以 eMBMS为例, 3GPP定义的多媒体广播组播业务模式的网络架构如 图 1所示。 其中广播组播业务中心( Broadcast Multicast - Service Centre, 筒 称为 BM-SC )是业务数据的发源地, 所有数据从 BM-SC向其他网络节点 发送。 MBMS网关 ( MBMS GW )是移动通信核心网的业务数据的网关, 负责所有从业务网元发送来的 MBMS数据的接收, 并进而转发到后续的网 络节点, 我们按照网络图的上下位置, 称为转发到下行节点。
为了建立整个业务的通道, 在数据发送前夕, 需要从业务源发送相关 的信令, 到下行通道的各个节点, 以告知各个节点该业务的会话标识, 标 识该业务的组播地址信息, 各个下行节点的地址, 服务质量 (Quality of Service, 筒称为 QoS ), 发起时间, 业务区域等等信息。 这个信令目前定义 为 MBMS会话开始信令。 业务结束时的信令为 MBMS会话结束信令, 以 释放通道。
这些信令中的信息是在 BM-SC (或其网管***)中配置的。 BM-SC在 发送信令时, 获取这些信息, 组成会话信令的参数。
关于会话开始和会话结束信令的定义, 参见图 2和图 3。
图 2和图 3中均以 eMBMS为例, 描述会话开始和会话结束消息的发 送方法。
如图 2所示, 为现有的 eMBMS会话开始消息流程, 包括如下步骤: 步骤 201 , BM-SC发送 MBMS会话开始请求消息给各个 MBMS GW; 所述 MBMS会话开始请求消息可以携带会话类参数以及地址类参数。 其中, 会话类参数包括: QoS、 MBMS 业务区域列表、 MBMS 会话标识 ( MBMS Session identifier )、预计会话持续时间 ( estimated session duration ) 以及目的网络标识(MBMS xG indicator )等信息; 地址类参数包括: 下行 节点地址列表(包括 MBMS GW的地址,以及 MBMS GW的下行节点列表 ) 等;
步骤 202 , MBMS GW保存消息中的参数信息, 并回复会话开始响应 消息给 BM-SC;
步骤 203 , MBMS GW发送 MBMS会话开始请求消息给 MME;

多媒体广播组播业务的发放是有一定的区域的范围限制的, 通过业务 区域( Service Area, 筒称 SA ) 的概念来表示。 每个 SA由一系列的业务区 域标识 ( SA ID )来表示,每个 SA ID则定义了一系列的无线小区 ( cell ID ), 因此具体的一个 S A的位置范围实质上对应到无线小区。一个多媒体广播组 播业务可以有一个或多个 SA来定义范围。
因为 SA的限定, 多媒体广播组播业务的从业务源到无线接入设备 (如 基站)的下行通道也是基本确定的。 因此, 对于一个 SA而言, 各个下行节 点的地址也是确定的。 需要说明的是, 考虑到无线接入设备数量巨大, 作 为信令把如此多的下行节点地址都发送下来, 对于信令来说, 是不堪重负 的。 因此, 最后一级的下行节点地址, 不是无线接入设备, 而是保留到了 无线接入设备的上一级。 上一级采用群发的方式, 将会话信令发送到相连 的所有无线接入设备, 如果该接入设备不属于此 SA, 则返回出错消息, 如 果属于此 SA, 则返回成功建立通道的消息。
SA的区域范围一般是在无线接入设备中配置的, 即该无线设备的哪些 小区属于哪个 SA,无线接入设备通过配置来完成。 BM-SC不需要知道一个 业务具体要播放在哪个小区, 只需要知道对应的 SA或 SA列表(SA list ) 即可, 因此 BM-SC需要针对每个业务, 配置其对应的 SA。 同样, 也要配 置所有的下行节点地址列表。
在 E-UTRAN引入以后,无线接入技术多了一种类型。不同的无线接入 技术类型, 意味着不同的无线传输质量, 从而也带来不同业务传输能力和 用户感受。 相对于 UTRAN 及更早的无线接入技术网络 GERAN ( GRPS\EDGE Radio Access Network )而言, E-UTRAN有更高的带宽和数 据传输稳定性, 适应更高的移动速度; 在建设初期, 可用于热点地区以緩 解网络拥塞之用。 这样, 不同的无线接入技术可能对应不同的多媒体广播 组播业务, 或者同一种业务, 实现不同的业务效果。 由此带来的问题是, 无线接入技术能否作为一种计费区分的选项?
以往 GPRS的 MBMS计费分为内容计费和承载计费。在承载计费一侧, 目前的计费向量主要是各业务的时间和流量, 计费单元主要在 BM-SC, 即 业务源。 服务通用分组无线业务支持结点( Serving GPRS Support Node, 筒 称为 SGSN )和网关 GPRS支持结点 (Gateway GPRS Support Node, 筒称 为 GGSN )也完成一部分计费向量的收集。 基于网络协议(IP )组播协议的 eMBMS , 分为广播和增强型广播两种 模式, 没有针对用户的组播模式。 数据通道的建立 (即承载的建立)采用 IP组播协议。 eMBMS引入逻辑实体 MBMS GW, 且它可以独立存在或者 部署在 MB-SC或和服务网关 ( Serving Gateway, 筒称为 SGW ) /分组数据 网关( Packet Data Network Gateway, 筒称为 PGW )联合部署。 承载计费主 要在移动核心网网元如 MBMS GW上完成, MBMS GW在收到相关的计费 触发事件(如 MBMS会话开始响应消息, 或时间隔段消息)时, 向计费网 关相关实体, 如: CDF发送包含业务类型、 业务标识、 业务区域、 时间、 流量等信息的计费请求消息。
相应于 eMBMS 网络架构的变化, 计费方面在内容一侧的变化基本不 大, 可是对应承载一侧的计费伴随着网络架构的变化有较大变动。 现有技 术存在的问题是: 当前的 MBMS业务可以发送给 UTR AN和 E-UTR AN等 不同的无线接入技术类型 (Radio access Technique Type, RAT Type ), 不同 无线接入技术类型可以对 MBMS业务提供不同的接入能力,因此使 MBMS 业务可以因无线接入技术类型的不同而有不同的效果, 甚至有些 MBMS业 务只能在更高接入能力的无线接入技术类型下接入, 这样就对业务的应用 以及计费 (包括对用户, 以及对业务提供商计费)产生了针对无线接入技 术类型的区分的需求。 但是目前的 MBMS计费和应用方案中并没有提出针 对无线接入技术类型进行区分的方法。 此外, 无线接入技术及其与相关业 务区域和下行节点相对应的关系, 也没有在相关技术规范中描述。
E-UTRAN的引入也让小区有了变化。 E-UTRAN的小区与 UTRAN的 小区在编号上有所不同。这让业务区域 SA有了 UTRAN和 E-UTRAN的属 性。 即 SA所包含的小区列表属于 UTRAN还是 E-UTRAN还是两者都有, 可以确定 SA的无线接入技术的属性。 目前在 SA的配置方面, 并没有关于 其无线接入属性的配置。 发明内容

本发明中, 在多媒体广播组播业务会话信令及 BM-SC向 CDF发送的 计费消息中增加接入信息, 所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型, 以 此作为计费的依据, 可以为通信运营商提供区分无线接入技术类型的计费 方式, 对应不同无线接入技术类型下的 MBMS业务区域采用不同的费率, 可进一步精细化计费。
本发明提供一种多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS中获取接入信息的方法, 包括: eMBMS 会话过程中, 广播组播业务中心 BM-SC设置一个或多个 MBMS会话信令中携带接入信息,并将所述 MBMS会话信令发送给其业务 区域的 MBMS GW; 所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息。
所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务区 域信息。
所述接入信息还包括所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。 其中, BM-SC设置 MBMS会话开始请求消息中携带接入信息,并将所 述 MBMS会话开始请求消息发送给其业务区域的 MBMS GW; 若 MBMS GW激活计费数据记录 CDR数据采集功能,则 MBMS GW设置开始计费请 求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述开始计费请求消息发送给计费数据 功能 CDF。
BM-SC设置 MBMS 会话结束请求消息中携带接入信息, 并将所述 MBMS会话结束请求消息发送给其业务区域的 MBMS GW;
若 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, 则 MBMS GW设置结束计费 请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述结束计费请求消息发送给 CDF。
具体来说, 如果一个多媒体广播组播业务覆盖了多种无线接入技术的 设备, 则需要在多媒体广播组播业务会话信令中携带所有无线接入技术类 型。
会话信令中携带的无线接入技术类型, 可以跟随多个与其相对应的业 务区域; 每个业务区域也可以有多个下行节点相对应。
通过给 SA配置无线接入技术类型属性, 从而使会话信令中选择 SA的 同时, 也就选择了该业务的无线接入技术类型。
本发明还提供了一种多媒体广播组播业务中计费的方法, 包括: eMBMS会话开始后, BM-SC设置计费请求消息中携带接入信息, 并 将所述计费请求消息发送给 CDF;
CDF针对所述 BM-SC产生本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息, 所述计 费记录信息中包含所述接入信息;
所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息。
所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务区 域信息; 所述接入信息还可进一步包括所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。
若 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, 在 eMBMS会话开始后, MBMS GW设置开始计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述开始计 费请求消息发送给 CDF; 所述 CDF针对所述 MBMS GW产生本次 MBMS 会话的计费记录信息, 其中包含所述接入信息。
eMBMS会话结束时, BM-SC设置结束计费请求消息中携带接入信息, 并将所述结束计费请求消息发送给 CDF; CDF结束记录针对所述 BM-SC 的本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息, 生成针对所述 BM-SC的本次 MBMS 会话的话单, 其中包含所述接入信息。
若 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, 在 eMBMS会话结束时, MBMS GW设置结束计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述结束计 费请求消息发送给 CDF; CDF结束记录针对所述 MBMS GW的本次 MBMS 会话的计费记录信息, 生成针对所述 MBMS GW的本次 MBMS会话的话 单, 其中包含所述接入信息。
对计费而言,本发明提出 BM-SC发送计费消息给 CDF,其中携带接入 信息, 以及, CDF针对所述 BM-SC产生的计费记录信息 (即: BM-SC的 CDR ) 中也包含所述接入信息。
如果 MBMS GW的 CDR数据采集功能被激活,发送计费消息给 CDF, 其中也携带接入信息, 以及, CDF针对所述 MBMS GW产生的计费记录信 息中也包含所述接入信息。
所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息, 可以是: 仅无线接入 技术类型信息, 或者, 无线接入技术类型信息和其对应的 MBMS业务区域 信息, 或者, 无线接入技术类型信息和其对应的 MBMS业务区域信息以及 所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。
本发明中提出的无线接入技术类型信息遵循 3GPP标准组织定义的类 型和具体值。 但也可以不局限于此, 在其他无线移动网络的应用中, 使用 其他的类型和对应值。 下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明建立及结束会话流程、 计费流程 进行详细说明。
实施例一: 在 eMBMS会话开始过程增加无线接入技术类型
按照背景技术所言, 会话开始信令发送之前, 对该业务的业务属性参 数、 地址参数等信息要完成相关的配置。 相对于现有技术, 本实施例在 BM-SC的配置中只为某业务增加无线技术类型属性, 从而在相关信令中单 纯的增加该业务所设计的无线接入技术类型, 对其他没有改动; 或者在业 务区域中的配置属性中增加该业务区域的无线接入技术类型的属性, 使针 对某个业务在选择其业务区域时, 自动完成对无线接入技术类型的增添。 同样, 可以增加业务区域的下行节点地址列表属性, 即业务区域通过配置 所对应的下行节点列表, 自动完成信令中对应的下行节点列表的属性添加。 本实施例不限制一个业务区域只能属于一个无线技术类型, 即可以同时有 多个无线接入技术类型属性。
选择之后的会话信令流程图如图 4所示。 本发明实施例涉及 2种无线 接入技术类型: UTRAN和 E-UTRAN , 对应的核心网络的网元包括 SGSN 和 MME, 以及 MBMS数据网关 MBMS GW。
步骤 401 , BM-SC发送 MBMS会话开始请求消息给各个 MBMS GW; 所述 MBMS会话开始请求消息携带 QoS, 无线接入技术类型 UTRAN 和 E-UTRAN, MBMS 业务区域( MBMS service Area ) 列表, MBMS会话 标识 (MBMS Session identifier ) , 预计会话持续时间 (estimated session duration )、 目的网络 2G/3G标识( MBMS xG indicator )等信息;
步骤 402, MBMS GW保存消息中的信息, 并回复会话开始响应消息 给 BM-SC;
步骤 402a, 当收到所述 MBMS GW回复的 MBMS会话开始响应消息 后, BM-SC发送计费请求消息给 CDF; BM-SC从任何一个 MBMS GW收到会话开始响应消息后,发送开始计 费请求消息 ( ACR[Start] )给 CDF;
所述计费请求消息中携带无线接入技术类型信息;
CDF针对所述 BM-SC产生本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息 CDR,所 述计费记录信息中包含无线接入技术类型信息。 具体而言: ACR[Start]消息 触发 CDF 打开本次 MBMS 会话对应的针对 BM-SC 的话单 ( C-BMSC-CDR ),开始针对所述 BM-SC记录本次 MBMS会话的计费信息; CDR 中会包含很多参数信息, 其中包含无线接入技术类型信息; CDF 向 BM-SC返回计费响应消息;
步骤 403 , MBMS GW将 MBMS会话开始请求消息分别发送给 MME 和 SGSN;
需要说明的是, 本步骤中的会话开始请求消息, 可以按接收到的消息 原封不动的转发给 MME和 SGSN; 也可以去除无线接入技术类型, 按现有 技术转发给 MME和 SGSN; 或者携带 E-UTRAN的类型发送给 MME, 携 带 UTR AN的类型发送给 SGSN, 其他参数不变。 此三种场景可以作为三种 实施例来分别实现, 因为不作为本发明中要解决的问题的目的, 所以不再 分开描述。
步骤 404, MME保存消息中的信息, 并将会话开始请求消息发送给 E-UTRAN; 如果 403步骤携带无线接入技术类型参数, 此消息可以去除此 参数, 也可以保留。 SGSN保存消息中的信息, 并将会话开始请求消息发送 给 UTRAN, 对无线接入技术类型的处理同 MME;
步骤 405 , E-UTRAN/ UTRAN判断自己是否有属于该业务区域的小区, 返回会话开始请求的响应消息;
步骤 406 , 当 MME/SGSN从 E-UTRAN/ UTRAN侧收到所有到会话开 始请求的响应消息后, 将会话开始响应消息发送给 MBMS GW; 步骤 406a, 如果 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, MBMS GW收 到会话开始响应消息后, 发送开始计费请求消息(ACR[Start] )给计费网关 的相应逻辑功能实体, 如 CDF, 消息中携带无线接入技术类型信息;
CDF针对所述 MBMS GW产生本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息 CDR , 所述计费记录信息中包含无线接入技术类型信息。 具体来说: CDF打开针 对所述 MBMS GW的本次会话的话单 (MBMS-GW-CDR ), 返回计费响应 消息给 MBMS GW;
所述 MBMS-GW-CDR中包含无线接入技术类型 ( RAT Type )信息等; 步骤 407, 预留无线资源和建立业务隧道, 发送数据。
其中, 所述 402a与步骤 403可以并行执行。
在 eMBMS会话过程中, 所述 CDF根据会话情况更新 C-BMSC-CDR 和 MBMS-GW-CDR中的记录的信息。
本发明中提出的无线接入技术类型信息 (RAT Type )遵循 3GPP标准 组织定义的类型和具体值。 但也可以不局限于此, 在其他无线移动网络的 应用中, 使用其他的类型和对应值。 此描述下述实施例均有效。
实施例二: eMBMS会话结束过程增加无线接入技术类型
如图 5所示, 业务结束时, BM-SC发起会话结束信令流程。
步骤 501 , BM-SC发送 MBMS会话结束请求消息给 MBMS GW; 消息 中携带会话标识和业务标识, 无线接入技术类型, 业务区域, 下行节点列 表等信息; MBMS GW回复会话结束响应消息给 BM-SC, 并释放自己保存 的关于本会话的信息;
步骤 501a, 当收到所述 MBMS GW回复的 MBMS会话结束请求响应 消息后, BM-SC发送结束计费请求消息给 CDF;
其中,所述 BM-SC发送结束计费请求消息中携带无线接入技术类型信 息; BM-SC从任何一个 MBMS GW收到会话结束请求响应消息后,发送结 束计费请求消息 (ACR[Stop] )给 CDF;
CDF结束记录针对所述 BM-SC的本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息, 生成最终的针对所述 BM-SC的本次 MBMS会话的话单。 具体来说: CDF 关闭已经打开的针对所述 BM-SC的本次会话的话单(C-BMSC-CDR ) (即 生成最终的针对所述 BM-SC的本次 MBMS会话的话单 C-BMSC-CDR ), 返回计费响应消息给 BM-SC; 其中, 所述话单中包含无线接入技术类型信 息;
步骤 502, MBMS GW转发 MBMS会话结束请求消息给此前收到会话 开始消息的 MME/SGSN , MME/SGSN分别返回响应消息, MBMS GW收 到后释放自己保存的关于本业务的信息;
步骤 502a, 如果 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, MBMS GW收 到会话结束响应消息后, 发送结束计费请求消息 (ACR[Stop] )给 CDF; 所述结束计费请求消息包含无线接入技术类型 ( RAT Type );
CDF 关闭已经打开的针对所述 MBMS GW 的本次会话的话单 ( MBMS-GW-CDR ), 其中包含无线接入技术类型 (RAT Type ) 并返回计 费响应消息给 MBMS GW。
步骤 503 , MME/SGSN 分别将该信息转发给 E-UTRAN/UTRAN , E-UTRAN/UTRAN返回会话结束响应消息, MME/SGSN收到后释放自己保 存的本会话信息;
步骤 504, 无线资源释放。
其中, 步骤 501a可以与步骤 502并行执行, 步骤 502a可以与步骤 503 并行执行,
需要说明的是, 关于无线接入技术类型的处理, 在会话结束信息中可 以不携带, 即保留原有技术。 MBMS GW在向 CDF发送结束计费请求时, 可以从保存的信息中获取类型值。
实施例三: 在 eMBMS会话开始过程增加无线接入技术类型和对应业 务区域和对应的下行节点列表。
本实施例在业务区域中增加该业务区域的无线接入技术类型的属性, 以及增加该业务区域所对应的下行节点列表的属性。 这样在针对某个多媒 体多播广播业务选择业务区域时, 自动的完成了对其无线接入技术和下行 节点列表的选取。 本实施例不允许出现一个业务区域具有多个无线接入技 术类型的情况, 即只能属于一种类型。
本发明实施例针对某个 MBMS 业务, 其应用范围涉及 UTRAN 和 E-UTRAN两种无线接入技术,有 SA1和 SA101 , SA102三个业务区, SA101 和 SA102属于 E-UTRAN无线技术覆盖范围, SA101具有 MBMS GWl和 MMEl等下行节点, SA102具有 MBMS GWl和 MME2等下行节点; SA1 属于 UTRAN无线技术覆盖范围, 具有 MBMS GWl和 SGSN1 , SGSN2等 下行节点。 这样 BM-SC发出的会话开始请求中包含业务区域包含 SA1 , SA101 , 意味着包含 UTRAN和 E-UTRAN两种无线接入方式, 以及包括下 行节点列表 MBMS GWl ,和 MBMS GWl的下行节点列表: SGSN1 , SGSN2, MM1 , MM2。 会话流程示意图如图 6所示。
步骤 601 , BM-SC发送 MBMS会话开始请求消息给各个 MBMS GW; 所述 MBMS会话开始请求消息携带的会话类参数包括: QoS, MBMS 会话标识 ( MBMS Session identifier ) , 预计会话持续时间( estimated session duration )、 目的网络 2G/3G标识( MBMS xG indicator )等,
以及地址类参数:
无线接入技术类型 UTRAN , UTRAN下的业务区域 S Al , 下行节点地 址 MBMS GWl , MBMS GWl的下行节点地址列表( SGSN1 , SGSN2 ), 无线接入技术类型 E-UTRAN , E-UTRAN下的业务区域 SA101 , SA102, 下行节点地址 MBMS GW1 , MBMS GW1的下行节点地址列表(MME1 , MME2 )等信息;
需要说明的是, 所述 MBMS会话开始请求消息中的参数按照无线技术 类型进行了分组, 用于在后续信令发送时, 可以减少参数信息的发送。
步骤 602 , MBMS GW保存消息中的参数信息, 并回复会话开始响应 消息给 BM-SC;
步骤 602a, 当收到所述 MBMS GW回复的 MBMS会话开始响应消息 后, BM-SC发送计费请求消息给 CDF;
BM-SC从任何一个 MBMS GW收到会话开始响应消息后,发送开始计 费请求消息 ( ACR[Start] )给 CDF;
所述计费请求消息中携带无线接入技术类型信息和对应的业务区域信 息以及下行结点地址列表信息等, 即:

CDF针对所述 BM-SC产生本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息 CDR,所 述计费记录信息中包含上述信息。 具体来说: ACR[Start]消息触发 CDF打 开本次 MBMS会话对应的针对 BM-SC的话单( C-BMSC-CDR ), 开始针对 所述 BM-SC记录本次 MBMS会话的计费信息; CDR中包含上述信息; CDF 向 BM-SC返回计费响应消息;
步骤 603 , MBMS GW将 MBMS会话开始请求消息(包含了会话属性 参数 )分别发送给下行地址列表中的 MME和 SGSN;
需要说明的是, 本步骤中的会话开始请求消息, 可以按照无线接入技 术的类别进行分发,如 UTRAN类的下行节点,只需要包含 UTRAN类下的 SA列表。 对于目的网络 2G/3G标识, 发往 E-UTRAN的信令可以不携带。
步骤 604, MME保存消息中的会话参数信息, 并将会话开始请求消息 发送给 E-UTRAN; 如果 603步骤携带无线接入技术类型参数, 此消息可以 去除此参数, 也可以保留。 SGSN保存消息中的信息, 并将会话开始请求消 息发送给 UTRAN, 对无线接入技术类型的处理同 MME;
步骤 605 , E-UTRAN/UTRAN判断自己是否有属于该业务区域的小区, 返回会话开始响应消息;
步骤 606, 当 MME/SGSN从 E-UTRAN/UTRAN侧收到所有到会话开 始响应消息后, 将会话开始响应消息发送给 MBMS GW;

当针对不同的无线接入技术类型信息( RAT Type )和 MBMS业务区域 设定不同的费率时, 可以帮助通信运营商对内容提供商 (Content provider ) 进行更精细化更灵活的承载侧计费。
综上, 通过本发明的上述实施例, 提供了 eMBMS 的广播模式下对内 容提供商的 eMBMS承载离线计费方法, 使得通信运营商可以在 eMBMS 业务中, 对内容提供商进行承载侧的收费, 并且细化到可以允许通信运营 商根据不同的无线接入技术设定不同的费率对应不同的 MBMS业务区域列 表进行计费, 从而帮助通信运营商和内容提供商对开展 eMBMS 业务进行 费用清分。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质 变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范 围。

1、 一种多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS 中获取接入信息的方法, 其特 征在于, 包括:
eMBMS 会话过程中, 广播组播业务中心 BM-SC设置一个或多个 MBMS会话信令中携带接入信息,并将所述 MBMS会话信令发送给其业 务区域的 MBMS GW;
所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务 区域信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述接入信息还包括所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
BM-SC设置 MBMS会话开始请求消息中携带接入信息, 并将所述 MBMS会话开始请求消息发送给其业务区域的 MBMS GW;
若 MBMS GW激活计费数据记录 CDR数据采集功能,则 MBMS GW 设置开始计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述开始计费请求消 息发送给计费数据功能 CDF。
5、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
BM-SC设置 MBMS会话结束请求消息中携带接入信息, 并将所述 MBMS会话结束请求消息发送给其业务区域的 MBMS GW;
若 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, 则 MBMS GW设置结束计 费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述结束计费请求消息发送给 CDF。
6、 一种多媒体广播组播业务中计费的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: eMBMS会话开始后, BM-SC设置计费请求消息中携带接入信息, 并将所述计费请求消息发送给 CDF;
CDF针对所述 BM-SC产生本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息, 所述 计费记录信息中包含所述接入信息;
所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务 区域信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述接入信息还包括所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, 在 eMBMS会话开始后, MBMS GW设置开始计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述开始 计费请求消息发送给 CDF; 息, 其中包含所述接入信息。
10、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, eMBMS会话结束时, BM-SC设置结束计费请求消息中携带接入信 息, 并将所述结束计费请求消息发送给 CDF; 生成针对所述 BM-SC的本次 MBMS会话的话单, 其中包含所述接入信 息。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于,
若 MBMS GW激活 CDR数据采集功能, 在 eMBMS会话结束时, MBMS GW设置结束计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并将所述结束 计费请求消息发送给 CDF;
CDF结束记录针对所述 MBMS GW的本次 MBMS会话的计费记录 信息, 生成针对所述 MBMS GW的本次 MBMS会话的话单, 其中包含 所述接入信息。
12、 一种多媒体广播组播业务 MBMS中获取接入信息的***, 包括 BM-SC和该 BM-SC业务区域的 MBMS GW, 其特征在于,
所述 BM-SC用于在 eMBMS会话过程中设置一个或多个 MBMS会 话信令中携带接入信息, 并将所述 MBMS会话信令发送给所述 MBMS GW;
所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的***, 其特征在于,
所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务 区域信息;
或者, 所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务区域信息以及所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。
14、 一种多媒体广播组播业务中计费的***, 包括 BM-SC和 CDF, 其特征在于,
所述 BM-SC用于在 eMBMS会话开始后设置计费请求消息中携带接 入信息, 并将所述计费请求消息发送给 CDF;
所述 CDF针对所述 BM-SC产生本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息, 所述计费记录信息中包含所述接入信息;
所述接入信息至少包括无线接入技术类型信息。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的***, 其特征在于,
所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的 MBMS业务 区域信息; 或者, 所述接入信息还包括所述无线接入技术类型信息对应的
MBMS业务区域信息以及所述业务区域对应的下行节点信息。
16、 如权利要求 14或 15所述的***, 其特征在于, 所述***还包 括所述 BM-SC业务区域的 MBMS GW,
所述 MBMS GW用于当其 CDR数据采集功能被激活时,在 eMBMS 会话开始后 MBMS GW设置开始计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息, 并 将所述开始计费请求消息发送给 CDF; 记录信息, 其中包含所述接入信息。
17、 如权利要求 14或 15所述的***, 其特征在于,
所述 BM-SC还用于在 eMBMS会话结束时设置结束计费请求消息中 携带接入信息, 并将所述结束计费请求消息发送给 CDF;
所述 CDF还用于根据所述结束计费请求消息, 结束记录针对所述 BM-SC的本次 MBMS会话的计费记录信息, 生成针对所述 BM-SC的本 次 MBMS会话的话单, 其中包含所述接入信息。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的***, 其特征在于,
所述 MBMS GW 还用于当其 CDR 数据采集功能被激活时, 在 eMBMS会话结束时设置结束计费请求消息中携带所述接入信息,并将所 述结束计费请求消息发送给 CDF;
所述 CDF还用于根据所述结束计费请求消息 ,生成针对所述 MBMS GW的本次 MBMS会话的话单, 其中包含所述接入信息。
