Abstract

L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier contenant de l'azote à haute teneur en manganèse. La tôle d'acier contenant de l'azote à haute teneur en manganèse selon la présente invention comprend entre 0,5 et 1,0% en poids de carbone, entre 10 et 20% en poids de manganèse et entre 0,02 et 0,3% en poids d'azote, le reste se composant de Fe et d'impuretés inévitables. Ladite tôle d'acier contenant de l'azote à haute teneur en manganèse permet de produire une phase austénitique à température ambiante, l'énergie de défaut d'empilement étant régulée efficacement par addition de chrome et d'azote. Par conséquent, la tôle d'acier contenant de l'azote à haute teneur en manganèse de la présente invention permet de produire une macle mécanique pendant sa déformation plastique, d'où une amélioration du taux d'écrouissage, de la résistance à la traction et de l'usinabilité.
