背景技术
[2] 线缆进出一些设备的箱体或盒体吋, 为了防止潮气或灰尘随着线缆进入箱体或 盒体, 通常需要设置密封件, 用于线缆和箱体或盒体之间的密封。 现有的密封 件大概可以分为两类: 一类结构比较复杂、 成本高, 施工不方便; 另外一类虽 然结构简单, 但操作复杂, 如需要涂覆油脂或密封试剂, 或者通过一层一层的 撕去撕垫层来适应不同直径的线缆。 综上, 现有密封件操作复杂且成本较高, 密封效果也不是很好。
发明内容
[3] 本发明要解决的技术问题在于, 针对现有技术的密封件上述操作复杂且成本高 的缺陷, 提供一种成本低廉、 操作简便的密封件。
[4] 本发明解决其技术问题所釆用的技术方案是: 构造一种密封件, 用于线缆进出 箱体或盒体吋线缆与箱体或盒体之间的密封, 其特征在于, 包括: 一弹性材料 制成的基体, 所述基体与箱体或盒体密封配合; 所述基体上具有至少一个用于 线缆进出的通道, 所述通道延伸出至少一道环形壁, 所述环形壁内直径小于线 缆的直径, 线缆穿过通道吋, 环形壁被撑开并紧贴于线缆的外壁。
[5] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述环形壁为一道、 两道或多道。
[6] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述环形壁为多道, 每道环形壁的内直径不同。
[7] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述通道的入口处向先向外延伸一筒形壁, 后向内 延伸一环形壁。
[8] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述环形壁上设置有用于封堵环形壁的开口的可撕 去的封堵片。
[9] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述基体与箱体或盒体的配合面具有与所述箱体或 和盒体适配的卡槽或凸起。
[10] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述基体为弹性橡胶、 硅胶或弹性塑料材质。
[11] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述基体上具有一个、 两个或多个用于线缆进出的
[12] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述基体内嵌有用于加强密封件强度的加强片。
[13] 在本发明所述的密封件中, 所述加强片为金属片、 或硬树脂片、 或玻璃钢片。
[14] 实施本发明的密封件, 具有以下有益效果: 本发明的密封利用橡胶件被撑开后 紧贴在线缆外壁来实现线缆进出箱体或盒体吋的密封, 该密封件具有结构简单
、 价格低廉、 易于操作和施工等优点。

具体实施方式
[25] 如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本发明的密封件的第一实施例为一个带有一个线缆通 道的密封件, 包括弹性材料制成的基体 10, 基体 10与箱体或盒体密封配合; 基 体 10上具有一个用于线缆 20进出的通道 11, 通道 11延伸出 3道环形壁 12, 环形壁 12内直径小于线缆 20的直径, 线缆 20穿过通道 11吋, 环形壁 12被撑开并紧贴于 线缆 20的外壁, 这样保证水气和灰尘等不会顺着线缆 10进入箱体或盒体, 形成 良好的密封效果。 每道环形壁 12的直径不同, 由线缆进入方向, 环形壁 12的内 直径逐渐变大, 这样可以保证密封件适用的线缆直径范围比较大。 [26] 为了实现更好的密封效果, 通道 11的入口处向先向外延伸一筒形壁 13, 后向内 延伸一环形壁 12, 这样即便是线缆 20在外力作用下向一侧偏斜, 弹性的筒形壁 1 3也可以自适应的偏斜, 保证环形壁 12与线缆 20良好配合。
[27] 在某些场合, 密封件并不立即穿过线缆, 作为备用或扩容吋才会使用, 如果密 封件的线缆通道 11一直敞开, 空气或灰尘会由通道 11进入箱体或盒体内。 为了 满足这类需求, 环形壁 12上设置有用于封堵环形壁 12的开口的可撕去的封堵片 1 4, 封堵片 14一般设置在通道 11入口处的环形壁 12上, 这样可以在需要的吋候撕 去封堵片 14。
[28] 为了保证基体 10与箱体或盒体的配合面具有良好的密封效果, 基体 10与箱体或 盒体的配合面具有与箱体或和盒体适配的卡槽 15。
[29] 在本发明的密封件中, 基体 10为弹性橡胶、 硅胶、 弹性塑料材质或其他弹性材 质。 为了保证密封件有足够的强度来支撑线缆, 基体 10内嵌有加强片 16, 加强 片可以为金属片, 如铁片, 或者也可是硬塑料片或玻璃钢片, 嵌入加强片 16之 后可以大大增强密封件的强度, 防止由于线缆过重, 将密封件压变形使密封件 失去密封作用。
[30] 如图 4、 图 5a、 图 5b、 图 6和图 8所示, 本发明的密封件第二实施例为一个带有 两个线缆通道的密封件, 包括弹性材料制成的基体 10, 基体 10与箱体或盒体密 封配合; 基体 10上具有 2个用于线缆 20进出的通道 11, 通道 11延伸出 3道环形壁 1 2, 环形壁 12内直径小于线缆 20的直径, 线缆 20穿过通道 11吋, 环形壁 12被撑开 并紧贴于线缆 20的外壁, 这样保证水气和灰尘等不会顺着线缆 10进入箱体或盒 体, 形成良好的密封效果。 每道环形壁 12的直径不同, 由线缆进入方向, 环形 壁 12的内直径逐渐变大, 这样可以保证密封件适用的线缆直径范围比较大。

[33] 为了保证基体 10与箱体或盒体的配合面具有良好的密封效果, 基体 10与箱体或 盒体的配合面具有与箱体或和盒体适配的卡槽 15, 图 8示出了基体 10通过卡槽 15 卡接在箱体或盒体上的示意图。 在实际应用中, 基体 10与箱体或盒体的配合面 也可以设置与箱体或和盒体适配凸起, 箱体或盒体上则设置与凸起相适配的卡 槽。
[34] 在本发明的密封件中, 基体 10为弹性橡胶、 硅胶、 弹性塑料材质或其他弹性材 质。

[36] 在本实施例中, 密封件的基体上设置有两个线缆通道 11, 在实际应用中可以根 据实际情况设置一个或多个线缆通道。 环形壁 12也可以是一道、 两道或多道。
[37] 第一实施例中的基体嵌入加强片的结构同样适用于第二实施例。
[38] 本发明的各实施例中的线缆可以是光缆、 电缆, 或者其他圆形或类圆形截面的 线缆。
