下行数据通知消息 具体包括:
获取所述寻呼指示信息, 根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围, 将所述 寻呼范围承载在寻呼范围指示信息中发送给所述核心网控制面实体。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼范 围指示信息包括寻呼指示信息, 所述寻呼指示信息包括下行数据包的源地址 信息、 下行数据包的目的地址、 下行数据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源分组 数据网 PDN的接入点名称 APN和下行数据来源的数据网关中的至少一个; 则所述方法还包括:
所述核心网控制面实体接收所述下行数据通知消息, 获取所述寻呼指示 信息, 根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述根 据寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围具体包括:
根据所述寻呼指示信息判断所述下行数据来自于家庭基站或核心网; 若所述下行数据来自于家庭基站 ,则确定所述寻呼范围为所述家庭基站; 或若所述下行数据来自于核心网, 则确定所述寻呼范围为用户注册区域。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进 一步包括:
所述寻呼指示信息包括家庭基站的家庭基站标识或家庭基站网关标识, 则根据所述家庭基站标识或家庭基站网关标识确定所述寻呼范围为所述家庭 基站; 或
获取用户设备的上下文信息, 根据所述上下文信息确定所述用户设备附 着过的家庭基站的家庭基站标识, 根据所述家庭基站标识确定所述寻呼范围 为所述家庭基站。
6、 根据权利要求 1-3任一所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼之后,
若在预设的时间内未接收到用户设备的寻呼响应, 则核心网控制面实体 确定所述寻呼范围为用户注册区域, 在所述用户注册区域内寻呼所述用户设 备。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 在所述寻呼 范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼之后,
若所述用户设备响应所述寻呼的基站与接收所述下行数据基站不相同, 则接收所述下行数据基站将所述下行数据转发给所述用户设备响应所述寻呼 的基站。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的用户设备寻呼方法, 其特征在于, 所述向核心 网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据通知消息进一步包括: 家庭基站接收用户设备的下行数据;
核心网 S-GW向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数 据通知消息;
在向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据通知消息 的同时或在发送所述消息之前或在发送所述消息之后, 所述接收到下行数据 的家庭基站向所述核心网 S-GW发送所述下行数据。
9、 一种用户设备寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一发送模块, 用于向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息的 下行数据通知消息;
第一接收模块, 用于接收所述核心网控制面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的 寻呼消息;
寻呼发起模块, 用于在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起 寻呼。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户设备寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一 发送模块包括:
信息获取单元, 用于获取寻呼范围指示信息中的寻呼指示信息, 所述寻 呼指示信息包括下行数据包的源地址信息、 下行数据包的目的地址、 下行数 据包的业务类型、 下行数据来源分组数据网 PDN的接入点名称 APN和下行数 据来源的数据网关中的至少一个;
第一确定单元, 用于根据所述寻呼指示信息确定寻呼范围;
发送单元, 用于将所述寻呼范围承载在所述寻呼范围指示信息中发送给 所述核心网控制面实体。
11、 一种用户设备寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第二接收模块, 用于接收包括寻呼范围指示信息的下行数据通知消息; 寻呼消息生成模块 , 用于根据所述寻呼范围指示信息生成包括寻呼范围 的寻呼消息;
第二发送模块, 用于向家庭基站发送所述包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的用户设备寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼 消息生成模块包括:
获取单元, 用于获取下行数据通知消息中的寻呼范围指示信息; 第二确定单元, 用于根据所述寻呼指示信息确定所述下行数据来自家庭 基站或核心网,并生成寻呼范围为所述家庭基站或用户注册区域的寻呼消息, 将所述寻呼消息发送给所述第二发送模块。
1 3、 根据权利要求 12所述的用户设备寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 所述寻呼 消息生成模块还包括:
第三确定单元, 用于在所述第二确定单元确定所述下行数据来自家庭基 站时, 根据所述寻呼范围指示信息中包括的寻呼指示信息所指示的家庭基站 的家庭基站标识或家庭基站网关标识确定所述寻呼范围为所述家庭基站, 或 根据用户设备的上下文信息确定所述用户设备附着的或附着过的家庭基站的 家庭基站标识, 根据所述家庭基站标识确定所述寻呼范围为所述家庭基站, 将包括所述寻呼范围的寻呼消息发送给所述第二发送模块; 或
所述第三确定单元, 还用于在所述第二确定单元确定在所述下行数据来 自核心网时, 确定所述寻呼范围为用户注册区域, 将包括所述寻呼范围的寻 呼消息发送给所述第二发送模块。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的用户设备寻呼装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 寻呼恢复模块, 用于在寻呼发起模块在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应 的用户设备发起寻呼后, 若在预设的时间内未接收到用户设备的寻呼响应, 则确定所述寻呼范围为用户注册区域, 并在所述用户注册区域内寻呼所述用 户设备。
15、 一种用户设备寻呼***, 其特征在于, 包括家庭基站和核心网控制 面实体, 所述家庭基站用于向核心网控制面实体发送包括寻呼范围指示信息 的下行数据通知消息, 接收所述核心网控制面实体发送的包括寻呼范围的寻 呼消息, 并在所述寻呼范围内向用户标识对应的用户设备发起寻呼; 所述核 心网控制面实体用于根据所述下行数据通知消息生成包括寻呼范围的寻呼消 息并发送给所述家庭基站。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的用户设备寻呼***, 其特征在于, 所述*** 还包括家庭基站网关, 所述家庭基站网关用于转发所述家庭基站向所述核心 网用户面控制实体发送的下行数据通知消息, 并在接收到核心网控制面实体 下发的包括寻呼范围的寻呼消息后,向寻呼范围内的家庭基站发送寻呼消息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的用户设备寻呼***, 其特征在于, 所述家庭 基站网关还用于获取来自于所述家庭基站的寻呼范围指示信息根据所述寻呼 范围指示信息确定寻呼范围, 并将所述寻呼范围承载在寻呼范围指示信息中 发送给所述核心网控制面实体。
