Abstract
В способе профессиональной подготовки специалистов в области ультразвуковой и/или лучевой диагностики с использованием компьютеров, а также базы предварительно подготовленных видеоклипов конкретных клинических случаев, по которому перед обучающимся последовательно воспроизводят заданные видеоклипы, по каждому из которых он должен провести визуализацию физиологического состояния "виртуального" пациента, провести необходимые измерения с остановкой видеоклипа и установкой калиперов, согласно изобретению, способ предусматривает поэтапное усложнение поставленных перед обучаемым задач, для чего до демонстрации видеоклипа исследуемой области с определенной патологией производят предварительную демонстрацию статических изображений этой же области без патологий, а затем этой же области с патологией, присутствующей в клипе, при этом обеспечивают постепенное снижение допусков на правильность расположения калиперов. Кроме того, предусмотрена компьютерная оценка правильности каждого действия с выставлением суммарной оценки за блок действий, причем в случае неправильного действия производится демонстрация правильного действия.
